Pretty chill/quiet and tidy, though I don't mind socialising over a few drinks. Im originally from Ireland and have been living in Cronulla for the last few months, after having travelled for the past ~2 years. Ive been jumping between a few different sublets in Cronulla, and while Im open to another short term let, I wouldn't mind settling in one place. I would've liked to have remained in my previous place but someone was already due to move in (I was just filling in the time until they could). The housemates are happy to vouch for me though, if thats important to you. I work remotely as a Software Developer within normal Sydney working hours and tend to work most days from co-working spaces. Would prefer starting out with a 4-6 weeks let (not a deal breaker), with the intention of extending it to 6+ months. Im somewhat flexible with duration and cost. During the weekends I tend to spend my time with various walking/hiking groups, or heading to a concert.

Looking for a clean, tidy, social but quiet house no further than 45 minutes from Sydney Olympic Park. I prefer fewer housemates and am happy to live with women of any age and men under 35. Love love pets so happy to give your cat or dog plenty of hugs! I love watching sports and am into everything from cricket to motor racing (although as a West Aussie I must say rugby is a foreign concept to me). I'm generally out and about on weekends at pilates, hiking, volunteering, or drinking copious amounts of coffee. I'm usually relatively early to bed and when home enjoy doing really really cool stuff like cryptic crosswords or reading. I'm happy for a chat and shared dinner, a good Netflix doco, but appreciate a safe house that's not into parties or lots of people coming and going. It's important to me that my housemate/s are clean and tidy people. Life happens and I understand washing left on the line or a few dishes in the sink but I dread the vision of a full bin just being continually squished down instead of taken out. I'm a non smoker, non partier, don't usually drink at home, work full time in an office. I need parking but on street is fine. Looking forward to moving and meeting you!
