Hello future flatmates! I would probably consider myself as the easiest person to live with. I’ve been sharing with various types of ages and demographics, which has moulded me into a compassionate, flexible and open minded person. I'm down to earth, friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. I love to have a balance in sharing conversations over food, cuppa or a drink as well as solitude down time. Clear communication has always been a nonnegotiable in a share house. I’m a support worker, cleaner and massage therapist. I’ve previously worked as a chef and also in horticulture so I’m super handy to fix anything around the house and maintain the yards. I love gardening, cooking and music but most of all I love art! Plan to complete my undergraduates degree in fine art very soon! I have a beautiful 4year old calm and cuddly Blue Russian cat. He isn’t the type that likes toys or cat towers, more of a shadow that enjoys being in your company either in the garden during the day or playing under your sheets while trying to make your bed. His name is Shadow. I come with loads of plants and a full house of furniture with white goods if needed, flexible to sell it too. I hope I will be a great fit to your share house!

Hey everybody, My name is Alistair. I'm originally a country bumpkin from the South of Island of NZ but been in Brisbane for a good while now. I'm currently employed in disability support and gardening/landscaping, keeping daytime hours. I like going to gigs occasionally and play a bit of acoustic guitar. Like classic rock, metal, a bit of folk and shoegaze as well. fav bands of all time: black sabbath, Soundgarden, smashing pumpkins, kyuss. I try to be considerate with it though and make sure only I can hear it. I like reading (classic novels and fantasy (Tolkien, George RR Martin etc) and am a bit of a history buff. Also do a bit of yoga and like spending time hiking in the beautiful outdoors when possible. Enjoy going to cricket or rugby games occasionally and catching up with friends. I'm generally pretty mild mannered. I like chatting and getting along with people, but wouldn't say I'm loud and I don't force conversation on anybody if they're not into it. If your place is a bit out of my target areas don't worry too much. Just somewhere roughly on the south side is ok. A little bit flexible on length of stay, would prefer long term but I'd consider a stay of 4 or 5 months. Air con would be preferable but not absolutely essential. I don't have a dog myself but I love animals and like helping friends with their dogs.
