I am a mature person who likes early nights. I am personable, clean, organized, and respectful of the need for privacy in a shared house. I like to cook (I am vegetarian, so a big meat eater is not for me) and I enjoy having occasional social interaction with my housemate(s) (eating out, drinks, events). At home I don't mind dinner parties.
I have a part-time weekend job in hospitality working in sports. I am also a senior training contractor 9-5 Monday-Friday for most of the year but this is quiet at the moment. I am single. I like nature, walking, and working out. I go to the library a lot because I am doing an arts course for personal interest. I like getting a coffee or eating out a few times a week. I go away for weekends or visit my family in the country. Sometimes I go overseas. I like museums, galleries, sports, concerts, and theatre. I watch Binge and Netflix.
I am content on the North Shore, particularly around Kirribilli and North Sydney. I have been here for some years. An apartment or a small house would be fine for me with a medium-sized bedroom for a desk. An apartment building with amenities would be great. I don't mind if you have a small pet.
I would prefer to share with a female 40+ or a gay male around the same age.
I have been living in furnished circumstances for some time, so I only have furniture for my room. I will purchase kitchen things and have meat-free utensils but that's about it.
