Hi my name is Maddie (22). I am looking to start a brand new flatshare in Kew with my friend Abigail (20), who is studying a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Creative Writing) at Swinburne. I am study a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Design Realisation), and my hobbies are sewing and art. We are hoping to create a friendly, laid-back and homely atmosphere, and we enjoy watching movies, the occasional glass of wine, and perhaps even cooking together. We are hoping to move out with one to two others. Feel free to message me if this sounds like something you are interested in! We have our eye on a few properties currently and are hoping to move ASAP. Cheers!
Hey my names Daniel and I’m 28. I currently am employed full time for Origin Energy and re locating to Melbourne to remain with the company but in a different role. I’m a very respectful person who keeps things clean and tidy on a regular basis. I do not have any pets and have lived with a roommate before. I enjoy socialising and meeting new people as well going to the gym and beach. I’m an easy going laid back sort of person. I look forward to hearing from you.
I am an easy going, friendly, and positive person. I am responsible and respectful of others and shared spaces as well as open minded and dependable. I enjoy meeting new people, trying new things, being outdoors, cooking, going out for food and drinks, and dancing. I am 25 and from the US on a working holiday visa in Melbourne. I would enjoy living with others whom are also laid back and respectful. I have had experiences living in both a shared house and shared apartment, all of which have been great! I am looking for a well lived in space where I can feel comfortable having visitors every now and then, cooking often, listening to music, and sharing a pleasant living experience overall.
We want our new home to be just as much yours as it is ours, and look forward to building a little community together. Come as you are, we're not fussy! We'd love to share dinner and play board games altogether every so often (however, not obligatory). We have a washing machine/fridge/lots of indoor plants/brand new leather couch/all kitchen items/spare drawers, etc. We're flexible with furnishings and happy for those that have nothing to join, as well as those that have already set themselves up, we'll be able to work something out!
I am a boss at cleaning the kitchen and living / communal spaces ! I can cook simple meals and love to share a glass of wine or a meal , as well as respecting personal space . I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment , so I bring just me and my awesome sense of fun :) I am looking for my first long term rental / out of home and hope to find a clean affordable space with up to two people to share with ...
I'm a 30-something professional who needs a quiet space to relax after work. I pay bills on time (usually early) and like to keep things tidy. Easy to get along with. I don't smoke and have no pets. I'm into tabletop games, comedy and sci-fi on Netflix. I like to eat healthy food and coffee is essential to my diet. :) I am LGBTI-friendly. Happy to occasionally chat over wine or go out for breakfast on a weekend. :) Because of where I work, it's important I live near a tram or train that goes direct to the city in 30 minutes or less.
I'm from Brazil, architect and living in Melbourne. I'm responsable, clean and quiet, but like of talk with people and learn more about certain subjects with them. I like always to organise my things and don't like messy.
Hey I'm Nicole. I run a small business doing face painting, balloon twisting and make-up. As I've been in the industry for 7 years, and given the high pay rate, I make the equivalent of full time salary doing this work and have consistently supported myself and lived very comfortably doing this. I also have a degree in psychology and neuroscience, a sociable and toilet-trained bunny, and enjoy music.
Hi I'm Lockie, I'm 24 and I work full time as an electrician based mostly in the city/airport. I work pretty normal hours, typically starting around 7-8am and finishing around 3pm. But don't worry I'm really quiet when leaving the house. During the week I usually like to chill at home. Nerdier than you might expect. Nights at home are usually spent watching some sort of Sci Fi/TV, games or reading. That being said, doesn't take much to convince me to join mid week drinks/dinner. I do try and visit the gym enough to justify the cost of it as well so I can be out of the house a bit at times. Weekends are spent usually out with friends either going to bars or just hanging out. With the weather clearing up a bit I do like to get outdoors a bit and have an itch to start exploring more, whether that be going for a road trip, hike or camping. Pet friendly, especially with cats. Sadly the furry one in my profile picture won't be joining me. I do love music so I'll often be caught with my headphones in or playing tunes through speakers but I do respect noise levels. Always up for listening to new stuff with housemates. I do my best to keep a clean house, consequence of being raised by two massive clean freaks. That being said I'm not gonna be starting a war over some dirty dishes. I'm also happy to help around the house where I can and make it feel like more of a home. I pay all my bills/rent on time and keep track of my finances pretty well so rent money doesn't become an issue. Lastly, I do have a lot of respect for people's privacy and giving them the space they need in the house. I also believe that good communication is key to thriving so don't be afraid to bring up any problems/issues with me. End of the day, I'd like for us to be friends, not just roommates.
