Hi I'm Joel! I'm a fairly laid back 21 year old. Moved to Sydney from Qld 2 years ago to study. I work full time in the city as an assistant store manager at a men's fashion shop. I enjoy going to the gym spending most of my spare time there. Im always up for having a good chat however respect if someone needs their own space. I always clean up after myself as cleanliness is very important to me. Please feel free to send me a message :) Cheers
I'm approachable, friendly and respectful of others. I study full-time at UTS - Engineering/Medical Science. My hobbies include gym, running, rock climbing and video games. I'm a non-smoker and drug free. I keep myself and my surroundings neat and tidy.
I am a clean, chilled and fun loving person. I like anything to do with fitness. I love putting those trainers on and going for long walks. I am a full time uni student working part time in Miranda.
Previously residing in Gold Coast, have just relocated to Sydney. Prefer the Sutherland Shire, St. George areas. Keen for a team up or share with existing residents. Prefer only one or two flatmates max. Guys or Gals, any nationality, orientation, religion etc and otherwise is not an issue for me. Available the first week of February. Willing to pay $250/w max. including all bills. 41yo Father of two (my children live with their Mother in Sutherland Shire), so looking for somewhere close to them. Bonus if you are cool with children visiting on weekends and school holidays. They are very well mannered (when fast asleep, I joke. They truly are). I am a quiet man whom prefers and respects privacy. I admire and appreciate cleanliness. A vegan that doesn't preach or judge (you won't hear about it unless you ask me about it) and I don't freak out at the sight of meat. Non smoker. I enjoy diving, mountain biking and climbing. I'm a keen video gamer. Must have internet available, lol. Seeking long term residence within the right circumstances 12+ months. I have a good rental history. Handy around the home. Very neat and tidy. Currently seeking employment in Sydney. Have lived and worked in Sydney previously (about 15 years). Cashed up to see me through a few quiet months if there is any concern regarding my end of the rent/bills and willing to pay in advance.
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. I just received full-time employment in the city and am looking to move a little closer, preferably the Sutherland/Shire area to ease the commute though I'm particularly interested in Cronulla because beach :) . Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I'm not in a huge rush to move so I'm flexible in that way too. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I'm a quiet law student who works part time in the city as a paralegal and as a private HSC math tutor. My girlfriend is coming over for a short holiday in Australia during my university break and we're looking for a place where our privacy can be respected. Having said that, a granny flat or studio will be our priority but should we fail to find those accommodation types, we're open for a private room in a shared house. We both do not smoke or drink. We wouldn't come back at late hours. We don't have any pets. I enjoy cleaning my area occasionally so you can be rest assured that your premise/room will stay cleaned at all times. Location doesn't necessarily matter, I've just listed a couple that I prefer as I used to live in Burwood, 2134 some years back.
Hi two mates who are both very friendly, kind and considerate. Polite and well mannered. Pride ourselves on cleanliness and keeping a presentable home. Both love to cook and enjoy taking care of animals and plants.
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
I am a currently studying and working. I love to relax on the weekends and after work with friends and family. I have an interest in health and fitness however I do also love Netflix. I am friendly, easy going and down to earth.
I have recently moved back from overseas and am looking for a flat share or lease. I am 32, easygoing and would prefer a calm and clean home. I work in hospitality, mostly evenings and weekends. I'm social and enjoy cooking dinner/lunch and chilling out, I'm not interested in a party house. (Unfortunately the dog in the pic won't be moving with me but he'll definitely visit)
Room for rent on the 6th floor of a modern apartment complex, located in Sutherland. Features: - great location, 5 minute walk to Trains and Buses, local restaurants and shops - air conditioning - self-contained laundry with dryer & washer - Living area fully furnished - kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) - large balcony - all rooms have double built-in wardrobes You will share the main bathroom with a female professional, aged 30.
About the place: This 2 bedroom unit is located near Sutherland train station (3 minute walk), quiet and very near to the shops for all your needs and caffeine hit. It is situated in a 8-unit apartment block and has very friendly neighbours. I am acquainted with the neighbours in 5 other units. The second bedroom for rent is shown in the pictures however has no built-in wardrobe. This room will be unfurnished. For the right person, I am willing to give up the master room (with a huge built-in wardrobe) at $240 per week and I will move into the smaller room. I can provide pictures of the master room if the discussion gets to that. There's a 50 inch TV with a Blu-ray player and surround system. I have a fridge but there is plenty of room for one more if you find mine is too small or don't wish to share a fridge. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen fit-outs, toilets and floorboards were all newly installed in May 2015 before I moved in in Aug 2015. Unfortunately, no air-conditioner in the unit. I am usually away at the peak of summer so I only had to survive a few hot, muggy nights per year. The unit includes a covered balcony (used to hang laundry and has a 3-set outdoor furniture), an internal laundry room, a lock-up garage (half of it is filled with my stuff) and a few covered parking spots which you and other occupants in the block can use on a first-in-best-dressed basis. There are usually spots available but failing which, there are plenty of street parking available. I myself don't own a car. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. My lease also does not allow smoking inside the unit. This household will be English-speaking only. Bills: The only bill you have to pay is electricity (shared equally). The internet (50 GB off peak / 50 GB peak) ,landline and water is included in your rent. Depending on our usage, there's a chance I might upgrade to unlimited internet but haven't had the need to with previous/current flatmates. The landline comes with unlimited calls to mobiles as well. Written Contract: As a good practice, I have a self-drafted contract for both of us to sign to ensure we both are on the same page about obligations and rights. This gives both of us greater assurance, protection and transparency. Length of stay: A minimum of 6 weeks (negotiable) stay will be offered so you have an option to leave if you feel this is not the right place. Ultimately, I am hoping to have someone stay for a medium to long term basis but not a deal breaker if it isn't what you are after. I do abide to the minimum notice periods required by laws as indicated in the NSW Tenancy Act 2010 . I am happy to point you to the right direction on what these are. Once the 6 weeks has passed, it will be a periodic lease as defined in the Tenancy Act 2010. I don't anticipate myself moving from this unit for a considerable amount of time as I like it here soooo much. About me: My name is Ermin and I'm a 30 years old Asian male from Singapore. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Gymea in the Shire. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I moved into this unit in Aug 2015. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL (Go Sharkies!), exercise and listen to music. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. About you: Ideally you'd be someone who has the ability to pay rent on time, reasonably clean esp. in the kitchen and toilet, have good share-house etiquette and respect other's privacy as required. Preferably you are able to provide two references from flatmates / real estate agents to vouch for the above criteria. If you are willing to go a step further and provide two recent payslips that would certainly help, but this is optional. Any questions feel free to drop me a message. :)
Large spare room, with double mirrored built ins, furnished with queen size bed, desk etc. It's a 3 bedroom unit, in Kirrawee. Place is close to everything. 10 mins to cronulla, 2 mins to the station and shops. $200/w includes bills.
