G'day, I'm a very easy going professional bloke. I'll keep the place clean and tidy, am respectful and a great all round housemate. Outside of work I'm keeping fit, seeing family and friends, being social. Not one to sit still so you won't really see me sitting around the place being a lazy bugger or in your space during your down time etc. Ideally looking for a place with a pool and or balcony / view would be great.
Just moved to Brisbane from Sydney for a job opportunity. Working full-time and tend to travel with work monthly. I am single and looking to move to an apartment or sharehouse with likeminded people, hopefully one that is already set up as I only have bedroom furnishings currently. I am rather social and enjoy the great outdoors and going out for drinks but also enjoy quiet nights in and binging on Netflix. I am laid back and easy going and enjoy having a relaxed relationship with housemates where we hang out and have a conversation about our day. Hoping that this also opens me up to meeting new people in Brissy.
Hi I’m Michayla, I’d love to find a like mindperson to move in with. I’m really easy going, clean & like to have a few drinks on the weekend. I’m Very respectful to my peers and would rather be friends than room mates. 🙂 If you struggle to contact me on here please just stalk my social media hehe.
Great new and modern place in Hendra with a resort style pool and entertaining area. The place has a second living room outside the en-suite and ducted air-conditioning throughout. There will be a car space for you as well. We will consider people with minimal pets but probably prefer not to have any at the moment.
Hey! I'm Hussain, 28, currently a full-time student and also work at the airport. I enjoy new experiences, keeping fit at the gym, hiking and just being in nature. I love the occasional socializing and a drink or two every now and then. Clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a pretty good cook ;) Ideally, I would love to be great friends with my future housemate(s) in that we get along, do things such as cook, eat, chill and hang out every now and then (no pressure haha) as opposed to being mere tenants with shared living spaces - it's not a prerequisite as i do understand we all have busy lives and varying schedules. The idea of a home rather than a house has always appealed to me:) Preference for residences next to or at walking distances from bus/train stations and supermarkets etc.
I'm a warm, easy-going gal who is looking for a place to move in to in the nest few weeks - Ideally before February. I currently live in Upper Mount Gravatt, but my work is moving to the north side (Hendra) around April, so I'd like to find a place close enough to the new office before the big move. I'm a bit of a creative mind, love a good binge watch, and don't mind a drink. I work full time at the moment so I'm always looking for some spare time for my hobbies and other passions, and somebody to hang out with after a long day. Preferably, I'd like to move into a place with other women and a max of two housemates as that is what I am most comfortable with at this time. I am available to move in at any time with short notice. I am looking for places that have easy access to train-lines or busses that could get me to the city so I can still get to work before the office move, and also looking for unfurnished rooms. I do currently work 9-6 during the week. Please only message me during these hours as my work requiries me to be on the phone. I am available to message or call at any time during the weekend, and please ask if you'd like my email or facebook.
The upstairs room is an L shape, with carpet flooring. The room is furnished with a double bed, portable hanging wardrobe, desk and chair, as well as a leather two seater sofa lounge next to the three windows that overlook the palms and street view. Quiet neighbourhood. The bathroom upstairs is for use by the occupant of the upstairs bedroom. That bathroom consists of a shower over the bath; vanity basin, and a toilet. I’m looking for a new room mate/ tenant to occupy a semi detached one bedroom, one bathroom property. Queenslander apartment with beautiful finishes. With own car space, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom. The property has its own electricity and NBN connection so you pay your own bills and only pay for what you use. It’s almost like having a room mate as I’ll be just next door but you won’t have to deal with the annoying things like sharing your space or splitting bills. Looking for someone for an immediate move in, who is quiet and prefers to keep their place clean and tidy. Perfect for someone who works full time hours and likes regular visit from Kitty (photo attached) *cat treats a must as he is a chonker* Great location in Hendra, 15 minutes from the airport and city. A Bus stop 30 metres from the gate, buses running every half an hour and a train station 5 minute drive away with trains running every 15 minutes. A Woolworths, pharmacy, doctor and gym are less than a KM away and a parking spot is available for your car at the front of the house on the street. $270 per week. Includes gardening!

