I am currently in the process of finding a new home (Townhouse) and I’m searching for 1 person to join me (max $270 each). We would each have our own bathrooms and I am able to fully furnish the house (apart from your room). I’m super clean, respectful of peoples space and down time. I'm too old for the house party scene. Ideally looking for a housemate who is also respectful, clean, happy to be social and likes dogs. I have a 4 year old, 6kg, Toy Poodle cross Lhasa Apso (which means he does NOT shed any hair). He is very quiet, never barks, toilet trained, and doesn't dig holes or chew anything other than his toys. He loves people so it's really important you love dogs too.
My name is Kirsten and I am 25 years old, originally from the US. My boyfriend is Logan, 27 and from New Zealand. We are looking for a relaxed place with at least a couple flatmates that would be keen to socialize but are also all good doing their own thing. Both of us are tidy, friendly and responsible flatmates, and just want to find a good place that works well for everyone.
Hello potential housemates! 😊 I'm Tempany. I am 22, studying full-time and working part-time. Single, non-smoker, very light, occasional drinker. I'm very easy to live with, always very mindful of the people around me. I'm friendly, outgoing, laid-back, polite, tidy and respectful. I’m financially stable, so you can rely on me to pay rent and bills on time. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy socialising with friends, being active, Netflix, reading and cooking. Currently seeking an opportunity to be part of a mature, inclusive, enjoyable living environment with like-minded people. I love having housemates who are fun, quirky and social, and also enjoy the occasional wine and cheese nights. I would be more than happy to have all of our girlfriends over for a big home cooked dinner (I love to cook hehe). I’m super easy to get along with, always down for a chat! I respect the need for private/quiet time, which I also appreciate from time to time. I am very flexible with move in dates, can move in as soon or as late as possible, but would roughly like to keep my move in date around the start of August. Please do not message me if you’re in other suburbs as I need to situated near Chermside, Fortitude Valley and the airport, due to work, study and travel purposes. I hope to hear from you soon! 😊
I'm a 26 yo mechanical engineer working full-time on the north side of Brisbane. My current lease is ending so I'd be looking to move in mid-late September. I get up early during the week for gym and to go to the coast on weekends, so I'm not looking for a party house. That said, I'd like to live somewhere where the housemates are friendly and happy to get together for dinner/drinks every so often rather than just randoms who share a house and never talk/hang. I'm independent, easygoing, neat & tidy and respectful of others' space and downtime. My hobbies include surfing, tennis, indoor soccer, snowboarding and calisthenics training. Non-smoker, no pets. PS: A garage spot would be great, but is not essential.
A spacious Queenslander with two living rooms and a share friendly kitchen. Large backyard and balcony great for summer entertaining. Medium sized room with double door built in wardrobe, large window and private air conditioner that comfortably fits queen bed. Sharing bathroom with one other girl that likes to keep it tidy and minimalist. House is walking distance to Toombul station and shopping centre, gyms, parks, Clayfield Markets and plenty of restaurants. Housemates share off street parking and driveway that fits two cars.
Even though I'm mostly on the road for work, I am a bit of a social butterfly. I work for a hotel group in Hamilton, and tend to hit the bars over a weekend. Hobbies include music, photography, running, and graphic design. I love to listen to music when cleaning the house and working from home (which is rare). I do live on my own at the moment, just seeing what's out there. Let me know if you would like to know anything else!
