The place is a 3 bedroom and you would have a choice out of 2 rooms, the 2nd room would just be used for storage or as a shared room for study or bits and pieces and I do have a desk in one of the rooms currently (there is a small shed to store things too). The rooms both have a walk in robe and are a decent size as well as being carpeted. You will need to provide your own furniture for the room. The bathroom would be shared as there is only 1 but the toilet is separate and there is a bath tub as well as a shower. The rent includes internet, water, electricity and gas. There is also a carport but there is only room for one car so dependent on what we are both doing for the day (what time we need to leave) will determine who gets to park in it, otherwise there is room to park on the driveway and on the street.
House is fully furnished, close to public transport and ECU Mt Lawley. Internet included in rent and we will split the water/gas/electric bills as they come. There is off street parking and for those who use the train and bus, it is a very short 5-minute walk to Mt. Lawley train station (300 metres). Running all the way into the city and then out to Fremantle, great for those who work in the City, West Perth, Subiaco and Cottesloe. With Beaufort Street and Maylands 8th Avenue Cafe strip both within 10-15 minutes walk, there are loads of options for foodies, and those who like exploring Perth's bar and cafe scene. The house was extensively renovated two years ago from top to bottom with brand new flooring, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and doors throughout. The house has a nice courtyard running around the back and side. Our neighbours are very friendly and we have a great sense of community between our houses.
