hey there, my name is tamer. im 33yo carpenter. currently living in Western Australia, but moving to Sydney at the end of march for a new job. im either looking to share a house/apartment with 1 other person or team up with 1 other person to apply for a new place. as mentioned above im a carpenter and the new job is a secure full time job, hence the move. im pretty easy to get along with, clean, tidy and respectful of others. would like to share with someone who shares these same simple values. due to my work nature, ultimately on weekdays would like to come home and just chill and relax over couple of beers, and would be good to strike an intelligent conversation with someone. weekends would be nice to go out and about and explore. me personally im an outdoor kind of person, love my camping fishing and 4x4, and its definitely something i would like to continue if possible. looking for someone responsible and respectful to share with but still be someone who is fun to b around and have a laugh with. im not fussed about what gender, background, religion and so on you are, as long as you are a decent person im happy with that. im financially stable, so covering my rent and share of expenses is not an issue at all, and hope to share with someone the same. i am a smoker, however i never smoke inside of any house. i do have a daughter in perth so every couple of month ill be making a trip back for a week to see her, and i do have family and friends in wollongong "im originally from good old gong" which i might disappear on some weekends to go down and catch up with them. i will be in sydney 27/02 till 11/03 to finalize some of the new job thing, where im hoping to find a place, after that fly back to perth for 2 weeks pack my things and drive back to sydney. so if you have something available or intersested in a team up, please feel free to contact me. thank you
Hi! I'm a 22 year old nursing student, disability support worker and small design business owner. Random mix I know but these attributes make me caring and house proud! After a place to call home for a year or so, with good company and permanent relationships being a plus. Not huge on the party scene but I'll share a drink or two with you on occasion. I love animals and will always choose them over humans, but in this case they can't split rent, so you'll do ;) I'm a real good mix of things, love the ocean and surfing, binging series and a bit of a nerdy gamer, artist and creator and really into fitness and my sport so I think I'd fit pretty well anywhere. I make a killer rice pudding, so if that suits your taste buds I'm your gal. Anything in Cronulla is preferred, but Miranda, kirawee and Sutherland shortly follow. Look forward to hearing from potential room mates!

Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
I have a positive outlook on life always ensuring that I enjoy everything I do and that I try everything at least once. I am reliable, dependable and responsible and do not drink very often so would not be making a great deal of noise. If you want to know anything else please contact me.
I'm a shire girl born and raised, like to get out but usually not that much of a partier. I like to play video games, watch tv/movies, and read. I'm a massive Potterhead 😄. I also work at Coles so I'm always good to grabbing any quick groceries if need be 😛.

Hey I'm a 33 year old male, originally from Bathurst I've recently accepted a job based in mortdale for a building company. I'm a pretty normal bloke and enjoy the simple things in life.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.

Hello! I'm Cassidy. I've lived in share houses since I was 19 across the Sunshine Coast and Sydney. I'm currently studying and working in Sydney, however have fallen in love with Engadine and surrounds. I'm peaceful, often quiet and like to do my own thing but enjoy a good conversation. My studies and work take up most of my time but otherwise I love hiking, hula hooping, going to the markets and hanging out. I'm very health conscious and take care of myself. I'm looking for people who are also easy going and care for their health. Feel free to get in contact. I'd love to hear from you!
I am a friendly, easy going, tidy person. I have a great sense of humour, my hobbies include working out, defeating my enemies on Xbox Live, and watching films. I wouldn't be at home all that often either. I'm a non-smoker, rare drinker, prefer quiet activities to going out all the time. I can provide character references and guaranteed rent in advance. I go to tafe three days per week studying Screen and Media and have a part time job.

This place is an absolute delight, I know it, you know it, everybody knows it. You will love this place if you are working anywhere in Sydney or in Wollongong, easily access public transport systems via a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop or a 15min walk to the train station. The most to die for aspect of this property is the location to the nearest bowling club. We are talking a 5 minute ride on the shoe-lace express(once again walking) to the nearest Victoria Bitter(or other inferior fluids) watering hole. The people you will be living with also give a great deal of value to this treasure chest of a find. There is currently access to the pool located in the backyard and to 4 large Rhodesian Ridgebacks if your hands are feeling up to stroking some dogs. We live right on the bush and next to a reserve if you enjoy a spot of nature. The house has been recently renovated so has a modern kitchen and bathroom.
We both will work for ANSTO full time on placement from our company in the UK. We have rented in shared accommodation before and are easy to live with. We are very friendly and hard working and will most likely want to spend our free time exploring. We are sporty and outgoing and looking to make our short time in Australia as fulfilling as possible. We are not a couple, just colleagues sent to work together.
We are a lovely couple working full time. We have a nice and comfortable furnished room/bathroom available for rent. The house is clean and tidy and we are friendly and easy going, we have dinner together must of nights, you are welcome to join us or keep to yourself if you prefer, we can provide your own small fridge, bills and internet are included in the rental price. Hello I'm Brendan, I'm a 25 year old male. I'm a full time nurse with a rotating roster. I am a quiet, clean person who keeps mostly to myself at home but I am also very easy to get along with. I like to socialise with friends and family in my spare time and am always up for an adventure. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :)

