I'm a clean person so would love to share with someone/people that are also clean, i can't stand a messy house. I'm very social, always down to have a chat! But also like my privacy.
I'm studying Computer Science at University of Adelaide this year, moving from Melbourne! My partner is moving from France to study there as well. It's both of ours first time to Adelaide so we would be spending the week studying and the week-ends exploring South Australia. We are both very chill individuals, neat and tidy and respectful of other people. I work in wine retail, so house discounts are a real thing! We are looking to be set up in Adelaide by early-to-mid January, exact dates are flexible.
Hi there! I'm Luke, 22 years old, and I'm looking for a share house! Length of stay is flexible, but would prefer to stay long term. I'm currently looking for work but can pay up to $220 per week for rent. I'm easy to get along with, social, respect privacy and like to talk about life, the universe, etc. I have a well behaved maltese-terrier called Cooper. I enjoy writing, composing, music, nature, cycling and just generally hanging with friends. I'm straight edge, don't smoke or drink, but don't mind if you do. Feel free to contact me! Hope to hear from you!
My name is Madeleine, 21, university student , non smoker, part-time worker when I'm not studying. I'm looking for friendly place with less drama and close to the city or easy transportation system for easy access to uni and work. Don't mind teaming up to rent a place too as I'm flexible and love my weekend hangout with friends and family. Also respect others privacy, that shouldn't be a problem because I spend my time between study, gym, and work. Would love a house mate that love to chat once in a while or go out for drunks sometime. PS I have a little besty dog
Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, so lets have a chat!
Hi my names Kaisha. I'm a 22 year old nurse and work at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. I love to travel, go to the beach, and stay fit. I have lived in a share house for the past 2 years. I love chill time but also love a good banter with my house mates. I'm a clean and respectful house mate, who loves a chat and movie nights. I'm looking for a place close to the city for work. I can move any time in January before the 26th! Message me if interested!
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
- I am a current student from the University of Adelaide and majoring in Computer Science with Entrepreneurship. - Looking some flatmate and/or shared house/townhouse. - Male - Can move in now - Easy-going person - Can be either friendly living with each other or won't disturb my flatmate at all - Aim for long-term staying - Non-smoker - Won't simply bring outsiders (unless friend's visit, but won't overstay) - It's better that not too far from the city - My budget is around $150 per week with furnished Additional: As long as you feel any dissatisfaction or uncomfortable behaviour on your flatmates, please feel free to voice out your dissatisfaction in order to prevent the misunderstanding. Everything can be discussed through communication. This is what I solve the problem when facing some issue. Don't hesitate to inquire me if you feel you want to know more about me. Hi! I'm a graduated BA student, going into Masters of Teaching next year. I work in a bookshop. I like reading, watching documentaries, cooking and exercising. I have a small, old dog. He is toilet trained, doesn't shed hair, and doesn't bark or bite. He's fine with other dogs. I'm not a big partier. Looking for a friendly house that also respects needs to study. Also, I'm both gluten and dairy intolerant, so prefer to do my own cooking :S
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
Howdy! I'm a 26 year-old female (human) returning to full-time study after a 2 year hiatus, where I spent most of that time travelling, backpacking and working over in Europe. I've since been back home in country Victoria where I was born, and am ready to return to Adelaide to continue study where I did my original undergrad. I'm a cheery person, easy-going, open-minded, creative and kind. I like to keep shared areas clean and generally tidy, but am pretty flexible if there's a stressful event going on (eg. work, assignment, exams). I prefer to get along well with roommies, making "home" a happy and relaxing place to be, but I also respect other's and my own need for space.
Hey I am after a reasonably sized room. I am a full time student at Adelaide Uni and I work a lot. When I am not working or studying I am either at the gym, playing guitar, reading, socialising or sleeping. I am very busy, friendly, driven and easy to get along with. I am not looking for a party house and I value my peace and quiet. That being said I don't mind a few frothies every now and then and I bust out the electric guitar fairly loudly. If you are pretty easy going, independent and clean I think we'll get a long fine! I love all pets excepts cats as I am allergic to them. Would be keen to rent with other students, musos or failing that anyone pretty chilled with a good sense of humour. Cheers :D
Full-time student at Adelaide University. Looking to share a place in the city, or somewhere close to the city, with clean, tidy and responsible person. *Prefer to share a place with one person only* I am currently sharing an apartment at the East End and have few of my own furniture that I will be bringing with me when I move out of this place (queen bed, bedside tables, desk, bookcase, rugs, dresser, washing machine, coffee table, Tv, Tv table and some kitchen appliances). So I would prefer to find someone to team up with and share an apartment in my preferred locations listed below. I am into health, fitness and anything active as well as art related. I enjoy cooking, playing tennis, traveling, working out and socialising in my spare time.
