I have a furnished bedroom in a new house in Harrisdale, a quiet area near public transport and shopping. The bus runs between Cockburn Central and Murdoch train stations, making it convenient for students at Murdoch Uni as well as anybody going to Cockburn Central or the CBD. Bedroom is 3.2m x 3m with a large BIR, bed and study desk. I can remove the furniture if you have some of your own, or swap furniture between the two bedrooms. I am interested in sustainability and healthy living, without being fanatical about it. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and wifi. No couples please; although happy for family/friends to stay over sometimes. Will reduce rent by 10% for a long stay (greater than 6 months).
I am a Pan-Asian and work full time as an accountant. I am studying for my CPA too. Been staying in Perth for 12 years. I am a Netflix/Foxtel freak and I always listen to music. Like to read in front of a nice view i.e garden, lake, park I do respect other people’s space. I am socialable and it would be nice to get together with other room-mates or the owner of the house whenever they are available.
We have NBN/Stan/Netflix/Aircon(reverse)/BBQ and all the normal amenities. We also have a decent sized deck if people want to entertain outside. The house is less than 3 minute drive to shops and public transport is a 2 minute walk. We have furniture in the house but we are flexible as we can move things around and put stuff in storage. The house was built in 2009 and is a 3x2.
I am friendly, easy going and respectful. Can enjoy a social drink and bbq, chat. I am clean and tidy. I usually travel one week a month for work also. Moved over from Brisbane about 2 years ago and Perth is now home. Like to get out and enjoy the outdoors and get away camping/fishing when possible.
This is a huge home with 4 bedroom & 2 bathrooms and: -Ducted Air Conditioning -Gas appliances -Large living areas -Study -Family, Activity and Games room. Top that off with Double lock up Garage and a fabulous outdoor and Alfresco Living area
Hi! My partner and I are looking for a place to stay. I am being enlisted into the Navy as an officer, and Dayna is living on Centrelink payments. Until I begin my training, we need a place to stay until we can rent our own place. We have a young cat, Misha - our cat has been bitten by a snake twice now, and it's not safe for him where we are currently living. I'm more than a little desperate to get Dayna and our cat to somewhere safe. I enjoy fitness, writing, and reading, Dayna likes gardening and cooking, and we both love a night in. We are not party people at all but are more than happy to make conversation with a few friends. Please, if you have any questions or a place to offer, I am more than happy to message or text! Thank you, Ash

Security and tinted windows to keep out Summer heat. Free wifi. All bills paid for. Supply your own food. Shared living area (air conditioned) kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Three bedroom brand new furnished townhouse, 2min walk to Brooklands shopping centre, good bus route, easy maintenance home. Room is average sized with mirror wardrobe, currently the bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished on request for $140 per week. Bills are additional to the rent and average out to approx $20-$30 each a week depending on usage and what we have connected. I currently don’t have internet but am more than happy to get it connected, the same with Foxtel but as it’s just me here at the moment I haven’t looked into it. The house is rented until Jan 2019 so ideally looking for someone long term but definitely negotiable.
A proper and clean house, anyone who share this house need to be clean and tidy to keep this house pretty and comfortable to live in. Located right in front of a beautiful lake where you can stroll in the morning or afternoon after a busy day. Central air con in this house is great for hot summer days. Only 2 rooms available on early November.
This property is relatively new. It has reverse-cycle air conditioning in every room as well as a TV port. You will have 2 bedrooms to yourself and also the main bathroom. You will feel like you have your own private area of the house as there is a wall separating the two bedrooms and bathroom from the rest of the house. I have all the furniture already as well as a spare bedroom set if you require. The garage fits 2 cars and I have a small car so there's plenty of space. For a unit, it has a relatively big backyard and the house itself is situated on a quiet street surrounded my mostly families or FIFO workers.
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
39 years young! Looking for a sociable house not a party house. Enjoy dancing like no one is watching, cooking and exploring new places. Restaurant manager, work late shift a few times a week and when I do finish early I like to head to the beach and watch the sunset. Very chilled and easy going. Looking for the same in a flatmate.
Presently living in Sydney but likely moving to Perth around end-March / beginning-April for a new job. Leaving my finance job for a tech start up. I'm a sociable individual, likes to swim, play basketball, casual drink here and there, likes animals (if you have one), non-smoker and explore what Perth / WA has to offer. Also like to be very clean, maybe not at the OCD level, but definitely feel better when utensils, crockery, rooms etc. are kept neat and tidy! Looking for another like-minded individual or two to potentially team up and find a place. I can be flexible with location, depending on the others' preferences, but would like to find a nice place. Happy to discuss how to split rent as well depending on who gets what (e.g. master bedroom, car space). I'll have a car of my own that I would like a parking bay for.
We are a laid back English couple looking for a room in Perth ! We enjoy binge watching a good tv series but also like getting out the house to explore the sites. Obviously we are clean/tidy etc! Ash is into his sports and plays American football and I like pizza. Pretty much sums us up :) We are looking for a fully furnished room which offers off street parking and our own bathroom. good transport links to the CBD would be great
Hello there! I am Chiara, 21 years old and have been living in Australia for more than 1,5 years! I am originally from Germany/Italy but would not want to leave Australia any time soon and that's exactly why I am seeking work, as well as accommodation at the moment. I am also looking towards studying in Perth at the beginning of next year. A little bit about myself: I am a very open minded, bubbly and communicative human being who is always down for a good laugh! I am also very tidy and respect the needs of others. I am pet/kid friendly and get along with pretty much everything/everyone! :) I am hoping to meet new people and eventually even make new friends!
