Hi! My name is Ellie and I have a small but modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the Portside Wharf area in Hamilton. Good location for cafes, cinema, citycat, Eat Street markets, airport, close to city. 5km to Newstead/ Fortitude Valley/ Teneriffe/ New Farm areas. Also has a rooftop pool/ gym/ bbq area which has amazing views of the city. Room available: 1 bedroom with double bed and second bathroom. Ducted airconditioning. There is one carpark which I use so would best suit somebody without a car. However if you do have a car, there is a 12 hour visitor pass you can use (or happy to negotiate alternating between the two!).
Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane in February. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children or no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
Hi Everyone! I'm a Single Straight guy looking for a place to call home. I work in construction so my days can be fairly long but I still like to make time for paying the Gym a visit as I try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going out for a feed, movies, sports and maybe a scotch or two or whatever random thing maybe on the cards. I'm a quite easy to get along with and happy to have a chat about the day had and watch movies or whatever but I also respect ones privacy if that's what they prefer. I'm also good with pets though have none of my own. Please if you are into drugs of any sort I ask you do NOT contact me. Well I hope to hear from you. Take care and talk soon! Trent :)

Hi there, My name is Ryan and I am looking for a new place to call home. Currently I have been living in a big modern house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years. I have been the head tenant with most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up shortly, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house or a granny flat etc too. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, washing machine, microwave, Balinese furniture, dining table, outdoor table, chairs, desk, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a very well trained, friendly 10 year old male maine coon cat who I would love to bring with me. He is mostly a lazy indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. We are best of buddies and have been through a lot together, and it would be great to live with people who would also enjoy the company of a mini tiger :) I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. I also receive government help as I do have a disability, which would not affect my ability to live with someone else independently. I am hoping to find something relaxed with little to no dramas, judgements or arguments. A place with a decent sized room, air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). My cat is used to wandering outside for the odd walk around the yard so I would like to live somewhere that also has a backyard/courtyard. I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I would prefer to live with friendly, supportive people who don't take living situations too seriously. I am indeed responsible, respectful, caring, open, very clean and organized (dislike mess), honest, and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into social events, lots of exercise and the gym, self development, watching a good movie, meditation, reading, gardening, nature or heading to the beach. I am also vegan. If you like the sound of me, please send me a message as I am keen to find my next long-term house mate/s and home to be. I have not provided my mobile number as I would prefer to build rapport over message first, and then chat on the phone :) Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan

About me, I'm 29 year old gay , i work in the city in the insurance industry Monday to Friday normal business hours. Mind you i do like my personal time also however i also like a good banter, champagne, cheese and wine occasionally. I am also open to finding an apartment with the right person if it comes to that. Weekends for me are usually with family & friends, eating, shopping , tanning and swimming and doing other adventurous things. Life is to short not to see the world. Anyway- that's about it. Any Questions give me Hoy. Cheers

I'm a happy and reliable person who is easy to get along with. I enjoy having a chat with people who can make good conversation yet I also enjoy some quality down time too. I am so excited to be starting my new job in Brisbane as it will be a new city for me to experience and as such I only know a few people from the area. I would really like to form good friendships with my future housemates, and would prefer to be in a household with a mix of males and females. I like to get out and about as much as I can, whether it be for a walk or a trip to the beach and I do enjoy the occasional drink on the weekend.
Hi! I'm a Structural Engineer working in Fortitude Valley. About me: I love sports (AFL in particular) and fitness, travel, adventure, a variety of music, photography, and anything that involves creativity. I live on the idea of trying everything once, and making the most of every opportunity. I am seeking roommate/s that are considerate, courteous, and that respect shared areas but who also like to relax and have a good time - and non-smokers too please. I have share-housed before, couch-surfed, and backpacked through various countries, so I know the ins-and-out of sharing etiquette! If I sound like someone you would like to meet, then let me know! Talk soon!
Hey! We’re two girls from Sweden, about to start our studies at APM College of Business and communication. We love spending time at the beach, relaxing or catching up with friends, like to cook and enjoy a sneaky beer every now and then! We are super responsible, clean and tidy and considerate. We are looking for a place to stay and call home for the next year and hopefully meet some new friends!
I've been in a couple of sharehouses now and am looking for a place for at least 6 months, preferably a year, while I finish up my last year of uni. I like to keep it fairly quiet during the week with my work, study and sport. I play a bit of netball, touch footy and like to swim. Would be a plus if I found a housemate who would like to join me at the gym. On the weekends, I'll usually be out and about with friends and like to unwind with few drinks. I'm really looking for housemates I can be friends with - I enjoy chatting over tea, watching Netflix or playing some house board games. I also have a little cat called Clive who my previous housemates have all loved. I would preferably like to keep him with me but he is a family cat who is happy to move back in with his grandma if no pets are considered :)
I'm Marcus, training to be a chef. I work ridiculous hours that change weekly so I won't be home much and when i am I'll probably be asleep for the most part of the day. Good with animals, can cook like a god (at least I like to think so) looking for a new place closer to work after my lease goes up in march where i am now. I have my own car, I'm easy going, organized tidy and mature. Tend to keep to myself at first but I'll open up as we get to know each other. I like going to the gym & working out honestly often struggle with motivation but I'm keen for a bud to keep me going. I enjoy fishing, rock climbing, and coffee as well as the obvious cooking.

