I work full time in digital content in the media industry. I'm also a freelance journalist. I am a casual dog sitter (away from home), too. I like to go away and travel occasionally. I enjoy cooking, though do it infrequently and I'm incredibly clean and considerate. I don't have people over often, keep my belongings to myself and keep things relaxed. I don't like drama, I'm accommodating and personable. I love a party, but. It during the week and rarely host any. Home is a place of quiet living for me. I prefer to spend most time in the living spaces than locked away in my room. I also prefer honesty and being upfront. I work a lot and quite hard, so often busy. I never miss a payment on rent or bills, do my fair share of the cleaning and maintenance and expect the same. Happy to share things where needed. I love dogs (don't have one) and wine and long, flash dinners, too.
Hello! I’m 29 years old and I’m from Asuncion, Paraguay. It is in South America, in case you missed it. I’m going to Sydney to study English and work part time. Clean and tidy type of guy. Outdoor activities and sports are my favourite things to do. Animal lover and open minded type of guy.
We're a young professional outgoing couple who loves nature, outdoor activities, sports, traveling, meet new people, different cultures and new experiences. Back in Lisbon we used to share our apartment with other guests. We respect privacy and enjoy a clean and tidy place to live. In the end of August, we are moving to Sydney and looking for a private room in a shared apartment.
Private furnished room. You'll be on your own level, so very private. The room is fully furnished with plenty of clothes storage. Your level also has your own alcove outside your bedroom (previous flatmates have used it for exercise equipment or had the desk there). The rest of the townhouse is fully furnished, too. Location: The location couldn't be any better - a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) to UNSW, 15 minutes on the bus to Central Station or Coogee Beach! The bus stop is just a 3 minute walk away. All included: The rent covers all bills including gas, electricity, water and unlimited internet. Plenty of street parking. A monthly cleaning service also included in the rent. You'll be living with 4 other people - a mixture of students and professionals in their 20s and 30s. Everyone does their own thing and we all have different schedules (so very rarely will you be sharing the kitchen). We're looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful - not too much to ask. Male or female welcome. The room is available from 19th August. Send me a message if you're interested, and come check out the room sometime :)
Hi! My name is Ana and I am a 23-year old Post-grad student from the United States living in Sydney for the next couple years. I am looking for an apartment or a private room in a shared house beginning no later than 15/9. I am a very easy going housemate: I love watching movies, having a good meal, snuggling to a pet (if they're allowed), and hanging out with a couple friends on the weekends. I am a quiet person and tend to work from home in my room, but I can also be a rather sociable person and would love a housemate I'd be able to chat with every once and a while. I am a rather clean and tidy person who doesn't mind taking part in the weekly chores to keep the house neat. If you feel I would be a good fit for your household, please feel free to message or text me. Thanks!
Hello, Elexis here, middle eastern, 26 year old gender fluid/gay, transfer student. I will be finishing my Bachelor Degree at Central Queensland University (Sydney). I am looking for accommodation that is affordable, LGBT friendly, clean and close to the University. I am very fond of skincare, make-up, arts, fashion and writing. I'm not looking for a party place, just a place where I can have my own space with humble and chill people, but I do like going out for occasional drinks or clubbing when I'm in the mood. I need a cozy, clean and tidy place, preferably a shared flat with roommates in a cozy apartment. I am very down-to-earth, clean, social respectful and easy to talk to. And I love meeting new people. Regards, Elexis

Hi all, I am looking for a new roomie to share my flat in Kensington. The flat is newly renovated and fully furnished (bedroom is unfurnished but can be furnished if needed) with an awesome brand new kitchen, a large living room flooded with light from morning to evening, and a huge L shape balcony with a timber bar overlooking Addison st. Room to park a car are always available in the street. It is located within walking distance of either UNSW or Randwick (it's smack bang in the middle of both), and is extremely close to buses that service the CBD, central and surrounding suburbs. I am in my late twenties and work full time in the CBD. As a result, I expect my prospective flatmate to be considerate of this and keep noise to a minimum during the week. Whilst I am keen for a cheeky beverage after work, summer BBQs and occasional party nights, I am not looking to be party central. So to more serious business, here is the room to lease: Bedroom #2 on the plan: $300 pw plus bills - Double room with lots of natural light - massive built in wardrobe - can furnish the room if needed - brand new fly screen Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Looking forward to meeting you, JC

We are creative, easy going and open-minded workmates from Germany looking for an apartment or share house with two seperate bedrooms to live in while working on a feature film project in Sydney from September to the end of 2017. Due to the length of the stay the apartment/rooms has to be furnished. Working in the visual effects industry, we'll be working full-time for the entire length of our time in Sydney.
