Modern home in quiet/safe street with 180 degree sea views and stunning sunsets. You will fall in love with the house like I did. Close to shops and 600m from public transport or half hr to the CBD by car (non-peak). Female looking for a respectful, clean and reliable house mate with a good sense of humour (sorry, no couples). If you like gardening, this would be a plus also! Must like cats as one cheeky one in residence. I work full-time, am easygoing and lead a pretty relaxed and quiet life. Interested in design/architecture, food, music and outdoor activities. Open minded people preferred. If it sounds like this might be a home for you get in touch. Deck with stunning sea views. Walking distance to bus & train to city, Flinders University or Flinders Medical Centre. Local shopping centre a few minutes away. Hallett Cove Conservation Park & beach a short walk away. Wood fire, ducted heating & cooling. Coffee machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, large tv, Home gym available for use. Own bathroom. Built in robe to Bedroom.
I am a happy person looking to team up with someone in a nice house. I love fitness and try my hardest to be motivated daily! I dont judge and i do my best for people to be happy around me. I do like to drink on weekends and have fun. I do have a partner who is a chef! He'll probably come around sometimes so you must not care about that. I also have one cat so you must not be allergic. Will accept dogs if you have one.
Just moved back to Adelaide to be closer to my family. Looking to share a house with people for both company and to save some dollars. Free of the obligations I am responsible for overall for the next 6-8 months and being as highly motivated and energetic as i am would like to keep distracted during this time Looking for someone who could use some help around the house and with any general assistance they might require. Or just good company!! I do not know many people in Adelaide and due to circumstances need to remain here for the foreseeable future. I am lonely and going bonkers even though I study online and am part of a group that requires me to do a stand up comedy routine once a month at retirement villages around Adelaide and help a good friend occasionally with her small buisness i am still with too much spare time. For the moment I have no real purpose until my situation finalises around December. So if your a busy or just lonely person who could use a hand or company as well as a reliable friendly house trained tenant to share your home and / or life with no strings attached for the next 6-9 months give me a call or p.m @ natty borrett on f.b.
Im a full time professional with a quiet but busy life. I enjoy the beach, good coffee, good food, good wine and good conversation. Id like to live with people with a similar lifestyle, not in a party house, with females only. I've lived in share houses for the last few years. I am planning on getting a small dog so need somewhere that allows pets. I like my home to be a clean and welcoming place to relax. I am respectful of peoples space and privacy but happy to hang out as well.
Room for rent available in a lovely fully furnished home that you can enjoy from day one. -Great solar heated pool perfect for summer and winter, accompanied by outdoor setting and grassed area for relaxation available. -All services such as NBN (unlimited) available. -Great views over the nearby ocean make for long summer adventures. -4 undercover car parks -Hallett Cove train station a short 2 blocks away -aircon and gas log fireplace installed. -2 minute drive away from huge Hallett Cove shopping centre complex with multiple restaurants, tavern, and supermarkets. Looking for two housemates to rent out remaining 2 rooms of the comfortable, and convenient house. Interested in neat, considerate, responsible, and sociable young male or female housemate.
Will be moving down from Central Queensland for a FIFO role to Olympic Dam as a Radiation and Occupational Hygiene Specialist (7on/7off roster) and keen to get to know Adelaide and explore. I love hiking and fishing and where possible will be heading back North to see my partner and my gorgeous Husky- so if you like having a barely there housemate I would be perfect. I enjoy spending time with my housemates and like to cook, visit markets, garden, go to yoga/gym as well as time to myself reading a book or chilling with netflix. Not keen to be in a house where drugs are used! Im hoping to buy a house in Adelaide so really looking for 3-6 months lease from the 6th July of thereabouts and a furnished room so that I can move all my stuff from QLD in one go (unless you have a shed which would be amazing!).
I'm friendly, clean. Have shared with a friend before but she moved away. I love to socialise but also love alone time. Love cooking & also love health & fitness. I am a qualified nurse currently working as a receptionist at an Orthodontist surgery in town. I have to travel with work sometimes.
