Hey! I'm a 22 y/o full time musician working all around Brisbane and the Gold Coast and occasionally travelling away to do a national tour. I'm a super laid-back, friendly housemate who respects your space and is always clean & tidy. Looking for a place close-ish to the city with chilled out & happy roomies - preferably furnished if possible! Non-smoker, no pets & make a mean chicken carbonara. :)
Hi there, I’m looking for a room from end of november until the end of january. I moved to Australia in July to work for the Australian partner of a Dutch brand. I’m from Amsterdam and I work in creative marketing, however I do have my branding degree to finish back home. I would love a room in a house close to work, West End. I’m looking for a fun cozy house with roommates that love hanging out, cooking diners and do fun things together on occasion to make the house feel like a home. I work full time during the week so have an office life pretty much, but love cooking and sometimes going for a drink or bbq after work. On the weekends I go on surf trips or go exploring. X, Femme

Hello! We're a relaxed yet busy sharehouse seeking a fun and responsible flatmate (ideal for a couple) to move into the master suite of our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse. A bit about the room: The air conditioned master suite is very spacious with brand new carpet, and includes your own private tiled ensuite with a large shower. It also comes with a private balcony which has sunset views of Mt Coot-tha, and a very large built in wardrobe that has space for storage. The room is unfurnished while the rest of the house is mostly furnished. A bit about the house: We are the first tenants in this gorgeous townhouse situated in the heart of West End with: - a new chef's kitchen with stone benches, new appliances, and a walk-in pantry with laundry - AC in the open-planned living room that leads to large covered deck space - front study room with built ins and outdoor deck - cosy subtropical garden - off-street parking that can be negotiated - storage capacity in the double garage Our modern home is nestled within a character neighbourhood, with superb location as we are just a 5 minute walk to Boundary St. with bars, live music, cafes and a wonderful community vibe. We're also close to the 199 (West End/City/New Farm high frequency) and 192 (UQ) bus service so you can be at Uni or within the city within minutes. A bike ride or short drive will get you to the train station or City cat terminal and we have CityCycle around the corner. A bit about you: Our ideal housemate is someone looking for a place to call home. We've found the following are key to a harmonious sharehouse: - keep common areas clean - commit to a modest weekly cleaning roster - pay bills on time - are good company, and - respect one another's privacy We also have a shared house bank account where we all pay rent into including an extra $17.50/week/person (based on a couple moving in) which covers electricity, water, internet, and basic necessities such as toilet paper and cleaning products.

Looking for a room for max $200/week all expenses incl. I love hiking, rock climbing (member at Urban Climb), board games, video games, reading, writing, debates, cooking... Please contact me for more info :) PS : Yes I can make some French food like creme brulee :)
I'm looking to team up and get a new place with 1 or more. Just don't like moving into other people's homes, would rather start somewhere new. Have pets so need some yard and animal lover roomies. If u also have pets mine should be ok with them. I'm pretty bloody easy going... don't assume I'll match up to ur preconceptions of what a 35 yr old woman will be like cause I will definitely not match up. Lol. Honest, considerate, trust worthy. Quiet type with occasional need for a night off being a quiet type. Lol. Drop me a line. Have some beautiful places to look at... just need someone else to be able to afford. My current home is going on the market and I'm supposed to be out 4 Dec.
Hello! I'm subletting my room out in this super cute house from now to the end of January. It's a really beautiful place with cute decor and everything you'll need to get settled. The room and house already has all furnishings. All bills are included in rent - it's just one flat rate. The rent is normally $220 a week but I'm lowering it to $160. This place is normally on Airbnb (can provide link to show reviews) and is filled out very quickly. However, I'm looking for someone more long term to take over my room while I'm away during the November - Jan time period.
Come live in West End with Adele, John Anna and Sonya plus 2 cats named Sookie and Louie in a 4 bedroom townhouse. We are fun and mature (around 32-40 years old) house mates...the townhouse is a very comfortable home. We are all very easy going and love music, beaches, animals, friendly chats and of course food, (which usually means small BBQ's and dinners)! We are also into meditation, yoga, eating organic/healthy food and fully conscious beings. There is a one medium sized bedroom available for long term stay, minimum 6 months - 1yr. It is the most sunniest room in the house with the largest window covering the entire front of the bedroom and so it is the warmest in winter. This bedroom also has a great view of quiet West End/ Highgate Hill! You must see the view! The room is fully furnished with a Queen sized bed and table. If you have your own furniture there is an option to move yours into the bedroom so you can feel more comfortable. Included is a large built in wardrobe. You will be sharing a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are only 5 townhouses in this quiet complex and there is a security gate. Council approved allocated residence off street parking is also available. The location is a 5 min walk to shops, Coles, cafes, bus stops (199,198, 195) just off Boundary Rd and near the Brisbane river but far enough to still be quiet at night time. Rent is $180 per week (Bond is 2 times a weeks rent $360) and NO other bills...water, wifi and electricity is inclusive with the rent) Please call/email Adele for an inspection - don't miss out!

Hello, I would normally consider myself as a pretty funny, very laid back and outgoing person. I love life and I love making new friends. The reason I need to move is due to a very unfortunate breakdown in my long term relationship about a week ago. So things are obviously very rough right now. With me will be my super cute cat, Luna. She is a very good and clean indoor cat. Seriously she is the most comforting thing if you’re having a shit day. I am clean, and respectful. I also love to cook delicious meals! As much as these circumstances suck so much, I am weirdly excited about this new chapter and making new friends. I’m not ready to live on my own just yet.
Good for singles (225$) or couples (325$). Perfect location close to Southbank and West end. 10 minutes to UQ by bus. Great for UQ and QUT students. The room has an ensuite bathroom. You will just use it. There is another bathroom for your flatmate. There ıs a queen size bed and two big wardrobes. Direct entrance to the balcony and ıt has a fan. Home is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, etc. The air conditioner is in the hall. The lease will end in the middle of February but you can renew if you like to stay more. Move in date is flexible.

I am a morning person, and will be up by 6am most mornings to go running. I do usually have music going but always at a respectable level. I need to have access to the train or 66 Bus route as I will be working at hospitals next year. I am looking to move in Dec/Jan I'm hoping for housemates that like to share a meal or hang out sometimes, not completely keep to themselves. I'm very social and enjoy being around other people.

Hi! I'm a 20 year old student studying law and finance at QUT and work part time in the city. I am clean, and tidy, and enjoy cooking (sometimes Uber Eats helps me out). I am respectful of everyone's space, but am always willing to make friends and have a chat and some drinks after a long day. I am looking for a room to rent, preferably in a furnished apartment or a smaller house. Space for a queen bed would be preferable. I'm super flexible with my available move in date - I can move anywhere from mid December to late January! Please message me if you think I'd suit your place!
I am an easy going, tidy gal in my late 20s. I am fairly quiet and busy but I am also social and having some drinks or sharing dinner with my housemates. I am studying Graphic Design full time, and work part time at Lush, and will be finishing my studies in December and moving into full time work for a while. I have a tween pupper, her name is Bee and she is very sweet, so we come as a bit of a package deal. She gets along great with all other dogs and we would ideally love to live in a house with another dog already. I would love to have a chat and find the perfect place to live!
