HEYYOOOOOOOOO I work full time, scuba dive, sail, and am just getting back in to fitness after a hiatus. I've just graduated Marine Biology and am keen to live life a little more now that I have some free time! I'm generally up around 5.30/6am and will often have 4am departures for diving - although hopefully moving east side will make these wake ups a little later! I currently work full time in the Gabba so would love somewhere nearby or within a 20-25 minute drive. Not looking for a massive party house with kick ons eeeevery weekend but definitely down with having mates around every now and then. I like a full, fun, happy house where I'm comfortable enough to do my own thing and not have forced nightly dinners together haha. I'm pretty easy breezy but would like a nice, tidy home where everyone is conscious of what needs to be done and just cleans up after themselves for the most part. Sinks full of dirty dishes give me the heebies and dirty toilets give me the jeebies so if you're a super lax household on cleanliness, I'm probably not the one for you! If you are super anal about cleaning...I'm probably still not the one for you haha :D Budget = $250 including bills, $230 without bills

I'm a 46-year-old guy currently working massive hours and away with work 6 days a week. Currently I live in a share house in Alexandra hills where I have the master bedroom, a huge walk in wardrobe and full size en-suite bathroom. I also have half the double lock up garage and plenty of yard space which is important as I have quite a few toys and I’m needing to find a place that can offer the same. I am desperately trying to find another house as my two house mates here are ridiculously untidy and outright filthy. Our kitchen is a constant swarm of fruit flies, we have weevils in the pantry, cockroaches everywhere, maggots frequently crawling out of our kitchen bin and even had a rat inside. The list goes on. I don’t consider myself OCD but try to keep a clean and tidy house inside and out. When I first moved in here it was with Fiona 58 and Marlene 67 and I’m looking for a similar dynamic. Unfortunately Fiona kicked Marlene out who was the greatest house mate anyone could imagine and also helped me deal with fiona and her mess. I have two young kids 12 & 13 who I hardly see however I know my daughter is wanting to spend more of her time at my place so this needs to be considered. It’s for this reason I’m looking for somewhere either as close to the Wynnum Manly area or nearby to any train station on the Cleveland train line I’m also hoping that if I can find more suitable accommodation I should be able to see my boy more also. I have always been responsible for the upkeep of grounds at every property I’ve lived since I was a kid and I like to keep a neat and tidy yard. I don’t see this any differently to keeping my own room tidy. It’s just something I do and always have. I’m really hoping to find another one or two ladies 40+ to share a full sized house. Having my own bathroom is a must as is living in a house with a clean and tidy kitchen (I cook a lot when I’m home) and also common areas reasonably tidy and free from clutter. This is only my preference though and I am open to hearing from anyone who thinks we might be a fit. I throw zero parties and have few visitors. In fact I can only think of two people that I’ve had visits in the 6 months that I’ve lived here. I don’t have any pets and though I do love animals and wildlife in general I’d prefer to live in a house that doesn’t have an inside dog. But I do love dogs and would be happy to have a few animals around. Just as long as they are not animal like humans.
