Hi! I’m a 32 y/o mexican that recently arrived to Melbourne to start a Master of Business in Sport Management at Deakin Uni. In general: I am a very clean, tidy and easy going person. I’m looking for a place to call my home for the next years. I’m quite social, so I’m usually up for a chat if you’re up for it too. I try cooking healthy meals to keep in shape (but I’m not over the top with whatever others prefer to eat). I’m also looking for a part time job, so I’ll keep busy between school and work. Hit me with any other questions you could have. :)
Hey, I’m Paige. Currently living in Ballarat but work in Melbourne and the commute is hell, so I’m looking to move to Melbourne to make things easier. I’m generally pretty quiet (especially when I first meet people) but once I come out of my shell I’m bubbly and laugh a lot. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces. I prefer nights in over nights out, but I’m wanting to be brave and explore Melbourne so I’m not so scared of the place haha
Hey guys my name is Nick. I Just moved here from Sydney. I am male. 28 years of age. I am Australian. I’m a Childcare teacher. I am very professional. Clean. Respectful. I Like my own space and doing my own things. But also will happily chat when you would like. I work full time Monday to Friday around 9 - 5 and also travel here and there on weekends. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message :)

Hello, I'm Natalie! I'm a Master of Dietetics student at Deakin University, and am finishing up my thesis from a biomedical science research Masters that I started last year (I'm fine, I promise *twitch*). I moved from Brisbane at the beginning of the year and so far have loved being in Melbourne, but am hoping to be nearer the CBD after living in Burwood for a few months. I won't be able to move until I find someone to take my spot on my current lease, but I'm aiming for June since that's when I've got time off from uni! I very much enjoy and could talk a lot about (but won't if you don't want to): - dogs - science - art (I'm THRILLED about the Science Gallery that's opening soonish) - tabletop games - podcasts - making things (e.g. scarves to donate - peep profile pic) - sustainability/conscious consumerism - RuPaul's Drag Race - Terrace House (a Japanese reality show now on Netflix; it's very chill and more of an occasionally hilarious anthropological experience than the usual dramathons of Western equivalents) - learning useless amounts of different languages - making terrible/amazing jokes and puns I'm a low-dairy pescetarian and positive person who is generally happy, but do prefer discussing habits/chores/expectations (mainly with tidying and recycling) so there's no unnecessary drama in the future. I'm excited to learn new things and meet interesting people while continuing my ongoing (...and going) tertiary education journey, and I hope that could be you! :)
Very comfortable, secure 3 bedroom home in a beautiful, quiet leafy street in Hawthorn. Parquetry flooring throughout, good sized rooms which easily accommodate a queen size bed. There is already living room furniture, a fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc. You just need bedroom furniture and I can potentially help you organise that if you don't have it. The area is well serviced by public transport with three tram routes (70, 75, 16) passing by (easy walking distance at the end of the street, but no noise) as well as two nearby train stations. There is a small supermarket nearby, and if you walk a little further, the Hawthorn CBD. You don't need a car, but if you have one it will be easy to park. There is no bond to pay, but there our real estate agent may charge $150 to be added to the lease (and, if they don't, that's free too). We're just after somebody who is tidy, responsible and honest. You will be sharing with Chris and Clinton. Chris works in IT, Clinton works as an Engineer.
I’m a 28 y.o. Recruiter looking for a new beginning in a nice apartment/studio for the foreseeable future. I love music, fitness, sport, cooking and I’m a ‘social butterfly’. Wouldn’t say I’m a “neat-freak” but I like my space(s) clean and tidy - cleanliness is next to godliness as they say - helps create the zen!
The flat is situated in a safe neighbourhood and is very convenient with public transport. It is a 4 minute walk to Trams 70 and 75 which both go into the city. Hawthorn station (10 minutes) and Glenferrie station (15 minutes) are both within walking distance. Shopping is easy as well, there is an IGA right around the corner and the Glenferrie shopping strip is an easy 15 minute walk away. Otherwise, Camberwell's shopping strip (Woolworths, Coles, Target, ALDI) is also accessible by tram. The apartment features a lovely shared garden in the front. The neighbourhood cat can often be seen lounging in it and is always happy for a cuddle. The neighbours are all lovely and friendly. Nature lovers will also enjoy a walk in Fairview Park which is an 8 minute walk away. The room is very large and is 3.5 by 4 metres. Room also has a built in wardrobe. All windows have built in insect screens and are large so you can enjoy the sunlight and the views. Fast unlimited internet is also available for $30 per month. Water is included in rent but electricity and gas is paid for every quarter. My current flatmate is also very flexible about her moving date and the property is available before the 15th of June if required.
Hi, I'm a film and television student at Swinburne. I have a few years of study left ahead of me. I'm not much of a home body; I spend most of time out, whether it be at work, school or with friends. I'm usually fairly quiet and work focussed but I'm always more than happy to have a chat and chill out for a while. I've lived Melbourne's far east my entire life, but I'm excited to move further in. I always try to keep my home clean and tidy. There's a better than even chance that I'm going to start my transition before the end of the year. So LGBT+ friendly is a must.
