I have sold my house and looking to see how I like the area before buying or building in or around Helensburgh or Stanwell Park. Reason being - I love nature, the sea and bush walks and it is closer to my mother - Jervis Bay, and a few other friends on the Fourth Coast. I know how to respect other people's space and take care that I am self responsible around the house both with keeping clean, keeping communication open and contributing. I am quiet, like to meditate, I like healthy food, love to cook, love an open fire - don't mind a chat over a red, love bush walking and I'm starting up some new projects next year so will likely be studying and preparing to get them off the ground. I also teach African drumming. I would like to live in a quality and beautiful home and ideally share the costs to be able to rent something nice in the area.
Fun and outgoing professional looking to escape the long hard hours of working as a business analyst and operations manager in corporate Sydney. In 2018 I'll be doing a sea/tree change and am looking for short-term accommodation to support my regular meanderings until I find the perfect place. My budget is limited for short-term rental. However I'd be willing to increase it for the right long-term opportunity. I'm reliable and trustworthy and prefer peace, quiet and cleanliness. Sophistication and aesthetics are also appreciated.

Must be ok with pets - I have a very friendly chihuahua and a cat (hence the townhouse- small backyard would be preferred). Dog is house trained, cat is litter trained. I clean up after myself. I like to go out for a drink or 2 but quite enjoy a night of Netflix as well.
Hello everyone, My name is Kristina, I am a human being of 25 years existence on this planet. I'm a university student going into my 2nd year of a Social Working Degree. My partner Aaron [27yo] and I are looking for a unit/granny flat/room to move into together in late February/early March. A little bit about us: We're both greenies, we love animals and try to be as compassionate human beings as possible. We enjoy watching films and would like to live with like-minded sustainable people who are enviromentally conscious, respectful of others views, and hopefully creative! We've both lived out of home for 7+ years and we are looking for a home environment more than a just a share house. We value human connection and honesty above all things when living with others. We also have a pet axolotl! So... that was usin a very small nutshell. If you think you would mesh well with us/vice versa, please let us know! P.S. Neither of us smoke and we only drink occasionally. Hope to hear from someone to team up soon!

I consider my apartment the ideal living space due to its proximity from necessity's such as Engadine train station,Engadine shopping centre and the pub. I've recently hired a cleaner to keep the apartment a pristine living space. The apartment is fully furnished and has a spare bed available with a brand new mattress. There is plenty of entertainment systems such as Netflix,Stan and Xbox. There is also internet available in this property/
Amazing beach house in a quiet community only minutes walk to beaches, cafes, bus stops, & train station. Bedroom includes built in wardrobe. Main bedroom that we live in has an ensuite so main bathroom is basically yours.
My partner and I are both extremely tidy people who prefer a simple lifestyle. We are both friendly and very open minded. We both love animals and nature which makes living with and close to them a necessity to us. We both work full time and are quite quiet people.
I’m Joel, 24 years old and I work full time cabin crew for an airline. I’m a vegetarian, I’m very laidback and easy going and I’m looking for a room preferably in a gay friendly vegetarian house. I’m social but I also love my quiet time. When I’m not working you’ll often find me catching up with mates for coffee, going on spontaneous adventures and spending hours washing and detailing my car (I would love to be living in a house with a decent front yard/driveway for car detailing). If this wonderful combination suits or exceeds your room mate criteria please do not hesitate to contact me. I’m friendly, very tidy and easy to live with.

Hi! I'm Gemma, and I've lived in Wollongong for 4 years now. I moved down from Sydney while I was completing my Communications degree, and am currently planning on living in Wollongong for the next three years while I complete my second degree in Sustainable Communities. I'm coming back from a trip to Thailand mid February and will need to move into a place around that time. I'm keen to move into an existing share-house or find a roommate to get a place with. I'm clean, organised, not a massive party person (one of my favourite things to do is read a book with a tea in hand) but I love doing dinner with friends or a few drinks out in the gong. I'm pretty into baking and cooking, coffee (I work as a barista), crafty stuff like crochet and sewing, and I like to go on hikes and little adventure trips around the coast.
I'm clean, social and reliable. I work full time and have a steady income. I'm 23 and enjoy socialising and having fun but also want to study and am respectful of the people I live with
I am 20 and my partner is 19, we are both very respectful, tidy and friendly people. We like to keep to ourselves and we are looking to start the next chapter of our life and take the next step towards our futures. I am currently deferred from the University of Wollongong as I have career prospects in a field I love and my partner is looking to start work as well as University as a med student. We are currently located in the northern suburbs of the Illawarra however we are looking to become more stable and centralised. We love the beach, going out to see friends, animals and cooking delicious food. We respect others privacy however as most people our age we love to chat and make new friends. Hope to hear back from you! Kind regards, Hayden and Brooke.
