Hi there! I am a 23 year old hardworking professional. By (week)day I am a early childhood educator, and for the rest of the time I am a tragically struggling artist 😂 (I’m a photographer). I have a gorgeous dog called Indigo who is 3 years old and a Bull Arab x Border Collie. She is super super friendly, great with kids and (most) other animals. I am very open minded and whomever I share a house with will need to be the same. I can be loud and (at least I think) funny, but I also have my serious side. I am as loyal as my dog is (well if you have treats she might be more loyal than me) and am always happy to help out. I am an open book, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
My name is Clyde and I am the one on the right in the photo. I am a 21 year old professional swimmer who studies primary education at ACU. I have lived in Brisbane all my life and am in need of a place to live. For work, I am a professional athlete (Swimmer), and am able to make a living through competing for Australia internationally. I have competed in the Commonwealth Games and World Championships in the last couple years and am currently training for a spot on the Olympic team in 2020. With this job I am away for weeks at a time numerous time throughout the year so I am in and out of home. I am a self sustained kind of person who enjoys playing guitar and video games. I can hold my own in a household environment as I have lived out of home before and am looking for a couple room mates to keep me company.
In February I'll be moving back to Brisbane from Darwin, and starting a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at UQ. I love animals so would be completely open to an animal friendly household. I have a 6 yr old kelpie x border collie who is an absolute sweetheart and I'm hoping to bring her with me wherever I end up living. I am hoping to find a place somewhere either not to far from UQ's Gatton campus or near Indooroopilly so I am able to catch the free coach to uni. I'm looking for social and friendly housemates, and happy to live with other students or young adult professionals. It's important to me to find a household where I can can make some good friends as i'll be making Brisbane my home for at least the next 5 years! I'm pretty chilled out, happy to have a chat over some drinks or head out on adventures on the weekend. I tend to keep my space clean and have lived in share houses before so know what to expect when it comes to communal living.
I'm a construction landscaper and work full-time Monday-Friday. I play cricket on Saturdays so am also usually out of the house most of the day Saturday too. Easy going, easy to get along with. Been a Western Suburbs local majority of my life and would like to stay this side of town. Ideally looking for 6 months+ stay.
I'm a single mum of two kids. They're enrolled in Prep and Year 2 at Kenmore State School. I'm also a full-time student: trained as a doctor in India, I've cleared the first of my Australian medical council exams and currently preparing for my clinical exam. We're respectful of housemates and tidy up as we go. Looking forward to meeting up with our new housemates :)
Easy going girl from Germany. I like to have a drink sometimes but Im not a party animal.

Starting school in UQ for my postgraduate study coming February. Looking for a place to stay in the vicinity of the university. I am from India but I do speak English, quite fluently :D. I'm a clean and tidy individual who has lived in shared apartments before. Huge football (soccer) fan with a love for singing, running and bingeing on TV shows and movies. My ideal scenario is one or two flatmates, preferably UQ students. Looking forward to having a great time in Brisbane.
I'm a student from Japan. I like watching movie, playing sports, and traveling. I study English here so I would like to speak English with you! I'll do internship at a Kindergarten in Kenmore from February to end of March. My major is Early childhood education.
I'm Tristan. I'm 25, living in Brisbane & have just graduated Uni. I'm looking to move closer to my new full time Teaching role, so here I am. Easy to live with if we have the same taste in music ;) Looking for house share / team up. Whichever is easiest.
