A single private room is $190 rent plus $30 bills per week, includes fast NBN WI FI. couple/2 people shared room is $160 each per week. Includes bills and fast Nbn WI FI. Comfortable quality beds. BYO sheets/bedding or rent ours for a once off fee $50. Kitchenette has 2 cooktops, microwave, kettle toaster-no oven. Full bathroom and separate toilet with locks.. bedrooms have locks also. Large tv and DVD player/Dvd's/fast nbn wifi. Must shared cleaning duties with housemates weekly. Fan in every room and 1 portable cooler unit in main lounge/dining also ceiling fan in lounge- front decking/sitting area with a nice view... No guests allowed no parties or drunken loud behavior is not tolerated, as our neighbours are friendly and we want it to stay that way- no noise after 11 pm, thanks. Just a 5 min walk to the wood fired pizza restaurant/wine bar known as Innocent Bystander, Beechworth Bakery and the quaint township of Healesville. On a weekend the town is bustling with people, vintage cars and motorbikes. Cafes and Wineries are all around and a short drive to Healesville Sanctuary or the Chocolatier.

I have an impeccable rental history, long tenancies, and always pay my rent in advance. I used to smoke, now vape. Smokers ok, but only outside. I don't drink or take drugs but I'm tolerant of occasional drinkers, but no drugs please. My party days are over! I'm not a green thumb or very handy person. So would like a low maintenance property and/ or gardener included. Even better, I’d be open to share costs to hire a gardener and/or cleaner on a monthly basis.
