    Hi, I’m Hiba. 30 YO. Living in Sydney for over 5 years in shared houses (knows all bits of and work FT in Marketing in NFP. As my current lease is ending early August and rest of my flatmates are moving out hence I’m now looking for a new home: either cozy granny flat, studio, or shared home/apartment (preferably shared with 1 female only) to call my next place home. 😇 I’m ideally looking around Ryde, Macquarie, Strathfield, Inner West or North Shore areas to be closer to work, but I’m open to other suburbs near train stations. I’d love to live with like-minded professional who value mutual respect, cleanliness and a sense of community. 💕 A bit about me: • I work a hybrid schedule (2-3days from home depending upon my work site visits across whole Sydney), so I’m usually out and worked up during the week. • Space for a desk in my room is important. • Occasionally, I work weekends as a social worker; otherwise, I’m either out exploring or running at a new spot, or having friends over for a dinner or a movie once in a while or just enjoying quiet time at home by myself to recharge (mixture of extrovert & introvert lol) • I love personal development, music, gym sessions, food, TV shows, and outdoor activities like hiking, camping, swimming and running. • Friendly, organised, and a bit of a clean freak- I HIGHLY value a clean, fresh and tidy space (and hope you do too!) • I enjoy hosting friends for dinners or game nights occasionally but also respect personal space and boundaries. • If sharing, I like to be friends with my flatmate(s) - considering them as another family 7 seas away from home which means I prefer to live with someone who can build a connection and a person who you can support, hang and talk at times; not living like strangers. Prefers direct and transparent communication. I also have a car, so having a parking spot would be a big plus. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
