Hi! I'm a 20yr old Kiwi woman relocating to Melbourne from New Zealand in search of a better arts and music scene. I haven't left NZ yet but can within a few days notice once I've found accommodation. I'm a very clean creative type who loves to cook and can make you the best chocolate fudge of your life. I love good banter over cheap wine but overall I'm looking for a house with a more relaxed environment where I do have some privacy. I've been working as a bartender but am aiming to return to retail management in Melbourne so will probably be on a more 9-5 schedule again. I don't have any pets myself but love animals and am more than happy to share a house with one. My main hobbies include hitting the gym, getting tattooed and feeding a coffee addiction. I don't drive so somewhere close to public transport is definitely a huge plus. Also please note my budget is not including bills! If you have any further questions please flick me a message! Cheers! :)
Hi! my name is Felipe, I am 20 years-old & a student of IB of Swinburne. I love to know people, I'm very social and respectful. I am organized and clean so I hope to find flatmates like that. Hey there! I'm Carmelo, 29/ Italian , working FT in constructions, at 2 sites located both in Balwyn and Hawthorn. I'm ideally looking for a room around Balwyn_Hawthorn_Kew or wherever I can get to work easily. (Near tram route 109 and easily accessible to Glenferrie station would be great) I'm friendly, clean, house_share_trained, easygoing , and looking for same future flatmates. I can make an amazing Carbonara ...and that might be enough to get the place, without considering a funny accent included in the package 😂 Let me know! Thanks guys🤞🏻 Ps: I'd need to find something as soon as possible
The house is located in one of the best suburbs hardly 20 minutes from the CBD. Tram stop is 180 meters away from house having lush green lawns and fountain view from the balcony. The house is with huge kitchen and living area with gas cooktop, dishwasher and oven. You are welcome to bring your own furniture as we can make some space for your stuff. The bedroom is very spacious and unfurnished with big size word robes. Woolies is 2 tram stop or 10 mins by walk, KFC, Meccas are 5 mins walk from the place.
Looking for a room in the north to move in preferably around the end of May, but flexible with dates. I'm a music grad working part time in retail plus doing a bit of freelance work. I'm pretty tidy, reliable with cleaning up after myself and paying rent before it's due, and am a left wing meat eater. I'm after a fairly chill/quiet place, but totally fine with the odd party. A house where I could practice when housemates are out would be ideal. Also some type of heating during the winter months would be lovely - but not a deal breaker. A
Hi! I have a large unfirnished bedroom available in a shared apartment on Barkers Rd. It's just 15 mins walk to Hawthorn Station, 5 mins walk to 48 &109 trams, and there's off street parking. Close to Woolworths Kew, IGA Hawthorn, and Coles Victoria Gardens. The bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, easily fits a queen bed plus other furniture and has views of the city skyline. Features of the apartment include: entrance hall, large loungeroom, balcony with a chair and plants, large kitchen, separate laundry, shower over a bath, and separate toilet. Bills are split equally which are electricity, water and 1TB internet. I am looking for someone like me: female, 20-30ish, non-smoker, who is friendly and easygoing, tidy, and pays rent and bills on time.
Hey everyone, I’m relocating to Melbourne soon- and would love start a sharehouse or move in with some chilled-out, open-minded people! It’d be good to move in with people who I’m on the same page as- however we don’t need to have identical personalities, since most of my friends are very different from me and I like diversity anyway. :) I respect people’s need for space as I often require my own, however I’m also really social and would love to be living with someone who I can also hang out with- which would be the most comfortable and ideal setting for a home. As for my (personal) interests, I adore music and all things fiction- books, movies, TV and comics are what my hobbies revolve around… and my other interests revolve around socializing, live music and similar events. I’m very open to new things and people, and would love to hear from you guys- don’t be shy to swing me a message! :) (Note: my preferred suburbs and move date just close estimates and are flexible.)
Landscaper and paver enjoy working outside. Love to find balance in most things. Enjoys swimming and loves most sports. Honest and can communicate. Live in the moment and plan for the future.
