I am a law student from Lucerne, Switzerland. I would like to study the final semester of my master at UTAS and I am still looking for accomodation. I am open, easygoing and clean. I get along well with almost anybody and like socialising. However, sometimes I also need some quiet time for myself. I like sports like hiking, swimming, tennis and I play the piano. I also like traveling, cooking, reading. If you want, I can teach you german or swiss german, a little bit of french and spanish ;-) I don't smoke. I will arrive in Hobart on 16th of February, and would leave in the first week of July. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Walking distance to the CBD, Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Quality fittings with spacious open plan living and a large north facing courtyard. Double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and heating. Ideal for anyone looking for a clean, tidy and convenient apartment in Hobart CBD. NBN is also connected. The lease is a non-fixed lease, month to month arrangement. The apartment won't be fully furnished and you will need to furnish your bedroom. The furnishings in the images are not included but will hopefully give you an idea of the layout :)
I'm Francesco, 26 years old lad from Italy. I'm about to start my course at TasTafe in tour guiding. I've been living in Australia the past 12 months, working full time and visiting the country. I have a long experience in house sharing, both in Europe and Australia. I'm an easy-going person but neat, respectful and reliable. I clean after myself, love to cook and I am a quiet person, but enjoy company and a few occasional drinks. I pay my bills, bond and rent on time because I know what does it mean to rent a property. I have my own car and I'll be working part-time during my studies. I'll be in Hobart the 26th of January and would like to move into a room as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have anything that may suit my profile, and when it is possible to arrange an inspection, thank you! Francesco

Hi there! My name is Emma. I am 21 years old and have scored a new grad job at the Royal Hobart Hospital starting in January! I'm easy-going, friendly and tidy. I have spent the past three years in a share-house so I hopefully know by now what it means to be a good housemate! I love being in the outdoors, going on adventures, being healthy and active but also love a cheeky wine and cheese. Ideally, I would love to be able be within riding or walking distance of the Hospital for work each day. I enjoy hanging out with my flatmates, but I also respect others and enjoy my own personal space. If you feel I would fit in well with your house, please don't hesitate to message me! I am also interested in team-ups if that is preferred - I am moving from Newcastle so I'm excited to meet some new, fun people. Look forward to hearing from you!

I usually live in Devonport so would be spending some of my days off back here to see my nieces and nephews. I've recently started running which I'm loving but i also love a good movie or book. I'd love to hear from you.
