A lovely old Art Deco 2 bedroom unit in a boutique block of 6. It's very spacious, and being double brick and set back from the main road keeps the noise to a minimum. It has just had fresh carpet and paint throughout, and I have all of the essentials in terms of furniture and appliances, although there is certainly opportunity to bring along furnishings and decorate to make the place feel like home. The room is approx 3.3m x 3.3m, plenty big enough for a queen size bed plus some additional furniture. There isn't a BIR but there is a large double wardrobe just outside the bedroom door that's all yours (refer photos). Transport is easy, with the 70 and 75 trams mere steps away giving excellent access to Swan St and Bridge Rd, or the city. It's about a 15 min walk to either Auburn or Glenferrie station, and the M1 freeway is right around the corner. There are also cafes and shops in easy walking distance, and a good size IGA about 7 min walk away. Parking is on the side street adjacent to the property, but there is plenty of it and no permit required.
21 year old Monash student and accounting professional looking for a clean and open space to move into. I am hoping to find somewhere in the south east close to Caulfield or Carnegie but ultimately flexible! I am quite social and love a good chat over a wine but am very much respectful of other people's space and privacy as I myself love a good laze around in my room or hibernate for studying. I'm clean and organised and not afraid of pulling my own weight. A clear and open communicator - no passive aggressive bs from me. My ideal arrangement is another girl or two that need a new housemate!

I'm a 4th year Occupational therapy student looking to move closer to the city! I want to live with other social people my own age who want to hang out sometimes and have a drink or housemate dinner but also like to have my own space. I am clean and respectful person and respect the house is shared with others.
I'm a recent uni graduate, working full time in the city. I am doing an honours degree part time, so usually very busy throughout the week, but enjoy watching Netflix whenever I get time. I am very quite and tidy and would like to move in with someone similar.
I'm a easy-going guy, just starting an internship. I'm pretty organised, and always looking for cool new spots to hang out. If you're looking for film or tv recommendations, i'm your guy. Prefer a place to park my car if possible, even on the street. Full disclosure, I am a smoker, but only outdoors and am beginning to quit.
I’ve lived in share houses for the last 5 years and know the type of housemate people don’t want. I can cook, clean and enjoy spending time with others. I won’t spent all my time in my room but also understand people’s boundaries. If you’re looking for someone who loves a chat, beer/wine and you won’t need to bitch about to your friends, I’m your guy.
Hello! I'm from Mexico but I'm currently living in Cyprus, doing my PhD. Soon I will start a research visit in Melbourne and I'm looking for a place to stay for the next 6 months, starting from the middle of November. I'm a quiet, easy going person. I enjoy watching series, going to the gym, and going out for a drink every now and then. I also love watching and playing sports :)
