__________________________________ Hello! Is it we you're looking for? __________________________________ We are Sarah and Hayley and we are looking to adopt a new housemate :) The house stuff: 3x1 'character home' with recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Think dark floorboards, high ceilings, chandeliers and ceiling detailing. All bedrooms are double-size. Sarah has been in the house for two years and Hayley for one and a bit. Cute little front porch to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. Close to Beaufort Street bars and cafes. Perth's Best Bus Route (unverified), the 950, is just metres away at the end of the street. Buses go to the city every 5 minutes or so, so you need never look at a bus timetable again! It takes about 25 minutes to get into the city, with morning traffic and is 10-15 minute drive otherwise. The bus goes directly to UWA in 30 mins flat outside of peak hour. Walking distance to the train line as well, apparently. $10-12 uber fare from the city. Perth's Best Night Market (definitely), the Inglewood Night Market, at the end of the street every Monday evening in the warmer months. Think adorable community vibe with both hustle AND bustle, buskers, dogs, fairy lights and SO much delicious food. The outside of the house does still have the older style, but the house as a whole is spacious and has a nice feel. (People are always saying so). Lemon tree! Orange tree! Fairy lights ALL OVER the lemon and orange trees! Outdoor fireplace! Miscellaneous assortment of storage sheds! Space for a vegetable garden! Or a chook pen! (Or we can make a pea gravel patio and turn it into a little Cantina...(?) we can discuss.) The garden is quite large and… let's call it rustic. We will be looking to get a gardener in about once a month to keep everything tidy, so the new housemate will need to be willing to contribute to that. The room is $165 plus bills, which we will split equally. Rent will need to be paid 2 weeks in advance. Bond is 4 weeks rent which must also be paid in advance. The us stuff: Sarah is a 28 y.o. lawyer. Lover of books, brunch, baking, and interesting ideas. Hobbies include buying food, making food, eating food, talking about making or eating food. Thinks that going out for brunch is hands-down the best way to spend a weekend morning, so brunch buddies are very welcome. Loves to cook and bake when there is time and will hopefully have a dinner party once every couple of months and you would of course be more than welcome to join and maybe even bring some lovely frands to the table. Generally out of the house 12-14 hours a day Monday-Friday but really likes to come home to some relaxed pals after a big day! Will talk Hayley's ear off and I'm sure her ears would like a little break. That said, also needs some alone time and respects others' need for the same. Hayley is 25, in her final year of Psych at UWA. WILL: stay up late drinking wine and talking about interesting articles/books and cool sciencey things. WILL NOT: ask "how that makes you FEEL?". Brilliant. Studies from home most of the time so is home quite a lot. Besties with the baristas at the coffee shop down the road. Just an all 'round excellent human who will probably not approve of all these compliments. The you stuff: We are looking for a boy…man…?! to balance out the house dynamic. Age 25-35ish. Ideally you work full time but will consider students. Looking for a good egg who is positive, social, and interesting, and who gets out and does things (so long as those things are not like, heavy drugs or petty crime). In an ideal world, we will create a little family home and cook/eat dinner together (or at the very least drink coffee/wine under the fairy lights in the garden and talk about interesting things we have read/critically analyse Sarah's awkward Tinder interactions) at least once a week. Very happy for you to have people over (and expect to be able to do the same) but hopefully not 24/7. Of course we appreciate clean/tidy/respectful/grown-up housemates, but equally value flexibility, generosity, and balance. If this sounds like your kind of house, and we sound like your kind of humans, please let us know. Perhaps we can meet for a coffee or something and if we click we can take you to see the house :)
I am 37 years old, quietly introverted but can hold a conversation with anyone.. I work as a truck driver (don't worry, my truck stays at work), permanent part time although I work full time hours split across AM & PM shifts, 6 days a week. I am currently single and I am looking for a place for myself and my two fur babies Turbo & Bamm, brother and sister cats who are now 9 years old, very loving cats and very well behaved. Ideally I would like 2 rooms, one for the bed and one as a study (I am always studying something) and my own bathroom/toilet. I tend to not venture out of my study very much as I am a computer nerd and spend most of my free time in there. So if you're after your next best mate to hang out all the time then I'm probably not your guy. However, if you want someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, doesn't drink & barely has guests over than I am your guy! I would prefer a granny flat or say the second story of a house all to myself. A house with a large shed which I could use would be a dream come true.
Hey! I'm Alex...from Perth...easy going, like a laugh and a bit of fun. I work as an Uber driver while in Perth (so irregular hours) and have a professional background. I have a social life and I like social clubs. Not looking for a party house, but not looking for a house with no character. A place to park my car would be great too :)
Easy going, laid back, very neat and tidy 26 year old professional looking for someone similar to live with. Social and friendly, super happy to socialise, but often keen for downtime alone due to hectic worklife. Ideally looking for a double/large bedroom and own bathroom in a nice apartment close to the city.
I'm a young FIFO professional looking for like-minded housemate/s. I'm easy-going, love a beer and a chat but also like my own space at times. Just got back from a couple of months in Europe and looking to move early to mid February. I'm tidy, love cooking and won't be there half the time - what's not to love?
Currently working part time and also studying commerce. Ive lived in a share house before so know how to respect other peoples space but all always up for a chat. Preferably wanting to live with females.

