Young couple moving to Melbourne looking for temporary accommodation and friends!
I'm extremely tidy and very aware of my surroundings and other people. Though I like down time at home, I am very hospitable with time and efforts. I am looking to share a house with one other professional in a place with own room and bathroom. Preferably unfurnished and non smoking environment. A bit about me: * DTE; * Professionally employed in Construction (about to undertake studies for 12 months); * Have 2 grown up and independent children; * Avid traveller and outdoor activities; * Have a small farm in a wine region, so will be away most weekends (renovating); * Great cook, healthy outlook without going overboard; * Good conversationalist on all levels; * Animal lover; * Love anything renovations, designs and interiors; * Have a superking bed, so need ample size bedroom.
Heeeey, Im Talitha. Looking for a place that's 6 or more months but preferably a year if we are well suited. I'm generally very busy with work five days a week in the city as a dental nurse, study (online self paced). I dance twice a week and I'm really into my fitness. In my free time i like to see my boyfriend (His usually at mine once a week- some weeks i go to his place), see friends, play Xbox, cook, meal prep. I tend to be a clean person. I wont get mad over a cup / plate in the sink if you've had a busy day. Once a week after study i might have a glass of wine and watch a murder mystory doco. We can totally do that together too if you want. Love a boogie at revs or pawn&co when i do go out. I prefer to keep partying separate from my living arrangements. As long as my future roommates can communicate well about bills / issues / when people might pop by, I'm sure we will have a blast! My current lease ends in August 11 ... About you- -Male or female -Working full time / or studying -House hold of 3 MAXIMUM -Friendly -Clean -Considerate and able to communicate well -Over 21 & under 35 -Not on crack Hit me up xxx
I'm a professional in my 20s and have just relocated to Melbourne. Looking for: - Either a Private room with private bathroom OR Ensuite room OR Studio/1 bedroom apt/granny flat with ALL Bills Included, - Furnished - Near public transport with easy access to the City or Near Enough (Preferably around 20-30 mins max) I am social but also like to have my own space at times when I'm working on my projects. An occasional glass of wine or desserts over movies and checking out new places is what my mates and I usually do. I'm always up for Roadtrips/Long Drives, Exploring & Brekky for Dinner or anytime of the day! :D As I am relocating, I am more than open for suggestions on places to check out in Melbourne- and you're also welcome to join in on the fun if you're keen on such things!
I am an spanish architect who has been living in Australia for years. I am willing to find a good place to live and cook. About myself I am easy going, clean and respectful of other privacy. Pls don't hesitate to contact me.
I've just moved back to Melbourne from the Gold Coast after almost 2 years away, looking for something mid/long term, with just a couple of housemates of a similar age, guys or girls, who are clean and casual. I'm laid back, very social and quite active, clean and tidy and understand a need for good housekeeping. I find it hard to sit still so I spend most weekends out of the house, maybe go out of a Saturday night, but if its a nice day outside on a Sunday, setting up the decks and having couple beers in the backyard aren't going to go astray either. I like cooking up a good feed and I'm happy to cook for more than one. I have a 4 yr old Carpet Python that is extremely social and well handled, though i understand snakes aren't everyones cup of tea, if it makes you feel any better, the enclosure locks and she hasn't got opposable thumbs so it's very hard for her to escape. Plenty of photos on Instagram link. I have taken a few weeks off before i start my new job in civil construction, so will be working all over but mainly the M80 upgrade and Citylink works. Will be working up to 6 days on site so really want to be able to come home to a relaxing environment. I have 2 cars, so would really like to have a garage space or at very least, secured off street parking to keep the ute, the other is just a run about and not fussed where its parked, on a kerb, under a tree, in a tree, whatever. Though it's not super important as the ute is currently in storage and can stay there for a while. I'm on the left in the photo!
Hi guys! Looking for someone to take over my spacious room in Kew! The house borders on the edge of Kew and Hawthorn and is in a great location super close to many restaurants, cafes, shops and transport. We are a 5 minute walk to cotham and glenferrie road trams. Only a 10-15 minute walk to both Auburn and Glenferrie stations and is surrounded by many great park lands that are awesome on Melborne’s sunny days. The room itself is large. I have easily fit a queen size bed with bedside tables and furnishings. And also has a cute ornamental fireplace. The house is very spacious. Very good for entertaining. Has a one car driveway but has unlimited street parking and we have never had any issues with parking right outside the house. Rent is $230 per week. Bills are split evenly between us all and work out to be cheap. Unlimited wifi is also available.
