*Room available from the 19th of June to the 23rd of July* Hi guys! I'm going back home for a little over a month in June this year and am putting up my room in Kensington for rent during that time. I live in an absolutely lovely apartment, with a very friendly and easy going couple form Columbia. It is very well connected by public transport, bus stops located just about 220 mts from the house in both directions. The apartment itself is very quiet, airy and spacious with lots of natural light throughout the day. The room has a lovely view and gets the afternoon sun in winter. There is a long work table too which creates ample workspace, especially if you are a student. All bills and internet are included in the rent. Flatmates are requested to clean up after themselves and abide by the general house rules- no shoes on the carpet, be tidy etc. :) We are about 1km from the UNSW main campus and are surrounded by all sorts of eateries and cafes. A bus ride to the city as well the beach would be about 20 mins. Feel free to msg if you have any questions! Also, please include a little info about yourself and what it is that you do. Cheers!
Lifestyle I've lived in shared apartments/houses for the past 5 years without any issues so I understand how to be respectful housemate. I prefer a night home or the pub with friends than one at a club. I’m not religious and have no issues with varying sexualities. I’m open minded towards drugs/alcohol (but not big on either) however i am looking to live in a non-smoking household. As I’ve had my time in party households, I’m probably looking for something a bit more chilled out and long term. I love cooking (for myself and others) so the kitchen would get a good work out and regularly cleaning. I also have a car so a garage spot is ideal. Work I’ve worked in a media agency for the past three years but recently joined Network 7 as a Strategist. I work 8:30-5:30 M-F in Pyrmont and try to stick to my hours. Interests I love outdoor adventures (hiking/camping/touring) and play football (the round ball variety) for UNSW in the amateur league. I’m also into cycling, drawing, video games and music. Sadly my childhood dream of becoming the world’s greatest magician was never realised. Recent life achievements • Riding a pushy from Sydney to Adelaide • Somehow ending up on Netflix
Hello! My name is Charlette and I am interested in a room for rent. I am currently living in the Gold Coast but have decided to take a job offer within Sydney. I am looking for a place to stay for 6 weeks from the 1st of July for my training, but this could however lead to longer. A little bit about me: I'm 21 years of age Final year Uni Student studying Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Early Education and Primary I am friendly, easy going and tidy I am active and love going for runs and walks I like to let my hair down occasionally but would never say no to a movie night
Light and sunny 3 bedroom top level apartment in Kensington. The flat has a balcony on the street side with views over the neighbourhood including Randwick Racecourse. The room includes a built in wardrobe which has full length mirror doors. It also gets the afternoon sun which comes through the glass doors that lead to a private balcony. Double bed works best but can fit a queen with adequate space. 2 mins to Anzac Pde for buses to Central, Circular Quay, Coogee and more. CBD and Central 15 mins away. Plenty of local restaurants and shops close by. Close to UNSW, NIDA and Centennial Park. All bills are shared equally including gas, internet and electricity. We would prefer applicants to be in full-time employment, mid 20s - 30. We're a relatively social household - enjoy the odd bbq and drink on the balcony when we can, or maybe even a game of Scrabble sometimes. But also happy to do our own thing as well.
An Englishman who has just landed in Sydney for work as a quantity surveyor. I have worked and lived in London for the last 3 years, but fancied a change up. I am clean, considerate and fully ‘house share’ trained, having lived with others for a number of years. I am sociable and enjoy a drink with friends, while also a keen sportsman, playing cricket and hockey, but will try my hand at most activities I am currently looking to move at the beginning of July, although am flexible on dates and can move earlier or later if suites. Ideally I am looking for a private room in a share house with decent size communal areas. I currently do not have a preference on location as I am fresh to the city, however anywhere within an easy commute to the CBD and an area with something going on, such a few cafes, pubs and bars of the sort would be ideal
I am a young professional, working as a consultant in Sydney CBD. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful. I value my personal space but am always up for a good chat. I also like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment at all times. I tend to hit the gym or catch up on my favourite TV series in my free time and, having just moved to Sydney recently, I'm also keen to explore as much of the city as possible!