Hello! Full time receptionist at a health club in the cbd. Personal hobbies include gym training, outdoors activities (camping, hiking, four-wheel driving, skiing, etc), cooking, all things food, craft beer and coffee! Very down to earth individual who is bordering OCD with cleanliness and takes pride in maintaining my environment. Not much of a party animal these days, although a big fan of the odd dinner party with friends :)
Modern property in a scenic, quiet part of Melbourne. Across from Yarra Bend Golf course with a deck offering an incredible view of the Yarra River. Shared pool with the other units. 15 minute walk to Kew Junction tram stop (routes 109, 12) with a 25-30 minute ride into the city. Two minute drive to Eastern Freeway. The room on offer is the master bedroom- ensuite bathroom with walk in closet space and an amazing view. The lease expires in December.
Easy going, clean and social female. Looking for a home that i feel comfortable in, with housemates that like to hang out and socialise but also respectful of personal space. I love going out and socialising with friends but also chilling cooking dinner and hanging out. Im studying a diploma in screen and media makeup artistry from july-dec and will be working casually during that time. I have a miniature sausage dog called noodle who is extremely cuddly and well behaved, trust me when i say you will love her (even if you aren't a dog person). I like to be active and work out, walking the dog and spending time outside.
Thoughtful. Aesthetically Driven. Authentic. Exceedingly Passionate. I'm a drummer and composer, a drag queen, a drag king, performance artiste, and fill of a desire to breach (whilst extending) typical social interactions through aural and kinetic collaboration, feasting, and initiating obscene happenings. Thus, I am in pursuit of actualising a 3-month move to Melbourne for the Spring. After living in a student cooperative of 40 during my final year of study (philosophy at Sydney Uni), and descended from a wild family of Greeks, I can advertise myself as a brilliant vegan (!) cook, sublime hostess, and overflowing with engaging conversation. As a queer woman, I like to run a tight ship - I'm a clean minimalist with classic taste. I do, however, very much enjoy homeliness and flourishes of meaningful detail. I require: - a space that I can set up and play instruments as loud and large as drums and synthesisers during the day, and can proudly bring women to during the night. - respectful and intelligent company, hopefully queer, at least culturally apt. - reasonable rent and bills and all that horror.
Looking to 'teamup' and find a place in Surrey Hills, Mont Albert, Camberwell or Hawthorn. Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm happy cooking my own meals or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 2 or 3, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
NOTE: WE ARE NOT A COUPLE so we will need TWO SEPARATE ROOM!! Hey my name is Jacob. I'm a 21 year old contracted electrician but looking to get out of that industry and move into realestate. On weekdays I tend to spend my time either working, going to the gym or just kicking back and watching some tv. On weekends I usually just chill out and hang out with my housemates, go out and have a beer somewhere quiet and chill or go on an adventure. I am a non smoker, I don't own a pet and Im very considerate of other housemates space. Id also like to add that even though I am still young the party life is behind me but if there is a special occasion I will crack a beer and join in on the festivities, but I’d much rather be in the kitchen making an awesome as meal or going on an adventure and experiencing life. please feel free to contact me to find more about myself and my interests. looking forward to hearing from you, kind regards; Jacob Hey there! I'm Katelyn, I'm 22 and originally from Surfcoast, Victoria! I'm a chef so I work pretty hectic hours, but when I am home I love to be in the kitchen, keeping myself busy or I'm super chill, love to spend time with whoever's home, as well as being the occasional hermit (you can blame Netflix). I'm fully house trained I promise so I love to make sure the house is clean and tidy. I'm respectful of everyone I live with so I'm sure we'll get along great!! And would love to have the occasional drinks if you're up to it! I have been living in Melbourne for the last twelve months. I love it here and can't wait to find some awesome new housemates to enjoy it with too. As well as myself, I come with two very cute additions!!! Two five month old kittens that will do anything for some cuddles! NOTE: We are not a couple so we will need two separate rooms.
Walking distance to supermarket, pubs, restaurants, public transport (48 and 109 trams), and the kew recreation centre. The front garden is looked after by our landlords, who live behind us, and features fruit trees and flowers. There is also space to grow your own vegetables if you want. The bedroom on offer is the largest in the house and easily fits a queen or king with a desk.
Hey! I'm Jess, 22, and I'm looking for a place to call home, not just a place to live. I'm currently studying music at VCA and I work part time at a nursing home. I play violin, guitar, piano and I sing a little bit too so I hope you like a bit of background music floating through the house! I'm easy to live with - easygoing, not too in your face, clean, organised but not too organised, respectful of other peoples space, won't throw wild parties every night...all the things you want. Would be good to live in a chill environment, where we can have drinks or whatever together and hang out sometimes but also respect each others space and need for alone time.
