My name is Evan, I'm moving to sunny Sydney from sunny Perth to work at UNSW. I'm looking for a small private place, near UNSW to lay my head. Note: I am not looking for a room in a share house. Thanks
Hi! We are two Swedish girls that are going on exchange at UNSW for one semester, starting February 2018. We are both organised and clean, and one of us is used to living in a dorm. Neither of us smoke or have any pets. During our time here we would like to explore, find new friends and have fun. It would be nice to live with other people that would like to hang out and have movie nights.
Hey guys, I'm starting my full time master's degree next year. I'm a part time Mathematics tutor and obtain working with children check, so you can trust me haha. I have lived in shared housing for five years, and I'm very respectful towards others. I love cleaning up and cooking. I often make deserts to share with housemates :) I'm a quite person. I never host parties. But I'm more than happy to make friends! Feel free to contact me anytime!
Ciao! I'm Davide, a new researcher at UNSW. I'd love to find a new place to call home for long periods (more than 6 month) as I will be in Sydney for the next 3 years (probably more). I like polite and friendly people, like me, who can consider also the needs of others in living together. Easy going, tidy, friendly, I have many interests and passions (gym/fitness, good food, nature, golf, spirituality, movies (I write screenplays and would love to study filmmaking and direct), books, etc.). I am also considering to share a room in order to afford those beautiful modern buildings that have the gym, pool and sauna. (e.g. Meriton in Zetland, Sydney) Let's have a chat and see where it goes. Cheers
Looking for somewhere for at least 2 months but definitely open to the possibility of staying longer if the offer is there! A bit about me: I’m 31 and work as a software engineer in Surry Hills. I’m laid back, tidy and respectful and enjoy socialising and kicking back to a good TV series or documentary in the evening. Give me a shout if you're within 30 minutes bike ride from the city and I'll come over so you can meet me and show me around. Cheers and hope to hear from you soon! Oliver.
Hi guys! I'm putting up my room in Kensington for rent! I live in an absolutely lovely apartment, with a very friendly and easy going couple form Columbia. It is very well connected by public transport, bus stops located just about 220 mts from the house in both directions. The apartment itself is very quiet, airy and spacious with lots of natural light throughout the day. The room has a lovely view and gets the afternoon sun :) There is a long work table too which creates ample workspace, especially if you are a student. All bills and internet are included in the rent. Flatmates are requested to clean up after themselves and abide by the general house rules- no shoes on the carpet, be tidy etc. :) We are about 1km from the UNSW main campus and are surrounded by all sorts of eateries and cafes. A bus ride to the city as well the beach would be about 20 mins. Feel free to msg if you have any questions! Also, please include a little info about yourself and what it is that you do. Cheers!

Hello! Elexis here, 26 year old gender fluid/gay student who just moved to Sydney. I am a full-time student at CQU, finishing my last year in the bachelors of marketing program. I am interested in skincare, arts, and business. I play the piano and paint as a hobby, but I am planning on developing my own skincare line and launching it as soon as I graduate. I am very humble, easy to talk to, quiet, funny, very hygienic (not OCD though lol), clean and tidy. I am very social and love to make friends and meet new people. I would love an LGBT friendly calm place. I am not looking for a party place, just a place where I can have my space and study. I would really like a small studio apartment for myself, but I dont mind sharing a place as long as I have my own room and space. Regards, Elexis :)

Hey! I'm Mexican Architect. I will be moving to Australia next year to do a master degree UNSW. I'm also planning to work part time. I'm a very easy going person who likes to go out and relax during the weekends. On the other hand I consider myself to be a responsible, clean, organized, and tidy person. I like to exercise every day, I practice yoga and box; I enjoy running, and I want to start surfing.
