Power included in the rent. There is 1 fully furnished (queen bed) bungalow on a very unique resort style property in Jingil. A 8000sqm block with a pool, security fencing and seperate from main house, the location is ideal, a short drive to Nightcliff foreshore, the university, hospitals and also the cbd. The bungalow has a Bali inspired outdoor bathroom ( but completely private) and there is a separate and private lounge, dining and kitchen all furnished and air conditioned (not attached to the bungalow, in a seperate building). I live in a completely separate house, and the pool is closer to the bungalow than the house. Must be tidy and easy going as we have a very peaceful and private space. There are frogs and some wild ducks that hang about so need to be relaxed with nature. Peaceful and stylish property with security and pool. Fully fitted out so you don't need a thing. We also do short term. A very unique property with lovely gardens and a very peaceful place to call home.
Hi! I'm Laura. Before you read further - I have a cat! A few people seem to have been missing that detail. I'm an epidemiologist with an interest in tropical and emerging infectious diseases. I'm moving to Darwin for a two year contract and looking forward to exploring the beautiful national parks! I'm also into bike riding, live music, festivals, dining out, movies, coffee - all the usual stuff :) I've house shared for over ten years and have the balance of respectful and tidy but still social and not a neat freak down pretty well. I'm environmentally conscious and cook mostly vego at home but am not strict about it (flexitarian?). I have a little cat called Raisin who is minimal fuss and maximum cuteness, she is an outdoor during the day/ indoor at night kind of lady who mostly just sleeps and does her own thing. Hope to hear from you soon!
Students at The University of Newcastle, NSW Breeanna will be on placement at the Royal Darwin Hospital and I will be studying in Darwin for 6 weeks

Hey! I am in no rush to find a place as I am looking for something long term as I really don't want to move again until April 2021. A bit about me.. I'm 28, lived in Darwin for just over 2 years and I moved here from the Sunshine Coast. I'm a hippy at heart and very easy to get along with. I work in Fannie Bay on night shifts. I don't get my licence back until the end of August so I ride my bike everywhere. I really don't want to live more than 10kms distance from work as I'm still not used to this heat! I enjoy a glass of wine some nights but it's important that I find a place that is 420 friendly as I smoke almost everyday. I'm super conscious of the environment and almost an OCD cleaner. I have a storage unit so I don't need a large bedroom I can just bring my clothes and bed or I can also bring my household stuff if there's stuff you need. I love doing crafts and if you know how to sew and can teach me that would be a bonus! Most importantly, I own a young male chihuahua. He is my everything and I will only live somewhere that he is accepted and treated right. He sleeps in my bedroom at night, and stays inside when he is home alone. He's lived with two other dogs and gets along with all dogs no matter the size, he is still really playful but he's a good boy. He doesn't bark and be a pain in the butt like I know you're picturing a chihuahua to be. lol. He's been fine with my friends cats he's visited they just scare him anyway. Other than that, I just plan on working my butt off for the next 2 years then I'm moving back to Sunny Coast. I'm happily taken and LGBT friendly and I prefer to live with people around my age. I am interested in moving into a new place with others but currently I am unable to go on a lease.. If I sound like a fit, send me a message, I'm only interested in people that are seriously comfortable with my lifestyle, please don't waste my time. I won't pay more than $200 a week including bills as I have savings goals for the next 2 years. Looking forward to hearing from you. :D

We are looking for a new edition to our share house family! The house has a huge yard, plenty of room for storage, a shaded pool, heaps of chill out areas around the house, heaps of parking spots, wifi available, the most chilled out dog in darwin (enjoys a pat, but leaves you alone if you're not about it) and most importantly...we have 2 giant fridges! It's a pretty chilled out house hold with a good mix of social times and alone times. We enjoy the occasional family dinner/drinks/pool hangs.

I am an adaptable, flexible, clean, easy going, have no pets and go out when im free. I want to be with someone who knows how to clean and not messy. I am friendly and easily to deal with. Relocated from Tasmania for university here in Darwin. I like to keep fit, live a healthy lifestyle.. I don't smoke and may drink occasionally. I am open minded and respectful of others.. and I'm clean and tidy. I'm easy going, independent, and quiet.. I enjoy motorcycle riding, running, swimming, and exploring. I spent 10 fantastic days riding my motorcycle up from Tasmania, from Adelaide - Port Augusta, throughout o Darwin. Loved it. I'm looking for somewhere to spend the semester while studying, and I don't have a specific ideal in mind. The home is made by the people inside it. Do as you do.. I won't get in the way =.)
I am a 24 year old recent graduate who is moving to Darwin from Perth on February 3rd 2019 for a new job as rehabilitation consultant with iPar in Darwin. I am very athletic and enjoy playing indoor soccer and volleyball in my spare time. I am easy to get along with and looking for accommodation for 6 months+ with fun housemates who enjoy going out in the evening but also value my and their own space.
Hi there! We are Adriana (29, venezuelan-colombian) and Antonio (24, spanish), we're so excited because we're moving to Darwin in mid-march! Adriana is studying marketing and communications and working part-time, and Antonio is working full time in hospitality (he makes delicious coffees). Adri loves painting, going to museums, theaters and the movies, whereas Antonio enjoys better a good book and losing time on the internet, but we both can't say no to a good chat with friends in the evening, a shared meal or some kickass music while we clean up the house! We're looking for a big room in a sharehouse, preferably close to the city or a bus stop as Adri's school in the CBD, but we can adapt if it's for the right spot! We love hanging outdoors so a balcony/terrace or a backyard/garden are a big plus for us, and even better if there are pets! Send us a message to get to know each other, we're looking forward to meeting you!
I'm Kiyan from the UK. Right now I'm taking a break from my round the world bicycle trip after three years on the road and millions of stories from the beautiful people we share this planet with. Working in Darwin for 12 months. I'm a very sharing and considerate housemate - the kind who will do your washing up if you've had a bad day. I'm very sociable and like to get to know my housemates but I'm also very respectful of personal space (and need a little myself too!) In the UK, I worked in mental health and will be working in the social sector in Darwin once the paperwork is cleared. In the meantime, I am working as a traffic controller. I've got plenty of savings and can pay several weeks rent up front for the right place. I love to play guitar, rock climb, swing dance, and make lame jokes.
Hi! I am 30 years old Female moving from Perth to Darwin on August. Enrolling to ICAE studying Hospitality. I am very chill and flexible. Non-smoker. I'm looking for a place that is neat, clean and near my school and potentials work place. :)
Hey, I'm moving to Darwin from Melbourne in April. I will be working full-time so I'll be pretty quiet on weekdays, mostly just staying in with a homecooked dinner and Netflix or a good book. I am also hoping to explore the NT and would love to travel and experience all the amazing places in the territory. I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, clean, easy-going and love to go out and have a good time whenever I'm free. I'm looking for a safe place (hopefully, close to public transport).

Hey I'm Tash, originally from Perth, WA, and I work in festivals/events. I've lived in Darwin the last two dry seasons (going between Darwin and Perth) but now I'm moving up permanently. As a roommate I am very clean and organised, I love having a good chat and socialising but also really like having my own downtime and I respect other peoples space too. I love to cook and am more than happy to share some of the meals I make if you're keen. I enjoy going on adventures and being outdoors, and I just generally like to keep myself busy and doing some sort of activity. Any other questions feel free to ask me :)