I am a full time working professional in the arts industry. I am mature, responsible, very clean and respectful of others and their space. I have lived in sharehouses before so I know how to share a space etc. I am originally from Melbourne but have been in Perth for just over a year. I am fairly quiet and don't have a huge circle of friends so a noisy party house is not my thing. I enjoy sharing the occasional meal and wine but also like my own space. I have a French bulldog puppy who lives with me part time (over the weekends) so a house where she is welcomed is a must as well as some sort of outdoor area. She is the sweetest thing and everyone who meets her loves her!
Hello, I am looking to co-share my friendly, two-bedroom free standing 1926 Character house with a professional, easy going, person in their late 20s - early 30s, smoker or non-smoker alike. Applicants can be both a couple and an individual. The character house is typical of the early 1920’s and has a sheltered patio and functional out door eating area at the back, with 1 toilet bathroom/shower and a small third bedroom for friends or family that want to stay for that sporadic occasion. The house has high speed Wi-Fi (100GMs per month), outdoor eating with BBQ, car access for 2 cars and ample storage. The house is currently occupied by a single person in her mid twenties, who is happy to share the cooking, cleaning, and all utilities bills equally. The character house is one of the first built in the area, and is located only 6 kms from the CBD of Perth, and only 2 kms from Edith Cowan University. Beaufort streets shops, public transport, bars and restaurants are a stones throw. The location and character style of house makes this a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting uniqueness, and is either working in the city or the neighboring areas. It's a very relaxed house, and if your easy-going and wanting your own space with the occasional opportunity to have friends around or family the house is perfect for it! The room is available from the 6th of November, on a short or long-term lease. It is fully furnished. Rent is $180/week, not including bills. Bond is two-weeks rent. Opportunities like this do not come around to often!!!

Hi, we have recently moved from Phillip Island Victoria where we lived for 15 years. We're a young, sporty, peaceful, considerate, fido/cat loving mid forties inseparable couple who love bike riding, swimming, gardening, cooking and the arts. My partner Andy is a Chef and managed a thriving cafe called Cafe Lugano in Cowes Phillip Island 7 days a week for many years and was a self-employed gardener. I am a qualified dog groomer and owned/managed a successful grooming salon called FUZZYPAWS for 15 years. We're here to be closer to family, for the warmer climate and change of lifestyle. We sold our family home and businesses to allow us time off once we arrived here. We intend to to begin a gardening/landscaping business together within the next few months. We have references for your peace of mind. Cheers Lu and Andy :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I have a very large quiet home that I share with my two dogs and a cat. The house has multiple living areas and is cool in summer. I have a cruelty free household as I am vegan, so only vegan or vegetarian housemates wanted please. Alternatively if you are happy not eating meat at home then I'm cool with that too :)
This is an old character home and if you think you can sneak around at night without stepping on creeky floor boards then good luck haha! Its an old but very tidy house with a new kitchen installed. There is reverse cycle ac in the lounge room and is fairly spacious. The room for rent has been an extension on the house and is massive! There is also an office/study area and a spacious back yard and shed. There are shops and a pub 2 min walk down the road and its extremely easy getting to the city with a bus stop 100m from the house. All in all just an awesome place to live, the house is furnished except for the room for rent. The lease runs out in april but if the housemates are good we can renew it.
Lovely quite area and close to Beaufort Street. All the amenities you need are all close by. Internet/Wi-Fi Foxtel Study Room Large user friendly kitchen BBQ & Webber Air-conditioning Private outside covered alfresco area

Unfortunately we are losing one of our room mates to Melbourne in 2017 and are looking for a replacement to move in as of January. We live in a 3 by 1 town house located in the heart of Mount Lawley directly behind the Astor Theatre. The house is recently furnished and includes a large living area, backyard, parking and a nicely sized room (unfurnished). Rent is $155 per week which includes fast internet and we split the electricity bill (water bills are payed for by our landlord).
t's a really convenient location, just next to Coles, Liqourland, Mcdonalds, Subway and a short walking distance to bus and train stops. The room is is a decent size with built in robes and air conditioning. The room isn't furnished but the rest of the house is - However in saying that there's still plenty of room if you have anything you'd like to have in the living areas, as well
