Looking for a room mate and a new friend. I would like to find a roomie who is fun, reliable, friendly, clean, independent, easy going :) as I am the same. I am looking at starting a new shared apartment only. I am also happy to furnish the apartment, you only need to furnish your room! I do however require parking and would prefer my own bathroom too :) I'm young at heart, work full time, attend the gym most mornings, enjoy spending time with my friends & family.... long lunches, shopping, road trips, the races, the beach... I enjoy a fun night out as much as a lazy night in with a book or catching up on movies... I'd like to be able not only to be room mates but friends - share a meal, a glass of wine, watch trashy tv and make our new place a home ... If you think we get along please don't hesitate to send through a message. I am looking starting a new place only not looking to move into your spare room/established share house - thank you everyone!

Hi all, My name is isabella (bel perferably) I'm 23 and have just started working full time and am looking to reduce my travel time and move a bit closer to work. I'm really easy going and as long as your clean and up for a bit of banta every now and then I'm happy. I can't cook so sorry but our lives will consist of lots of take out and left overs. Am definitely really keen for a team up. Basically I'm hoping to get a couple of people together and get a share house. Seems to be a good (and well slightly cheaper) option. If your keen then maybe we can have a drink and talk it out! Thanks, bel.

I have a lovely 3 bedroom heritage listed house in Gladesville with period features. The bedrooms are a good size, two living areas, a large kitchen (for cooking up gourmet meals if you wish or the occasional shared meal) and a huge backyard (relaxing in the garden or reading a book). The house is on a quiet street in Gladesville about 10 minutes walk to the shops and buses to the city and Macquarie University. Parks and interesting walks are nearby. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom can be either furnished or unfurnished. I enjoy a relaxed home where we swap the stories of the day and maybe share the occasional meal if you are interested. I am clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy theatre, reading, galleries, walking, time with friends and family, gardening, issues of social justice, swimming. I don't tend to watch a lot of TV and when I do it tends to be SBS or ABC. I am a Christian and am actively involved with a local church. I am seeking someone who is friendly, cheerful, considerate and community minded. I am happy with short or long term professionals, travellers or students are welcome. I am a light sleeper so no shift workers or party animals please. Bills are currently spilt. I am having difficulty uploading photos but am happy to email them to you. Pets are not permitted I am sorry. Parking on a quiet street out the front of the houseRoom can be either furnished or unfunished
I've just been approved for this property and am moving in around the 5th of November! The property itself has come at the end of a very long search and I couldn't be happier! :) So here goes: 1. Bayside views from balcony and the shore is a 2 min walk. 2. Property has been renovated since the last tenancy and is absolutely new - kitchen, bathroom, carpeting, paint work, etc. It really does have that new apartment feel to it! 3. Completely unfurnished for now - I'm looking to furnish it quite tastefully in the coming weeks. Think chesterfields, mahogany and bright colors.. If you just happen to enjoy interior decor, twice the brownie points!!! Obviously, you're welcome to bring your own furniture - just let me know and if it works out, less stuff for me to worry about right away! (Your bedroom may also be furnished, for a marginal increase in the rent.) 4. About 50 meters to the terminal Chiswick bus stop; buses every few minutes, straight into the city, even on weekends. Ferry terminal is 3-4 mins walk, down the road. 5. Great food options, good coffee and a bottleshop right next door! ;) 6. The 3rd bedroom will be setup as an office/study which I'm quite happy to share! If you love your books and a quiet weekend, reading, you're going to love living here! 7. You're less than 20/30 mins into the city, door to door (without/with traffic respectively!) and less than 10 mins from Birkenhead Point, Norton St - Leichhardt, Haberfield and all that the Inner West lifestyle is about... Enough said?
Hey Guys, We are looking for people to rent our huge third bedroom. About our home: * the flat was recently renovated and is very spacious * kitchen is very beautiful and modern * all bills are included * Lots of storing space * Fully furnished * laundry * undercover courtyard with amazing BBQ *Balcony * three rooms apartment * Two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (we don't use this one, so you can make it your bathroom) Transport: * 5 min walk to Coles and Aldi. * 8 min drive to Top Ryde shopping centre (lots of restaurants, Kmart, Big W, woollies, etc.) * 20 min by bus to the CBD (Frequent buses all day long, and all night buses to the city and back) * bus stop almost in front of the house About your room: * Huge wardrobe * super comfy, beautiful and huge room (around 3 x 6 Ms) * the room would be ideal for a couple or for two friends. Unfurnished room with mirrored built-ins. I am a professional who works long hours, but am laid back at home. Nothing unsual about me. I go to the gym a bit. I do have my three and five year old staying in the third bedroom most weekends, so you would obviously need to like kids. They are very very cute. For this reason I would prefer a female housemate. I take them out all day when I have them so they wouldn't be in your hair. Rent includes unlimited broadband, electricity, Foxtel and a cleaner. All bills included. No party animals please.
The flat is in Gladesville and is located really close by to a number of bus stops on Victoria Road, but is still quiet and surrounded by garden! It's super easy to get to UTS and Macquarie Uni via public transport, as well as Glebe, the Inner West and the city. There's great opportunities for employment in the area as well in nearby shopping centres like Birkenhead Point, the Macquarie Centre or in the CBD. The (master) bedroom and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and nearly all the storage space in the house is located in the bedroom. We have shared laundry facilities but our own washing machine. We also have lots of little house plants to brighten up our little home! The internet bill is only $23 a month for 200 GB.
Modern large top floor with large balcony. natural light. Very Clean. 1 bus to the City. Only 1 female flatmate living in the apartment (me) Bills electricity gas & Internet included. Fully furnished. Washing machine, fridge, plates , pots cutlery included. 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom. You practically get your own bathroom. 2 min walk to the supermarket & shops.
I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemate/s. I have a background in arts study and work along with assorted admin roles but am now semi-retired. I'd hope for a home environment with some shared conversations, a sense of goodwill and mutual independence. I have an excellent rental history, secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.
I am from India and i like to build up new frienships easily and would be glad to make new friends through this way so that our time together would be fun as well as we would be co ordial and easy to live with !
I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.
Looking for a Team-Up / Share in the Northern Suburbs close to a train station. Quiet, unassuming and easy going professional. Employed Full-Time, 9-5 in Sydney City. I like a home that's stress-free with open communication.
Easy going. Seldom around.

