When I’m not working, I enjoy creating and listening to music, as well has having quiet Netflix nights. As a young person, I’m looking for accommodation with other young like minded students, preferably female in a quiet and safe neighbourhood.I’m a responsible and tidy person and would love to find somewhere to stay for the long-term.Thanks.
AU PAIR / BABY SITTER WANTED - FREE RENT - We are a couple in our 30's with a 18 month old boy. We are looking for a little help babysitting in exchange for free rent, bills and food. Would suit backpacker / working holiday / student. Our home is in a fantastic location, perfect for those without a car. A quiet location, but close to everything. Less than 5 min walk to Hyde Park, cafe, bakeries, bus stop. Less than 10 min walk to restaurants, cafes and shops. 15 minute walk to central Perth train station, supermarkets and more. At the doorstep of the city, yet tucked away enough for peace and quite. Your room is spacious , with it's own private entry. You would share your bathroom with 1 other person. It has a single bed, and is fully furnished including bedding, sheets, towels etc. Our house is well equiped that you will be able to enjoy our family spaces, and have your privacy away from us. As well us our private family flat, we also are connected to another house which has 2 other flat mates living in it. So you will be able to use both areas, both living with us and living in a share house with other people. We are hoping to have someone stay for 3-6 months. We are a creative family, who like to keep busy with activities and hobby's. We eat healthy, fresh food and are pretty relaxed and quiet. We are looking for someone like minded who is caring, considerate and has a calm manner when dealing with kids. We would require you to look after our son for 4 mornings per week (4 hours each day), in exchange for rent, bills and food. Other than that we would see you as a house mate, so we would share cooking and cleaning duties among each other. This would suit someone who study's, wants another part time job, or free time to explore Perth. We know other families in walking distance that are looking for babysitters too. Must be a non smoker, and someone without a car. Sorry no couples, we only have a room for a single person.
Hi, my name is Jordan and my cat Harry and I are looking for a room/ or a housemate close to the city. I work part-time/full-time as a Museum Officer and I just recently submitted my PhD in History, so if you like cats and historical chats, I'm your guy. Cheers, Jordan.

Hey I'm Rosie, I'm Italian and I'm 32 years old. I'm a chilled, friendly and clean person, very easygoing. I work full time in the city and I like to go to the beach with my friends in my spare time. I'm always up for a chat but I also love to have my privacy. I'd like to find a place at least until end of January 2020.
A lover of travel and adventure I am finally re-rooting back in Perth after 7 years living abroad. In the hospitality trade but soon to be photography student. Looking for a house that really is more like a family than just flatmates. I love swimming, reading, cooking, seeing live music. Most Saturday mornings you’ll find me at the farmers market but I do also love a night out every once in a while!
Single woman and incredibly loving dog looking for somewhere to live close to work (St George’s TCE). I’m a bar manager so I work nights and weekends. Gypsy is my fur baby and she will love you with her entire being
I am French, came to Australia for 6 months to discover the country and learning the language. I am neat and clean. Good live as well for a NetFlix evening as for an aperitif. I am very sociable :) I just arrived so I do not know the city
Hey All, Suburbs of interest: Highgate, Inglewood, Maylands, Mount Lawley, Bayswater, Embleton, Bedford. I'm currently studying Engineering full-time at Curtin but I work two casual jobs on the side; disability support and audio visual tech. I've just finished up house sitting all over Perth for the past two years and ready to settle in somewhere :) I'm respectful of others space and belongings, I pull my weight and keep the space tidy. I do love a casual social drink on the weekends with some delicious food or chilling out watching some Netflix in the evenings. During semester I can come across a little reclusive, much of the time I'll be studying (more than what I would like haha). Any spare time I have is usually spent out with friends. Otherwise I'm a lover of cafes, hiking/bush walks, beach and the odd sport. I'm looking for a place that's easy going and relatively quiet with some positive people :) Feature wise, I'm looking for a large bedroom as I need to fit in a desk, small bookcase, double bed, wardrobe (if there's not one built in), drawers and have enough spare room for my exercises as well. Budget is $180 p/w including bills. Preferably $150 or less. I'll consider up to $180 if it includes my own bathroom.