Hey There, My name is Gavin, New to Melbourne from Beijing to study my Master degree at Melbourne University. I got my Bachelor in Performing arts and dance when I was in Beijing, worked full time as a content creator for internet fashion blogger about one and half years and worked part time as a dance teacher about 8 years, that's why maybe I'm always enjoy being creative, looking for good ideas for choreography and videos and getting my video and photo shooting skills better. When I am not working or studying, I like cook, watch movies, listen musics, hiking, picnic, vintage shopping and have a good wine with friends, would like to going out during weekends, visit good spots or shooting some good photos(still learning:) Also I am a clean, not too party-boy kind person. relax when I am free, work hard when job comes:) If you looking for a place to live or want to teamup, plus interested me, feel free to message me!! we could find a good place together! expect to move into a new apartment asap:)
Hello potential housemate(s), My lease in Narre Warren is ending soon, so I need a room to stay until I graduate this end of year (and if my new whatever visa application is granted, then I'll be able to extend my lease, but I'm still not sure at this stage). My current place is very far from everything I like even with a car, hence why I'd appreciate moving to somewhere more convenient or at least closer to my uni (can you believe I have to drive an hour everyday to uni or 2.5 hours in peak hour traffic? heh). Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me! Looking for: - Something in south east Melbourne, or north (closer to RMIT Bundoora campus)... E.g. Glen Waverley, Epping, South Morang, Dandenong or anything in between CBD and these suburbs. Oh I wouldn't mind mountain area too! - Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... But I also understand you get what you pay for... So I'll just put my wish out there for someone awesome to come forward :) - IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills based on price of the house! - Furnishing can be flexible as I have my own (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table + chairs, white goods, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV, TV stand, 2 sets of bedroom furniture.. If not needed tho, I can always sell some) - Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful guys and/or girls. About me: I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome milk tea! I seldom cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit. I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options. I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Only have classes on Tuesdays throughout the semester, and Fridays as well for the first 5 weeks only. But between mid August and early October, I have full time placement to go to and assignments to submit at the same time, so I'll be fairly busy. I am not a party person nor am I a smoker. At night or during weekends, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or doing assignments. During weekdays, I'll be at uni, or doing work placement. And if I still have energy working part time, I'll be doing that too. I respect personal space and privacy, and I'd expect my housemate(s) to value this as well. I'm always up for some chit-chat if you feel like sharing/talking, but I also value some quiet time in my own room. Oh did I mention I love dogs and cats and I'd be loving them with all my heart if I ever get lucky to live with one/them? If you've got anything you think might suit me, message me anytime, worst I'll say is no :) Hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Nancy.
I'm Adam, I moved down from Brisbane at the start of the year. I used to be a carpenter, now I work in finance so I'm good for a bit of banter. Don't mind a drink in or out. I'm always up to try new places and want to explore the city as much as I can. As far as living with me goes, I'm tidy and respectful. I always clean up after myself and am mindful of others privacy/space/etc. I keep things pretty quiet on school nights, can work long hours. If you think I'd be a good fit, send me a message.

Hello Everyone! I’m Fee, a 24 year old business student from Hamburg, Germany. I’m coming to Melbourne to study at Swinburne University for a semester end of July. Prior to starting my degree at the University of Hamburg I lived in England for three years and now after two years in Hamburg it’s time to venture out again! During my time in England and Hamburg I’ve gathered quite some flat share experience and have been told that I make a pretty good flat mate!:) I’m outgoing, tidy and easy to get along with. I love to have a chat or cook together but I also don’t mind if the door is closed :) I am looking to rent a room until end of December so approximately 5 months. If you are looking for a flat mate or have any questions, feel free to contact me! Best Wishes Fee
I've just moved to Melbourne and looking for a place to call home, not a house to live in. I'm friendly, bubbly, energetic and enjoy having fun with friends. I'm tidy and respectful of others personal space. I love exercising and looking forward to exploring the sites and culinary delights of Melbourne on weekends, as I work full time Monday to Friday in customer service.
Mature age student, studying arts, working, reliable, with refs, vegetarian, active, enjoys healthy lifestyle, loves animals & nature, loves a bit of cooking, gardening, sketching, cuppas, log fires, good books, foreign films and homely homes with people with similar interests. I'm a bit of a greenie, who respects the environment and recycles, doesn't use chemicals, likes natural smells like fresh air and fresh flowers. I treat the home as a sacred place that is welcoming and great to come home to, a place where we feel welcome and comfortable to be ourselves with the highs and lows life deals out to us. I hope to find the right match of people to share with.I shall be looking long term as I'll be at uni for at least the next four years. I have a gorgeous little Shi-tzu, Beatle and an old cat Inky who are very well cared for, good mannered and adorable. Beatle is walked twice a day and I'm out with him exploring parks as often as possible & mostly all weekend. They live inside and mainly sleep the rest of the time. I like lots of cuppas while I am working and sometimes work from home.
Hi, I am an international student and working part-time. I have previously studied in a boarding school and I am extremely mature and respectful of people's boundaries. I am pretty easy-going, amiable and love animals.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and clean all the time. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it.
Professional Gay Couple seeking temporary accommodation while saving. We are low key and both work long hours. Very considerate and private. Seeking somewhere affordable and quiet to make home while saving for a future.
Hey, I'm Abhijeet. I'm a student looking for a nice accommodation with chilled, respectful, co-operative people. I will be looking for a part-time job in the future and will be at the university for 3-4 days a week. I'm great at making friends and love socialising, having fun as well as hanging out with friends. I'm also a clean and tidy guy and can cook some foods. I'm up for sharing food provided we also share the groceries. Cheers!
My name is Emma, originally from London, and my boyfriend Luke is Canadian, we met while travelling South East Asia and have been together nearly 2 years. I currently have a sponsorship for the next 2 years and work in advertising while Luke is here on his work/travel visa and is just completing his 88 days farm work in Tasmania. We are both social, outgoing people who also respect peoples need for privacy. During the week I am out at work 9-5 and in the evenings I am usually either at a boxing or dance lesson or at a work function, Luke will be securing a job once he arrives in Melbourne and loves to play and watch tennis! When we are not out and about we enjoy chilling out and watching a good movie or having a Netflix binge. Having just moved to Melbourne it would be good to be part of a household that enjoys each other’s company but also understands the need for each others space.