My Story... I have not been able to work for the last couple of years until recently as I was diagnosed with Lymphoma in 2013 and have been receiving treatment. I am now on the mend but have been unable to find anywhere suitable to live within my price range. I also just recently separatd after a 10 year marriage. I have two beautiful daughters aged 2 & 6 which stay with me at least two nights a fortnight. I can stay with them at my parents on these nights if it's not suitable. I also have a 7 year old King Charles Cavalier dog named Ella who is house trained and a very clean inside dog. I am very useful around the house with cleaning, washing, cooking, garden maintenance, lawns, renovating and mechanics. I can offer a work resume, and can supply references. I'm honest, reliable, hard working, easy to get along with, clean, tidy, and respectful of other peoples property and space. Just looking for someone to let me in to show how good a housemate i am :) Kind Regards Mark
HELLO!! Your looking for an AMAZING housemate right? Keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and actively looking for a awesome house mate/s to live with. I have recently completed a Child, Youth and Family Intervention Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, working part-time at a Record/Music store and doing volunteer work with HYPA (Helping Young People Achieve) teaching students, to get their SACE certificates so they can finish their schooling. I have a positive "CAN DO" attitude towards life, fun, friendly, happy, clean, trustworthy, respectful and helpful. I love cooking delicious food (usually lol), reading, most music, comedy, fringe shows, having a few social drinks occasionally, keeping reasonably fit, the beach for a swim, sports, animals, and most importantly living life!! I own a pet turtle who I've had for about 5 years and he's always hungry... so watch your fingers :) I also have legitimate reference/contact details from my landlord/business owner for your peace of mind. I always pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of six months or more depending on how things work out. I have been offered plenty of other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me (and YOU), and I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody. I have house shared before and not new to "washing dishes, putting out bins and vacuuming floors" :) I would prefer good friendly housemate/s who can get along, socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, but also respect space and privacy. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, good luck.. :)
Hi my name's T-Jai! I'm currently in a shared house with 3 other students and looking for somewhere new for when my lease runs out in August. I'm currently a full time student at Flinders Uni and work part time in Rundle Mall at Nike, which is a job I love! I'm looking for a place that I can come home to and feel at home. I always get told I'm a very sociable person so having a house where everyone loves a good chat, cooks dinner, enjoys hanging out and watching a movie and becoming good mates is a high priority. I'm a pretty active person and I love a good time at the beach or anything outdoorsy. I also play guitar, play basketball and a few odd hobbies here and there. So like-minded people would be awesome! I'm primarily looking for people around my age and students but I'd be happy with winning personalities! I'm very clean and respectful. I look after all my stuff and treat others property like it's my own. I do put my studies at a pretty high priority as well, so having that quiet time and space is important so having respectful house mates is a must. I'm pretty sweet living with guys and girls. My current house mates are two girls and a guy so I'm not fussed. I'm looking for somewhere that's already established, furnished and preferably where utilities are included. But if something comes along that's good I won't turn it down. If you're looking for someone and you're interested, let me know what you think! I'd love to have a chat and catch-up for a coffee to discuss things further! Cheers 😁
My name is Tanya, I am 36 years of age and have recently had a change in my circumstance that requires me to find somewhere to stay for a few months. I am a youth worker /Social worker full time working at a family reunification program at Thebarton helping disengaged teenagers try to stay at home with their families, plus i do mentoring with young teenage females as well through Families SA. I have a beautiful beagle-labrador Called Ralphie (he's not very big) that i would love to be able to come stay as well sometimes (we are co parenting him), hes such a good boy. I would also be looking for a place where i can have family and friends pop in and visit and be open to having people stay over. I would always remain respectful of course and I am very clean and a good cook. In saying that i'm very independent and busy and would be out doing my own thing a lot, and wouldn't want restrictions on me having to be home every day at certain times etc, lol, but i am also looking to do some soul searching so it would be nice to have a nice environment to be able to do that and i love to read and meditate and i do some of my youth work from home. I am a very positive outgoing bubbly person who thrives on life and i am very humbled and grateful to most things in my life. I am a great listener and always aim to make the most of my days. I am a singer as well and love my music but will always be respectful around volumes etc as well. Kindest Regards Tanya

I love to cook, and am tidy & easy going :) I I am moving with my 3 year old kelpie Narla, she loves a cuddle so somebody who likes dogs is perfect for us to live with!
I'm opened minded have a great humour but can also need my own space. I'm not a party animal but do enjoy a few drinks at knock off. I'm fit and enjoy the gym, hiking and love fishing. I own a female desexed cat who is an inside cat at night time due to male cats. Please let me know if I sound like a suitable candidate 😃

Beach view; Large 3 bedroom home, 1 room for rent, seperate bathroom, close to shops, cafe and a short drive to the beach. Room is 3.7x2.5m & has air conditioning as well as LED dimming lights. Access close by to train to get into the city of Adelaide. Looking for flatmates who is a clean house keeper, first home owner looking for nice, clean and genuine roommates! Landlord references preffered.
