I'm a full-time media student, musician, and up-and-coming actor. I moved up from Denmark, down south, about a month ago. I'm an easygoing, neat and tidy person who's not prone to causing dramas. While most of the time I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself, I enjoy socializing with mates on the weekend.
I'm a FIFO professional engineer. I stay away mostly but on my days off I like to go out, read and relax. I am looking for a place close to the city with friendly housemates that won't mind having an occasional drink on the weekends. I am super tidy and considerate of shared spaces. I smoke sometimes but am reasonable enough to not let it be a problem for people around me. Also, I would prefer to have my own bathroom if that's at all possible in the sharing situation. Cheers
Perth hills local who is a respectful easy going bloke. I work FIFO as an emergency response officer and looking for somewhere and people that will make my time off in Perth enjoyable as possible.
Quirky, enviro-conscious lass, lover of life, lover of people looking for short term accommodation (potentially long term accom if we click). I like my own space as much as I like being social. I am a qualified high school teacher, returning to uni to advance my studies. I'm easy going, open minded, friendly, community minded and goal driven. I come with my little dog, Flocke. She shares the same character traits as me. 😜
Looking for something close to the city ideally. Say within 5kms. Ideally somewhere with en-suite. Was renting from a friend but they now want to claim their property back so i'm out! Ready to move asap.
Hello! I have just recently moved here from Sydney. I like to travel and have been around a bit but am looking to settle for a little while in Perth where I have a lot of family. Studying at Curtin for a semester so would ideally like to be be living with other students or young professionals. I'd be looking for relatively social flatmates as I'm new to the city. I enjoy cleaning and living in a neat space. I'd like to take care of a garden or at least have some sort of ourdoor area. Pets are great, especially cats. I've been living out of home for 5 years so am pretty used to the concept. A double room would be ideal but there's room to move if the location and fit is right. Shoot me a message if you think you'd like to house share!
Hey, im looking for a place in the northern suburbs close to the city. I'm 25 years old and work full time in an accounting firm. Outside of work i like playing sport, cards, reading and relaxing with a couple of drinks. Looking to move ASAP
Small but cute 2 bedroom unit, fully furnished room ( can be unfurnished if you would prefer ) 2 minute walk from Beaufort street and Maylands train station. Super central! Very quiet little block of apartments. Included in the rent will be Foxtel and unlimited wifi access, full bathroom, kitchen, lounge room use ( appliances )
I'm a relatively quiet person who loves cats (dogs are snazzy too), reading and writing. I'm studying film and television at uni and I work in a bookshop. I don't party much, rarely drink, don't smoke. I'm happy to keep to myself but I do also enjoy a good chat (especially about TV shows). I've lived in Perth my whole life and due to changing circumstances I am looking for a new place to live.
G'day, my name is Sam. I'm a young professional and I work as a Surveyor full-time. I'm outgoing and enjoy some quality banter with a beer in hand. Always up for a chat or just chilling listening to music. I'm a little OCD as well, so I'm always neat and tidy. I'm an active person and spend a lot of time cycling on the weekends. The only things I need are: air-conditioning, a place to park my work vehicle (street parking is fine) and somewhere to store my work equipment and bicycle securely. I may be looking to stay longer than 3 months at the right place, cheers!
I'm clean, organised, reliable and friendly guy. I love art music and literature but have a broad range of interests and can always find something to talk about with people. I like meeting new people and being sociable but I also have a deep appreciation for respecting personal space.
Hello there, I am in search of a lovely housemate to share my character home in Inglewood. The house is near Beaufort St and lots of yummy cafes and the bus route to the city and five mins from ECU. I am a happy and positive person. I work full-time and have a full social life, catching up with friends and going to workshops on nights and weekends. My ideal housemate is some one who is clean tidy and respectful, working and a mature person. If that seems like you I'd love to hear from you. Cheers Shelley
If you're after a roomie that can cook, clean, iron and look after themselves...look no further. Can either keep to myself or get amongst what is going on. Not a party animal. Do spend weekends studying. Enjoy getting out for fitness.
Oh hello! Im looking for a room or team up with others to be close to work and uni I'm a pretty easy going person like to be able to get along with roomies have a drink but like my own time. Hi! Im a 23 year old male. Working as a Barista at The Sparrows Nest in Victoria Park. Im looking to rent a room as of the 5th of March. Im super easy going, friendly, quiet and respectful. Rent and bills always on time.
I am studying at ECU WAAPA, just moved from Sydney, I love movies, bushwalks, camping, animals and the beach and as a roommate i am a vegetarian, i am considerate, great cook, team player and know how to clean.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I have a very large quiet home that I share with my two dogs and a cat. The house has multiple living areas and is cool in summer. I have a cruelty free household as I am vegan, so only vegan or vegetarian housemates wanted please. Alternatively if you are happy not eating meat at home then I'm cool with that too :)

Social house of one girl and two guys aged 22-31, all employed and/or studying. Huge spacious house with generous air-conditioned bedrooms and in-built mirror'd wardrobes throughout. Ample off-street parking. House is only three years old, so very much a blank canvas that you can add your own furnishings to! Internet and gas/electricity extra, but generally we find bills are really cheap!