I'm a full time professional working for a law firm for the last 6 years as an IT Helpdesk Manager. I'm an active bloke who loves running (recently completed City2Surf and 50km Blue Mountains UTA), playing football (even though i'm absolutely rubbish) and binging on Netflix. I'm definitely a morning person, which can potentially be annoying but I'm an uplifting, positive, happy bloke who loves a laugh. I can also be quite mature. I'm a warm, friendly, full of empathy and often too kind... but I'm not sure that's an issue. I'm also reliable, trustworthy, considerate and a good listener. I'm fully domesticated; clean, tidy, organised, extremely respectful and will clean kitchens and bathrooms regardless of whose turn it is or whose stuff is left there. What am i looking for? House mates; people to surround myself with along and to share a few drinks and laughs with. I'm after a long term stay, at the very least being 6 months.
** Rent is $360 for a single female as the place is $720/week so we'd be 50/50 😃 ** ** $435 per week for a couple ** * A room with built-in spacious wardrobe INCLUDING YOUR OWN ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, cupboards) * Fully furnished bright and fresh apartment * SMEG Kitchen appliances and Dishwasher * Internal Laundry with washer and dryer * In-built Air Con/heating in room * Gas Heating, Stove and Hot Water * 55 inch smart Sony TV with surround sound system * Big BBQ * Gas, Electricity and Unlimited Internet split equally * Netflix, Stan and WWE Network for free * Balcony with a beautiful relaxing view I have loved living here since 2014 and hope you will as well! I've also been living with couples for the last 3 years but would prefer now to share with only one other person and ideally a woman. A short stroll to UNSW multiple Restaurants and Randwick Racecourse; a short drive to Bondi Beach, Coogee Beach and Maroubra Beach, not to mention super close (900m!) to Centennial Park, as well as multiple restaurants and Gyms (e.g. Snap, Base Body Babes, F45, Virgin Active), with a Bus Stop right outside the building, 2.7km to Green Square Train Station and plenty of all day street parking as well. I am a Personal Trainer, 33 yrs old and work at a Gym and a High School plus doing a 2nd degree in Secondary Teaching (History and English). I'm therefore often out of home and am looking for a fellow Professional, someone with a steady job who cares about others and is easy-going like myself. Ideally female. I do not want to live with a party animal. The place itself is fully furnished, excellent space with lovely light in a secure building. You will have the Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a fully furnished room with a Queen bed (although this can be removed if you'd prefer). The balcony overlooks the Racecourse and it's always nice to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and the view of galloping horses getting in their morning run. The bathrooms are modern and the kitchen stylish with SMEG stainless steel oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is an internal laundry (washer and dryer) as well. Would love to meet you and show you the place!
I am a working professional, Monday - Friday job in the city. Social and outgoing, enjoy having a laugh/drink but also need my space. Clean and tidy, respectful of other roommates. During the week I like to chill out after work and I am usually out and about on the weekend, catching up with mates, hiking, at the beach. Looking for a place I can call home. Easy going and quite flexible. Ideally a modern place.
A nice 2 bedroom apartment in Kensington, located a few minutes walk from UNSW. The kitchen is great with lots of storage, gas stove and oven. The apartment is on the top floor and quite thick walls (I never hear the neighbours). Street parking is available. Room has a large wardrobe and enough space for a desk and double bed. There are plenty of buses running to the city frequently (all night) and apartment is walking distance to the beach. It would be preferable for someone to be able to move in around 20th December, but can be flexible with dates! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm Eamonn, 26, and I'm currently finishing my PhD at UNSW. I have pretty flexible work hours but I'm often at uni till late. In most of my free time, I'm usually spending it rock climbing, meeting with friends, relaxing with a tv series or trying something new. Most weekends I try and head to the mountains or outdoors somewhere. I like climbing, travelling by hitchhiking and couchsurfing, reading, listening to music and coffee I'm a very easy going person, who enjoys cooking when I find the time, and looking for someone that can bring a homely feeling to the apartment. I find I'm not home too often but would be nice to have friends or travellers over every once in a while, and happy for you to do the same :) I generally clean as I go, and do a bit more thorough cleaning every weekend or so. I don't mind sharing some food/household items.
I'm introverted and quiet so you don't have worry about me drinking or smoking or throwing any parties ;) I'm tidy and a decent baker too ! I'm Indian but lived all my life in Dubai and I'm coming over next year to start university at UNSW to studying chemical engineering.
