I'm prepared to take on a lease and rent with the right person and sharing utilities, etc. I have foxtel, home phone, we an discuss if you don't want to use any of these. I prefer people who have a secure income and look forward to you contacting me. Cheers Debbie
Irish lad... moved over on a working holiday visa in august. Currently living with family and looking to move out.. Love socializing and a bit of a fitness freak.. Non smoker and a bit of a clean freak.. Have housed shared before in London...
Looking for someone to take over my lease. This is a student accomadation, so you must be a student. Gas and water are covered, electricity is cheap. The rent is pretty cheap for the location, fully furnished, bed, study desk, kitchen and flat screen TV, also access to a common room, that faciltates a pool table, large screen TV, and bbq.
Hey! Little about me: my name is Hamad, I’m a 21-year-old international student studying my bachelors in IT and Business at RMIT. Originally from Saudi Arabia and lived a few years in the states, so I’m fluent in both English and Arabic. Enjoy going outside and being active, like playing basketball, swimming, hiking, anything really. I like to believe I’m a good housemate, tend to keep my place clean and tidy as a go, and rarely leave it for later. Despite being in IT I’m very sociable and easy to get along with haha.
Hi Guys, have one bedroom available fully furnished, Queen bed ready to move in 🙌 - The house is a little gem, is a minute walk from Hawthorn station and 30 seconds stroll to the nearest tram stop - if you like your food Glenferrie and Bridge Rd are a 10 minute walk. There is a nice sized garden out the back that catches a lot of sunlight, BBQ and table tennis table those keen for a hit. Look forward to hearing from u - best way to catch me is via txt on my phone as I'm pretty busy during the week :)
Hey! We're George and Dan, currently living in Melbourne - kicking off our 1 Year working VISAs ! Two guys looking for a place to live in Sydney for 2-3 months (January - March). Both easy-going, interested in travel and keen to see as much of Sydney as we can! Drop us a message if you have any questions :) Thanks!
Respectful, sociable, clean, friendly. 24 year old Engineer working in the city. Always happy to go along with what others are doing, but perfectly fine doing my own thing. I like keeping active through sport, gym and pilates, play guitar when I get a spare moment, and binge watching tv shows
I'm Skye! I'm 23 (almost 24) and love music, bad jokes, wearing socks and eating food. I work as high school English and media teacher at a school in the eastern suburbs. I am ideally looking to start a new place with some cool people or move into an already established house by the end of November (my current lease is up start up Dec). A little more about me! I love the outdoors, and weekends will often see me heading off on a hike or going down the coast. I'm a big fan of beer, and books although the two don't always go hand in hand if you want to remember what you're reading. I have lived in a number of share houses and they have always been great places to call home, I am clean and tidy and respect other peoples space and privacy but also love socializing so my ideal house would be one that's balanced :) I'm looking to live with like minded, easy going people who are up for a laugh and sharing the occasional glass of wine.
I'm from Italy and I'm studying at the Australian College of Dance while I'm working in camberwell as a waitress. My boyfriend Rhys is from Australia and he's a bartender. We are a very outgoing couple, very respectful for the other's space and we like to take some times for ourselves. We are very clean and tidy. We like sometimes to have a drink and relax.
Hi there, I'm Benji! I am 27 and I'm currently working full time at a high school in Camberwell as an admin staff and general tech whiz! I'm also studying part time on the weekends to be a dog trainer, my course ends in January next year. I've just been told by my landlord that she will be demolishing the property I've been living at for the last 4 years and I need to find new accommodation before December 27th (merry Christmas, y'all!). I would be like to be out by the end of November ideally, but happy to work with you on a date depending on the property. I'm also pretty easy on location, so long as I can get to work in Camberwell in under an hour, I'm stoked! A bit about me: I love animals. I have two dogs named Squish and Nibbler. Squish is a 4 year old male Rottie X and Nibbler is a 2 year old female Kelpie X. They are both desexed, have been obedience trained, crate trained and I take them for regular walks. They are the dynamic duo and A-team! Squish will do anything for a treat and Nibbler lives for the ball, so they're good fun! I would also be bringing a 3 foot aquarium with me, but would be happy to keep it in my room if there isn't space elsewhere. It's a tie between coffee and TV for my drug of choice. I also love art, music, books, comics and Game of Thrones! I also like to build things...for example, I built a dog bunk bed and a couple of film sets (spaceships!) I'm currently living in a fully furnished house with all the trimmings, so if you think I could add anything of value to your house as well, I'd be happy to oblige! The rest will likely end up in the skip or in storage. Things like: 3 plasma TVs, stainless steel fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, vacuum, SEVERAL couches, desk, dining room table and chairs, lawn mower, whipper snipper, lots of tools, an outdoor gas heater, a media centre pc and several terabytes of movies and TV shows! I have lived in houseshares before and would like some people I can hang out with, though I am respectful of other people's space. I clean up after myself and, obviously, my dogs. I'm pretty easy going, so hit me up if you think you'd like to meet me and my pooches!
