I work full time have been house sharing for 6 years....looking preferably for a team up in June around Hallett cove Glenelg :) am flexible to the idea of renting a room I do have a cat and I'd love to call a room just not a room as I have had situations were I couldn't have people come over ect...I am a country bumpkin respectful of others and I'm clean and tidy...I like to get out of the house and do things on the weekends but love to chill as well :) I have like 10 weeks so if anyone is keen for a team shareup male or female...I even have all the furniture you will need :)
Im a fully qualified electrician and work anywhere between 38-50 hours a week. When im not working im either out skateboarding, out with mates or chilling out watching netflix, ps4 or the footy when its on. I like to head out and have a few drinks but i also love a quiet weekend just as much. Preferably i would like to find someone around the same age, pretty easy going and wouldnt be a complete stranger just living in the same house. If you have a doggo thats a big plus! I have listed a few preferred suburbs below, but really anywhere south of the city as far as Seaford would be ideal! Anymore questions please dont be afraid to ask :)
Hi, I'm Crystal. Somehow at this stage of my life I am both introverted and extroverted. I can be loud, I can be quiet, I can be fun, I can be nerdy and in all of this I am still finding myself. What I do know about myself is that I respect privacy and house rules, I clean up after myself and I have never delayed a payment in regards to rent or bills. I have a strict policy with myself as this is a necessity not accessory to my life and I have much pride in this. Loves are Disney, animals, nature, ice cream. I love social outings such as theatre, musicals, concerts and most especially I LOVE cinema. This whole thing is new to me, so apologies in advance for annoying questions and lack of direction. Further to this, I have never moved out 'on my own'. I lived with my mother until approx 6 years ago, then moved in with a friend (renting) who then became a partner. Nov last year (2017) we mutually separated and while he isn't trying to get rid of me haha, I would love a future where I might be able to have an animal, to branch out of my comfort zone and continue my self discovery.
Hi! We are a couple that are planning to move into a 2 or 3 bedroom house in the Happy Valley/Reynella area (near Flinders University) in the next few months. We're looking for either an individual or a couple who would be interested in renting a room short-term (6-9 months, until March-ish 2019), so this would be ideal for a university student. We are currently looking for expressions of interest so that when we get a house, we'll have an idea about who to contact for the room, and can get the process sped up a bit. We're both exceptionally nerdy/geeky, and we love to spend our time either gaming on the computer/ps/xbox etc., or playing boardgames with friends. Tristan also has a fondness for designing and making all kinds of things, and loves talking about and working on cars. I prefer bingewatching anime, and love shows on Netflix. We are not party animals by any means, and prefer spending quiet nights at home. Tristan is at TAFE four days a week, and I have a full-time job.

Looking for a housemate or a rental...with someone around the same age as a preference. I have a staffy x, she's happily lived with other dogs before, and is a complete skateboarding legend :) I work full time, study at flinders, and volunteer with the emergency services so am wanting a housemate who is mature and respectful of the fact that I value my sleep and rare study time quite a bit :P I've got a good sense of humour, don't mind a knock off beer, and love a comfortable, clean home space. Currently in Hallett Cove with an option to stay in my existing place, or flexible to team up/move around Brighton etc. Any questions, feel free to ask!
Hi, I,m Harris, 25 with Chinese background. Recently started a new job at victor harbour and I am looking for a place somewhere closer to work. Personality wise, I'm very friendly, flexible, easy going, very down to earth, clean and tidy guy who likes to be social, but also respect others privacy as I do sometimes enjoy a time of my own. Always up for a chat, and love to share any housework or help out anywhere possible. Currently a full-time Pharmacist Manager and pretty much at work all day 6-7 days a week. Love sports, food fanatic and occasional drinker. Wouldnt mind if you want to catch up for a coffee to see if we get along. Any questions feel free to ask!
We are three young individuals looking for another person to join us and find a property to rent out. There is a couple amongst the group, where one of us works away as a journalist during the week, and their partner who is studying and working part time as a dockhand. They also have a well behaved greyhound Anika. The other has just finished their education and health science degree and is often busy with sporting commitments. We are all easy going, caring, respectful, tidy individuals who love sport and the beach. we are looking for a place not far from it as you'll no doubt find us there a lot of the time. We love to hang out, have a couple drinks/go out for a meal or drinks from time to time, but we also enjoy our own personal downtime (which we will also be respectful of yours too) Any other questions, feel free to message me :)
I'm very clean and tidy. I am fun, relaible, trustworthy and love good food, good company and wine. I love everything outdoors. I am a nanny and studying photography. I love to exercise and spend time with family and friends.