Hi, I'm Mathilda! I'm 24, have finished uni, and am returning to Brisbane after spending 6 months travelling. I love having a drink but am really bad at throwing parties so I can promise that won't be a problem! I enjoy cooking, hanging out, going out to eat, watching live music and movies, and generally everything else that 24 year olds like haha I'll be back in Brisbane from the 21st of January and am available asap for moving in. Hope to hear from you soon!
Modern, spacious, hamptons style townhouse in quiet area, close to everything! This place definitely feels a lot more like a house than a unit. It's light and breezy being on joined on one wall to (really nice) neighbours, has a courtyard and elegant casual feel to it. Having been built only a few years ago everything is pretty nice and modern. Within walking distance to Racecourse Road for great cafes and shopping, and Eat Street in Hamilton also. The train, buses and ferry are all within a block or two and its only 8mins drive to the city. The room is unfurnished, fits a queen bed + small table or chest of drawers, has built-ins with mirrored doors and ceiling fan.
Hey I'm Lindy! I'm 20 and studying full time at QUT Gardens Point. I work part-time in the city and enjoy being active, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm a clean and tidy person and reliable with paying rent on time. Flexible with move in date but preferably before the 2nd of February!
I am 28 yo male, living on me own and after a shared accommodation relatively nearer to city. I am full time working professional (engineer in constructions) and moved in Brisbane 5 months ago but settled in Northern suburbs because my work place is also in north. Now, I want move nearer to city as now has my own car. So distance now no more an issue. Even if your room is not furnished, I have my own stuff for room and even some common utilities stuff, like TV, fridge, washing machine etc.. and wont mind sharing with my flatmates. My preference is to have own room but hopes, will find an very friendly atmosphere in a place I could feel home. After work, I am usually up for chat and love too cook food (occasionally not regularly). Food I cook tastes more if cooked on gas stove. Place with a garage or reserved parking would be an additional plus. Place somewhere nearer to expressway that can get me to northern suburbs easily. Yes afterall, need a good night sleep, so a relatively quieter place in working days. Weekday, I don't mind noisy nights. I don't smoke at all, so would prefer a non-smoking place. In short, after a place, where we can meet friends and experience the life of this very cultural city. If you think we can group up for leasing a place or can fit me in, please get in touch...... We can get to talk further details from there. Thanks Shojat
Full time professional working in the CBD, quiet and sociable, and a very clean and tidy person. Spend alot of time at the gym, work or out with friends, but also enjoy quiet time at home.
Hi future housemates, I have a full-time job during the week standard hours, and I like to keep fit and go to the gym regularly, enjoy being outdoors and travelling. I like to have a clean and tidy apartment, but I'm not a clean freak. I enjoy good food and cooking if I'm in the right mood and having space for a bbq would be great along with a dishwasher. :) I'm a coffee buff too and have an awesome barista coffee machine that I'd be happy to share with. In my 30s so looking to share a place with others 25-45 yrs. old. Cheers, James