Move date is a guesstimate as not exactly sure yet but most likely within 1month. Household presently in is amicably dissolving due to changes in our lives/circumstances. Please message me through here or if you text my mobile, please include your listing's webpage address. Otherwise, i'm sorry but i won't be interested as then you aren't verified and i don't know you're for real. Looking for quiet place that allows indoor only cats. After a place for a minimum of 3 months, if works out well, would stay for longer. Am 44, a non smoker/drinker, on disability pension for permanent health issues (migraines, arthritis, fibromyalgia and mobility issues). Fairly tidy person, but hygiene is must with me for kitchen and bathroom. I can be picky with kitchen and bathroom/toilet cleaniless, with keeping them clean as possible, the kitchen especially. Due to health, althu i like keep things tidy with my other living areas, i can't always clean as would like to, but when able to, do tend to have cleaning episodes where as much as can be cleaned/tidied is done (usually everything). Am otherwise fairly easy going, quirky, quiet, respectful person, preferring to keep to myself and needing own private space. I am an introvert who loves reading, writing, music, movies and am frequently on computer and streaming movies/tv (when/where possible). Have tastes more alternative than mainstream and am most definitely not 'girly'. I am well used to sharing with guys and girls. Also well accustomed to being around 'freaks', nerds/geeks, and others of 'peculiar' hobbies (such as all forms of rpg's, gamers, etc). Don't mind being around children of school age, happy to occasionally babysit so parents can have some time out for themselves. Need my cat with me, he is my ESA (emotional support animal) with my health issues. My cat is a quiet, clean, desexed, indoor cat who is very skittish around other people until he knows them which takes first getting used to the new place then to the new people. (Being a cat not used to people in general it will take some time in a new place, with new people.) My cat is fully an indoor only cat so must have a place that's fully ok with that. As is an indoor cat, I do take steps to minimise any smell (such as litter tray odour reducers and air fresheners, etc) and clean both his food bowls and litter tray daily. Preferring to live on own in small self contained place that is quiet and not many people around as need own space, mostly as I get paranoid about my cat getting outside and getting hurt or going missing. Needing a place without steps, easy to maintain and close-ish to some type of shopping center if possible. Do not have own car. While prefer living in own space, don't mind sharing with 1 or 2 others who are also quietish people if have my own quiet space. Would also consider sharing with a single parent with a child. Have own furniture etc, so need non furnished place. Also bedroom needs space for a queen bed as need to have my own bed as i have special needs with my bed. Mostly looking for a place close(ish) to Centenary area or Indooroopilly or within easy drive of them, and with easy, close parking for family who help me get around for shopping, doctor visits etc. But as know my options will be limited, willing to consider many other areas. Also as tend to do online shopping with home deliveries, need it to be ok with that. As for rent / costs / bills can afford, i can go higher than $150pw rent if bills are fully included or i have more space for my own things so less costs in paying for storage with what i don't have space for. If you look at my fb, please know i have it set to fully private (as i'm a very private person) and show my liking for HP Lovecraft in the cover picture. Also, my first name on it is my nickname not my legal first name due to having an abusive ex - he is no longer an issue except only on social media (fb is aware of the situation and worked with me on it).
2 mates and 2 fur babies (1 kelpie x border collie and 1 bordee collie) looking for another one or two people to share renting a house around brisbane area!! If you love dogs and are easy going you will get along with us!!! Feel free to message me with any questions!!! Cheers Paul
Great location, close to Kenmore Village and Plaza, nice pool, unlimited internet, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs. 35 minutes to UQ on bus, One large sunny room, and one Small cosy bedroom, built in wardrobes, lots of light, large block, green. Nice bathroom shared between 2 bedrooms. Quiet house but occasional socializing welcome. Would like easygoing female, professional or student. Tidy but does not have to be a neat freak.
I am a student at UQ studying Health Sciences (Nutrition) this year and am also learning Japanese part-time. The best way to explain me would probably be an introvert, but not one in the common sense. I'm a non-drinker so I'm not really one for throwing wild parties, getting drunk or making a ruckus at night. I'm quite empathetic of those around me, that means not making much noise and being out of the other flatmates way as much as possible. Despite being introverted I am quite sociable when I want to be, I'm weird in some ways, funny in others and I like to dance, watch movies, watch sport (AFL, yes I'm from Melbourne what do you expect, NBA and Cricket if theres a BBQ going on) and play sport/video games (I have a PS4, a main PC, and a switch) so if you have interests in either or anyone of these things, chances are we will get along quite well. I am definitely fine with dogs and cats as I grew up around both, just warning though as I give mean belly scratches so they might end up loving me more than you. What I'm looking for: A nice place that is around Kenmore, Indooroopilly or St Lucia which as long as it has a bed and maybe a desk(I can get one myself so not all flustered with it to be honest). I expect the people living there to be respectful of me as I am of them and if so, we will get along swimmingly. I would also like to add that I'm moving in from Sydney so the place has to be available from mid to late February. Hope to hear back from some of you soon.
