Also we have good rental history and clean habits Thanks for your time And looking forward to hearing from you AYA NORI
INSPECTION available upon request! Hi all, thanks for reading! This house is a fun, functional, affordable and central household which is seeking a social, considerate team member to fill a bedroom. We have recently lost one housemate due to an interstate move and we wish to fill his room asap. Ideal for someone who is a university student or working within the Hobart CBD. This house has been recently renovated, featuring 2 bathrooms one which has a bath (which is somewhat rare for older houses in Hobart), an outdoor courtyard, large kitchen and multiple indoor fires to keep you warm during the depth of winter. Your room is the largest of the house, which will be left with a robe for hanging space with a few draws, all other furniture will be removed. Unfortunately, there is no off-street parking available, that being said, there is some all day parking just up the road which you can generally snag a spot and leave your car there. An additional perk of this property us a sweet little studio space/spare bedroom upstairs. This house is furnished, however, any additional furnishings for the house may be needed. The spot couldn't be better; you can walk everywhere and the farmers market is on our street. Rent is $325 paid fortnightly with a $650 bond needed. Also, you will be required to complete a tenancy application through FALL real estate which will need to be accepted prior to you moving in. This requires a current CREDIT CHECK (done through EquiFax online - approx $30), photo ID, and bank statements. The Internet is $15 per month.
I am an Orthoptist who just finished uni, planning to move to Hobart from Sydney for full time work. I will be relocating on the 10th August. I'm an easy-going guy, who can cook and clean. I'm adventurous guy who enjoys the outdoors, seeing new places and 4WD/camping. I also love basketball and hiking I respect privacy but also enjoy company and down for a chat Happy to live 15min drive from the city as I would have a car and be required to drive to work
Hi, My name is Emily. I am easy going, clean and full time employed. I have lived in two share houses before with up to four housemates, so am an experience member of a share house. In both cases we enjoyed each other's company, often going out for dinner or having a chat, but also respected others privacy. I'm looking for a similar house to share exploring Tassie with, but also happy to relax in our own space.

Hi guys. My name is Dragana and I'm heading to Hobart from Victoria for a 2 week working holiday from the 22/09/2018-7/10/2018. I'm hoping to find a place to stay that's walking distance from Collins St. I'm excited to explore a bit of what Hobart/Tasmania has to offer considering I've never travelled there before. I'm an easy going, clean and fuss free housemate.
I’m a friendly yet quiet person who likes to catch up with friends occasionally but also enjoys time by myself. I enjoy reading and going for walks with friends. I’m currently looking for somewhere to live so I can continue looking for work in the hobart area.
If what I'm asking sounds too expensive, *Price is negotiable* feel free to make an offer. I've got the main room & I'm using the parking space so I am happy to pay a larger share. *UPDATE*: My priority right now is the medium room. If you want a reply regarding this room your budget should be at least close $250 (to cover rent & bills). Internet & electricity bills are shared. Room 1 (pictured) has a private balcony. The room is in a forth floor penthouse with a large living room & kitchen area and huge wrap around balcony. There's only a single bathroom so I hope you don't mind sharing. Secure undercover parking space with swipe access may be available. RHH virtually across the street woolworths, gyms & aquatic centre within 500m bus mall 500m CBD cafes, restaurants, bars constitution dock 500m, Salamanca 1000m UTAS Sandy Bay 15-20 minutes by bus
I am a student at UTAS. I am tidy, clean and always try hard to look after the place. I have experience with house sharing before having house shared for over 1 yr and understand the boundaries set with other people. I am a full time study student so will not be home for a lot of the time. I am easy going and friendly to others. I have lived in Australia for 10+ years.
Hi! My name is Lykke (sort of pronounced Lugga), and I am looking for a room in a share-house. I have been living in a share-house in Sandy Bay for a year and a half now, but as the owner of my current house is moving back in I am on the hunt for a new home. I can't imagine not living in a share-house as I love the company and having people around, but I am also respectful of others' need for privacy as I also enjoy down-time by myself. I finished my journalism degree at UTAS in December and am currently freelancing as a videographer and I also have a casual travel advisor job in an information centre. I am hoping to start my master's degree beginning early next year. I love hanging out with my friends, I bushwalk a fair bit, and I am always keen to chat over a beer/wine/drink or go to concerts/other events. I really just try to take advantage as much as I can of our amazing surroundings. I always clean up after myself so the kitchen is ready for the next person and I like a clean home, so I do my part to keep it that way! Cheers, Lykke
I'm student who study IT in UTAS, and i just move to Hobart for couple days. I am easy going, respectful and Social person would love a house mate or mates to get around on weekends but also like my quiet time like anybody! Hello, My name is Tisa. I'm a student, currently living in Melbourne, but I want to move to Tasmania, Hobart. I might be a little quiet and calm person but I love hanging out with fun people. I'm a clean person so my first and most important value which I seek in a flatmate is a clean person too. I do not smoke but if you do I don't mind. I love reading books and watching movies. Big fan of tea and breakfast and good conversation. I don't have pets but I love pets, so if you have pets I would adore it! :))
We're 2 uni students in our early 20s looking for one or two like-minded housemates for starting a new share house. We're both bright, bubbly and friendly people, who are clean and considerate and would love to find someone alike to us to move in with. Looking at suburbs around the city and close to the uni. We both look forward to hearing from you guys :)
Room available from 25th of July in a 4 bedroom share-house in West Hobart. Convenient location close to good coffee shops and only a short walk to Hill Street Grocer. Within walking distance is Elizabeth Street and Hobart CBD. You will be sharing a lounge-room, kitchen, bathroom, WC, laundry, courtyard and garden with 3 friendly housemates (3 female) who are all busy with their jobs or studying. While they all enjoy hanging out together there is a mutual respect for privacy when needed and importance is placed on giving each other space and time on their own. There is strictly a no-pets policy. Our ideal housemate will be employed/student, have a mature outlook on life, be easy going, friendly, clean and fun! You are mindful of others who also share the house and considerate of the neighbour upstairs. Rent is $120 per week payable fortnightly ($240) and doesn’t include bills (electricity & internet). Internet is unlimited and $20 a month. Successful applicant will need to sign the 12 month lease, pay $440 bond and 2 weeks rent ($240) in advance. Important: To apply please tell us a bit about yourself, messages without any info will be disregarded – why are you looking to move into a share-house and what qualities would you bring? Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a tenant application form and provide references.
Just finish my engineering studies in Victoria. Moving down to Hobart for work. Starting in late September or early October. Looking for a medium term room, no need for it to be furnished. I'm easy going, clean and respectful. I enjoy spending time outdoors, playing cricket and having a few beers/wines.
Hi! My name is Megan and I'm looking for a place to stay from August in 2018. I'm looking for a place that will be able to accommodate both me and my sister, Erin, so hopefully you have either a couple of rooms or one large room available. We'd love to be in a 'family' style share house with friendly flatmates who we can have fun with but who also respect each other's need for quiet at times :) Ideally, we'd like to live close to the city, but are willing to move further out if you are on a bus route that has regular services throughout the week. Erin also has a car, so it would be great if your place has parking available as well. A bit about us: we're both currently studying at UTAS, and working. I'm a bit of a grandma on the inside, I love arts and crafts, a good cup of tea and baking (and of course sharing my creations :) ), and I'm also really interested in ecology and nature. Erin's definitely an art-y type, and she loves creating beautiful things in her spare time. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