I'm Bonnie, I'm from the outback and am looking for somewhere to live for next year when I'm studying. I was a boarder for three years so I'll have no problems with communal living! Am interested in all things cars and motorsport, will use earphones when I listen to country music and will let you sit in the backseat for my annual trips to Bathurst. In all seriousness though, I'm a super easy going chick, hate drama, am fairly tidy and will always chip in around the house
Hey! I'm Vivi, 24 years old and from Germany. I'm attending next year one semester abroad at the UA and search for a room near to the Terrace Campus. I'm interested in meeting new people to live with, cooking and going out, maybe even doing sports together or going on some trips to explore Australia! I'm looking for something furnished from 15th Feb - 1st Jul approximately. Own room with shared bathroom would be great.
I'm clean, responsible, fun and Scottish :) Moving to Adelaide in February 2017 for a new job at one of the universities, and hoping to find a flatshare in an area close to brunch haunts and bars for weekend frequenting. I'm looking to share with someone 25-40, friendly, who can have a giggle, is tidy and clean, and can maybe even help me get to know Adelaide! If you can cook I will pay in wine ;)
I'm a second year Law student at the University of Adelaide. I like my own space so I'm generally pretty quiet around the house, but I'm always up for random chats and watching movies. I'm relatively tidy, very respectful of other people's space, and I like to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
I am a quiet, friendly person, and easy to get along with. I comply to all requirements of the house, and am reliable. I am an Adelaide girl, and am currently based within the CBD. I am contactable via mobile or email.
Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.
Hi I'm Guilhem ! I'm 20 and I'm a French Student who will study at the University of South Australia in February for a semester :) I'm currently looking for an accommodation with 1 or many flatmates (students) so I could improve my English while I'm here and of course meeting people :) What can I tell you about myself ? I'm very enthusiastic, dynamic and cool ! I love having fun but I can be serious when I have to. I love sports overall and TV shows (The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, The Blacklist, How to Get Away with Murder, Quantico etc...)
My names Jess, im 30 years old & working full time Mon-Fri 9-5 as a mental health support worker. I am currently living in Largs Bay right near the beach. I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I do have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever that i would like to bring with me if possible, however, this is proving quite hard so if dogs are not allowed i can leave him with my sister :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym. I like a wine on a Friday night to unwind. Hope to hear from you soon.
Looking for a house mate to share with a 23 year old university graduate who is working as a young professional in the city.. And a 22 year working in property Looking for someone friendly sociable and of course tidy. Either a student or professional in their 20's
Located just off the parade, 2 north street is in an amazing location -the house is a 15 minute walk from both Rundle street and the parade, with lots of cafes and shops scattered around the area. The house is fully furnished, air conditioned and also has an outdoor area perfect for entertaining. We have 2 cats - a hairless sphinx and a persian, both of whom are well trained and great company.
Fantastic early 1900's cottage with all its original charm. 100m from The Parade offering all the cafe and pub lifestyle, 15min walk to the city, everything at your doorstep .. Social environment .. Recently brought the property, brand new kitchen and bathroom - doing a few more renos until the New Year ... Thought I'd look for a housemate for short term and possibly long term ..
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
We're very good company. If I were to describe ourselves as a group it would come down to friendly, fun loving, light-hearted, always down for a good laugh. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies or just having a casual chit chat. We're respectful of other housemates and the property we inhabit. I've known Calum and Amy for a few months since they came here on exchange. They're good company and would easily increase your life experience. We're looking for a place for the next 6 months to call our home if you would help us.
Hi! We are Holly and Wouter! A long-term couple that met in South Africa while on a student exchange. We really easy going couple that love to have a good laugh, cook together and generally just hang out. We are both recent university graduates trying to make it in the "real" world. We would love to live with people that are outgoing, clean and tidy and easygoing (not too much of a list! haha) We are ready to come look at our potential new home whenever you are! Looking forward to meeting you future housemates! :)

Hi there! With one of our four moving to study interstate, we're looking for someone to join us in our place in Norwood! A little about our place: - We're a short walk from the Parade and the City - A minute's walk from public transport on Kensington Rd. - The room is large, with carpet, high ceilings & reverse cycle air-con. - The lounge and kitchen are spacious and there are two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet. There is lots of room for you to bring any furniture for your room and the house to make it more your own, but we've made it pretty cosy so if you turn up with just a suitcase we've got you covered. We also have plants and a cosy outdoor area for chilling in the sun and having a few drinks and a chat. Our rent is $167.50 a week + bills which are paid quarterly and split evenly, and we all share wifi at $15ea a month. We also share all cleaning and the cost of any household supplies. The bond is approximately 6 weeks rent ($930).
