Im currently a nursing student and working as the gardening teacher at the Mansfield Rudolf Steiner School. I used to run my own market garden on a piece of land in central Victoria and learned to farm in Canada for 4 years. I am also an outdoor education guide and an Iraqi war veteran. Lets have a conversation...I know you have questions.
I am very easy to live with, clean and tidy and respectful of space and stillness within the household. I'm a non smoker and drinker. Very clear communicator, humorous and easy going. Love animals. I am a health practitioner (energy worker and animal communicator). I enjoy being out in nature a lot as well as nights in reading a good book or watching a movie. I love socializing as well as having my own space. I'm about to do my Diploma in Youth Services.
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
Clean, neat & tidy, capable of being quite social, also happy with own company. Work a lot of hours, spend lots of time out with the horse, and somewhere like to fit in a pile of reading and some walking/running/cycling. Like to grow a few vegetables is space is available.
few min walk to diamond creek station. All local shops nearby. rooms are upstairs. you will be sharing this house with female owner. surrounded by trees and natural beauty. call and make and appointment with owner for an inspection.
There are room/rooms upstairs with trees view from all windows and a great outside living areas. The home offers privacy, generates a feeling of warmth and I feel inviting to all. There are private seperate entertainment areas. The upstairs rooms are pine lined with a reasonable size foya. Laundry and kitchen are shared however housemates are responsible to be self sufficient in every aspect of what includes acceptable behavior, general personal living expenses and respect for self and respect others and their guests who share this home. Please initiate quick mature resolution to any problem/issue that may occur, which I feel lends harmony between all. This home is our home. Our home gives a warm feeling of country, yet it is within a short pleasant walking distance from all amenities including transport. I am very easygoing, approachable and caring person who enjoys life, laughs and adaptable to new circumstance. I care deeply about others and can problem solve. Equity for all good people is high on my aspiration list. If you are interested or require more information about the living arrangements l will happily answer anything you may need to know. Moira
Walking distance to all amenities Views of trees from every room Privacy Large amount of inside and outdoor areas Smiles and joy plus serenity Relaxed atmosphere Shared kitchen Respect Friends welcome House rules, smoking away from others and no butts Privacy and respect Resolution to any problems Cleanliness
PLEASE NOTE, that I am only searching for a place until mid April, as I will then be moving to Canada. If this is okay for your home, then read on about me. Thanks. I am a friendly, but initially shy 29yr old with a love of the performing arts, a Pilates studio receptionist and temp worker and also studying natural therapies. I really enjoy running and hiking and love going on day trips with my pack on. I enjoy a community atmosphere and wish to interact with housemates and become friends, not just merely live with people you don't know. Would love to live with those that share. Share food, share music, share stories, share experiences. I prefer a household without a TV, or at least not have it on all the time blaring nonsense. More than happy to enjoy some documentaries or some movies or Netflicks from time to time though! We can make our own entertainment! I'm looking for people who can think critically, are creative and expressive, incorporate spiritual practice into their lives and homes and are gentle souls. I like housemates to be considerate of others by cleaning up after themselves, not continually slamming doors and heavy stomping etc. Ask others if they would like anything from the shops if you are going, or offer to do someone's dishes if they are running late. I am a vegetarian, but don't mind what other people's preferences are. It tends to be easier for people to look after their own shopping, but more than happy to chip in for veggie boxes if people do that, and definitely up for sharing dinners and baking experiments!! I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to move in somewhere that does have an animal or two! Any questions, ask away!! Thanks, Loz
Hi everyone, my name is Ronja Schneller and I am a 20 year old full time student at the Rudolf Steiner Seminar in Warranwood,VIC. I have lived in a shared house before and love having other people around me in a family type environment. My personality I would describe as cheerful and easy going. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I have high standards for cleaning and tidying but don't mind pets- I especially love dogs! Also I like to be in nature, work in the garden, play music and cook. I go to Uni 3 days a week Tue-Thu 9am-3pm. I am open to doing house-pet and babysitting in exchange for accommodation otherwise my financial limit is $145 per week bills included. Looking forward to meeting you and your cozy home. Cheers, Ronja
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from surgery, scheduled sometime between Jan-March 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September, and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 (Jan-March). The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Jan-March.
1. I enjoy cleaning 2. I enjoy cooking 3. Love banter with housemates 4. Open and liberal (in the literal sense, not the political) 5. Come with wine... 6. Relaxed personality, but also highly motivated 7. Can come with household items
Hey Everyone, so I'm looking to team up with some like minded individuals to create our own sharehouse. I'm wanting to move out around late April, early May (I know it's a while away but I thought I'd see if I could find anyone now!!) I work part time as a receptionist and on my days off I enjoy reading, writing, playing games or going out walking with my dog. I'd preferably like someone around the same age who has similar interests!! I'm a very tidy individual who respects others. I come with a one year old Border Collie so you must love animals.
