Hey there, After having travelled for the past 4 months, we have decided to settle in Hobart for about 6 months. We will be working full time in Hobart and are looking for a place to call home. We have been working for a while and are used to sharing space and facilities with flatmates and backpackers. We are friendly, open-minded people and easy to get along with. We love meeting new people and enjoy good conversations and socialising, but also like our quiet time. We are both active people with an interest in health, food, the outdoors and the world at large. We also love pets and coffee! Please get in touch if we sound like people you'd like to live with. Thanks, Enora&Ed.
Hello! I am easygoing, fun kind of girl. I am reliable, honest, considerate and clean. I always enjoy going on adventures, if the moment takes me. I am happy doing my own thing and do also enjoy sharing a dinner, game of cards or a glass of something. I love animals and getting my hands dirty. Look forward to meeting you!
I'm a student of UTAS. Currently just started joining the uni this semester. Will be here for 1.5 years and hoping to find a place near the Conservatorium of Music as I'm a music student. Neat and tidy person. And definitely I love chatting and hang around with friends. Not a drinker so no worries, not a party person. More to a study person and who practice a lot. :) Cheers!
I am an easy going and respectful person. I am also clean and tidy. I do not like a chat but I like my own space and respect others space too. I do have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat called Ruby who is house trained and very well behaved. I work full time and I am quite busy outside of work hours.
I'm a 21 year old part time medical receptionist in Hobart and student nurse at UTAS! Currently living inconveniently far from the city (a casual 50km), so I think its time to plant some roots a little closer to civilization (or at least I'm hoping to!). I'm a super neat and tidy person who is considerate and respectful of all communal spaces in the house! I love to socialise but also enjoy my down time. Would love to join an existing house with like-minded people and possibly make a couple more friends in the process!
Hi there, My name is Linnea. I'm a 27 year old Danish student moving to Hobart in the end of September for a clinical placement at Royal Hobart Hospital. I'm a friendly, tidy and respectful girl who enjoys doing acro yoga, hiking and socialising over drinks or food! I am either looking for a share (preferable in Sandy Bay, but everything is welcome) with people in a similar situation to myself who are friendly, sociable or a whole flat/property.
Hi I'm Anna, I am 19 years old and I am studying at the Uni. I have a casual job but my priorities are my priority! I am from Hobart and am just looking to move out of home. I enjoy outdoors activities and occasionally binge watching television shows. I am a fairly bubbly, friendly personality and I absolutely love to talk but at the same time I am quite a chilled person and am easy going. I am tidy and I quite like to clean and would just like to find somewhere affordable to live.

This lovely property is the best of both worlds, only a 10 minute walk from the city center, situated in a restful and private neighborhood location. It boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 refurbished bathroom and kitchen. The living area is quite cosy and it also features a spacious outdoor area for entertaining. The property gets a fair bit of sun throughout the day and a beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Off street parking is available and unlimited internet is included in the rent.
I am a Danish exchange student from doing a clinical placement at Royal Hobart Hospital in the fall. I love hiking, kayaking, and the outdoors in general. I am easygoing and open-minded and I am normally living in a flatshare in Copenhagen, so I know how it works. I hope to find a room/flatshare as I like the social aspect of living with other people.
Full time journalist who just landed a new role in Hobart. Would love somewhere central and close to the CBD, but willing to fit in with the right housemate! Easy going & neat guy, who enjoys a nice balance between social and solo time, and also likes to keep fit.
I'm a 21 year-old male from Singapore who is a future UTAS medical student come February 2018. With that in mind, I'm looking to find accommodation preferably near UTAS (Hobart). I'm looking long-term accommodations because it can really be a hassle to keep moving from place to place throughout my 5-year study at UTAS. The Jane Franklin Hall is offering a single room at $400pw with food, laundry, wifi, bills, furniture and transport all covered. For private accommodation to compete with this rate, rental should fall within $200pw. Hit me up if you think you have accommodation that suits my needs! A little about myself: I'm your typical asian dude with thick eyebrows, a flat nose, ears that flap outwards and a not-so-typical forte - Contemporary dance. I'm sporty and fun, but nowhere near 'party animal'. Well I love studying so I guess some would say I'm a nerd too (LOL). As an aspiring doctor, I love to keep clean and organized. I prepare my own meals to save costs and facilitate my macro goals (I'm a fitness enthusiast too). I love doing my own things, but am also very social and friendly. I'm super chill so really just about anything goes with me. I hate being inconsiderate because I believe in treating somebody else the way you want to be treated, so you can rest assured I'm a good housemate :).
I am a 24 year old graduate solicitor moving to Hobart to take up a new job until June 2018. In terms of personality, I'm relaxed, quiet and happy to do my share of household tasks. I'm happy to engage in group activities, but am fairly reserved so appreciate my own time and privacy. I move to Hobart on Monday 14 August, but have temporary accommodation until Thursday 17 Aug. Ideally, I aim to have rental accommodation by Mon 21 Aug so I can settle in (and explore Hobart) before commencing work on Mon 28 Aug.
Hello! I am a clean, quiet and respectful person. I mostly prefer to stay outside for work and other stuff. Believe in paying my dues (including rents) on time. I am looking for an accommodation in Hobart area. I am excited to move to Hobart next week. Also, i am not cranky about someone doing party or occasional drinks at home. Thanks. Adi
