I'm a graphic designer so love creativity and happy people. I'm not much of a party goer but so long as there is notice for the rowdy nights I'll be fine. Work in the city doing design and retail 2 days a week for secure rent. I like my kitchens and bathrooms tidy so that's a plus too. Can move out almost whenever depending on the house and preferred stay is adjustable :) If I find a great place I'd like to stay longer.
Student of English, Sports and French at UWA. I'm an open-minded, creative, friendly, respectful, person who loves the outdoors, fun events/ activities/ trips, music, coffee and good food. (My mother tongue is German.) Generally open for any kind of accommodation type.
I'm a cheerful presence who is very clean. I love being social but also appreciate my space. I've lived out of home for over a year and am very familiar with the lifestyle. I've been known to be a helpful and cooperative housemate. Love a good laugh, I don't take myself too seriously !
Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).

Hey there! I'm Patrick. I'm currently studying Urban Planning at Curtin University graduating mid next year. I also work 32 hours a week, so paying rent won't be an issue. I'm looking to lease a place with someone for the next 12 months. I am not as interested in renting a single room as I have an apartment worth of furniture that I'd like to bring with me! Of course, if you're after a new flatmate who has a bunch of furniture, hit me up! Reasons I'd be a great roommate: - I love to cook, - I can get along with almost anyone, - I'm a good communicator, - I'm hilarious (and humble), - I love gardening, - I'm tidy (not in a judgy way, just don't leave dishes for me to do). Things I do for fun: - Rollerskating, - Yoga, - Hiking, - Cooking, - Reading, - Watching movies, - Going to gigs.

Hi there, I am currently a 23 year old university student, also working part time for the Department of Health. I'm looking to move inner city, preferably in the locations listed. I'm reasonably quiet and neat but do enjoy going out and being social with friends. I live a pretty busy lifestyle juggling work and study, so I am looking for a relaxing living environment, where I can have my own space as well as shared areas. Aside from work/ study, I am into fitness, adventuring outdoors, diving/snorkelling and food (absolute breakfast foodie). Preferably looking for an unfurnished bedroom as I have all my own bedroom furniture. I need a place where I can have my car, I do not mind street parking/ off the road I just don't want to be being fined for trying to park near my house. If anyone is interested in starting a new share house in this area let me know also. Thanks!

In Perth for 5 months, I know how to keep a place clean and tidy and respect privacy. I'm looking for people keen on sharing a dinner or a beer/wine after work, who don't mind welcoming friends as well as enjoying the privacy of a comfy home.

Hi there My name is Ricardo. Not sure what to say on here but here I go. I am looking to move into a clean and tidy place which I can call home for a few months with the possibility to extend. When it comes to my living space I like a clean environment and respect other people and their boundaries. Not looking for a party house, I understand that we are all social butterflies but I like to leave that to the weekends and hopefully you do to. Not really one to go crazy when I do go out so you can be comforted to know I won't be stumbling into the house at crazy hours of the night. My hobbies include watching movies, reading, going to the gym, gaming (when I get the time) and meeting new people. If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you Ric
I'm a 26 year old film student with a casual position at a laboratory. I'm pretty relaxed and I clean up after myself. I enjoy training Muay Thai, hanging with friends, going to the beach and watching TV shows/movies. I like to hang with others but also equally happy to spend time by myself. I've been renting in Maylands for the past two years and would like to continue living close to the city.
Introverted Estonian girl is looking for a nice room to rent. I'm not very cool, so you probably won't see me very much as I hang out in my room most of the times. However, when you do see me, I might surprise you and crack a joke, as I can be funny occasionally. Every once in awhile we can have a dinner together at home or enjoy a glass of wine to get to know each other better. You might even get a chance to drag me for a walk or do something together outside of home, but don't count on it. ABOUT ME: - introverted - respectful - clean - working in hospitality - loves cats & likes dogs (meaning: if you own a cat or a dog, i wouldn't mind) - once or twice a month I might invite a friend or two over, but we'll be quiet WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: - location: East Perth - max 4 km away - quiet & clean place to live in (no loud music, people cleaning after themselves, etc) - friendly & respectful housemates - maximum 4 people living in the property - relaxed atmosphere - can pay up to 170 per week (bills & INTERNET included) - preferably furnished - prefer to share with females
