Hi There!! We are Tusmi and Ellie, we have been living together for over 2 years now and want to find somewhere new to call home. We are two female students (Film & Aviation). We are both working and would prefer person or people who are working and have a stable source of income. We make the most of each others company because Tusmi often travels to Toowoomba to visit family 3-4 days a week, so when she does come home the energy levels rise. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house or townhouse with someone/s to take the master bedroom. We are open to couples but are hoping for a couple that never or rarely argues but we also understand that it is healthy to do sometimes. We are open to location but would prefer to stay on the Southside. We are both pretty awesome chicks who love to explore and try new things, both very open minded and would love people we can call our friends. We have some furnishings like fridge, couch, tv, bedroom furniture. We are happy to buy fancy new stuff and start fresh. Please contact us if you think we would be great housemates so we can start inspections and applications together :)
21, working as a full time Office Manager for Serviced Offices. I have lived in my share house for three years now, I'm wanting to downsize from a house to just my own room, or a flexible lease as I am wanting to leave for travel in a few months. I have always loved living with roommates, Female, Male, couples, you name it. I do my best to live in harmony with my roomies, while forming friendships. My home is my sanctuary, I don't do drama. I have furniture (couches and outdoor table) only if it's needed of course. Otherwise I am super easy going and always clean up after myself. I am only looking to move out at the end of March 2017, thanks!
Mature professional looking for a quiet, clean share. IT contractor - in-between contracts, working towards additional studies. Friendly, clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful. Honest, prompt payer, not a big party person, enjoys a relaxing beer and a chat. Keen cyclist and Bush walker (Great North Walk).
Regrettable move to afford prac! The best thing about living in our beautiful home is the people who are living here. In one room there is Tegan and in the other room is a couple, Natalia and Petra. It is a 15 minute drive to the city and there are buses on Logan Road (just one street away) that go to and from the city quite frequently. It has a backyard with plenty of trees and a fire pit. It is on a quiet culdesac, has ample parking and because the house is already established all you require is your bedroom furniture. All household chores are split evenly between us as are the bills and the move in date is flexible.
I work full time and my partner works part time as well as studying full time at QUT. We are clean, quiet, respectful and very friendly.
I am a laid back, very clean and tidy, fun loving and busy professional who enjoys downtime as well as being active and social. I am very courteous and am looking for people to live with who might like to do things together but also have their own lives and interests. I would also prefer to not live with couples, have my own bathroom and have a furnished property but am definitely open to otherwise if the property and people seem a good fit. I am flexible with move in dates from now until whenever suits best as I am happy to wait for an awesome blend of great place and great roommate. Am happy to answer any questions you may have so it you think it's worth a chat then let's do it! Thanks! And happy searching!
Hi, I am a polite, respectful person who works full time. Still new Brisbane and looking to find the right place that feels like home. I am originally from Adelaide, I enjoy going out and exploring new places.
I'm Luka, 21. Working full time as a Beauty Therapist - looking for a place which is fully furnished but am happy to furnish my own bedroom. I spend a fair bit of time away from home and am quiet social with friends so will only really be home to sleep. I like to keep fit but don't mind a wine at night to unwind. I am pretty happy and upbeat but don't mind a bit of personal space either. Looking for 4-6 month lease:
I am looking for one other person to team up with to rent (preferably) a house or townhouse. I have an inside only cat, so must like cats! I work full time as a property manager, am clean, have lived in share houses before and looking to move ASAP. not into partying so do not want to move in with anyone who plans on using the place as a party house. I have a couch, tv, dining table, etc so doesn't matter if you don't have any furniture/whitegoods as I'm happy to source those. Only want to move in with someone that will pay their rent on time. If you're interested, please shoot me a message. Thanks! Cara

Hey there, We have a brand new 3 level townhouse available in holland park, the area we are advertising is private and on the bottom level of the building. The bedroom is large and would fit a queen as well as bedside tables, has full built in wardrobes and own private courtyard with washing line. Also included in the downstairs area is your own private ensuite and kitchenette with sink and room for a fridge and appliances. The whole property has ducted air conditioning in every room. On the second level of the townhouse is a large kitchen, living area and outdoor patio. On the top level is where the other two housemates will be living.

