Studying IT at QUT. I'm a quiet guy and quite flexible and easy to live with. No gender or nationality preference although it would be better if roommates were closer to my own age 20-30 and general region i.e. South Asia due to food preferences. Having someone to have a chat with and hang out with occasionally is not a mandatory but would be nice. Vegan/non-vegan, doesn't matter. I'm also up for team-ups and sharing whole properties.
Light and airy room with views out over the garden and park beyond. There is a wardrobe, double bed with mattress and desk available if you would like to use them. There's a shared bathroom with toilet upstairs and an additional toilet underneath the house, where the laundry is (there's a washing machine, outside clothesline etc). There's the option to have your own study area in the house's large entry room, and lots of space in the huge garden and living areas. We like gardening and there's a few fruit trees and a veggie patch etc out back, and there's room to plant your own things if that's what you're into. There's a bbq outside and the garden backs onto a park with a jogging and cycle track. The house is furnished and the room has a double bed, wardrobe and shoe rack that can be used if needed. Rent is paid fortnightly and bills are additional and will be split between the three people living here. House is about 2.5 kms from Griffith University. Bus stop is 3 min walk away, 20 minute bus-ride to the city. Smoking outside is fine. Internet is $20 month, unlimited.

Regular bus services are at the end of the street with express services to and from the city at peak hours and regular buses to the hospital. Also great cafes, a pub, and shops are just up the road. There is plenty of on-street parking in front of the house, the street is very quiet and safe. Looking to share with a full time professional aged 25-35 who is clean and tidy and enjoys a chat and a wine. The third bedroom is a spare room. Bills are split and are around $75/month for power and internet. No couples sorry. The room is available from 19/08/2017
Clean, considerate, kind, happy, can cook a little, very respectful of other peoples belongings. I am a flight attendant so I am often away for a few nights per week. I'm often away on the weekends too. I like to swim, socialise, go to music gigs. But if you have any questions, just ask :)
Currently I have deferred my law studies in order to work full-time. I have a friendly and outgoing demeanor and am an easy-going person who likes to meet new people and socalise in my spare time. Despite this I am a bit of a neat freak and love things to be clean and tidy all the time. I am very independent and hard-working which has made me a reliable and trustworthy person to have around. I love cats and would like to be in a house that is open to the idea. I do love animals so I am not bothered by other pets. Additionally, gender or being a couple doesn't bother me as well.
Im 27 self employed so im not home most of the day and early evening. Im tidy and like a simple living space, I do meal prep once a week and minor meals during the week nights. Just looking for a chill environment with no drama or bs. Please contact me with what you have ✌
Clean, tidy, considerate, friendly and always on time with bills. About me: Hi my name is Tammi and I'm either looking to start a sharehouse or join an established one before August when my current lease runs out. I am a clean and tidy person, where cleaning up after yourself in a timely manner and chipping in with the housework is an environment I like to live in. I like to recycle, try to save both water and electricity (which helps when bill time comes around) and keep the house maintained. I mainly keep to myself but am always up for a chat or a housemate dinner and drinks. I come with a microwave, PS4, TV, TV stand and kitchen essentials. I'm happy to chip in for new appliances and furniture if needed. What I'm looking for: Preferably I'm looking at living with a max of four people (with one bathroom per pair) and having a room with built in wardrobes that would fit a queen bed and a tallboy. A dishwasher is a massive plus. I'm looking at a max of $140 per week for rent and looking at living within 20km of the city. Southside is preferable, I'm currently living in Moorooka. I've been renting for years and am specifically looking for like-minded housemates my own age who are already housetrained, considerate towards others and also like a well maintained house. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions for me, want to arrange a coffee meetup or think I sound like what you're looking for. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm quiet and easy going, clean up after myself. I always pay the rent on time. I'm a non-smoker and social drinker. I have my youngest two children over every second weekend (aged 5 & 6).

Hi All, The main bedroom of our Townhouse has become available for rent and it is large and spacious with a built in wardrobe and en-suite. The room is unfurnished so you can deck it out as you like. The place is a three bedroom Townhouse set over three levels. We are located in the corner of a set of 10 townhouses with commercial neighbours on two sides (which I never hear noise from). The third neighbours we get along with well and their dachshund hangs out with my staffy when I have him bi-weekly. The location has allowed us to utilise the ground floor dual carport as another space as we can park two cars directly in front of the townhouse. So, off street parking, but not undercover. The carport has been carpeted and has cupboards that create a storage space. This space is shared and can be used for hobbies. For instance I have sewing machines down there. On the second floor is the main living area with the kitchen (with dishwasher), dining and lounge areas, open plan, and air-conditioned. Off this space is a leafy courtyard with hammock and garden setting and a terrace balcony with chairs, perfect for catching up with friends and dinning. The third level has the three bedrooms and your room is at the back of the townhouse. Our townhouse has plenty of space for everyone to 'do their thing' or chill and hang out on weekends. Preference is for someone who is willing to sign onto the lease. Close to Home maker centre, restaurants and post offices. Bus stops within walking distance. Short drive to Holland Park west busway station or Coorparoo train station.
Hello! I live in Brisbane and I just want to settle down at a friendly house with cool roomies. I am looking in surrounding suburbs of the city with available on/off street parking. I work full time in Hospitality, mostly work night shifts. I am very friendly, funny, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect people's privacy and space. I like gym, swimming, movies, beach, roadtrips and camping. Shoot me a message if I can fit in your league :)
Helloo, I'm 19 years old. I'm mostly looking for a roomie and someone who would like to start up on a lease with me, looking to rent around Logan area. A little about me; I'm easy to talk to and love a chat! I also respect privacy and clean up after myself. I've recently moved back to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast so I'm looking for people that are easy to get along with who would also like to hang out on weekends. I'm a big time animal lover! I work part time during the week at Novo shoes so I enjoy relaxing afterwards and like to relax on my afternoons and socialise on some weekends. I'm preferably looking to room with another female around my age and/or couples.
My partner and I are two quiet and easy going 18 year olds looking for a place to stay as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 months. We are looking for a place in the Brisbane region, preferably inner southern suburbs. We both work part time and are looking to study in the near future. We are very clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. We also enjoy cooking and socialising with new people. We are also more than happy to do our share of cleaning etc.
I work in retail part-time 5 days per week, I love animals ( my favourite being puppies), my favourite musical artists are Katy Perry, Noah Cyrus , Miley Cyrus ,Sheppard ,Miley Cyrus, and I would prefer an all female flat with ages under 35 preferred :)
I am a claims manager for a superannuation fund in the city, work Mon-Fri only. Love going to the gym and having a glass of wine through the week. I am hoping to move somewhere close to public transport, shops etc as I don't drive. I have a small dog, fairly well trained, love him to death and he's mainly an inside dog. Prefer to move into a house/ townhouse with a yard. I'm a pretty social person, tidy but not OCD, very easy going. Happy to move in with one or two other people max.