Hi potential housemates! -Easy going young professional -Mon to Fri office hours -Down to earth -Non-smoker -Clean, tidy and considerate -Brilliant spider-handler! -Simple, easy living In my downtime, spend my wkends generally exploring the surrounding area, enjoy the occasional hikes and camping. If I sound like someone you can live with or have any questions, please msg away!
Hey, I'm Clo and currently studying International Relations at UNSW. I'm an International Student from Indonesia but been living in Sydney for a year. I'm planning to move somewhere close to uni since my current lease will ends in Mid July. I have bubbly and cheerful characters. I'm also friendly and enjoy socialising but like to have my own privacy and time too. I'm clean and tidy as I have allergy with dust so don't worry about having a messy roommate. I'm an animal lovers especially dogs so I don't mind if you have pets. I spend my time either with studying at uni, pole dance (no I'm definitely not a stripper I just enjoy the workout and the community), underwater rugby, gym, hangout at the beach, going on nigh-out occasionally or just stay at home watching movies or cooking or playing music/games, etc. I would like to find a private room preferable with built-in robes and private bathroom but I don't mind sharing bathroom. My max budget is $400 which includes bills and internet. I have my own stuff for the bedroom so I don't mind if the room is unfurnished. My minimum stay is 6months but can stay longer.
Moving for a new role from Melbourne to Sydney! Working professional and will be working throughout the week. Love to relax on weekends and have a couple of beers and watch the rugby. I've got family in Sydney which I will be a lot of my spare time with. I'm clean and relaxed (could be because I'm a Kiwi) but hey!
Hi there! I'm a third year UNSW student looking for a place to live from the 25th of June to November. I study and work most days so I won't be around all the time. I'm clean and quiet but enjoy meeting new people and going for dinner or drinks.

Im still friends with all my past flatmates so I would think that classes me as easy to live with! I'm a 25 year old physiotherapist, who is also studying a post grad is sports physio part-time. I love dancing, having a couple of wines, and am currently learning spanish. I'm new to Australia so would love flatmates who are social, happy to have a few drinks, just chill out or even go away on day trips. But as I am busy with work, studying and dancing Im not looking for a party flat. I work near the UNSW so am looking between there and the city, near a beach would be grand. I'm laid back, tidy, reliable and friendly. If you have any other questions just ask!
Now in my fifth year of uni (engineering/commerce), local student. I'm a pretty quiet, chill and clean guy. I don't spend much time at home since I'm either at uni or work. Love to play any sports, socialise and drink :)

Hi ! I'm Fabian, from Colombia. I'm going to study English in Sydney, so I'm looking for some nice and lovely furnished place to live while studying. I'm going to arrive to Sydney the 3 of June 2017. I really enjoy to spend time with friends and cooking at home. I'm also are very quiet and organized.
Hey! I'm moving to Sydney in July as an exchange student from the UK and I'm looking for somewhere to live for the semester 2 period (July-Nov). I'll be studying psychology at UNSW so I'm hoping to find accommodation with other students or young people around that area that's in walking distance. I would be looking for a private room that is already furnished. I'm a 21-year-old female from the UK, I'm very sociable and hope to make some really good friendships while I'm living in Sydney. I've been living in student houses for the past 2 years so I'm used to living with big groups of people and understand the responsibilities of sharing a house together (i.e I clean up after myself, don't avoid taking the bins out, respect others privacy etc.) Hoping to find flatmates who are fun and sociable and wouldn't mind showing me around Sydney and helping me settle in for my first few months.
Hi, I'm an architecture student from Italy (Venice). I'm searching for an accomodation near UNSW kensington building, where I will spend 6 month for an exchange (from july till december). I'm a peaceful, clean and tidy.
Very chill and easy going 31 yr old guy. Very clean and mostly tidy. Working in IT full time. Recently moved to Sydney so would love to meet people and make some friends. I am interested in learning to fly (a small plane) and technology. Other interests include science, philosophy, driving (I have a car), BBQ, movies, swimming, beer, nature and occasionally cycling.
Hi! I'm a 29 year old professional who works funny hours. More likely to have a quiet wine on Tuesdays and working on weekends. I come with my own furniture to fill a medium sized room, and a few pots and pans to cook with or make beautiful music when I run out of other things to do.
I'm a vibrant and bubbly person with a lot to offer. And is easy to move in with others. I am friendly, responsible and great with communicating with all people. I always love a good chat. In need of moving out asap. Willing to put deposit down as soon as possible.
Hi there, I just moved to Sydney for a year (or more) mid-May and I am looking to find a nice base with good people from which to explore Australia. I like to make the place I live my home. I am up for getting a coffee or drinks, having a movie night with the flatmates, but also like my own space and respect that of others. More about me I've worked as a project manager in sustainable development until now, but looking to change jobs soon (most likely going into comms). Love cooking, reading, getting to know new people, sci-fi movies, exploring new local places, running, or in general being outdoors. Would have a preference for a shared house with friendly professionals or students in a similar age group (25 and up).
