Iam Pradeep and work for Australia post. Married single looking for a home away from home. Neat and tidy honest person respecting other's space and expect the same. Very friendly.
Hello! My name is Minji and I'm 25 years old. I'm currently looking for a room to live. Let me introduce a bit of myself. First I'm from South Korea and working full time as an childcare educator and very friendly. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. I love meeting new people but also like my downtime. Thank you!:)
Huge bedroom, your own bathroom and car space.. 2 min walk from Hawthorn train station! The 4.0m x 2.9m second bedroom is available as my flatmate is moving out of my apartment and I am looking for someone to take over! The room itself is large enough for a queen bed and a desk, and also has built in robes with sliding mirrored doors and a wall heater. The apartment also contains two secure undercover car spaces - one for you, one for me! Your bedroom can be furnished, or not, as my flatmate is happy to leave her furnishings in the apartment. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (but feel free to add to the furniture with your own belongings). The apartment is only a couple of minutes' walk from Hawthorn train station, tram stops, St James Park, as well as the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars of Burwood Road and Glenferrie Rd. 10 minutes to the city - train, tram or car! The main open plan living area has a good amount of space and abundant natural light thanks to the north-facing window walls (with exterior shade blinds), and includes a modern kitchen and a meals/living area that open out to the balcony. Also features inverter air-conditioning/heating, a dishwasher and intercom system. Gas is included in the rent. Unlimited ADSL2+ internet, water and electricity will be split 50-50. Water and electricity are heavily subsidised at concession rates! As the owner of the apartment, I am hoping for my flatmate to take care of it the same way I do. So, if you think you'll be a good fit with a fellow considerate, tidy, easy-going flatmate, please get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hey all, I'm a full time student at Monash working 2 part time jobs meaning I don't have a lot of downtime. I'm looking to move into a new place late July after I spend some time in Hawaii and Sri Lanka. Looking for a cool place (size of room doesn't bother me) with some cool like minded people to explore this awesome city with. Cheers x
just got a job in Caulfield in education so super keen to move in near by with easy going people. im.a country giy so pretty chilled an clean
Gated security complex, balcony, garage, small courtyard, own bathroom, dishwasher, laundry, BIR, storage. Really nice, safe area, 2mins walk from Auburn station and a park at the end of the street. I have some house stuff, but my current housemate will be taking some furnishings with him, so it would be great if you have some! Bonus points for house plants. Move in date is flexible, may be able to move in earlier.
Hello, I'm Bailee 20 years old. Gay af. Looking for a place to live in Melbourne. Just moved from regional NSW. Aiming for a long term place to live. I'm a fun, clean, considerate, fairly social person but happy to keep to myself if need be. I like going out and making new friends, looking for housemates that are interested in having a chat and sometimes going out for a drink or few. Hit me up babes xoxo Thanks
Hey! Am a mature and respectful 21 year old and while I am an introvert, looking for a social household with people of similar age that enjoy eating/hanging together at the end of the day and a bit of banter etc! Love pets and had to leave mine in Perth so anywhere with animals is a plus! Don't mind smokers (cig/420) and am a pretty chilled and relaxed person who loves tea, comedies and memes (who doesn't) ps. ideally looking for open minded people with similar values (i.e not trump type ideologies) xx
My name is Rachael, I am 24 years old and studying in my final year of a masters degree at Melbourne uni. I am looking for a share house to stay in until I finish my studies but depending on where I find work I may want to stay longer. I am an animal lover, vegetarian but don't mind those who eat meat. I love to bake and cook. I am an avid tea drinker and love to watch soccer and a bit of football. I go to dance classes and like to have a bit of a yarn and drink when I can. I'm looking to live somewhere that is friendly, social but also respects people's space and privacy. I do have a car so I would require a space to park. On street is fine as long as there is plenty of parking available. I am a clean person, I chip in with chores and I don't mind cooking dinner for others (as long as they don't mind vego food). I also make a mean cuppa.
I'm social but also enjoy quite time. I'm usually out and about. I'm clean and tidy but usually can't be bothered letting tiny issues get in the way of a good housemate vibe. I'm 29yo working full time medical device R&D. I'm also into painting and netball. I'm looking for a large room because I'm into painting and would like extra space to set up a desk.
