Hi there. I'm Daniel. I'm clean, quiet and keep to myself pretty often, but I do enjoy company. I currently work casually as a merchandiser, but I'm looking at getting a full time job. I enjoy such activities as mindlessly consuming the netflix catalogue, fixing old watches and playing video games. I'm just after a neat room in a house with some cool people and somewhere to park my car.

This is a really cute apartment with a very cozy feel about it. I have fast internet and a tv which has Netflix and all that jaz. It’s right next to uni and the shopping centre, as well as the train station which makes it so convenient. The apartment is also a one minute walk from Lake JOONDALUP so it’s a perfect place to unwind and feel closer to nature. The apartment complex also has a pool and BBQ area. As it is I’m an apartment block you do have to be aware of neighbours being in close proximity and noise. This is a really neat and clean apartment so I would always expect it to be kept to a certain standard. I am looking for someone who is friendly and busy, who is studying and working or working full time. Preferably I would like someone similar to my own age between 20-25. I would really like to get a housemate who I can be friends with and generally get along with.

I am coming from the Philippines. I am already working but I will study again for a career shift to hopefuly help and make an impact for the environment. I am a fitness junkie, in fact I was a competing athlete and coach in a CrossFit gym in the Philippines. I look forward to learn -- sports, activities, hobbies, meet new people, experience diverse cultures and how it blends along with each other. But I am also respectful and considerate of other's personal space and time.

I am very simple, quiet and always busy with uni or at the gym. I enjoy cooking and will keep the space clean and tidy. When I’m not studying I will watch a movie or go out to the beach. I love dancing and trying new places to eat so I go out every second weekend and meet up with friends or family often.
I am a friendly and tidy girl from Finland who is starting her psychology studies in ECU Joondalup this July. I lived in Australia for 10 months and 4 of them in Perth. I am looking for a bedroom in a shared house (or my own little granny flat/studio) with other students or working people near the campus area or Joondalup line train stations. I am going to be working part-time and studying full-time. I have an active healthy lifestyle and love doing sports like gym, jogging and dancing. I would love to get to know my flatmates and sometimes spend some spare time together and have a good relaxed vibe at home. If you think I sound like your perfect next flatmate, do not hesitate to contact me! :)
I'm from Denmark, and studying at ECU for a semester. I'm very laid back, love to chill, play boardgames, chatting over a cup of coffee and occasionally getting together with friends and have a good time. I wanted to come to Australia because of the lifestyle.. The beaches.. And the welcoming people! I went to the east coast 2 years ago backpacking.. And just wanted to come back ever since.. But this time, to see western Australia! I'm looking for a place that I can call my home the next couple of months (until November) with some roommates that i can make alot of good memories with.. And somewhere nice and close to a good beach, public transport and preferably also cafees and other nice hangout spots :)