Hey there, Hi there! I’m Lilly and I’m 26. I work 2 jobs and study full time. I’m social and friendly but also keep to myself at times because of study. I have a beautiful friendly cat that you would barely know is there and I look after him very well. I am very clean and tidy but no where near a perfectionist. Lilly
Bubbly and clean work full time as a Kindy Teacher love my job. Keep to myself most of the time but love to have a laugh every once in a while. When I’m not working I’m always with family or watching movies and eating yummy foods (sushi)
Hi folks! I’m moving back to Brisbane for my work with the Queensland Government (currently in Rockhampton). I lived in a studio apartment in Spring Hill years ago and love the simplicity. I have an elderly small dog and a very boring lifestyle. My other half lives and works in regional Queensland, so would not live with me. When he and I meet up in Brisbane, we prefer to stay with family who live across Brisbane in order to spend time with loved ones. I travel for work a lot, work long days and am also studying a postgrad at the same time. I don't party, but don't mind if others do. I'm happy to do the lease as an individual or to pay for two if required. My main concern is ensuring I can find a place that will be in my budget but also ok for my beloved old dog to live with me. I prefer to pay by automatic bank transfer from my account fortnightly on pay day, rather than cash. I’m not sure what else you might like to know, but am happy to answer any questions you have and give my current rental Real Estate agent contact details for referee etc. I'm happy to 'tour' the property via video call with you if you think that I might suit you. If you want a low drama boring person to move in and just help you pay your bills, get in touch. :) Kind regards, PJ
I work as an IT Consultant out near the Airport M-F 9-5. I always love getting out and adventuring around Brisbane and the surrounding areas on the weekends, also going for long drives with no real destination. Have recently started hitting the gym every day to keep the work-life balance... balanced but it's a real struggle some days, especially leg day. I do also like having the occasional beverage with mates on a weekend and winding down with Netflix/movie or a couple card games, I'm looking at you Cards Against Humanity! I do love cooking if I'm not too tired and happy to share meals as long as the other does the dishes, lol. I'm extremely home proud and love a clean tidy home to come to or when socializing etc. I'm a sociable, outgoing and fun fella so hoping to find a person who will enjoy this aspect of me but I also enjoy my quiet time alone and respect if you do also. Looking to hear from rad people soon so if you want to know anything else please contact me.
I'm social, I'm clean, I like to have a good time, be outdoors or listen to live music, I can cook, and provide good chat from time to time. I'm interested in living somewhere with good vibes and with likeminded people who are similar ages to me. Preferred length of stay would be 6+ months :)

Close to the Airport, State School, Toombul Shopping Centre, DFO, Portside, Nudgee and Racecourse Roads. Only 6km to Brisbane City. Bus and train easily accessible. Street appeal is not so good, but quite nice inside.

Hi Flatmates - Tom here. Look no further if you are an Airport Worker - CBD Worker - someone wanting easy access to the north or south of Brisbane. Plus... if your looking for at least one great flatmate (pun intended) living in a quiet, clean, modern, secure with aircon (and ceiling fans) plus furnished and close to almost everything, then this place should tickle your fancy. Located in the awesome safe gated garden estate of Tea Tree Grove, I have a beautiful light and bright open-plan Townhouse. You get to enjoy a big backyard with awesome no maintenance lawn that looks good all the time and low maintenance garden. Plus... under cover area with BBQ for entertaining. Let me dot point the nice bits in brief for you.... * NBN fibre to the Townhouse * Great back yard and covered entertaining area * Gas cook top for the chef and dishwasher (for the non-shef) * Excellent size bedrooms - one has King and the other a Queen (beds that is) * The master bedroom has an en-suite with two shower heads and a Juliet balcony overlooking the front of the property. * Spa-Bath ensuite in bed two * Bed one and two have under-bed storage and mirror door wardrobes * Separate laundry with dryer and just new washing maching - fridge is just new also and big! * Powder room, (3rd toilet), ground floor * Remote garage door for easy access * Fully screened windows and doors * Accommodation for 2 cars (one garage with auto door) * Quiet no-through street location * Floor two is easy care polished timber and ground floor is tiled - easy smeazy to clean +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Tea Tree Grove is 9km to CBD and the location