Hi all still looking for accommodation in Sherwood, Oxley, Corinda, Inala, Richlands, Darra. Right now I reside in the city and can not be as active as a halftime parent as I want to be I take great care of any home I live in and participate actively in making it a good living environment. That does include regular cleaning and keeping power/water usage at a rate that is decent. Living with me is convenient and enjoyable. I do have a 10 year old daughter, that I halftime parent and 200- to max 400$/week. School is in Oxley and Dad lives in Corinda and we share parenting responsibilities. Would also consider meeting people and starting a new share house. Never been evicted or anything, just spent a long time overseas during COVID and after and haven't been able to get any traction on the rental market for a while now.