I’m a nurse and I FIFO out of Brisbane for work on a 7/7 roster so will only be around every second week. I’m flexible with the suberb once I can get a furnished room with an en-suite. I’m clean but not OCD 😂 fairly laidback and enjoy a drink and a chat. I’m also flexible with the location.
I have recently relocated to Brisbane. I am particularly interested in your rental unit because of the nearby amenities, proximity to public transportation, and relatively short commute to work. I have been employed in the service industry for the past ten years and consider my employment secure. I am quiet and respectful of others’ privacy, and have always had a good relationship with my previous landlords. Although I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place. I understand that by entering into a tenancy, I will be taking on legal responsibilities. As your tenant, I am aware that I will need to: • pay the full rent on time, • not unreasonably disturb others, • care for your property, and • otherwise follow the Residential Tenancy Act and the terms of my tenancy agreement. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hi! First off, the basics :). I'm easygoing and respectful of other's property, space and privacy. I have a permanent job in the IT industry in Hamilton. I've lived in Brisbane for three years. I'm a permanent resident, originally from Sweden, and have no plans of leaving. I have no preference where in the Brisbane area you live, as long as the commute to Hamilton by car sensible :). In my spare time I do a lot of scuba diving on the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast. Member of a scuba diving club in Mooloolaba. Other than that, when I'm not busy working, I try to go to the gym, and relax watching a movie, or when I'm really ambitious I might even read a book. I've got a car and would appreciate being able to park it somewhere close to the house. An added bonus would be the possibility for a workbench area in a garage or the like to service and store some of my scuba equipment. Currently I live in a 2 bedroom apartment by myself (I'm on the contract, ends beginning of February). It's full of my own furniture. If possible, I'd prefer to find a place where I can at least bring some of my things with me. Not against putting some of it on Gumtree or in storage. Separated from my partner a while back which is why I'm looking for a new place. Have stayed at flat-share before, and come highly recommended by them, and my current property agent :). Looking forward to hearing from you.
My names Tristan I'm 20 years old and looking for a room with an easy going group of people who are fun and enjoy a relaxing household environment. Being quite young i am very self sufficient and am no stranger to responsibility :) I hope to meet find a suitable room to make it a place to call home.
This is a great 2 Bedroom duplex with nice Kitchen, lounge and TV Room. Good size main bedroom that has built-ins. Close to the Airport, State School, Toombul Shopping Centre, DFO, Portside, Nudgee and Racecourse Roads. Only 6km to the city, with the Bus and Train easily accessible.
I'm Adrian, a thirty year old single male looking for long term accommodation. I'm clean, tidy, polite and I have a positive outlook on life. I hope to find a hassle free place to live that works in sync with all members of the household.
I am a Full-Time Retail Manager. I work long hours so I am rarely at home and when I am I like to have a wine or two and just relax. I am seeking a friendly, welcoming and comfortable place to come home to at the end of a long day where I can just wind down. I'm an active and adventurous person who likes to go out exploring the City and the beaches. When i'm not working I am either out with friends, working on my Art or relaxing with a juicy T.V series or book at home. I am a clean and respectful housemate who is always up for a chat but I also understand the importance of personal space and having some alone time. Preferably seeking a Female only flat.
I’m a 34 year old marketing professional (work 4 days/wk) also studying primary education at uni. I am from Brisbane originally, returning after an 18 month stint on the Gold Coast. I come with a 9yo Great Dane cross Mastiff who loves cuddles and is friendly with other dogs (we currently live with a boisterous Frenchie) and would love a place that has a dog already but it would also be perfect if you love dogs but want none of the responsibility! I prefer to socialise outside of my home rather than have friends over and generally keep a pretty quiet, low-key existence while at home. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and all the other things you'd expect of a housemate. I'm looking to share with one or two mature, like-minded housemates who are happy doing their own thing but also share a meal or drink every now and then. My moving date is super flexible, but two weeks notice would be ideal.
Super chilled and easy to live with. I work full time in the super industry. Into health and fitness, most nights of the week I'm usually out and about so not home all too often. Don't mind a drink or two every now and again. I enjoy good banter, so I am up for chats whenever, but also respectful of others and quiet time.