I work as a waitress at the moment but also have experience in administrative work, looking at going to uni in 2019 to study architecture. Will be studying full time this year as well. I like to keep myself busy with seeing friends, going to the gym, work/study, and going out but at home I'm pretty quiet. I'm pretty social - love to meet new people and to have a chat but also am respectful of privacy & space because I definitely appreciate some downtime Not too fussy where I end up as long as it's close to a trainline and a good gym nearby haha - moving out of home due to how long it takes to get to the city for my work & study. Ideally looking for another female to find an apartment with & spilt costs (not really looking at finding a room via this site, just a flatmate)
I've been living in a great share house in Northcote for the past 5years. I'm clean, friendly, reliable and love animals... I work full time and am completing a Bachelors degree part time. I enjoy eating well and keeping fit n healthy. I love wine, footy and movies... I have healthy relationships with my girlfriend, friends and family and find these connections to be most important to me.. I'm open minded and will be happiest sharing with genuine people to create homely vibes
Hi my name is Charley, I am 20 years old and work full time as a travel agent at Doncaster on a rotating roster that includes weekends. I am easy going and I am respectful of other peoples space. I am quite neat and tidy plus organised when it comes to paying bills. I do enjoy my own space but will never turn down a chat/dinner/night out. In my spare time I am a cheerleader so I train two nights a week plus competitions on the occasional weekend. On my days off if I am not catching up on housework and chores I love to go down to the beach for a surf/tan, explore and go for day trips or just chill out and catch up on my new tv addiction. I'm hoping to find someone who is like minded and can become friends with not just housemates. I currently live on my own however am hoping to find a house mate to make things a little cheaper and plus have a little bit of company. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I am clean and respectful of other people’s spaces ... I am out a lot And generally keep to myself when I am home... allthough, I can be quite sociable at the right time ... love to cook up a storm - I never learnt how to cook for one person- I also quite enjoy gardening - so If you have a yard/the appropriate space, i will definitely get a veggie/herb patch happening (:
Hello all =) I'm a laid back, good natured guy whose hobbies and interests range wildly from binge watching tv shows on Netflix to going on drives to nowhere in particular then exploring where I end up. Its safe to say I'm always up for new experiences and challenges. I'm fully house trained and pay my bills on time. Professionally I am an Actor but when the gigs are not coming in I pay my rent working in hospitality, hosting pub trivia and sometimes teaching to odd drama class. I'm hoping to find some housemates who can become friends overtime and a home where i can be happy and creative.
A friendly, respectful, neat and tidy fantastic cook! I think I'm an interesting person who has worked in professional theatre, television and I'm spiritually artistic. I am looking for secure, permanent living arrangements with like minded people who I can provide with space and also enjoy being able to converse with. I also love animals !
Very cleanly and organised, like to keep to myself mostly so very respectful of privacy and personal space but also always up for a chat. Love to bake and happy to share my cooking haha
Hey there! My name is Maham - my friend Eeman and I will be moving to Melbourne on 3rd of February and we are currently looking for people to team up or share a house with. I have been enrolled in La Trobe University, Melbourne for my Bachelor degree and I will be working part time as well. Eeman has been enrolled in Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne for her Bachelor degree and she will be working part time as well. If one were to ask our friends to describe us they would describe us as very pleasant, friendly, diverse and intelligent personalities. According to us one of my most distinctive characteristics of ours is the miscellany of experiences we possess. We used to be science student ts with panache for arts; now one of us is pursuing International Relations while the other one is pursuing Biomedical Engineering. We are girls with technical aptitude and amazing management skills. We also hold a passion for travelling and understanding different cultures throughout the world. There is a special place in our hearts for literature as we love to read and write occasionally as well. Photography is one of our hobbies and we absolutely love to capture the precious moments that life offers and preserve them as unforgettable memories. We consider ourselves to be people who are great to live with since we happen to be very friendly and flexible by nature. We don't have any requirements and ourselves are very neat and tidy and neither do we have any such activities that would bother anyone. We are expected to be busy with University and work mostly and won't be home for quite some time. We are only looking for good friends to stay with us, have meals with us, hang out and enjoy. We are also very independent people who appreciate time to ourselves - and are also respectful of other people's space. Therefore, we won't be causing you any trouble or invading your privacy. Also, we don't mind sharing house jobs AT ALL. :) We assure that whoever stays with us will have a memorable and trouble free time. If you feel that you've found the suitable person to live with, or to let live at your place please leave me a message! We’ll be happy to hear from you. Cheers! x
I'm a really easy going, social, person, currently in the middle of my gap year. I love a laugh and keep everything quiet tidy and clean. I'm very open and honest and respect everyone's privacy.