Im 27 years old and work within the Transport and Logistics sector. I'm very clean and respectful. Easy to get along with and accept people of all cultures and beliefs. Hobbies are music, sport and hanging with friends and family. Love having a chat and meeting new people. Being social really is a big thing for me. I don't smoke but love a drink socially. I would be ideal as I work full time and I keep very tidy. Growing up in a big family we were always cleaning up after someone.
I am a laid back and friendly person. I get along with most people and I'm clean and quiet. I am not big into bars or clubs and a non-smoker. I am from Melbourne originally but moved to Sydney 1 year ago. I will enjoy a good conversation but loves time to myself. I am not looking to be somewhere where my housemates are interested in partying into the wee hours during the week. I work full time (Tuesday - Saturday). I guess I'd prefer not to live with a couple but not a total dealbreaker. I would ideally like to find a place where I may be able to get a dog, but again that's only if the place is right to have one.
Tea-aholic who loves animals, discovering new bars, live music, interior design, whisky tastings, travel adventures and hiking. Extroverted, friendly and relatively clean but respectful of boundaries. Happy to make you a cuppa tea every morning. If you put up with my sugar addiction I promise I'll share! I study at uni and work two jobs (retail and hospitality / day and night) so I'm one busy gal.
Straightforward & easygoing 55yo guy, who likes to keep to himself, enjoys a beer with friends, watching sports, spending time with my grown sons whenever possible & cooking. Would like to stay in Sydney to be close to my sons, but as they are grown & I recently discovered that my g/f has been cheating on me, ending an 8 year relationship, I'm seriously looking at relocating to Brisbane & getting away from Sydney for a change. Lived there previously & love Brissy. Have lived in the same residence for 7 years without a problem with the owners & have a reference from them. I will be unemployed when I arrive, but am optimistic of finding something in the near future & have already associated myself with a recruitment agency in Brisbane, in preparation for the move. Would prefer somewhere within walking distance to trains & within 20-30 mlns to Brisbane. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Simply message me & I will be happy to provide my number so we can chat & I can answer them. As I'm currently in Sydney I understand the difficulty in meeting prior to a move north, but would suggest Facetime & may also be able to do a quick fly in & out over a weekend prior to move in date. I have moving date as 9th, but latest date would be 22nd.
Our names are Eugene and Kate, we are a young married couple (just turned over 30) looking for a bedroom to rent starting from 31 March. We are originally from Ukraine, having just recently arrived to Australia from Ukraine after receiving our permanent residence visas. Both of us are professionals. I am a business analyst with MSc degree from London, and my wife is an engineer. Generally, we are a mature couple, not used to having loud parties, very clean and have great respect for the privacy of other people. At the same time, we are always happy to enjoy other people’s company, share a joke or a drink if appropriate. We hope we would make perfect flat mates for most people.
I'm currently studying full time uni and working part time. I like to be on time for everything, so I'd never be late with bills and whatnot. I'm also quite neat and value hygiene. I'm a friendly person but never one to throw wild parties in my own home.
Hi there! My fiancé and I are looking for shared accommodation within the sutherland shire. We are both full time in shift work. We are quiet clean people & would love to move in with people who are the same! We look forward to hearing from you! Amanda & Vishal
Hi guys! My name is Robert, I'm currently living in Perth but am making the move over to Sydney towards the end of March. I'm a graduate Civil Engineer and currently run my own online retail business. I'm an active person who loves the outdoors and general fitness so I'm not going to sloth around on your couch. I'm also very social and don't mind a chinwag but also appreciate my alone time and seldom keep to myself. I'm neat, tidy, respectful and won't eat your food. I'm looking to move in towards the end of March/start of April but there's some flexibility on that front (the drive will take me 5 or so days). I'd love to hear back from anyone with something to offer so don't be afraid to give me a hoy! Ciao.
Im clean, honest and very friendly. I come from a family of detectives/police officers. I grew up in Sutherland Shire. I work for an Optometrist.
