Hey, I'm Ella, a 1st yr Design for Performance student at NIDA (set design) looking for somewhere close to call home. I applied to NIDA at the last minute, got in (🤯 thankfully it is as amazing as I hoped) but 🏠 in Blue Mountains to Kensington is hectic.
My days are spent in my NIDA studio sketching, building miniature sets and trying to figure out what the hell I'm doing - don't worry, very happy to keep all the chaos in the studio!
I've travelled overseas, shared houses with people of various ages, and even housesat various homes and pets over the last 5 years, both with dad and solo (one of the pros of having separated parents, and a dad who long-term housesat), so I'm house trained and respectful of shared spaces.
I incessantly sketch, make random garageband ditties, play piano and am genuinely interested in other people. Keen to meet people, hang for a meal and always down for a movie.
I've got dependable student allowance (had to quit my job to do the course) as well as a small NIDA scholarship stipend to cover expenses, so rent, bills wont be an issue.
