Very chilled, easy going housemate, partnered with Atticus, my 2 yr old Maremma pup. Grew up in Melbourne, went to school in Kew and work in hospitality as a barista. I genuinely love people and a social, healthy lifestyle. Travelling and seeing the world is my biggest hobby, recently arriving back from India and Thailand. Hence the urgency for finding new place to live. At home, I'm very respectful of the house, cleaning and helping out with dinner is my forte! When cooking for myself, always make sure that I make extra for the house in case anyone else is up for a feed. In saying that, I love sharing a meal and going down to the local for a beer/wine. At my last humble abode, I had an amazing 3 yrs with my housemates. Always having a laugh and helping each other out. I genuinely end up caring about the people I live with and like to create a chilled, homely environment, stress free. My pup, Atticus. Being close to 2 yrs old, he is extremely well house trained, well mannered, outside and inside dog. Literally never acting up and mostly looking for cuds, loved by all he comes across. As for his breed, the Maremma, also non-allergenic, they are used protect penguins on the coast (If you've seen the movie Oddball). Of course I take him for 2 walks a day and you'd be more than welcome to join or take him for walks yourself! He's even great company to take down to the local cafe or pub with your friend's. As for having people back at the house, I generally make most of my social activities out of home. As most of my friend's are mature, in their late 20's to mid 30's. My hobbies include, guitar, jumping on the Ps4 from time to time, watching Netflix, walking Atticus, cooking and catching up with friends/family. I'd be able to bring a lot to the home, as I'm currently keeping most of my belongings in storage, which include - Fridge, washing machine, couches, kitchenware, outdoor setting, BBQ, flat screen T.V & home theatre system, bookshelves, decorative pieces, art and more. Of course any of this would have to be agreed upon, otherwise I'm very happy to leave it where it is. If I meet your criteria for a new housemate, I'm happy to come and check out the house at your convenience! As I'm on the hunt for a home after travelling. Ready to move asap. Rent and bond is in hand. If you'd like anymore details, feel free to let me know. Thanks for your time, Lachie
Hello! I'm Julia, 27 years old, originally from Canada but have lived in Melbourne for 4 years now and call it home. Practice a healthy lifestyle, friendly, genuine, clean/hygienic, well-travelled, sociable, vegetarian and love to food/cooking! In my spare time I love to practice yoga, be outdoors, enjoy Melbourne's beautiful parks or the beach in the summer, and a glass of red wine here or there (all about balance :-). I am reliable with payments and references available if needed. Have lived in Kew for 3 years and now ready to transition into a new place to call home.

Hi there, I'm Benji! I am 27 and I'm currently working full time at a high school in Camberwell as an admin staff and general tech whiz! I'm also studying part time on the weekends to be a dog trainer, my course ends in January next year. I've just been told by my landlord that she will be demolishing the property I've been living at for the last 4 years and I need to find new accommodation before December 27th (merry Christmas, y'all!). I would be like to be out by the end of November ideally, but happy to work with you on a date depending on the property. I'm also pretty easy on location, so long as I can get to work in Camberwell in under an hour, I'm stoked! A bit about me: I love animals. I have two dogs named Squish and Nibbler. Squish is a 4 year old male Rottie X and Nibbler is a 2 year old female Kelpie X. They are both desexed, have been obedience trained, crate trained and I take them for regular walks. They are the dynamic duo and A-team! Squish will do anything for a treat and Nibbler lives for the ball, so they're good fun! I would also be bringing a 3 foot aquarium with me, but would be happy to keep it in my room if there isn't space elsewhere. It's a tie between coffee and TV for my drug of choice. I also love art, music, books, comics and Game of Thrones! I also like to build things...for example, I built a dog bunk bed and a couple of film sets (spaceships!) I'm currently living in a fully furnished house with all the trimmings, so if you think I could add anything of value to your house as well, I'd be happy to oblige! The rest will likely end up in the skip or in storage. Things like: 3 plasma TVs, stainless steel fridge, bar fridge, Nespresso machine, washing machine, vacuum, SEVERAL couches, desk, dining room table and chairs, lawn mower, whipper snipper, lots of tools, an outdoor gas heater, a media centre pc and several terabytes of movies and TV shows! I have lived in houseshares before and would like some people I can hang out with, though I am respectful of other people's space. I clean up after myself and, obviously, my dogs. I'm pretty easy going, so hit me up if you think you'd like to meet me and my pooches!