Friendly and very respectfully, very focus on my training don't smoke or do drugs... moved to Melbourne because i got ordered a sports scholarship at Melbourne University this year. Im currently working at Travelodge hotel in docksland.
- Spacious and furnished room (built-in wardrobe, study table & chair, study lamp, double bed) with a big window and curtain. The unit is on top (3rd) floor with big windows to enjoy the view. The apartment is new and clean, entrance is secured with intercom. - 7 mins walk to Hawthorn station, tram 75 in front of the building to go to Flinders Street Station, ~15 mins walk to Swinburne Uni or you can catch 2 trams.
I’m easygoing, love to laugh and meet new people, yet very organised and clean. I love to socialise but I also enjoy time spent at home relaxing. My passions include dancing, food and wine. In fact, I run a food blog as a hobby so I’m constantly hunting for new cafes and restaurants. I work full time (9-5) as an Executive Assistant at a University and I’m usually out and about on weekends. So, I’m mainly just home on week nights. I’ve been renting for the past 2 years and have lived with both male and female professionals who I get along with just fine. I welcome the opportunity to chat over a coffee so we can learn more about each other :)
I'm currently working in finance in the city. I'm quite but I also love having a chat and don't mind the odd wine. I'm originally from country Victoria and have been living in Melbourne for 3 years. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games but otherwise I'm usually out of the house. I like to clean regularly and I make sure to pay rent and bills on time.
Hi there - my name is Saranee and I'm a 28 year old economist working in the city. Pretty standard lifestyle - mostly work and keep it low-key during the week and enjoy having some fun on the weekends with mates. I've lived in share homes before and know how to tidy up after myself. I'm social but also enjoy time to myself when at home.
I am a 27 year old working professional and I am looking for a place in an existing home or to team up with a like minded individual to make a home. By 'home', I mean a place we can come to relax and unwind after work, a place that is clean and comfortable, with a warm and friendly housemate (or 2) that like to have a chat and share a meal occasionally. Although I love to have a good relationship with my housemate, I also value privacy and would expect the same. In my spare time I am either working out, meeting friends or having fun with my pup. He is a small, house trained dog who has been with me in my past two rentals without an issue. He comes with a great reference letter from previous landlord too. He is completely non shedding, so you get to have all the doggo fun, without getting covered in fur! If you think you have a place for me, or if you'd like to team up, please let me know! Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi guys! I’m looking to find a lovely home to move into and become a part of. To tell you a bit about myself, I'm super cruisy, more often than not up for a chat over a cup of tea or glass of wine, I love the outdoors, running and delicious food. I'm quite social though study comes as my main priority so I tend to lie low during the week. I generally like my living space to be kept tidy and clean. I'm told i'm like my mother (which is a scary thought) so you might find me vacuuming or mopping when i'm stressed. I'm respectful of others space and would love to be in a house where I could feel comfortable trusting this in my house mates also. Please do not hesitate to be in contact with me if you have any questions. Thanks, Lil
I'm from England, have travelled South East Asia and now hold working holiday visa for Australia. Looking to stay around Melbourne for approx 5 months. I'm from professional background and am a respectful, clean & tidy housemate. Currently working 9-5 in CBD. Looking for a room with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and socialising, but not looking for a party apartment. I enjoy cooking and baking, chocolate brownies are a favourite.
I am an Indian Exchange Student and I will be attending Swinburne Uni from July 2018 to Nov 2018. I enjoy reading books and exploring new places. I am looking for a place to stay near Swinburne. I am friendly and I'm keen on keeping my surroundings clean. I am vegetarian.
Hello! I'm a 23 year old student, who works late nights and early mornings (hospo life) and I'm looking in the Hawthorn/Richmond area because it's close to work and uni. I like my own space and respect everyone's spaces and privacy, but I'm always up for a Netflix binge or a glass of wine over dinner. I do a mean clean of the kitchen and the bathroom and I have a habit of washing other people's dishes or putting your laundry in the dryer. I also co-parent a small toy poodle x bichon frise, so she'll be with me sometimes when I want to see her but not all the time I'm really hoping to find somewhere to move before life gets too busy. I hope to hear from you and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Regards, Sylvana
