It has a huge light filled bedroom, its own en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, large desk, 2 chairs, tv, large desk and two smaller cupboards. The room is air-conditioned and has new carpet and linen etc can be provided if necessary. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, gym, coffee shop, Inglewood Hotel and the Beaufort St strip.

Hello to you! Our lovely housemate Melissa has moved out and that means a double bedroom is now available for somone else. The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhouse in Mt. Lawley. There is off street parking and for those who use the train and bus, it is a very short 5 minute walk to Mt. Lawley train station (300 metres). Running all the way into the city and then out to Fremantle, great for those who work in the City, West Perth, Subiaco and Cottesloe. With Beaufort Street and Maylands 8th Avenue Cafe strip both within 10-15 minutes walk, there are loads of options for foodies, and those who like exploring Perth's bar and cafe scene. The house was extensively renovated two years ago from top to bottom with brand new flooring, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and doors throughout. You would only be the 2nd person to take the room since renovations. The house has a nice courtyard running around the back and side.
