Hi, I'm Lorin, I am really in need of urgent stable living arrangements due to family issues, i mostly keep to myself, I enjoy cooking and will happily cook and clean if wanted. I have a stable income and I'm currently spending a lot of time helping my Mother with her three kids under the age of 6 so while I may not be home often I'm still in need of a place to rest my head of a night. Please message me if you have anything to offer, I'd be incredibly grateful.
I'm Jack! currently living in brisbane and looking for a place in or around newcastle to live for a minimum of 3 months. I'm self employed and usually out of the house for at least 5 hours a day. I like to stay pretty active, love getting out of the house and seeing friends and family but at the same time love just chilling in the house watching a movie or playing some video games. I'm generally out and about all weekend. I'm a closet nerd and a massive fan of all sports. I cook all my own meals but happy to have a couple of shared dinners a week. I'm always down for a chat, movie, workout, or a trip down the pub! Looking to move in mid jan but happy to move in earlier. Also have a cat through circumstance but she's an absolute legend. Cheers!
Hi i am a 26 year old male that works fulltime. I dont mind helping out around the house and can also be pretty chilled. I enjoy being active, gaming and the beach. I can be pretty social but can appreciate some downtime. Definitely respects other peoples peace and quite but can also have a laugh.
Hi I'm Ainslie, 23yo female moving to Newcastle in mid January and looking for a place to live. I will be working full time as a Registered Nurse since finishing university this year. I am looking for somewhere relatively central and looking for housemates who are respectful of a shift worker and enjoy some fun aswell. I am a respectful, fun, social, reliable and tidy person. I have lived in a few share houses so I know the drill :) I am keen to meet new people and have a bit of fun as well! Cheers
About me: Hi, I'm Nibir. I'm moving to Newcastle to work as a dentist and I plan to stay for the duration of 2018. I am a sociable, conscientious and an organised individual. I'm usually busy just doing my own thing. I play racket sports, enjoy martial arts and typical social events (gathering, catching up, etc). My Lifestyle: My schedule on a normal day involves cardio in morning, followed by work, then either gym or some social activity in the night. As a result, I am usually on my feet throughout the day and not in the house. I have my own car which means that I'm open to accommodation in the Newcastle region not just limited to the heart of the city. Since I'm originally from Sydney and my family is based there, I am planning to drive to Sydney every fortnight or so. I have previously lived in Newcastle during my undergrad in physiotherapy for a period of 5 weeks and I enjoyed the lifestyle the city had to offer. Accommodation: Ideally, I am looking for a room with an en-suite bathroom but I am open to a shared bathroom depending on the accommodation. I expect the summer months to be exceptionally hot - so aircon would be great. Not too fussed about the number of roommates. I usually just eat out due to convenience and I'm happy to share household chores. I don't smoke, drink or party hard but I might occasionally have people over. Please feel free to message me if you think I'm a good fit. Cheers
The property is a lovely short walk to UON and Jesmond shopping centre, with a large kitchen and living area and regularly manicured garden. On offer is the master bedroom, which is very large with a double bed, en-suite and study desk. The room is only available to students, and is also listed through Reece Realty.
Modern 3 Bedroom Townhouse with outdoor courtyard - only 200 metres walk from Jesmond Shopping centre. Ducted Air Con, Built-In-Robes. Shared bathroom but seperate toilets. Spare room for study or occasional visitors. House is mostly furnished with all essentials. I work interstate so loads of privacy & space to yourself. Suit 20 - 35 yo professional.
Hello, I am looking for a household that is mostly furnished. I also need a place with parking. I am considerate of other people's needs but it's also very important for me to come home to a clean house. I am up for hanging out but I also value some alone time. I am definitely not after a party house. My interests include going for very long walks, spending time outdoors, trying out new restaurants/cafes, doing crafty things, cooking, and drinking gin! I also come with a coffee machine so I'm happy to make you coffee on the weekends! I am working full time as an allied health professional so I am quite busy during the weekdays. Please message me if you think I'll be a perfect fit for your household :)
Hey, I'm Rachel! I'm a full time uni student and I also work part-time at Genesis Fitness. I enjoy being active which includes things like going to the gym, going for a walk/run, going out for food/coffee, the beach or just being outdoors in general; however I wouldn't pass up a nice quite day or night inside lazing around. I live quite a healthy lifestyle so I like to cook healthy meals and I very rarely drink or party so I would not want to live with party people or in a party house... Other than that I'm a tidy, respectful and generally quite roommate as I sometimes keep to myself but I do very much enjoy a good socialise and going out with friends.
Hey! 22 year old working male ( beginning uni in architecture in February ) looking for a room for accomodation. Recently moved to Newcastle and currently staying with a friend but looking for a space for myself. I am looking for a furnished room with preferable bills included. I am willing to pay up to $200 a week. I am opened minded and very bubbly person. Hoping to live with people who arent afraid to step out of their comfort zone and enjoy having a good! I love to sing, enjoy cooking, random banter and gatherings with friends! I am hoping when I move into a room it will allow me to make some new friends as I don’t really know a lot of people in Newcastle! Please message me if you have room available! Hey there, I'm an architecture student at UoN and am looking to move into a new place around the Callaghan campus as my lease is up in late December. I'm sociable but enjoy my down time, I love to swim and hike, enjoy design and reading, and when I'm at home I tend to be drawing or watching a film with a glass of wine.
We have 2 rooms available for rent in a spacious home with a wraparound balcony and small yard. We are very close to Jesmond Shopping Centre, buses and University. The house has 4 bedrooms, big kitchen (gas cooktop with electric oven) and laundry. One room is furnished and the other is unfurnished. All bills and unlimited NBN included.

I pay rent on time. I'm clean and tidy. I'm not a party animal but I do like a drink. I'm social but love some quiet time now and then too. I'm currently living in pacific Palms, looking to move to Newcastle at the end of January. Moving to begin study, I'll be studying my diploma of youth work. I'm an active 22 year old, I like to stay fit and go out on adventures. I'm easy to get along with, I enjoy my own space and having my own down time but I do enjoy a conversation over a cheese platter with a nice glass of wine.
The ting goes skrrraaaaaaa! I am a 23 year old student, studying accounting at The University of Newcastle. I am a very friendly and caring person who is very open minded and always up to to try new stuff. Similarly, I am pretty tidy and in many cases organised although I like going with the flow as well. I like cooking and spending time with good people as well as just relaxing in a park, enjoying the summer while reading a book and listening to music. As much as I love time to myself and respect that others will too, I'll never be one to turn down a movie night, another hit of caffeine or just a chat about the day. I like to go out occasionally but dinner at home and/or drinks out the back with friends will always take the cake. Would love to live with others that are fun, caring, active and honest about themselves as I intend on being. Feel free to suggest for coffee and a chat if you're interested as I would love to hear from you. Moreover, I am easy going, laid back and love to be part of the house rather than just live. Plus, I work at Domino's so you can get pizzas from me! Looking to move in at the end of the month so feel free to suggest for coffee and a chat if you're interested as I would love to hear from you.
