I’m currently looking for something on the north side but still close to public transport into the city. I'm a writer and costume assistant working for tv, theatre and film. I’m currently working retail Christmas casual which may turn into part time work. Move in time is flexible and can move in asap! After I work I usually go to the gym, but my evenings are for writing, watching movies or going to see a play. My space is always clean and inviting, perfect for my introverted nature. I love decorating and would want a place where I can express myself creatively. Hi all! I'm Sam, 37, made the move to Brisbane in April this year. I love travelling, musical theatre, and a few quiet drinkies every now and then. As far as I'm aware I'm a fabulous housemate - clean, quiet, easy going. Happy to keep to myself but enjoy a chit chat and some Netflix if it's on the table! Non-smoker, no pets, no car so I don't need a car space but will need to be reasonably close to public transport (preferably ferry or train) so I can get to work (full time) in Bowen Hills. I'm a big walker so the term "close" is quite loose depending on the variables. I also have no furniture so a furnished room would be highly preferred, but not essential if the price is right. My non negotiable is I need my own bathroom. I run a tight schedule and need to shower etc according to plan. Need a happy, safe, comfy home so would love to be able to vibe with housemate/s, we don't need to be besties, but getting along is important! I've put 6 month preference in my listing but if we get along well I'm happy to stay longer coz let's face it, shiz is expensive.