Room contains a queen bed, couch, coffee table, chest of drawers and bookcase. Easy access to three universities. Meals are shared or separate, depending on you. Flexible arrangements and rent, depending on level of family engagement negotiated.
I've only just moved to Brisbane in January and I'm still getting used to the city. I'm looking to start studying mid year, Ive just got a job in Beaudesert and im looking to move somewhere with a bit of a shorter commute but still not to far out from Brisbane. I'm very clean, generally quiet but i love getting the chance to talking about movies and shows and I'm looking for place where i can be decent friends with my roommates and hopefully some people that'll help me get to know Brisbane better. I'm hoping to live with similar people and smallish share house, probably not more than 4 people.
Looking to move to an area that's a bit more accessible via public transport to get to work, I work for Max Employment's head office in Springwood, Logan but would like to stay as close to the city as I can. I'm 30 but still young at heart and love to socialise with drinks on the weekends but tend to do this mostly away from the home, however if someone I lived with would be keen for drinks and a BBQ to catch up on our working week's together, I would definitely be keen for that. I live a pretty chilled lifestyle, tend to try and unwind after working by Netflix and chill or cooling off by a pool or beach with good music is my ideal way. I am clean, tidy and good at knowing when others need their alone time and respect their privacy as I'd appreciate the same :) Looking to move the weekend of 25th February, so if you have a room coming available for then please give me a message :)

Hey people! Myself and my current housemate are looking for a somewhere to move to/ someone to share a house with in mid March. We are currently living with one other individual, but he is no longer going to reside with us at the end of the lease. Both of us hold secure, full time positions and are respectful, clean and tidy people. Some of my interests (Jackson) include playing xbox, cooking bbq's and working on my car. Neil enjoys 4 wheel driving, camping and drinking beer. Both of us have girlfriends who will be over for one or 2 nights a week give or take. Ideally, i need a garage to store my car, and some room outside to store car parts etc. Any movie with Will Ferrell in it is a good one, although our house doesn't smell of rich mahogany. We're both fun loving dudes who enjoy having a laugh, and want our house to feel like a home, not just somewhere to keep our things. If you'd be interested in meeting up to discuss whether we'd be compatible with each other, please don't hesitate in getting in contact! Thanks, Jackson and Neil!
Hi guys, I am a german international student and I have been living in Australia on and off for almost three years now. I am studying a Master in Accounting and am working in Retail and Accounting. Previously I have shared a unit with my partner, but unfortunately he is moving away for work next year. Hence I am on the hunt for my next place. I am fairly easy to live with, quite and clean. My ideal place would be quite and kept clean with people who prefer a nice drink and a chat over a big party too. I am pretty open to the area, but I would love to be either close to Griffith Nathan or Murarrie. Looking forward to hearing from you. Laura
Hi, I am a 26-year old, full time worker looking for a place to stay for approx. 6 months. I enjoy getting out and about and playing different sports. I am looking to live with someone around a similar age and with similar interests. Would prefer a place with own bathroom and off street parking but am open to what is available. I am a tidy person and will contribute to the chores around the house. Feel free to contact me for more info.
Hi, I am looking for a furnished place anywhere around the Greenslopes area. I am a Masters of Social Work student, about to start my final placement. I am really only going to be around Monday - Thursday as I will be going back down to the Gold Coast for weekends. I have lived in many share houses, and I am respectful of others space, clean and social. I hope to hear from you soon.
My name is Tania, I'm 25 years old. I work full time as a nurse, shift worker so my schedule is quite bizarre. When I'm home I'm pretty quiet, spend majority of my time studying and binge watching tv shows. Would like a good sized bedroom (preferably air conditioned) with some fun, easy going people who respect boundaries but will be up for drink and every once in a while. Looking for a place that feels like home.
I'm 22 years old and just graduated from UQ last year. Currently working full time in Milton and am looking for a place in the south side of Brisbane but relatively close to the city. I'm not a party animal but am still very social and love having a few beers with mates. I'm pretty chill and easy to get along with. I'm pretty active and like to play sports/go to the gym etc. When I am home, I spend a lot of time in my room but wouldn't mind living with cool people I can get along with. I have a girlfriend who won't be moving in but will obviously be over from time to time. I'm also considering buying a puppy once I move out but nothing is set in stone. If you think we'd get along well or have any more questions for me, feel free to shoot me a message!
I'm easygoing, clean and tidy, I respect personal space but I'm down for a chat or movie night or dinner with housemates if they're keen too. I don't smoke or drink. I'm a graphic designer. I enjoy the outdoors including mountain biking, snorkelling and bushwalking. In my down time I enjoy reading, playing guitar, or movie nights.
