Hey there! I am working full-time for NSW Health as an education specialist, do modelling as a side hustle and am dog-mum to a gorgeous Aussie Shepherd called Olive. Olive is a quiet 4 year old dog, she is a loveable social butterfly and is allergy friendly! I groom her weekly so she is clean and beautiful to cuddle. We are looking for a clean space for ourselves (furnished or unfurnished), an outdoor area and parks nearby for Olive to play and (hopefully) a spot to park my car! I would love to find some like-minded people to hang out with but if you prefer your space, that is so fine with me too :) I have a boyfriend (his name is Texas, 23yo male) who currently lives in Melbourne (SIGH) but is looking to move up late September - so will need to find accommodation that is willing to house us all eventually! Of course we are more than willing to up the rent once he shimmies on into the living situation!

I have been here for some years. An apartment or a small house would be fine for me with a medium-sized bedroom for a desk. An apartment building with amenities would be great. I don't mind if you have a small pet. I would prefer to share with a female 40+ or a gay male around the same age. I have been living in furnished circumstances for some time, so I only have furniture for my room. I will purchase kitchen things and have meat-free utensils but that's about it.