Firstly, I want to be upfront, I'm not opposed to couples generally, but I want to keep the housemates to 3 in total (including me) and there is already 2 people here, so I'm only looking for one person. Secondly I rent this house and my landlord does not allow pets, I'm not opposed to pets (I like pets!) but I can't accomodate pets. Thirdly, the room is available now, so I'm not looking for people who are looking to move in a month and beyond. If that sounds like you please read on: I have a bedroom available in a large 3 bedroom house in Norwood. The city is within walking distance. The rent includes all bills, including a cleaner for common areas. I'm a very easygoing male in my 30's, social but equally love time to myself, I'm respectful, keep everything clean and looking for the same in my new housemate. At the moment there is me and a female in her 20's living here. The house is perfect for 3 people to be social if desired (bbq and a beer on the weekend for example) or for privacy if you would prefer to use the second living room or balcony to have time to yourself. There is 2 bathrooms one which I use (as it's attached to my bedroom) and one the other 2 rooms share. It is not a party house and very good for study etc. On the weekend there may be a few beers/wines consumed and possibly some cricket or footy on tv. I like to keep a fun/easygoing vibe to the house, but with maturity to live respectfully and not upset other flatmates. It's a very comfortable house to live in and I understand it's a bit awkward for new people to move into a house with strangers, so I try to be as accomodating as possibe. I'm quite friendly and social, but if locking yourself away in your room is your thing, then go for it! It will be your place too, so live how you're comfortable with! The house is awesome! Lots of space, very clean and has tv's, kitchenware, a washing machine and dishwasher... everything needed to make life easy! The bedroom has a double bed, large built in cupboards, a book shelf and desk. There is parking on the street, or room in the garage for a bike or scooter. Flexible 3-12 month lease. If you're keen, please send me a message via the link, I would like to briefly hear a little about yourself (not an essay) and then I will arrange for a viewing of the room. If you've made it this far, THANKS! And I've put some more info below for you. Cheers, Adam! House: Fully furnished All cooking utensils / saucepans etc available. Dishwasher Washing machine Reverse cycle air conditioning Very secure: intercom with remote lock gate, alarm. Large living areas (2 x Living rooms). 2 x Bathrooms + Separate toilet downstairs No smoking inside the house. Your own space in the fridge and pantry. CBD - Fine room for City Living! The apartment is near to universities, cafes, Rundle mall, chinatown, Adelaide botanical park, tram and train station. The building is safe and secured. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, very clean and in good condition. It's north facing with good ventilation and natural light with dual A/C. You will only be sharing with a female professional. Utility bills are excluded and shared. My current housemate will be finishing her studies and going back to her country. I am looking for a female to take over her lease.
Hi Flatmates! The apartment is literally in the CBD, directly behind Rundle st with Rundle Mall being a 60sec walk from the apartment. Despite being in the middle of the city it is very quiet in the flat with double doors leading onto the balcony. Gas stove top but electric oven. Gas is included in the rent though the only other bills consist of water and electricity. If you would like to pitch in with the internet it will be $30 a month. Great apartment really close to both the Parade and the CBD, Parade is only a 15 minute walk, city is only an extra 5 minutes. 24/7 Coles Express literally 2 minute walk and bus stop into the city the same distance. Large room with built in wardrobe, well kept and quiet area. Unlimited internet is on top of rent but its reliable fast and cheap. Air conditioner in the flat but its not that susceptible to weather anyway. Door opens to a walkway where you can smoke. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to inquire.
Looking for someone to move in ASAP :) Really good location, bus into the city is a one minute walk away, The Parade is a five minute walk away, unlimited internet is only $20 a month! Closest supermarkets are Coles and food land only a ten minute walk and two minute drive away. The room you would be getting is of medium size, comfortably fits a queen bed with multiple furnishings! Our house is very chilled out!
Hi! We have a room available from the beginning of December. Rent is $150 per week excluding bills and internet access. The house is in a great location on Torrens St, at walking (or riding) distance from the CBD. There is a cool cafe next door, and shops are about 2 km away. There is street parking only, however, it’s a very quiet street and there are no parking permits. The house is old but charming; the kitchen was recently renovated. We have a large garden with an outdoor setting, where we keep some chickens and try to grow some veggies. There is air conditioning in the living room. The available room is ~20 square meter, and easily fist a queen bed with other furniture.
Hi future housemate! I am student (almost finished) looking for a house to move into. My lease ends in mid December. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Recently moved back home to Adelaide after living in Sydney for three years and I'm looking for a place in the eastern suburbs. Working full time in the media industry and I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and someone who enjoys cooking. When I'm not working I try to stay pretty active - gyming, hiking, catching up with friends, eating out but I equally enjoy being at home with a good TV show, movie or gaming.
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I'm a 19 year old from the country moving to Adelaide to further my study. I'm studying in the city so would prefer to be somewhat near. I may be a little shy at first, but am generally quite outgoing, I enjoy all sports, playing and watching!