I'm Patricia, a spanish remedial massage student working in hospitality. I've been In Melbourne since October 2018. I'm looking for a single room where to live for long term if it's possible. More about me... I'm 27 years old, vegetarian, non-smoker, quiet, friendly, responsible with payments, totally respectful with private space, easy going, clean and tidy. Music and Netflix lover. Alimals, reading and climbing. A bit geek. It would be nice to live with LGBT friendly people and housemates with whom have share some our free time in the house.

My name is Kaylie and i'm interested in renting a room and finding some housemates. I'm a 22 year old easy going nurse working in Wantirna and moved from QLD early last year. I enjoy trash television and having a couple of sneaky wines with my current roommates but also respect privacy. I'm a tidy person and am looking for like minded house mates to also hang out with as friends.
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
A delightful, spacious, sun-filled three bedroom apartment! At an amazing location too! Only minutes walk to trams, buses, Kew Junction, High St cafes, shops, restaurants and Eglington Reserve, with easy access to the Eastern Freeway - yet still quietly positioned. Kew Recreation Centre is just across the road for your leisure and enjoyment. These generous-sized rooms are sure to impress ! Every room is fully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space. The apartment is freshly painted with new floor boards and a secure intercom system. There is one undercover parking space, two visitors space and plenty of on-street parking. You definitely won't be disappointed with an inspection! Free unlimited internet is included. All other utilities bills are shared equally between housemates. Rent is paid monthly in advance plus one month's bond is required before moving in. No pets are allowed and no couples please. We are looking for clean and responsible tenants who are willing to share a cleaning roster for the common areas to keep the place clean. Rooms range from $220 -$230 per week. The place is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen and laundry essentials. Each room has a bed, bedside table & lamp, study desk, chair & bookshelf, armchair & coffee table. All you need to bring is your suitcase! If all this interests you, please contact Lynnette for an inspection!
We are clean, tidy, respectful, down to earth and easy to get along with :). We like to keep to ourselves and aren't looking for a party house but don't mind socialising and having a good time by any means!! We're moving from Brisbane to Melbourne and would love to sort out an easy start before moving, as opposed to being in a hotel while looking for a place, so if you're keen to set up an inspection please let us know ASAP :) Suzi has family friends who can help with work just not accommodation, around sunshine, so near there is preferrable but retty much anywhere in Melbourne would be okay :)
I currently study at Unimelb/VCA. Looking for a new place and to move out relatively soon. I'm 24, a fairly soical guy, but definitely love my own space. I'm very clean, organised and respectful as a house mate. For the most part I'm pretty focussed on school and am there most of the time, 5 days a week. I also love to cook. Usually on the weekends, if I'm not working. I'll go see theatre, check out a festival or two, or play some tennis, squash or indoor soccer. I like the odd tipsy board game night with housemates and am always down for watching a movie or just chatting. I'm pretty efficient about moving out and have a good rental history. So let me know if you have any questions. Warmest regards Hugo.
I pay rent and bills first before food (Resources = $650/fortnight) I am very quiet (you won't be disturbed by me as I am very considerate of others) and clean after myself. I am from France and have been living in Australia for 18 years. I like watching movies. I also have a cute cat.
Looking for somewhere pet friendly as I have a 3 yo Labrador (best if he’s the only pet tho). Max spend $230/week. I work in Fitzroy so preferably not too long of a commute from there. I’m not someone who goes out every weekend, more into hanging at home watching Netflix. I’d like a house where everyone is friendly and likes to cook dinner together occasionally but also understands everyone needs ‘me’ time. I’ve been renting for over 5 years now and have never paid my rent late. My own room may get a bit messy but I always keep communal areas clean and tidy :) I also have quite a bit of furniture and things like fridge, washing machine and dryer so can help out with furnishing and don’t need a room that’s already furnished.
Hi, I am Katherine, am from Colombia. I am study English in the morning and work in the afternoon till night, are gonna be for 8 months or more. I am generally a pretty easy going person, enjoy a place that is clean and tidy most of the time but not fastidious.. I love dogs if you have them. I like a bit of gardening so will probably be keen to get some planters going with some simple herbs. I also love to cook when the mood takes me and enjoy a glass of wine/chat with people I live with but also happy to do my own thing. I am from Adelaide but been in Melbourne for the last two years. Looking for a place to make home long term. I would prefer to live with other women that are also renting. I am currently working full time and studying part time but will be going full time in March at Deakin doing psychology and working part time so I imagine I will be out quite a bit! I'm left leaning and enjoy hiking and yoga, would also prefer to wait to find the right place :)
I'm very down to earth and enjoy my own space. I love dogs and games. Dont mind to chat over drinks. I'm a student at William Angliss and love to cook during my free time :)
