I'm a Perth girl raised in the hills and am looking for a place to call home with trees, a back yard and lots of good vibes. My housemates and I are currently at a bit of a cross roads and ready to find the next big thing in life, so are regrettably parting ways in a break-lease in the coming months. I love creating things, laughing, belting out 70s tunes and dancing around at live gigs. At home I'm pretty much a nanna, and love an evening at home knitting, drawing or crafting with a good feed and my dog snuggled up. But I'm more than happy to work in with any kind of lifestyle you have, and hear all of your stories! I'm very open minded (I think) and enjoy nothing more than learning new things. I currently study Secondary Education at Curtin, but am planning a big shift to Murdoch to pursue Community Development. I work in mainstream and ed-support schools as an education assistant, and have never missed paying a house bill or rent. My dog, Maggie, is the most loveable and cuddly (yes she LOVES cuddles) lab x kelpie out. She is 2 years old and struggles a bit with anxiety (not towards people, she adores all people) so i am training her through positive reinforcement. We would love it if you had a calm dog she could befriend, or are looking to get a puppy some time soon! We currently live with a 12 yo labrador and its going to be heartbreaking to part ways. We would love some animal loving housemates, and i'm sure you will love her! She really does give the best doses of laughter every day. Please hit us up if you'd like to team up or have a room available! We really will be the best housemates. Ask away if you have any questions 😊 Cheers, Rachael *pic features my gorgeous niece

I'm currently located in Gosnells and work in Kelmscott and will prefer to live somewhere in the surrounding areas. I would prefer to have bills and internet included in the rent unless the rent is a decent price. Please note that I am looking for somewhere no more than a 20 minute drive from Kelmscott.
I'm very clean and tidy love cooking and cleaning and beautiful personality and always pay my way and quite woman and go to the gym for fun I love my boxing and camping and helping elderly and disable people and I'm studying in community services for youth
Convenient and quiet location in Kelmscott. Less than 5 mins car drive to Kelmscott train station, Champion Drive shopping centre , Stargate shopping centre and GP clinics. Bus stops for 243 and 245 buses are very close to the house. The house is in good condition and the room is furnished with mattress and a clothing rail hanger. Ideal for students and workers.
Main bedroom and your own bathroom in a large house, added bonus I love to cook. Very relaxing covered and furnished outdoor area which gets used a lot. The property is close to public transport, in a pleasant neighbourhood on the border of Kelmscott.
The house was built in 1971 and has polished wooden floorboards throught the main living areas. It was renovated in late 2016 with fresh paint, new kitchen with a dishwasher and bathroom upgrade. Electrical fittings throughout have been updated as well. Since being renovated, the house has been used as a sharehouse, so there is some wear and tear throughout. All three bedrooms are available. There are two smaller bedrooms and one larger bedroom. The bathroom is shared and basic with a shower and vanity only. The toilet has a vanity. There is a large room added to the back of house which would be an ideal TV/lounge room or games room. Basic kitchen items are provided including a microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is only one carport which can fit two smaller cars bumper to bumper, not side by side. For anyone without their own vehicle, Seaforth train station is only 3 houses away. The rear of the house is paved and would be great for spending time outside under the shade of palm trees. There is a greenhouse with sprinklers. The gardens have been well maintained by the current, but outgoing, occupants. For anyone requiring storage for personal belongings, there is a large shed at the back of the house that can be used for storage. Inspections welcome. Move in from the weekend of 22 July 2018. Bond & Rent Large Bedroom Bond: $270 (two weeks rent) Rent: $135 per week plus $15 contribution towards bills (total $150 per week) Small Bedrooms Bond: $240 (two weeks rent) Rent: $120 per week plus $15 per week contribution to bills (total $135 per week) Contribution towards bills is based on the actual cost of bills. Able to accept Centrepay as a method of payment Able to accept Housing Authority bond payments I am happy to consider pets. No smoking inside the house. Happy to take other queries.
I have a very affectionate Labrador who does calm down once she meets you. I would give consideration to the idea of one of the flatmates bringing their own dog. The house is close to Sherwood train station, Tonkin Highway and SW Highway. Coles is walking distance away. There's a nice outdoor area with BBQ, table and sofa. Room 2 has it's own lockable entrance/access from the back yard, in addition usual access through the house. It has 3 metres of hanging wardrobe space. Both rooms overlook the garden.
Furnished room and house available in a newly built home in Gosnells. $150pw plus split bills. Usually very low. Redeveloped area with new surrounding houses. Close to trainos. 3 current tenants in their 20s, responsible, tidy and easy-going. 1 male in one room and a couple staying in the main room (male partner works as FIFO) Looking for a tenant who is also easy going and clean. One with a stable income would be reassuring too. Ready to move in to! Please pm for inquiries :)
Lovely quiet 4 villa complex 2 year old. Master bedroom/ensuite available 15/7 study available also if required (extra cost). Walk to train bus and shopping centre great location. Remote control double garage. Honest quiet respectful tenants should apply. Not a party house. Smoking outside only.
Nerdy and chill, and we’re looking for jobs but living in Boddington makes job hunting painful! We’re both looking for a place we’re there are more job/study opportunities. We enjoy cleaning and Dante is quite the clean freak, so you mostly be chores free. We’re not perfect though. Once we learn your cleaning preferences/style we will stay on top of it 😊 we’re quite social too in the sense we’d love to get to know you. We love pets even though we don’t have any, Dante especially loves cats (I can’t lie, I do too) but dogs make us melt too.
Social i get along/befriend everybody I meet from all kinds of backgrounds I don't invite friends over as I'm here only to do my cert 3 (school) and move back to QLD so I'll also be out most of the time
Ducted A/C and B/I robes in both rooms, a separate lounge room for your own use, large back patio/entertaining area, smoking allowed and a friendly dog that gets along with other pets may be considered!

Currently live on my own in thornlie looking to lower my expenses. I am more Interested in a starting up a share house, as i have all the furniture living on my own (fridge/freezer, tv, washing machine, dryer, table n chairs, couch, unlimited wifi). but open to moving into a share house if i am i can sell all my stuff (washer/dryer are on a lease so this maybe be difficult, if i could bring them with me that would be AMAZING as they are only 2 years old from brand new!)