A two storey home in a quiet street close to buses, shops and parks. Buses to Indooroopilly and UQ leave regularly from Gem Rd. Four bedrooms, are upstairs with separate bathroom and a second bathroom downstairs and en-suite to main bedroom. The fifth room (downstairs) has been converted to a study. My home has: pool, BBQ, gardens, ceiling fans in all rooms, air con in bedrooms and lounge room, built in robes, family room, kitchen, laundry and all mod cons. A cosy home with all the amenities - Internet, washing machine, TV etc. Separate lounge and family room, a great undercover outdoor area at the pool and BBQ with table and chairs. The room available is fully furnished with heaps of storage space (double wardrobe) and your own bathroom with a very good shower and great water pressure. I would consider renting the second bedroom for $200 per week. The house is quiet during the week. Close to shops, library, buses and local eateries. I have a 13 year old Jack Russell who loves company. Please contact me if you have any questions!
This lovely mid-size room is now available in our home. It’s available furnished or unfurnished, has a large built in closet and looks out over the front garden. We’re in a very quiet street only a few minutes’ walk from a variety of shops and bus stops with direct routes to Indooroopilly, UQ and the city. The house has a new kitchen and bathroom, as well as home office space (which you're welcome to share), laundry, large dining room, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas and more. You’ll be sharing with a father and daughter. We’re easy going, quiet, clean and we both work and I often travel. We’re looking for someone who is clean and considerate, a non-smoker, who is looking for a long-term stay (6 months or more). Perfect for a student or professional person. If you want somewhere peaceful and green, this is the perfect place. Price is $170 per week including all bills and high-speed internet. Rent is due fortnightly or monthly in advance with 2 weeks bond required.
I’m super easy going, easy to talk to, clean and tidy. Love sports, work at Mcdonalds and Goodlife as a PT.
I am currently working Full Time and am seeking a space to call home for at least 6 months with like minded individuals. I am open to living with more than 1 person and either genders, preferably with individuals around a similar age as myself, early 30s, who too are living their own lives (working or professional) and are not about bringing the party home every night...those days have sailed for me. :-) I am seeking a room for myself and if furnished, bonus. I have recently returned from living abroad for two years and previous to that I lived in Melbourne - so Brisbane is somewhat new for me still after 3 months. So, I am afraid I do not bring much to contributing to the space 'furniture wise'. I am an introvert by nature and not necessarily someone who will hang out every night with you, but I shall be definitely be up for chats now and then - work is where I need to be extroverted so when I finish work, I am kind of spent :-) I am super clean and will ensure that when finished in the kitchen, it is as clean as when I started in it. I am not unfamiliar with cleaning 'rosters' so, if you have that going, I am totally open to it! I hope to live with individuals who are similar in terms of their needs/desires and maybe we can meet and chat to see that we would fit. Thank you for your time :-)
Hi, I am a 23 year old female looking for a new home for my cat and I. I work part-time but will begin a full time position in mid February. I am a very clean and organised person who enjoys cooking, watching Netflix and playing video games. I am also a very relaxed person who is accepting of all lifestyles. My cat is named Ravioli and he is a domestic short hair cross. He is a VERY cuddly and loving cat who is constantly purring. He is very lazy and loves his food. His personality is similar to a dogs as he is friendly to everyone and will follow people around. He is currently an indoor cat but if the surrounding area is safe, I may encourage him to go outside.
