My apartment is a sub-penthouse situated within the Hamilton Harbour precinct. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a media room/study and a large open-planned kitchen/living/dining area which leads out to a large balcony offering the most spectacular 180 degrees view of the city, Mt Cootha and Eastern suburbs. It is the perfect place to relax at the end of a day. It has ceiling-to-floor glass windows and sliding doors, which makes the apartment light and airy. Easy going and always friendly. Very thoughtful of others and how I impact them. I like to keep areas tidy and always keen to help out with chores. I work early so I usually leave at 4.30 and get home around 4-5pm. I do like my own space but happy to socialize. I have a cat named dexter, he’s well trained and doesn’t scratch at furniture. I work full time and live an active lifestyle which normally keeps me pretty busy, but I also dont mind the occasional drink or two. I am fairly laid back but also enjoy living in a clean house. Well the house really is beautiful, and I've just renovated my kitchen - and it's amazing!! ready for lots of entertaining... friends dropping over, lots of fun dinner parties. etc. We are located in Hamilton. Close to Portside, Racecourse Rd, The Doomben Racetrack, Eat Street etc. It's such a great area and the house is lovely and spacious.