I am a very friendly and a warm person. I like to keep things neat and I mostly keep to myself reading novels or my kindle. I love to cook but rarely do so. I do enjoy an occasional social party and I adjust very easily. :)
Hi I'm Rob, originally from NZ, been living in Melbourne almost 5 years now. I'm 28 and currently working in the events industry. Just finished up with the Melbourne Marathon and now moving on to the World Cup of Golf as the new Site manager. I like to keep healthy and try to get out mountain biking a few times a week. Grew up with 3 sisters so very much house trained, friendly and considerate of others. Have a fairly busy life from work, but always try to have a catch up when i have the time. Happy to live with quiet or sociable people, have lived with both before and get along great with either. Love animal's but don't have any myself. Non smokers preferred
Hi, I am a vet nurse and her pooch looking for a place to call home. Like my dog I'm a bit of a forever puppy, that being said I work hard and that includes longish hours 4 days a week. I'm 27 and live a pretty clean lifestyle apart from the cheeky cigarette at the end of the day. I'm not apposed to hanging out/a movie marathon with a glass of wine/beer or whatever your poison, but also more than happy to entertain myself if you are more on the private side. My dog 4yo dog absolutely adores people, he is a big boy so that may not be everybody's cup of tea but he will do his utmost to make you fall in love with him (It's not hard), don't worry though he knows he's not a lap dog! I am very open minded and accepting and looking to share a home with like minded people.

Spacious 2 double bedroom plus office Edwardian in Kew with off street parking. It has lovely new polished wooden floorboards, a convenient location close to trams, trains and buses and the CBD. You will have a generous sized bedroom to call your own, there is a shared bathroom but never fear, you will have your own throne to do your business on. Finally, the home boasts a large, landscaped private backyard with decking for hosting BBQ's on sunny days. Best of all, you’ll have your own carpark, so if you do have a car, parking will be no issue, doesn’t this sound like your dream come true? The place is available NOW so please ring me to arrange a viewing. SINGLES rent per week is $323.12 and is paid monthly so $1292.50 due on the 12th of each month. COUPLES: Rent per week is 187.50 so $750 (each) per month. I can furnish the room if required. Bond is $1292.50. (4 weeks) Bills such as water, gas, electricity and internet are separate and split down the middle. Don't worry though, they shouldn't be excessive.
