Hey guys. I'm from Melbourne, but looking for a place Sydney due to a work assignment. I'm a professional working in IT consulting. I spent years living/working in Singapore, Thailand & South Korea before coming to Australia, & I'm a master chef wannabe in my free-time...so it's a plus if you're adventurous enough to taste cuisines from around Asia, or just sharing a drink after work.

Hi, I'm Hefner, ...yep that's my mum's sense of humour, naming me after Hugh Hefner :-). I'm an easy going, friendly and enthusiastic bloke, 39 years of age. Recently moved from Perth & work fulltime in Sydney as a Web/Graphic, Multimedia Designer. My creativity thrives in neat surroundings and hence place-of-stay does not have to be lavish, but definitely tidy & clean. And I enjoy keeping it that way, & as a designer adding my lil touch to sparkle any residence :-). Currently I am seeking a furnished room for myself in a fully furnished home with all basics to cook & laundry etc. Just the basics in my room keeps me happy: a bed, desk, chair & shelves wardobe. I keep up with the share of household utilities & being genuinely friendly by nature, I get along well with almost anybody and age. My culinary skills are fine and wouldn't mind pot-luck at times making a house feel more like a home. I do not smoke & prefer a smoke friendly environment too. Occasionally on weekends may enjoy few beers /or glass of wine if accompanied. Not a big fan of home-parties during the week since I have to reach office early morn. Looking forward to be great company at your place. Appreciate if my motorcycle-cruiser has a safe lil space parked in ur yard if possible. Look forward to inspect when suitable and know more about home & occupants. Cheers Hef.

I arrive on September 1st 2017 to Sydney. I'm looking anywhere outside of Sydney. I have been approved for Australian Citizenship and coming back home from Toronto Canada. My background is Lebanese and I am currently seeking a room with bathroom. Don't mind sharing bathroom but want my own room. Small room okay just a place to sleep. I'm catholic, studied theology and philosophy. I love cooking and baking. I like hanging out, playing board games.
Hey, full time IT worker here looking to shorten my commute to work. I'm pretty open in my search at the moment, the only real need I have is a decent internet connection (on occasion I work from home plus sometimes study/work in the evenings). I keep thing tidy and help out where I can. I'm looking to move sometime between early to mid July.
This is a luxury apartment and having spare bedroom and separate bathroom with shared living, dining, study/work room, kitchen, balcony, centrally airconditioned and laundry area. It is situated in a very convenient location within 3 mins walking distance to train station, bus stop, super markets, cafes and restaurants. Facilities include roof top garden, BBQ area, indoor gym and outdoor pool.
Luxury, brand new apartment with spacious master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom available. The apartment has ducted air conditioning, a large balcony, an outdoor lap pool, a gymnasium and two rooftop entertaining areas. All bills, including unlimited NBN internet, are included in the rent. The apartment block is very secure, with an intercom and a security swipe key system installed for lift access. The apartment is fully furnished, apart from the master bedroom. There is also a study and storage room in the apartment, and another separate storage room in the basement. It is located in a very convenient location, with Homebush station only a 5 minute walk away, North Strathfield station about a 10 minute walk away and a bus stop located out the front of the apartment block. Sydney CBD is located only 12kms away (about a 20 minute drive or train trip). Across the road, about a 2 minute walk away, is an IGA, ALDI, Subway, Outback Steakhouse, Pancakes on the Rocks and many more shops and cafes. Homebush DFO and Westfield Burwood are only 2km away, and Sydney Olympic Park is about 3kms away.
Our unit is located in the suburb of Homebush, a nice neighborhood with convenient access to shops and the station (10 mins. walk from the apartment). With a direct train line to city circle, our location is the perfect place if you're working or studying. Our apartment is brand new, so it's neat and tidy, and we'd love to find a flatmate to share it with us. We will be sub-leasing the second bedroom. It comes with a single bed and a built-in wardrobe with a panoramic window. Being located on the 8th level, you get a beautiful scenery of Chatswood and Sydney! You will have the main bathroom for yourself and access to on-street parking if you have a car. (Note that on-street parking is not designated.) We will be splitting the gas and electricity bill.
Hello there, I am from Indonesia, I will be attending TAFE NSW as an international student starting on July 2017. I will arrive in Sydney on the 11th of July. I will be studying and working part time. Personally... I am an easy going person, loves to have a great meaningful conversation. I have a "glass half full" personality. I really loves to play board & video games, i also loves cooking. When it comes to tasting foods i tend to be very curious and excited, great food is just amazing ^_^ Most importantly i am neat and tidy, and i respect personal space.
Yo I'm a 22 (soon to be 23) year old working professional who has recently settled into Sydney from sunny Queensland. Super career focused but love to hit the gym. Bit of a smart ass that's always up for a laugh. I'm a relatively contained person that values a quiet and clean house. Give me a message if you think this could work? I'm open to having a chat. Available in July, currently renting solo
Hey there, mystery reader. My partner Liam and I have been together for three years now, and unfortunately we live on opposite sides of Sydney. It's a drag. He lives in the Northern Beaches and I live in the Sutherland Shire, approximately 52km apart. Now, I don't mean for that to sound soppy, but travel gets really rubbish after that long. We've been trying to find a place to rent on our own for the past 6 months and have had very little luck, as is with real estate in Sydney. So we decided we might try find a place with flatmates instead. We both work part-time, and we're both full-time students. Liam studies psychological science and linguistics at UNSW and I'm a student nurse at UTS. We're pretty simple folk. We aren't messy, but we also aren't going to bust your chops for leaving a dish out or two. We think we're pretty nice and laid back. We read a lot, and enjoy watching TV/movies and playing board games, ie. absolute party animals. We aren't loud, so don't worry about us being too unruly. We're also pretty busy so we're not around much during the day. And you really don't have to worry about us being overly affectionate or argumentative with each other. We tend to be pretty private in our relationship. We've been described as an old married couple. Its accurate. Some bonuses: We come with a Playstation (and yes, we have Crash Bandicoot), a bunch of the original Goosebumps novels, the whole set of Breaking Bad (and a great appreciation for it) and a tonne of top notch records. Another bonus is that I really love to cook and I'm just terrible at judging how much food is too much. We're aware that couples, especially young couples, aren't exactly perceived as desirable roommates, but we'd love to be given a chance. Ideally we're looking to team up with another couple or singular person to help us get into the rental market. Thanks for having a read! We hope to hear from you.
I'm a filipina young professional in the IT Industry. I will be arriving in Sydney on July 23rd. I enjoy movies, music and photography. I would prefer a spacious and neat home as I value and respect another individual's privacy. It would be really awesome if the place is near any train station or bus stop as i will be working in the CBD. Thank you :)