Large home with great views and close public transport with a spare room avaliable. The room avaliable is $200 including all bills and unlimited NBN. It is located at the back of the house and in a hallway which can be closed off from the rest of the house, which is only shared with kristals study and the bathroom so it is always quiet down that end of the house. The room can be furnished if needed. We have a large loungeroom and outdoor dining area and BBQ which we love to use for our family boardgame nights (which we would always love another player to join). Ducted aircon and heating is throughout the entire house. The yard is massive and we have a shed for storage which we are also considering making into a bit of a home gym. Overall its a beautiful large family home. The house is located just up from Hallett Cove railway station, about a two minute walk away, 30ish minutes into the city, and a bustop right outside the front door which takes you to the local shopping centre. We have a pretty awesome view of the ocean from the front and back of the house. We have a husky called bandit who is mostly outside when we can trust him not to escape, two indoor cats called luna and jasper, and an outdoor cat called moe. So we need a housemate who is a bit of an animal lover as they all love cuddles. We are looking for someone who is overall just a respectful housemate and as kristal has serious food allergies, having a clean kitchen is incredibly important so someone who cleans up after themselves is a must. A pet may be considered, we'd love another dog for bandit to have as a friend but no cats as its already a crazy cat house!
Hi I'm looking for a room to move in with my dog if its possible. I'm a full time worker and responsible, tidy and quiet. I work from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday so will go to bed early too. My dog is a middle size female dog.
Coffee professional. I will be a great addition to any house that enjoys caffeine. Work full time in Stirling, and have very active life outside of work between dance classes, theatre rehearsals, and hospitality events.
I am a very clean and tidy person and I respect other people's privacy and personal space. I am quiet but enjoy having friends over every now and then for dinner/ bbq's. I work part time and study and I play football for Happy Valley football club which keeps me nice and busy. I enjoy the simple things in life, catching up with friends, watching the football, enjoy a social beverage, movies, TV shows. I have a very friendly indoor 4 y/o cat named Ollie whos is clean and loves people. So if you would love 2 new housemates, we would love to meet you :)
Rare vacancy in my warm and friendly home. The house is close to public transport, within 10 minutes to marion or colonnades. Big open plan house and yard, low key area. Modern kitchen, ducted and reverse cycle air-con, internet, solar panels and gas heating. Have 2 dogs who love people so you must be a dog person, or are at least able to tolerate them. Also have 2 cats.
It is an older style 3 bedroom home on a quiet street, with room for a veggie patch and a balcony with beautiful views all year round - especially nice in summer! Awesome location, close to the beach, two minute walk to train and bus services. Only a 5 minute drive from Marion Shopping Centre, plus there are plenty of other supermarkets close by! There is a car port to share but always plenty of unrestricted parking on the street. Lounge (with heater/aircon). Small-ish bathroom with seperate shower and toilet, which makes it totally functional. High energy rated fridge/freezer will be looked upon favourably 😉 The room (unfurnished) available is a moderate size with built in robes, nice natural light, window has good blinds too for keeping light out. Easily fits queen size bed and desk. Bond is 6 weeks rent, so $720 (I know it says 4 weeks but that was the maximum I could select!) but can pay over instalments if necessary. Rent is $120 a week, but comes out fortnightly (so $240 a fortnight). Internet is payed monthly and is $23.35 each for 1000GB. All other bills (Water + Power) are split evenly and come out quarterly! Unfortunately the house is not suitable for pets. Please contact with any questions, or to arrange to meet and see the place.
4 bedroom 2 bathroom property..................................................................................................................................................................................................
This is a furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Kingston Park which is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 2 minute walk to the closest train station. I would love to get a roommate in with me to help share the costs. There is air-con, a coffee machine and a big tv with Netflix. It is fully furnished so you will only have to bring yourself and your belongings :)
It's about 15 minutes from Flinders University, homely, quiet, spacious, full of sunlight, a couple of blocks from the most stunning coastal beach in Adelaide, a block away from the train station, half a block away from bus stop that takes you to Marion shopping centre, which is 7 minutes away. Perfect place to enjoy a healthy life style. I do own a dog, the property is well kept and secured.
I get along well with everyone I meet and am happy to be part of an existing household or team up and find a place. Sharing in everything or doing my own thing doesn't phase me, I will do either. I've been renting by myself so know how to keep a house tidy and on top of things. I do have a Labradoodle, who is basically a human. Extremely well trained and friendly. Anything else you'd like to know then just ask.

Great spacious +++ one bedroomed unit located on the trainline to the CBD at SEACLIFF. Just a short 300 metre walk to the beautiful SEACLIFF beach. WIFI and utilities are included in the rent. Convenient public transport train to city and Seaford. Bus goes directly to Flinders University.
I Prefer the idea of granny flat Accomadation that reflects privacy. However, I am easy to get along with a good sense of humor. I have a good nature and value and respect others as I would expect the same in return. I am a health care worker working at the old RAH soon to move to the new RAH. I travel solely by public transport and this would need to be a contributiting factor when choosing a suitable location. I am a non smoker and enjoy my swimming and bush walking when I get a chance.
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
Friendly, quite, respectful of other peoples space, easy to get along with, sports, casual drinks, clean and tidy. Work full time and spend most of my time out of the house doing sport and study :)