FLEXIBLE WITH MOVE DATE AND LOCATION :) Also, I have pets! Hi potential roomies! My name is Liv; a 26 year old female, working full time and studying Nutrition via distance. About me; I enjoy seeing live music, finding new cafes and eating my way across Melbourne, day trips to the Dandenong Ranges to immerse myself in nature and walking my pocket sized pooches through all of the beautiful parks Melbourne has to offer! I've had over 5 years of experience living in share house arrangements (in other words, I know to empty the bin when it’s full and to put a new roll of toilet paper on when the existing roll has run out!) Ha, but in all seriousness, living in share houses for this long has meant that I am very considerate, very open minded and respectful of others privacy/separate lives. I’m very clean and I take a lot of pride in the house environment. I love homewares and interior decorating- on a budget- (so much love for Kmart!!). I’m fairly easy going and social, so I don’t mind if you have friends over for a couple of drinks on the weekends. More technical stuff: I have a car so I’d need somewhere (free) to park. I have furniture that I can bring if needed (lounge, dining set, fridge, washing machine, hallway/side tables, kitchen utensils/appliances/crockery) and my own bedroom furniture. I would like a large sized room that comfortably fits queen bed, desk, bed side tables and has a built in wardrobe. I would prefer unlimited internet so I’d be happy to set this up and split costs with housemates or chip in to any existing plan. I’m not in a huge rush to move as I would prefer to wait until I find the perfect fit (house and housemates) so I’m fairly flexible with moving dates as I can stay with my folks in the meantime. I'm not too picky on suburb- somewhere East or South East of Melbourne that isn’t too far from the city (e.g 20 minute drive) with nice walking tracks. I come as a "package" as I have pets (2 teeny tiny dogs and 1 cat). The dogs are tiny (the type that you could fit in your hand bag) however they aren’t small yappy dogs. They are toilet trained indoor dogs however are allowed outside when I am home. They are walked almost everyday however are just as happy to snuggle up together on my bed and wait for me to get home. They are both very clean and go to the dog groomers every 6 weeks (Boo doesn’t lose any hair, Ruby loses minimal). They are very happy little dogs that simply LOVE people and are always happy to be on someone’s (generally, anyone’s!) lap getting attention! My cat Dexter is an indoor/outdoor cat (not allowed outside when it is dark). He is petrified of other cats so I cannot take him into a house where there were existing cats. Although he is scared of other cats, he loves dogs. I can provide rental references for the pets! About YOU; I am looking for friendly and social housemates (with experience living in share houses), who are happy to have a chat/laugh when we cross paths and share the odd glass of wine together. HOWEVER I am also a very independent person that appreciates time to myself- so suitable housemates would be respectful of eachothers space. Suitable housemates must LOVE animals and be happy to let my dogs outside to the toilet (if you’re home and I’m not). Suitable housemates would also be clean and share house jobs (rotating rosters have worked well in the past!). I have always lived with strangers who have ended up friends and I see myself living with like-minded people who wish to make a house a home- if I sound like someone you would like to live with, please get in touch :)

Hi there. I'm from Germany, Cologne, studying Beauty Therapy in Melbourne and looking after a quiet, clean and furnitured place near the centre. I learned Physiotherapist and Spa Manager some years ago and worked also in that profession. I'm a non smoker, like music, travelling, good food, always a good talk, shopping and reading. I like to be in the nature and doing a little bit of sport. I don't like noise, if everything is dirty and daily party in the house. If you offer a home place like this, contact me! :-) and find an honest, clean and quiet flatmate.
I work and study full time however if I'm not doing either of those I love to be at the gym or out with friends. I've been in share accommodation before and really enjoyed living with different types of people. As much as I love my privacy I also love getting to know my house mates and having the odd big cook up together or drinks after work.
Open minded individual looking for a nice room in a house/apartment, working full time split between my 2 jobs as a Barista and Sales Consultant. Currently a student but just finished my exams and am on summer holidays. Into just about everything, music, reading, gym, self development, skating, hanging out with friends. Won't be at home heaps since I'm usually relatively busy, would like to live with anywhere from 2-4 people and hopefully make some great friends along the way Tidy, can cook, and although busy lead a relatively quiet lifestyle. Any questions don't hesitate to call or text me. Looking to move out A$AP.
Sadly we are saying goodbye to one housemate who is leaving to be closer to work, which means now there is a large unfurnished room available on the 01/11/2016. The house has 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower/bath), 1 toilet, 4 bedrooms. Photo's of the room will be updated. our current housemate is still moving out. Our house is on Princess Street, and is within walking distance of PT and Kew Junction, and is a very cheap Uber to and from the city. Around the corner is also a small set of local shops and a couple of awesome cafes. Fortunately, our backyard is HUGE so you can park off the street with ample backyard still left for summer beers and chill. In our lounge room, we love to listen to our vinyl collection and watch movies on our projector. While we often have busy lives, we like to take the time to hang out whether at home or going out to a gig etc.
