I study at ECU Mt Lawley, have 2 very lovely indoor cats and like my space. I am only interested in renting a house with 1 other person, or a studio apartment/granny flat and such on my own. I am looking for someone to get a central place with, who loves animals, someone who is clean, tidy and will respect my belongings - I have all of the furniture/appliances needed for the shared areas of the house. I am definitely okay with visitors etc. but not looking to live in a party house where I won't be able to get any sleep and deal with loud noise every day. The place is a 3 bedroom and you would have a choice out of 2 rooms, the 2nd room would just be used for storage or as a shared room for study or bits and pieces and I do have a desk in one of the rooms currently (there is a small shed to store things too). The rooms both have a walk in robe and are a decent size as well as being carpeted. You will need to provide your own furniture for the room. The bathroom would be shared as there is only 1 but the toilet is separate and there is a bath tub as well as a shower. The rent includes internet, water, electricity and gas. There is also a carport but there is only room for one car so dependent on what we are both doing for the day (what time we need to leave) will determine who gets to park in it, otherwise there is room to park on the driveway and on the street.