offers:- +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ * 5 minutes to Bus * 10 minutes to train * 5 minutes to Toombul Shopping Centre and nearby street strip of restaurants in Nundah * Within walking distance of the Racecourses and Racecourse Road precinct * 10 minutes to the airport. * NBN connection * 9km CBD If you're into working up a sweat, you are right next door to Healthworks fitness centre... including tennis courts and swimming pool +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ General Features ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Property Type: 2 story Townhouse Bedrooms:3 Bathrooms:2 Price per calendar week:$250 Bond: 4 calendar weeks: $1000 Fully Furnished Intercom Dishwasher BBQ Remote Garage Secure Parking 2 Garage Spaces:1 Open Car Spaces:1 Balcony to bedroom 1 Complex has an Outdoor Entertaining Area with BBQ and room to kick a footy Fully Fenced and secure gated ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This is a 3 bed Fully Furnished house of which the 3rd bedroom is used for short periods when I visit Australia - I travel a lot and are away for most of any one year and only visit with a back pack as I travel through. Hence you will only be sharing this 3 bed house with one other person for most of any one year. The home is low maintenance and homely and my preferences are toward longer stayers and maturity is a plus. Oh yeh... clean is an absolute positive. Just a note - smoking is out of vogue... (and its not good for health). As I will rarely be "home" - and speaking of cleanliness, household cleanliness and living rules of the house are pretty much up to you and the 'other' room flatmate as obviously are the Household bills. Did I mention cleanliness? If you can swing on a broom and slop a mop around from time to time you will make a great first (...and lasting impression), particularly with your more permanent house mate I am sure. I only use my phone for internet when I visit Oz but NBN fibre internet is available with next day connection if required. I certainly hope this tickles your interest enough to come and have a look - and more than happy to have a talk about any flatmate issue that may be on your mind. Look forward to seeing you - come have a look, you'll love it. Cheers Tom PS - extra note: 1 room now taken - one room left.
The house is a newly renovated Queenslander. Top level - Main bedroom, Study, powder room, kitchen, formal living, dining & deck Bottom level - Media, rumpus/second living area, laundry, bathroom, toilet, 3 bedrooms, back deck and front portch The home is large which makes it perfect if you want to want to have your own space. Internet isn't connected yet however NBN is in the process of being connected. expected to be hooked up within a few weeks Ducted aircon throughout with fans in every room. Tv's along with sound systems are in all the living areas and media room. There is temporary furniture throughout however I have ordered more to go with the theme of the house but isn't expected to arrive for up to 2 months. Bedroom sizes are roughly 3.5 x 3.5 with built in robes The house is located in prime position for people needing access to city and highways whilst being in the comfort of a home and not a unit. Fortnightly professional clean included in price Photos will be up shortly. - (please excuse the little bit of mess and disorganisation as its in the final stages of construction) the house will be ready to move in by date provided
Basically I’m looking start a little share house with 1-2 other people guys or girls, to move between mid July and then end of August. Probably 2-3 bed and 2 bath. I have some furniture so you’ll only need your bedroom stuff really. I’m Extremely clean and tidy. I work in retail so I love alone time but also like a good wine and chat, having friends over and watching Netflix. My idea of cooking is putting nuggets in the oven but I can make an amazing chicken pie and cookies. Would like more of a friends vibe then just housemates. Looking at places for $150 - $175 pp per week for rent. I do smoke but NEVER inside. Can’t think of anything worse then that smell getting into furniture.
Hello, my name is Arthur. I am an international student who will be commencing studies in Brisbane, in July 2018. I am also a full time employee (overseas) who will be undertaking the 2 year study as part of my training and employment requirement. I keep myself neat and tidy and am always respectful of others space. I'm pretty quiet but very easy to get along with. Always in control of everything bills wise and like to be organised. You will find me busy during weekdays with studies and all but should have a little free time during the weekends to chill out. I prefer bills and internet to be included in the rent. En-suite room is preferred with enough space for a study table. I will be in Brisbane by early June 2018, hence I am looking for accommodation that will be available by then. Message me if you need more information. Thank you.
