Hi, I work full time in retail. I'm a non- smoker, non- drug user, social drinker. I'm clean & tidy, easy going, honest & very respectful of others. As unforseen circumstances have arisen, i'm looking for accommodation ASAP- by the 27th of February. Please help 😣
Hiyya! I'm open minded, clean/hygenic, love a good laugh, am caring, pay bills on time (1st thing that should be paid), love a good laugh, am a singer and have geeky hobbies. I'm not a party gal and like to listen to music or read from home, have friends over (all of my friends are funny, safe, random peeps, most are musicians too :) ) It'd be nice to become friends with housemates, maybe cook together, watch movies, share music tastes fetc from time to time, but if you're not into that that's ok too, as long as housemates are respectful, equalatarians, mature/mostly mature xD, good communicators, considerate, clean up after themselves, and aren't tooooo loud, then that's gud :D Not too fussed with the genders, age, ethnicity of housemates, just no creeps duh. I've been living with a 24yo male and 23(?) y.o. non binary housemate since July 2018, before that I lived in a large (8 story, 38rooms/floor) student accomm, previous to that I'd lived in 3 diff friends households at the end of high school until I got into a Music course last year. And ofc with family before that too. I've experienced controlling friendships and housemates, messy housemates, overcrowded housing (a friend who has 5 high functioning autistic siblings and parents :) I stayed with them for a month while house hunting :) ), and with my family - the family structure house hold. I know what I like and don't like in a household and in people, so have good, real expectations for safety, living environment, and communication. I love cute things, and am semi into gardening, but I'm a bit clumsy and forgetful if im not in a garden a lot, so it's more of a 'when I'm not too busy' type hobby. This year, for at least the 1st study semester, I'll be studying a UniSA foundation course, since I studied more ands on, pracrical Muisc Industry (Performance - vocal) courses last year, and haven't written essays et cetera for over a yeat now......+ I haven't finished paying off the certificate 4 which I was going to use to get into a uni psychology course......there's a student loan for that sort of thing that I didn't know about #regret....well.....now I know T-T I'm thinking of studying a Psychology/Behavioral Science bachelor degree at Adelaide Uni or Flinders, oooor an Arts degree (could study psych & Japanese Adelaide...I'm a bit of an otaku, so that sounds fun~) so will be looking for housing around there for mid year (looking for a 6 month lease. I prefer 6 months incase housemates end up being to loopy, not what they say they are etc) xD I love plants & animals, but pretty sure I'm allergic to cats (my favourite pets :'( ), but, I shall ocassionally be found wearing cat ear headbands :') I love the environment too and am an avid recycler, so would prefer eco concious housemates :) Message if you think I sound like a good fit for your household c: Toooodles~
4 bed house in quiet suburb of Hallett Cove, 15 mins walk to train station and shops also bus stops there, fantastic sunsets with a bird's eye view. Relaxed atmosphere in a single parent family home with 2 kids (12 & 9) and 2 cats, didn't list kids as flatmates, felt weird. Outdoor area with comfortable chilled seating and garden. I'm happy for you to keep yourself to yourself or join in house daily dealings and share a cheeky vino in the eve. 2 story property, with upstairs bathroom, bath and shower and downstairs toilet, double room is at front, can be furnished or unfurnished. Evaporative air con and gas fire, plug in radiator can also be supplied. Netflix, internet and a happy family. Kids at school and with father on weekends, I'm studying and run my own small business offsite.
Fantastic views of ocean close to railway station House plenty of space - salt water swimming pool there Several rooms available for $200 room with 1 with ensuite at $300 It has 2 garages and is very close to Hallett Cove Station Bills included Available from about 20th February 2019 Feel free to call or text Nick
