I am a young Tasmanian local mum, a singer songwriter, an online/in person English tutor and student studying mental health cert 4 and starting Uni next semester at UTAS to study Music and Japanese. I live with my beautiful Angel of a son Marley, he has just turned 3 years old and is a very well behaved, kind, funny, and clever boy. I am a clean, organised and respectful house mate, my son goes to childcare 3 days a week, during this time I will either study/work online from home or take time for myself as being a mum is lots of fun but after all it can be hard work!:) In my free time I enjoy getting out into nature whether it’s a run in the forest, or a swim at the beach, I love to get outside if it’s nice weather. When I need to wind down there’s nothing I love more than cooking and sharing a meal with a friend and then watching a movie. I have a good routine with my boy, we do dinner, bath, books and then bed. It would be nice to share a meal with my housemates occasionally. And it’s a must for me to be able to get along peacefully with my housemates.

Looking for a place to rent around Dodges Ferry / Carlton for myself and my dog, Rudi ! We have lived in dodges ferry for 12 months and love it here, but the house we are in is being sold, so we would love a new home in the area! I am from Tassie, originally Launceston but have lived down south for 9 years now. I am well versed in share house living, I am a clean and respectful housemate, I understand the importance of keeping communal areas tidy and treating home like a sanctuary. I work as a Nurse in Hobart doing predominantly late shifts so I can exercise Rudi in the morning. This means there’s ample alone time in the house for other housemates in the evenings. I also work intermittently on Flinders Island (Rudi comes with me). In my spare time I enjoy gardening, permaculture, hiking, art, reading, coffee dates with friends, going to the beach and camping. Rudi is a 13m old Koolie, she’s great with other dogs (would be great if there was another dog around to keep her company!), she’s house trained and clean. She’s still learning the ropes of life but she’s extremely well behaved for her age, I exercise her a lot so she doesn’t get up to mischief!
