Be respectful and tidy in the shared areas. Contribute to cleaning and tidying up. The room contains a Double Bed, with plenty of linen, a standing clothing rack to hang your clothes, a bed side table with a lamp, and a desk and chair to work or study on. The room is light and airy with a security screen on the window so it is safe. My place is only 5km to the city and close to Leederville, Belmont for movies and the Mount Lawley coffee strip, and Inglewood Library for free books! This room would mostly suit a backpacker, or short term traveller up to 6 months. I would prefer you only have a suitcase/backpack in terms of luggage or stuff as there is no space to put anything else! These may be eaten at any time of the day. There will always be some food in the house to eat. There is a gym within an easy walking distance from home. As is the Flying Scotsman Hotel, the GP, chemist , post office, banks and much more. The airport is about 10 minutes away by car along Guildford Rd then Great Eastern Hwy. There is a bus from and to the airport. Leaving the airport at T1 & T2 it is the 380 that goes to Elizabeth Quay. From there the bus number 950 takes you up Beaufort St to the corner of Walcott St where home is. Dead bolts and security screens on the doors. The home is in an all family location and a safe area without inner city problems. Long term family ownership. So there are no problems over needing to leave when the lease is up or rent inspections. The home is lived in by a close relative of the owners. So it is well maintained and things get attended to and fixed. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in every bedroom. These units are set the 24 C and must be used at this setting for cooling and heating. Once every day the unit must be turned off to let the machine cool down.