Hi I have just moved over to Melboutne and looking for a place to call home. Ideally looking for a female sharehouse and also willing to pay for more for an ensuite bathroom. I have savings and prompt with rent. A furnished room would be great if possible as I only have a couple of suitcases. I'm easy going, respectful and tidy. I look forward to meeting you!

I like sharing house so to enjoy other people's company, during free time and meal time: sharing opinions, suggestions, experiences, etc etc Sharing is caring -they said- so to take care of common space and respect other's ppl need/privacy it's something natural for me.

Unit is conveniently located in a quiet street in Hawthorn and is 3 minutes walk to Hawthorn train station. Water bill is covered as part of rental, with electricity and internet bills to share between 3 people. Your room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, study table and chair. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I hope to meet you soon!
Hi! I'm currently studying my last few months of Master of Engineering Management at Melbourne uni. I did my undergrad at UQ (Brisbane) and graduated in 2013. I'm a 25 y/o Australian permanent resident, originally from Indonesia. I need to move out from my current place on 31st December at the latest, so I would prefer to move in to a new place 1-2 weeks before that. I've lived in a college and a sharehouse before, so I'm not a stranger to communal living. I'm clean and responsible. You won't find me leaving dirty dishes in the sink for more than 10 minutes. My hobbies: trying out new restaurants, going out for drinks, playing video games, watching soccer/football, napping, and fiddling with audio gear. I'm an "extroverted introvert", which means I enjoy others' company but sometimes I just want to do my own thing. I'm currently looking for a place that's easily accessible by public transport. Budget around $150-$250 (still flexible). Please shoot me a message!
I'm clean and tidy and a quiet person, though I love to have a chat now and then. I'm studying in Swinburne university so looking for places nearby the university. Also it would be great if can share the house with students from Swinburne. 😊
Very Easy going , calm and a very clean person to live with . I don't mind pets or couples but other than that I am looking for an all female share only. I am very friendly and not fussy at all.
hey guys!! I'm from the UK and here on a working holiday visa! I've already done the travelling part and are here to stay in Melbs for the year (fingers crossed it'll be permanently!!) I'm outgoing, sociable, respectful, independent and considerate! I love getting out and doing things, and prefer not to be stuck inside! I'm really easy going and keen to get out of my hostel asap because it's driving me insane!!
Hi, my name is Gabbie. I am looking for a room to move in next month. I tend to be quiet and generally like to do my own thing & wind down after a long day (of classes) at home, so I'm very respectful of others' personal space/quiet time/privacy. I am friendly, easy-going, tidy, & always pay rent on time. Currently studying business at Uni, I'm a night owl but not a party animal. I can't live with cats but I don't mind dogs; even though ideally, I'd like a house without pets. Strictly looking for a non-smoking house. Some of the things that I enjoy the most are music, movies, and good food. Leave me a message and I'll try to get back to you soon, cheers!
hi my name is Ryan originally from Gippsland but moved to Melbourne at the start of the year I am a pastry chef for a big catering company in the CBD, I'm easy going when it comes to new people happy to chat and socialise. I enjoy watching movies, tv and cooking. I like to stay neat and organised as well
Hi there, My name is Sharla and I am keen on finding a place but also starting a sharehouse with 2 other people around the inner east areas! I work in special education with children who have disabilities and study part time at Monash Uni. My lease has currently ended and I'm looking for somewhere else to live. Ideally i'd like a spacious room that is light filled and has built in wardrobes. I like to keep the living space clean and tidy as well as being mindful of other housemates. I love having dinners and friends over but enjoy my own downtime watching netflix and chilling out. I'm also opening to starting a new place with people around the same age as me, although I don't have much furniture to bring. Please let me know if you think I'd be a good fit for your house! :) Sharla
Hey! I am a 26 year old female, a very open minded outgoing introvert looking for a cosy home. Im not really one for hobbies. I have a creative side which is explored sporadically, like drawing, exploring with watercolour, and pottery. I love listening to music and dancing around the house. The sun is my favourite friend. When im not on the flix I enjoy social experiences, especially deep conversations about anything and everything. I have a lug of a german shepherd. He is 4 but acts like a 16 year old girl. More than happy to be left alone but also loves attention at times! He is a good housemate :) Ideal housemates would be chillers who are open minded people, down for social activities as well as netflix activities. while being respectful of privacy when necessary. This would be reciprocated :)
Fun, flexible and social 24-year-old American looking for outgoing flatmates. Love hiking, the beach, a good night out, and netflix marathons (accompanied with red wine and pizza).