3 Bedroom Townhouse located in prestigious Kew precinct. House has separated kitchen, open plan dining area and living room area. Very spacious and high ceilings. Fully furnished with dining table and chairs, lounge suite, Fridge and Washing Machine. Double garage and has own private courtyard.
I'm Pei, in my early twenties and currently working full-time in Kew. I've taken the year off uni but will be returning to RMIT as an architecture student next year. My current housemate's financial situation has changed and has had to move so I am currently exploring my options, ie. looking for a temporary housemate to fill her room, or moving out. I'm from Malaysia and I've been living in Melbourne for the last 4 years. Having moved around a fair bit in that time (happens when you're an international student) I'm hoping to find a great location and flatmates to set down slightly more permanent roots. I'm easygoing, love conversation over a good meal, but fairly private. I enjoy reading, paint occasionally but my life is mostly consumed by architecture at this point. I'm also in a long-distance relationship so you'll be spared one of the greatest banes of sharing a thin-walled apartment for most of the year. ;)
Room for rent in quiet townhouse block! We recently took lease of this apartment which has been freshly carpeted and painted. It features modern layout and appliances. It's located back from Burke Road within a secure block. The apartment is over 2 levels, has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. 2 living areas, private courtyard, laundry and built in robes in all 3 spacious bedrooms. We have gas heating, security system, intercoms installed throughout the house and unlimited ADSL. The apartment is close to the Camberwell dining and shopping strip whilst being far enough away to be in a relaxed environment. The well serviced Camberwell train station is 1.5km down the road. The route 72 stops outside and the 109 is 300 metres away. Swinburne Uni is a pleasant half hour walk through quiet streets or a quick drive. We're still equipping the house with a few appliances but most is already provided.
21, law and finance uni student, work a lot, clean and keeps to herself.
Cosy townhouse in the amazing suburb of Kew looking for a new addition to the household. Close to public transport (bus and tram) and a short distance from shops. We've got 1 room to rent in a freshly renovated share house. We are easy going working professionals looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The house is situated in a pristine street in close proximity to the local park/shops/pub. Please feel free to contact me on my mobile to organise a walk through.
We are a graduate couple from the United Kingdom currently travelling Australia on a working holiday visa. We have been in Melbourne for three months already and are looking for a flat for a further three months, before continuing our travels. We both work so are out most days. We are a tidy, respectful couple, who enjoy cooking. Looking for a clean house with flat mates who enjoy a chat and a beer.
looking for a particularly groovy individual to join our gaff! Large top floor apartment with one room available – room can come fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and build-in wardrobe, or empty if you prefer. Kitchen, laundry and living area are fully furnished, but you’re welcome to bring some furniture or kitchen things if you have them. Area itself is great, quiet and convenient. the Rec Centre with gym and pool is right across the road (as is KFC, so yunno) and we’re on High Street so walking distance from trams to the city as well as easy peasy access to a bunch of cafes, supermarkets, and maccas. Glenferrie road is just around the corner, so we're a 15-20 minute walk from Swinburne Uni and Glenferrie Train Station. A secure undercover carpark space is also available if you need it for an extra $50/month, otherwise there's a decent amount of on street parking around and a guest parking lot that we "shouldn't" park in but do. Ideally looking for someone who knows how to live in a share house - tidy/clean up after themselves and pay bills on time. For the most part the flat is pretty quiet, but love to have someone sociable around for a couple of bevs on the balcony or to join in on lazy sunday netflix sessions, as well as the occasional mario kart competition.

Hi. I am an engineer turned filmmaker and moved to Melbourne to direct a film which still is in pre-production and occupies most of my time. I am pretty easy going, and looking for a quiet place that gives me inspiration to focus on arty side of my craft. Like an ale or two on weekend or go out for a few. I hope to find a quiet place and with max three people sharing. Any question, please drop me a line.
