I am very easy going, and I enjoy getting to know people. I do value my own time and space, and understand this need in others, but I am also happy to spend quality time with people. I think I am fairly out-going, and have a wide variety of interests. I'm always keen to try new things. I am a tidy person, and always happy to help out with the upkeep of the home. I am an animal lover, and have one dog, Imago, who I would like to have with me. She is a very loving dog, and adores people.

Hi potential housemates, I have 2 rooms that are available for either short or long term renting. Each room is different, 1st has a king Single bed mattress, the 2nd has a Double bed mattress; though both rooms have tall-boys for clothing. ( Both rooms are fairly spacely ) The add is for individual rooms each, though I'm not looking for numerous housemates/ boarding house therefore let me know if you'll be interested in both rooms at a reduced rate?? There's a separate/ guest bathroom/shower for yourself which I only use for storing my bathroom accessories (I have my own ensuite, therefore it's really all yours) Looking for someone laid back in nature but mature, clean and respectful. Also paying rent/bills and complete refundable bond is non-negatable. NBN Wifi included, Bills will be negotiated. Must not sit on my couch all day/ trash my house/ damage or break things. I am currently selling my property in Brisbane so we decided to try a new city, a fresh start and have my 4 children enrolled in a school in Epping. We are friendly and have 2 cats who will also be travelling with us while we 'transition' in our move. Looking for a place around Epping and someone who could take us all in would be fantastic. The time may vary but it could be 2 months, probably more while we sell up and settle in Melbourne permanently.
I am very clean and tidy. Have all my own things. I am not sure on length of stay but maybe minimum of 4 weeks upto 5 months. I work full time 5-6 days a week. I am quiet and sociable, will normally not be at home on my day off as I try and get out when I can and see/do things.