FLEXIBLE WITH MOVE DATE AND LOCATION :) Also, I have pets! Hi potential roomies! My name is Liv; a 26 year old female, working full time and studying Nutrition via distance. About me; I enjoy seeing live music, finding new cafes and eating my way across Melbourne, day trips to the Dandenong Ranges to immerse myself in nature and walking my pocket sized pooches through all of the beautiful parks Melbourne has to offer! I've had over 5 years of experience living in share house arrangements (in other words, I know to empty the bin when it’s full and to put a new roll of toilet paper on when the existing roll has run out!) Ha, but in all seriousness, living in share houses for this long has meant that I am very considerate, very open minded and respectful of others privacy/separate lives. I’m very clean and I take a lot of pride in the house environment. I love homewares and interior decorating- on a budget- (so much love for Kmart!!). I’m fairly easy going and social, so I don’t mind if you have friends over for a couple of drinks on the weekends. More technical stuff: I have a car so I’d need somewhere (free) to park. I have furniture that I can bring if needed (lounge, dining set, fridge, washing machine, hallway/side tables, kitchen utensils/appliances/crockery) and my own bedroom furniture. I would like a large sized room that comfortably fits queen bed, desk, bed side tables and has a built in wardrobe. I would prefer unlimited internet so I’d be happy to set this up and split costs with housemates or chip in to any existing plan. I’m not in a huge rush to move as I would prefer to wait until I find the perfect fit (house and housemates) so I’m fairly flexible with moving dates as I can stay with my folks in the meantime. I'm not too picky on suburb- somewhere East or South East of Melbourne that isn’t too far from the city (e.g 20 minute drive) with nice walking tracks. I come as a "package" as I have pets (2 teeny tiny dogs and 1 cat). The dogs are tiny (the type that you could fit in your hand bag) however they aren’t small yappy dogs. They are toilet trained indoor dogs however are allowed outside when I am home. They are walked almost everyday however are just as happy to snuggle up together on my bed and wait for me to get home. They are both very clean and go to the dog groomers every 6 weeks (Boo doesn’t lose any hair, Ruby loses minimal). They are very happy little dogs that simply LOVE people and are always happy to be on someone’s (generally, anyone’s!) lap getting attention! My cat Dexter is an indoor/outdoor cat (not allowed outside when it is dark). He is petrified of other cats so I cannot take him into a house where there were existing cats. Although he is scared of other cats, he loves dogs. I can provide rental references for the pets! About YOU; I am looking for friendly and social housemates (with experience living in share houses), who are happy to have a chat/laugh when we cross paths and share the odd glass of wine together. HOWEVER I am also a very independent person that appreciates time to myself- so suitable housemates would be respectful of eachothers space. Suitable housemates must LOVE animals and be happy to let my dogs outside to the toilet (if you’re home and I’m not). Suitable housemates would also be clean and share house jobs (rotating rosters have worked well in the past!). I have always lived with strangers who have ended up friends and I see myself living with like-minded people who wish to make a house a home- if I sound like someone you would like to live with, please get in touch :)
I am down to almost anything and everything. I don't care what you do with your life as long as you don't make mine annoying when it doesn't have to be annoying (truth). I like my art and my music, if you don't mind some guitar playing here and there then great! I hands down love to smoke up but I always respect the distance of where I do it in the house (basically outdoors). I also do like joining peeps on drinks because why the heck not. Anyway, pick me. You already love me.
I am very easy going, sociable and tidy. From Brisbane but looking to move to Melbourne early January for a new and exciting adventure. I am usually out and about on weekends, always up for a drink and exploring new pubs, bars, cafes etc. I don't know many people in Melbounrne so someone who will hopefully become more of a friend than a housemate would be perfect! I will only have furniture for my room so would be very beneficial if I could move into a furnished house but also willing to conrtibute on things that are missing if need be.
Hi, I'm Elya! I've been in Melbourne for almost 3 years, originally from Malaysia. I'm currently an Arts student and will be graduating soon. Looking for a place to stay over the summer (but hopefully longer!) while I figure out what's next. Dates are sort of flexible. For potential roommates: I'm clean and tidy, still learning how to cook, not much into parties, here to listen to you vent over a glass of wine after a long day, and always up to binge watch tv shows. That being said, I will definitely respect your privacy and if you want to keep to yourself, that's cool too. If you're interested / want to know anything else, feel free to contact me! Bonus points if you have a cat.
Hi there! We have one bedroom in a 3bedroom townhouse to rent on Berkeley street in Hawthorn. The house is furnished but the room isn't 😃 The house has polished floorboards and carpeted bedrooms with a courtyard in the middle of the house! Also has a second courtyard to the back of the house. The kitchen is new! The house has ducted heating in the floor and air conditioning. The room for rent is $822.50 per calendar month which works out to be approx $189.80 a week. Rent is due on the 1st of every month so I'm looking to be out before then. The room is a great size (3.4 x2.9) and also has two doors leading out onto the courtyard which is super cool! A photo of the room is included in the pics. There is lots of transport! Trams a few minutes walk away and train stations about ten mins walk. The street is quiet and has plenty of on street parks,no permits needed. Feel free to send me a message to come check out the house ☺️ Amie
