It is a good size room next to the bathroom. It has a built in wardrobe. Double bed and other furniture available if needed. Must like dogs. There are two small very loving and happy little dogs living in the house. House is a 5 min walk to station, pub and IGA.. what more do you need?!
Looking for someone to share a rental with Marley and I - roughly $250each depending on whats available within a 30min drive of sutherland hospital. Hello, i'm Rachael I work as a nurse part time, although soon to be full time. Currently im travelling 1.5hrs to work, so im looking to move closer to work at the end of october for 12months + I am quite chilled. I like my own space at times but also enjoy socialising and going out. I am very tidy and respect others privacy. I am a non smoker although others smoking doesnt bother me. I have recently rescued a staffy, Marley (7yo) who will be moving with me. She is happy to lay in the sun all day until i come home to take her for a walk. She also enjoys coming inside to nap on the lounge or follow you around the house.
I’m a quiet and outgoing high school student, I’m more then happy to help out around the place. I’m a neat person, I live in the Sutherland shire and am just looking for a room to stay in for a while untill I finish school I’m not fused on size of room. Would be good if location was close to transport.
Hello! My name’s Monique but a lot of people like to call me Mono. I’m 24 and currently work in Legal Services in the Sydney CBD. Currently I reside in The Gong, but I would love to move up to Sydney once my current lease finishes in February next year. Looking for somewhere affordable and won’t require me to travel more than an hour just to get to work. My eyes are currently set on the Sutherland area, but I am flexible. In terms of work, I work Afternoon shifts from Sunday-Thursday (2-11pm). It would be great if I could live with someone with a similar sort of roster or would not be bothered by weird work hours. I can be socially awkward when you initially meet me but do get along with people very quickly. Always down to have a drink, but also like to hibernate and binge watch television shows on the regular. It is essential that you like to have a laugh lol I want to be in a house where we are friends, not just strangers sharing a place. Additionally, it is really important for me to: 1) Have a built-in wardrobe 2) Live near and within walking distance of a train station as I heavily rely on it for work. I’m also not a morning person unless coffee is involved
Hi, I'm Amanda, I'm looking to move down to Sutherland from the Gold Coast to start a summer internship. I'm a clean, reliable housemate with a bubbly personality. I don't party but I'm always keen for a quiet drink or two. If you think we'd get along send me a message and we can go from there :)
Hello, I’m Sarah, I’m looking for a share house about me I’m 33 I work full time in kirrawee, I’m down to earth, Always up for a chat, love cooking, I’m tidy and considerate, I have no preference as to who I live with, I don’t smoke but I don’t mind if you do, if you have anything that might suit me please get in touch, thanks
I am a zoology graduate student from New Zealand and recently completed my honours in Tasmania. I am going to be a full-time PhD wildlife ecology candidate at Macquarie University :) When I have time off, I love exploring, going to the beach/wildlife hot-spots and socialising out and about. I am looking for a private room with own bathroom, as I will be intensively studying and likely to be out of the house/flat for the majority of the day. I love to cook and would love to explore Sydney in the coming years. Open to share with anyone or team up to look for a place :) Preferable anywhere in Sutherland Shire or Cronulla area
Easy going, clean and tidy, healthy lifestyle, enjoy good conversation and personal space. Enjoy quiet home life and some social activities with housemates. Looking for 1 or 2 rooms in a house/ townhouse or flat or granny flat for a single person. looking in the Sutherland shire area. Prefer to be close to train/park or beach. Require a car park.
Hello all! I am an American who is taking a working holiday in Australia to see the country and be closer to my girlfriend (who had to leave the states due to her own Visa problems). Looking for a place (gf will not be living with me) for about 4-6 months so the girlfriend and I can figure out our plan from there. Let me know if you have any questions! (non-smoker, nerd, no pets, clean, will more than likely be out and about and only be home to sleep) -Brian
Chilled, go with the flow kinda gal. Really enjoy living with other people and am looking for a sociable house. I am a full time dog walker and enjoy fitness training, going out to explore fun places and travelling.
The master bedroom is huge. There is plenty of room for a king size bed, plus a dresser and night stand or tv unit. There is a near built in robe with mirror door, is very airy and plenty of natural light, has blockout blinds and reverse cycle air con in the room. The upstairs bathroom is only shared between two people, and there is a downstairs bathroom for use also. All bills are included, and includes perks such as high speed internet (over 100mb/s), Netflix, Stan, Telstra TV and more. The house is in a quite cul de sac with plenty of on and off street parking. It is a leafy area with nice front and back yard gardens, bush walks in the area and only a short drive to amenities like shops, train station, etc.
Hi I’m Josh and I have just accepted a job in the Shire. I am moving from Newcastle and am looking for somewhere to call home as soon as I can. I’m flexible with living arrangements although I’d prefer somewhere furnished. I am friendly, clean and tidy and have stayed in shared accommodation in many countries across the world and know what is expected. I will be will be working a rotating day/night roster, so I will be out a lot. However I’m always keen to have a chat and a drink when I’m around. Please don’t hesitate to contact me ☺️