Hi Apartment available for 3 months I moved from Melbourne recently. I got this great property that I would love to share with someone. The place is fully furnished and my flatmate would be free to use my stuff (but carefully as they are really good quality stuff). The rooms are really massive (Sydney standards) and the unit is large with a really pretty balcony. The unit is a 30 second walk to Homebush Station and a 1 minute walk to the local shops. Nothing can beat this place in terms of convenience, sunlight and a general good vibe. The bedroom is fully furnished.
My name is Jatin, 25 and making the BIG (/sarcasm) move from Melbourne to Sydney. I am a Commercial Analyst working full-time in the city and my relaxation consists of a bit of video gaming, netflix, and sports (watching & playing when not injured lol). Cleanliness is important to me, and I understand the value of personal space when the week has been rough. Feel free to drop me a message if you'd like to team-up.
Brand new apartment situated in Bakehouse quarter. It is a 5 minute walk from Homebush station, 15 from Strathfield and 15 from North Strathfield. Shops, services and entertainment are only a crossing away, including AMF bowling, ALDI, IGA, and Fitness First. More are located just on the other side of Homebush station, such as charcoal chicken houses and other restaurants. It is a great location in terms of convenience and closeness to Sydney's centre. The Apartment itself comes with: - Access to rooftop gardens, a pool, bbq areas, and a gym - NBN unlimited wireless internet - Air-conditioning - Newly laid out floorboards - Furnished with bed, desk and chair. - Room comes with built-in mirror wardrobe and is connected to the balcony, so is very bright, sunny, and well ventilated.
I have a very quiet lifestyle, love a great chat but am totally fine to chill on my own. Looking for a home where everyone feels comfortable and on an equal footing. I always pay bills on time, am clean (but not a clean freak!) and easygoing. I enjoy travel, cooking, reading, netflix and catching up with friends and family.
Hi. I like food and music (metal, post-rock, etc), good with pets in general. I am quite shy but would like to make friends and travel together. I am looking for a single room and is EXTREMELY near station or bus stop. Thanks :3