Just a 28 year old working uni student with her little sidekick's Biscuit and Debbie. A little about biscuit; he's 7, and absolute legend, doesn't bark, semi-blind and extremely placid.... you literally don't notice he is there! He's an outside dog but sleeps with me of a night time. Debbie is a fish...... lol 😂 Other than that uni student studying full time whilst working casualling and freelancing for myself (makeup artist, tanning etc) yes you'll receive the bonus of having an in house beauty therapist! Super chilled, enjoy my own company so I'll barely be taking up space around the house as I'll just be in my room studying or at work. ✌🏻
Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan from Bangladesh. Currently we're living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moving in to Adelaide soon. I'm working as an IT project coordinator in here and my wife, Tahan, is also working in an IT company. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married in May'17. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practise of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company which I already mentioned. In my free time, I like to watch TV series amd loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she also likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!
I am pretty easy going, I'm friendly, I'm quiet, clean and organised, i like a bit of structure in a home. I like a good chat or laugh but like my alone time also. I work full-time in an office in Thebarton. I like to spend time with my family and friends but I like to give them the option of coming over to my place to hang out without feeling like I'm stepping on housemates toes. I have lived with housemates previously who have been completely disrespectful of me. They have invited people over without giving me a heads up (which is the considerate thing to do), they have had "relations" shall we say whilst I have been in the house which I think is quite rude considering we share a wall, and guests outstaying their welcome. I will make and effort if the consideration is done properly, do you know what I mean. The last thing I want to feel is uncomfortable in my own home. I would like to preferably live alone, but financially that's a bit hard right now so I'm happy to have a housemate (male or female) around my age preferably, preferably employed and if you have pets I would prefer them to be outside pets as I get allergies real bad. Houses need to be aired constantly when you have indoor pets. Someone social who would maybe like to go out and do things. I like sports, theatre, comedies, music. (not much of a drinker, and my party days are definitnely behind me but I like a good dance) I know it sounds very specific but Ive had enough bad experiences to know what I am after in a housemate. Oh and I need unfurnished.
The house has four bedrooms, one owner-occupied, two rented, and one as a spare room for guests and is located on a quiet street with stunning sunset views over the ocean. It's conveniently located a 10 min walk from Hallet Cove Beach and Hallet Cove Beach train station. The Hallett Cove shopping complex is also only a 3 minute drive away. The house is fully furnished and has reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating throughout. There are two bedrooms available, one with a queen size bed included if needed. Both bedrooms have built-in robes, ceiling fans and security shutters. There is a good size bathroom with bath which is shared between the two flatmates. Utilities costs are shared, and internet and Netflix are both included in the rent. There is a good size backyard with fruit trees (with further landscaping underway over the next 6 months) and a shed with ample storage space. Off-street parking is available.
Currently occupied by two female's with (1) room still available. Beach view; Large 3 bedroom home, 1 room for rent, seperate bathroom, close to shops, cafe and a short drive to the beach. Room is 3.7x2.5m & has air conditioning as well as LED dimming lights. All rooms air conditioned. Access close by to train to get into the city of Adelaide. Looking for flatmates who are clean house keeper, first home owner looking for nice, clean and genuine roommates! Landlord references preffered.
I (Olivia) work as a disability support worker and Tim is a full-time student learning to be a helicopter pilot. We live a reserved and laidback lifestyle with our beautiful dog Kaos (a rescue dog who was very much incorrectly named). Kaos is a quiet dog who is toilet trained and well-trained. She is medium-sized mixed breed, and she has one blue eye and one brown! We are both non-smokers and we do not drink.
Hi! My name is Dee and I'm a 17 year old student looking to move out of home and share with others until I can get on my feet. I'm really independent and pretty much do my own thing, am very tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
My partner and I have been looking for a rental property of our own or a room to rent in the mean time. We are both polite, hygenic, clean up after ourselves and have fun personalities. My partner works full time and i am a full time student. We both enjoy adventuring, camping 4x4 and keeping ourselves busy.