The house is near new with mostly new furnishing in the common areas. The house is walking distance to the Dianella shopping centre, Red Man Cafe on Walter and is a 3-5 mins drive to Beaufort Street and Galleria shopping center. The proximity to shops, cafes and airport is great. There is public transport really close, it is an easy commute to the city and there is easy access to Tonkin Hwy and Mitchelle Fwy for those who travel for work.
t's a really convenient location, just next to Coles, Liqourland, Mcdonalds, Subway and a short walking distance to bus and train stops. The room is is a decent size with built in robes and air conditioning. The room isn't furnished but the rest of the house is - However in saying that there's still plenty of room if you have anything you'd like to have in the living areas, as well as space to store extra stuff in the garage.

Working in music and tv, looking for someone to team up with and grab a 2 bedroom/3 bedroom house or unit. Ideally would only like to share a place with one other person. Like minded creatives would be cool but open to anyone with a chilled vibe. As I'm a musician my downfall is that I come with lots of equipment. But the only thing that will be in communal spaces will be an upright piano which will probably have to go in the living room if my room isn't big enough. I'm only working on scores/making music during the day so you don't have to worry about noise at night.
I'm a Christian gal seeking someone to start a new house share with. I have couch, fridge, dining, kitchenware and my own bedroom furniture. I'm clean and will generally keep to myself but I am looking for roommates so that I have some conversation when home from work in the evenings. I love brunching, movies, music, the arts, wine and generally anything that gives a good atmosphere like a football game. Not a big cooker, but a girl's got to eat. Not likely available to move for another couple months but we can start friendships first.
Room for rent in beautiful character home in Maylands. Less than 5 minute walk to cafe strip, supermarkets and train station. Two bedroom apartment with wooden floors, high ceilings, a fireplace and is fully furnished. Big screen tv, Netflix etc The room has a perfect city view. Double sized bed and a wardrobe. The location is great. Apartment is situated within a 2 minute walk to Beaufort Street. There are many cafes, restaurant, bars and shops. Also close to bus and train. Also a big park across the street. I am looking for someone who works a FIFO roster. Outdoor smoking is fine and the balcony has an amazing city view. There is free street parking; however, I may be able get a parking spot inside the complex upon request. The rent is $175 including all the bills. Unlimited internet as well.
If you're looking for a super central, already furnished home with your own huge bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite (BYO bedroom furniture), then seriously stop looking now, because THIS is it. We're talking a large, flat screen TV with one housemate's x-box and the other's playstation already hooked up, two generous living areas, two seperate outdoor areas, plus two additional storage spaces. We're talking strolling distance to the Beaufort strip (or rolling, if strolling is too strenuous; we promise you could LITERALLY roll down the hill to Planet Books, the Astor Theatre, Fresh Provisions, IGA and the Scotto and every single other awesome Beaufort Street store, cafe and restaurant you can think of. Plus, if you sneeze particularly violently, you might accidentally end up in Fez having a sweet cup of coffee or gourmet muffin-we're THAT central). It's also a quick jaunt to Hyde Park, numerous gyms, yoga studios and ECU if you're feeling particularly active. The 950 bus is just outside and can whisk you in to the city at a moments notice, or, if you have a spare 20 minutes, you could just walk there yourself. Same goes for the wonders of William Street; it's a mere 20 minute stroll to arguably some of the best Asian in town. That is, of course, if you choose not to eat at the many restaurants, Asian or otherwise, that are just outside your door. The house has a dishwasher, clothesline, fridge and most kitchen appliances you could need. It has two and a half bathrooms (three toilets-so no one is ever left waiting). Your second story room looks out over Mount Lawley and Inglewood and if you're in to spectacular sunrises, you're in luck (if you're not, just leave the blinds closed, no pressure). You also have your own reverse cycle air-con to keep you cool in summer and toasty in winter. The house in general is finished to a high standard, with bamboo flooring throughout and a neutral colour scheme.
Hi guys. My name is Alex we have a room in the heart of Mt Lawley and we are looking for a couple.Walking distance from beaufort st,cafees, restaurants , clubs and shops. 2 mins walking from bus stop. 5 mins from ECU and Northbridge. beautiful location! The house is to share with a nice Australian couple and 2 friendly brazilian student. rent is $185 for single and $215 for a couple. all bills and unlimited wifi included. Pet can be considered. call or text for pics or info cheers alex
- 30 meters to bus stops - 40 meters to the bottleo - 10 minutes walk to eighth ave cafes / train station - all bedrooms are large, large enough for a bed and table and whatever - aircon in the lounge, gas heater in the second lounge. - small paved space out the back. - squat rack I don't mind sharing if you wanna do some deadlifts etc I typically like to meet a potential house mate first at a cafe or something before showing you the house, just to know what you're like, if we get along fine, ask and answer most questions there. :) There is a cat on my shoulder, but there is no cat in the house. age - looking for people over 25 years of age, for a better fit.
Yo renters of Perth, I'm looking to join a share house so we can revel in the impending panic of adulthood responsibilities together. I'm hoping to move to North Perth/Mt Lawley and surrounding areas ~or~ Vic Park and surrounding areas. But anything central is cool with me, in all honesty - if it seems like the right fit. I'm hoping to find chill vibes and friendly people to hang out with on occasion. I’m quite a social person but not a complete raging party animal either. A little about me: I'm 22, have one semester left in my psychology degree at UWA, I have a job in social work and an internship. I'm currently trying to learn to rollerblade and like going to shows a lot. I'm vego, but don't mind you eat meat. I spend most of my free time online or hanging with friends. I’m currently listening to a lot of Run the Jewels 3, Danny Browns new album, The Hotelier and The Garden. I can provide: a tv, a cross trainer, some kitchen stuff, vibes, a car for Maccas runs I’m generally pretty clean but not anal, I don’t smoke and am not into drugs.