Hi there! My name is Katie and I'm currently on the look out for a private room in Sydney. I'm very much into music, good food (especially finding cute coffee spots), all things vintage and most things chill. I'm usually a bit of a homebug and like to binge watch my favourite YouTubers, make Spotify playlists and or watch a Disney film and when that's not a thing I'm usually cramming in study sessions as I'm currently studying at Macquarie University. I also work in the Sydney CBD and I love what I do. I'm not too fussy with location, as long as I can get to work safely and within a reasonable time. In terms of a move date, I can work with anything within reason and would of course need some time to prepare my things and organise a couple things with my current home. If this is something you might be able to work with, don't be a stranger and please do flick me a message :)
Hi There, I work full-time, and study part-time. I'm very active, social, and love a night in. I'm happy with either furnished or unfurnished, and happy to live with pets.
Hi, Im from singapore and i am enrolling into le cordon bleu in Jan 2017. Im able to cook so food will never be a problem:) Im also really clean, chill and easy-going. Plus its pretty easy for me to get along with people.
Hello, I'm Lydia, 38years old Masters student at Macquarie University. I'm looking for accommodation near the University. I'm lively, fun loving, neat and a well organised person. I love travelling, reading and driving. I hope to find a good accommodation soon. Warm Regards
Hey, my name's Matt. I'm clean and tidy, and live with a Hypoallergenic Siberian Kitten named Mara. I love to chat, but I'm also down if you'd like your own personal space. I work full time monday to friday at the Commonwealth Bank, and absolutely love my job.
I'm currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. I’m keen to move any time this year. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
Hi I'm Dylan. I'm a university graduate currently working full time at Macquarie University. I'm a non-smoker who plays a lot of sport and enjoys exercising and staying fit. I'm a neat and clean person looking to move in with similar people. Ideally looking for a long-term stay with a view to move in ASAP.
Easy going, open minded chap. I work in the building industry six days a week, sometimes seven :-( . If you break it I can fix it! I enjoy the gym, cooking, eating, music & more cooking & eating. Bit of a clean freak but not too much
Hi, I'm Jarrod, a medical student at Western Sydney University. During my 5th and final year I will be placed at Concord Hospital, and as such I will need to relocate somewhere around there. (It is also likely that I will be working near here in 2018-onwards, so I will be hoping to stay in the house from 2017-onwards). Over the past 3 years I have lived in share houses in Campbelltown with a few different people and enjoyed the time I have spent with them, but it is unfeasible for them to move with me or for me to commute every day. I will be turning 23 in March 2017, which means I already receive the full youth allowance amount, which is my main source of income, along with 3 scholarships, and my bulk of savings. I'm pretty clean and quiet (med student) but I am all for people coming and chilling at our house. I have my own fridge, washing machine, lounges, TV cabinet, 2 TVs, study furniture, and my own bedroom furnishings. So, buying common furniture for the house isn't a worry; I'm all set! The main concern for me is my dog. I have a German Shepherd X (DOB: 1/7/15). He is a lovely dog and so friendly with people and other animals, but I know pets can be a major drawback for landlords. I can't move without him. If there is anything else you need to know please get in touch with me. Warm regards, Jarrod
