We have a pool in the complex, you will have your own balcony as well as a shared balcony attached to the living room. There's air-conditioning in the living room as well :) Shared kitchen; electric stove, oven, fridge. There's a washing machine and a dryer. You will definitely have your own bathroom, however, it's not an en suite. There's a single bed and built-in closet in your bedroom as it is partly furnished, you can also add a table in there as there's some space left for a table or other of your own furnitures :) It is 6-8minutes walk to the West End ferry/bus stop and there are two bus stops close by, one adjacent to the unit and the other at the end of the street. If you're getting to UQ, it's not that far since it's just across the river and around 15minutes by ferry. There's a park adjacent to the unit with a playground / bbq / bus stop; the area is mostly quiet and as we are at the edge of the river, the weather is pretty cool with the wind :) However this unit is in front so unfortunately we are not overlooking the river.

The apartment is a three bedroom fully self-contained apartment taking over the entire lower floor of a Queenslander style home in urban inner city Highgate Hill/Dutton Park. The apartment is in the Brisbane State High catchment area and Southbank and the Mater Hospital are a 15 minute walk from the house. Buses leave from the end of the street and take you directly to UQ, West End, the CBD or Fortitude Valley. You can cycle to UQ or QUT in 10 minutes. 20 minutes walk to UQ! The Woolloongabba Fruit Barn is located a 2 minute walk from the end of the street. The apartment consists of a very large master bedroom with build in closet, and two other bedrooms, one medium sized and one small, each with desks, chairs and wardrobes. The smallest one is available now - 150 $ ( + electricity bill is devided on tree tenants). Probably if you have a friend the second room would be available too. The apartment has its own entrance (including security door) for privacy and the deck overlooks a fully maintained yard. All furnishings including beds and bedding, desks, chairs, couch, dining table and chairs, refrigerator and washing machine are included in the rent. The small family living upstairs are quiet but friendly. The landlord is unintrusive but very responsive to any concerns tenants communicate.

I'm a tidy individual, who respects others space and wishes the same for myself. Prefer message here first txt later
Hello there, nice to meet you. My name is Steve, 36yo extremely considerate housemate. I am easy to chat with, kind and respect others space. I am clan and tidy guy who does enjoy their own space so won't be in your way all the time but always happy to share a meal or movie together etc. As a pensioner on disability I am home quite a bit which enables me to take care of house duties when your own time is limited. I have my own transport and can cook some basic but tasty food. Please send me a message for a chat about me sharing your home with you.
I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work or study to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hi! My furniture and I are looking for an awesome flatmate to share a comfortable, well equipped place close to Southbank! I like having wine on the balcony and am not a bad cook. I work on a 7 day roster, a bit of an introvert but friendly :) If you think I would be a good fit for your place, I need undercover parking and aircon in bedroom. Would like to bring my fridge and furniture.
Hello! We are a clean, outgoing, caring couple who is looking for a furnished room to rent for at least 4 months. We would ideally like to live in the west end, but we aren't lazy and if surrounding area have the right fit then perfect. We are from Northern BC, Canada, which means we don't have any furniture of our own. We spent the last 3 months backpacking around Asia. Now residing here in Brisbane to work full time, and see what this part of Queensland has to offer:) We just bought a van, so parking would be pretty essential. We are looking for a household that is young and social, but not immature and can respect that people have to work or go to school. We are really craving animal attention, and if there is a house with a cat, dog, fish, or even chickens we would love to hear from you! We are an active couple, who enjoy bike rides, nice walks, skateboarding, yoga, hiking, surfing and skiing (when at home).