Easy going, easy to get along with but also love my space so, either way you like it, it'll work. Work 5 days a week, out on the weekends, clean hygienic and my feet don't stink. Plus I clean up after myself. Courteous smoker who doesn't smoke near open doors or windows. Not that great of a cook so I usually buy out. Depending on the place I may pay extra for Foxtel. Get in touch.
Footloose and fancy free! 'My Three Sons', now young men, have long left the fold. I try to keep life simple and happy. Love comedy, music, dance, theatre, tennis, travel, reading, camping, colour, candle light, nature and watching the world go by, especially beachside. A great coffee every day is my vice and I'm very fussy about where I drink it, ambiance is not an option, it's a must! I work full time and travel for work so am gone a few weeks each quarter. I like 'organized' and part of keeping life simple is cleaning up after yourself always, so that housework doesn't get in the way of life because it's always under control. Love company but also like my space and privacy and respect others. I'm a Kiwi who made Sydney my home for 27 years, returned to NZ for 10, spent the best part of the last 2 years in USA and am now returning to Sydney. Have been in current job for 2 years. I don't handle the heat well so the nearer I am to water the better. Young at heart, one son tells me "you think you're still 20". Ideal flatmates would be active, easy going 35 through 60 year olds, singles or couples. If you're empty nesters and wouldn't mind an unintrusive extra on your property and a little extra money on the side wouldn't go astray, I'll likely fit the bill. Like my Cafes, I like my place of abode to have ambiance.
The house has a beautiful outlook overlooking the Woronora river and is only 10 minutes by bus to the Sutherland train station or 20 minutes if you walk. You get your own bathroom and two large living rooms to share. The house is made of western red cedar and feels a little like a ski lodge. The kitchen has a large fridge and the laundry has top loader and dryer
5-10 Walk to Sutherland train Station. Very quite with lots of available parking outside. 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each. The property is pretty much furnished with the essentials except for the available bedroom/bathroom. But is it lacking a few luxury items here and there. The photos of the lounge and kitchen are from the previous owners.
Location: Located 6-7min walk from Sutherland station/buses and ample on street parking. Few minutes walk from the leisure centre, Coles/IGA and shops. Also very close to Miranda Westfield, beach/river, national parks etc so lots to do around here. Big, bright ground floor flat surrounded by gardens in a secure building and safe area. The flat: Large 2 bedroom flat with shared bathroom. Bathroom has a sizeable shower and separate bath. You will get you own cupboard and drawer spaces. Airy, open plan kitchen/living/dining which is fully furnished with new furniture and a huge couch. Plenty of empty cupboards so you will have you own spaces in the kitchen. Shared use of laundry with own cupboard space. Big private patio/balcony with daybed for relaxing. House is cleaned weekly at minimum. Your room: Bright, spacious bedroom with blinds (you are able to add curtains for extra darkness like we have!) and big window. Yours for exclusive use. The bedroom is opposite end of the house to ours, separated by the bathroom, so you will have good privacy and it is fairly quiet. The bedroom overlooks gardens and trees which is a nice bonus.
Peaceful and clean fully furnished home to share with relaxed, respectful and tidy flatmates. Large main front room, three windows, sunny garden outlook, freshly painted with built in wardrobes, $250pw, partly furnished. Shared electricity bills, cleaning. Unlimited Internet access shared bill optional. Share with guys in mid twenties, late twenties and early forties. I am owner and have separate cottage on same block, so keep the garden maintained. Everyone gets on but has their own space. I have two Birman cats but they are not in main house. This is a chilled out environment - not a party house. Fantastic location with massive front and back garden, next to oval, park, reserve and 10 minutes walk from station and Kirrawee shops, next door to Grays Point for kayaking/swimming, Audley's Weir, Gymea Village, Sutherland Leisure Centre and 8km from Cronulla beaches. If you want more space than an apartment offers, please contact Mary to arrange inspection.BBQ, Outdoor setting areas, TV, Reverse cycle air conditioning, all cookware, Furnished or unfurnished Beautiful large garden Oval two doors down, at your doorstep Relaxing peaceful and spacious
Hey! My name is Ella and I'm looking to move out of home for the first time (unappealing I know). I work as a disability support worker which leads me to shift work at all hours of the day. I love creating my own space and would welcome you to add your own stuff to make our place feel like a home. I find myself to be a very social person but also appreciate my time alone. Ideally I'd be looking to work together in finding a house that we can rent between 3-5 people. I am happy to look freely throughout the shire and beyond.
I'm looking urgently for a place to live close to public transport and pet friendly. I'm currently working in hospitality so mostly weekends and nights. I am social although keep to myself mostly. I have a well trained chihuahua who is completely house broken and absolutely adorable! Am willing to be flexible with budget for the right place.
Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to team up with to start a new apartment from March onwards. I'm work full-time with pretty long hours in the CBD. Most mornings I hit the gym, I'm pretty quiet at home but social outside, generally outgoing and like to have a chat, spend my free time hiking, going to the beach, or just chilling with Netflix and a glass of wine. I'm clean and tidy and looking to share with someone the same. Coffee lover (some might say addict...). Early bird, no late nights for me anymore :-) I'm looking to move into a 2BR, 2BA place with someone like-minded. I will be bringing nearly everything we would need, including fridge, couch, washing machine, but there is always room for more. Please get in touch if you're on the same page and let's chat!
