2 girls looking for another 2 people to join them moving into a house in December. We are both fun, social, tidy people who enjoy each other’s company but also respect privacy. Looking for like minded people. We enjoy going out and having a drink but also enjoy quiet nights at home binging Netflix and cooking together or heading down the beach! We both have years of experience in share housing situations so understand the importance of shared responsibilities and always pay on time! Claire is currently studying psychology at Deakin and working part-time and Hannah works full time in allied health. If we sound like a match for you please swing us a message 🤗 Males, females and couples welcome! Would prefer to live with people in their 20’s.
I work full time, and when I’m home I like to relax watch a movie, I like cleaning the house fully on my days off. I like cooking... and I’m overall a pretty quiet respectful clean person to live with. Can give reference from the person I’m renting room off now
I am Postie (Daytime), Woolies (evening time), Asian (Ethnicity), Busy all the time, non-smoker, non-alcoholic (But I like parties) and 24y M. Looking for a new place, new great flatmates, and new friends. One more thing I like dogs, pets (so if you have.. not a problem..), cooking, music etc. Things pretty Important to me: Car Parking slot, Flexible-Length of Stay, semi furnished individual room and Good house atmosphere :)
I am a friendly, bubbly 24 year old who loves a good time, with the added bonus of being responsible and tidy. I can cook and I'm pretty good at baking when needed so if you like cake you're set. I would like a peaceful place to stay without drama so you can expect the same from me. I like beading/jewellery making so you could try out the new pieces I make if you're into that, and I love drawing in the manga style so if you like Japanese comics and anime I'm your person. Hoping to find like minded friendly and hopefully funny, creative people.
Hi, my name is Bonnie. Looking for a new place to live as my partner and I have just split. I work as a restaurant manager in Bannockburn but want to stick around the Waurn Ponds/Belmont area. I have a 3 year old cat who is pretty friendly and cuddly. She is quite boisterous at times and is an outdoor cat as well. I am pretty clean, a pretty okay cook and don't mind a wine or 3 from time to time. I mostly keep myself but I am very easy to get along with and don't mind socializing.
I am 21, currently studying Cert 3 in Early Childhood and Care at The Gordon, as well as actively looking for employment. Currently living 30mins out of geelong, I am hoping to find somewhere more central to call home whilst I carry out my studies, and to be closer to friends! I have always been a very clean and tidy person, and easy to get along with.. :)
Hi :) I currently live a unit by myself but have previously been in a few share houses so I know how to be clean and respectful of others! I can come with or without essential furniture but don't have lot of things to clog a place. I work full time and enjoy activities outdoors like hiking and camping but also love to chill with a wine. Ideally I'm hoping to move into a house (or team up) with people similar age to me who are friendly and social and want to create a homely place to love. I do come with a cat which has made it harder to find a place. But she's very chill and spends most days outside minding her own business! If you have any questions I'd love to hear from you :) looking forward to it!
Hi! Name is Josh and my lease is coming to an end and looking for a new place to move into. I currently work part time in Colac. Don't mind socialising but I'm pretty chill and quite to live with so preferably would like to live in a house with similar people. I clean after myself and share in the household chores. I also know how to cook :) Don't have any pets but am a smoker (outside) If there is anything else you would like to know, just send me a message. Cheers
I'm working 5 days a week in a high School as education aid, not a party animal, prefer pet free house. I'm not home most of the weekends as I do volunteer work as respite foster carer in Melbourne. I'm living in a beautiful granny flat but my lovely land lady is downsizing by end of the year, I'm not in rush but I like to be ready before she sell the house. I can move as soon as I find somewhere nice.
Quiet area. Quiet neighbours. Local shops, Bus to city/ train station (Geelong & Geelong Notrth Stations). Local doctors nearby, Chemist, Bakery, Cafe, in local shopping centre. IGA, Aldi, Coles 10minutes drive (safeway Pakington Street) 15 minutes drive. 20 minutes walk to alternative bus route.
This house is situated in Geelong West which makes it ideal for students (10 minutes from Deakin and Geelong CBD) and a great centerilized location for many other activities. Jamie and I have busy full time work but enjoy many of the activities the area has to offer. Being so close to Geelong CBD it is a cheap Uber and is also situated close Pakington Street and to other social hubs. We’d love for a fun, interesting house mate to move in that will love to party but also has the same work commitments as we do.
Great little home with all the mod/cons - gas ducted heating, aircon, modern kitchen and a recently updated bathroom. Great backyard for summer bbq's and hanging out in the sun (when it's out). Comfortable living space, fully furnished with everything you'll ever need - washing machine, LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen. Ideally situated between Shannon Ave and Pakington St - a short walk to the supermarket, excellent cafes, pubs, restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront. I love living here and think you will too :)

I have 2 rooms available as my other two housemates are moving out. The house is very modern, spacious and extremely low maintenance. The house is in a great spot with cafes and a supermarket a few streets away and Shannon Avenue is a short drive. The street is very quiet, and there's always room for street parking. The house will come mostly furnished, but will need a TV and a kitchen table. One bed room comes with a balcony and is extremely roomy (no pun intended) with a massive built in robe. The other room is smaller and has a smaller wardrobe, but we do have a Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs for extra storage if needed. I haven’t put up pictures of the bedrooms but feel free to get in contact for some. This will be the start of a 12 month lease. Sorry but no pets allowed.
One room available in a sharehouse in Newtown. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. The bedroom is very large and has double built in robes. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all upstairs, with one shared bathroom downstairs. The backyard is large, with a big shed and undercover entertainment/patio area. If you want to bring along a furry friend, we may consider, but only if they are outside pets. Rent price includes bills (water, gas and electricity). Internet is additional and split between housemates ($80/month in total). If you're a couple, rent will be at a higher price. The location is great, with a Woolworths, post office, medical centre, gym, cafés and multiple bus stops all around the corner. Pakington St is just a walk away, and Deakin University and Geelong town are not far! Let me know if you're interested and we can have a chat :)
An older house in Hamlyn Heights with a lot of character and a massive backyard. Situated in a quiet area within walking distance to supermarkets, parks and only a 3-minute drive to the fantastic Pakington Street cafe district or 10-minute drive to the Geelong CBD. If you don’t drive there is a bus stop located on Vines road - less than a minutes walk away - or either of the housemates are happy to run you around if needed. The house comes fully furnished except for the bedroom being let out. Terrific internet connection and plenty of off-street parking. Rent is paid monthly ($440 each) and all bills are split into three. It is a requirement that you must fill out the rental application (we can supply you with the paperwork) and pay the bond ($440).
I’m very sad to be leaving this house, it’s got so much character and in the perfect spot for those who enjoy a stroll down Pako for a coffee. Pakington street is only a 2 minute walk away, the waterfront a 5 minute walk and the city a 5 minute drive. The private bedroom that is for lease is a great size for a single person with ample storage space in a floor to ceiling robe. The rest of the house will be communal and is also kept beautiful and clean. Furnishings already exist in the house, you will just need your own bedroom furnishings. All the furniture that is depicted in the photo will be removed for you.
Friendly and respectful 23 year old looking for flatmates who enjoy a good time but work hard and would love to make a new friendship. I love animals, reading and baking so you're always guaranteed some sweet treats! I work full-time as an Administration Assistant during the week and a casual Bartender on weekends.
I am a quiet and self contained person with a small Pomeranian x chihuahua, I am currently on a disability support pension but am planning on returning to work/study once I have stable accomodation for me and my dog. I love my footy and motor sports and love camping fishing etc. I am trustworthy and tidy and generally keep to myself but do enjoy some socialising.
