Looking for two people or a couple to move into a spacious, safe and beautiful ensuite located in the midst of High Street in the best suburb in Melbourne! The room comfortably fits two, with beds and built in wardrobes. Would love to lock you in asap as I am going on a holiday until early Jan! After only 10 months of living here I have fallen in love with the ease of this location - the 48 and 109 trams will take you to the city in 20-30 minutes. High Street provides everything you need for food shopping and delicious eats of an evening. There is a gym right across the road, as well as two lovely parks 5 minutes away. Possibly my favourite thing about this adorable apartment is everyone has enough room to move, the balcony provides a stunning sunset year round (if you look above the glowing KFC right ahead) and everyone in the complex is lovely. I am flexible with furnishings! The only extras are power and wifi, which are split by four. Car parking is either on street or in the visitors (which we aren't supposed to use but always do).
Spacious and secure 2 double bedroom Edwardian house in Kew with off street parking. It has shiny, new polished wooden floorboards, a convenient location close to trams, trains and buses and the CBD. You will have a generous sized bedroom, there is a shared bathroom, though there are two toilets. Finally, the home boasts a large, landscaped private backyard with decking for hosting BBQ's on sunny days. Best of all, you’ll have your own off street carpark. Tram 48 is 200 meters away. The place is available NOW so please ring me to arrange a viewing. SINGLES rent per week is $310 (neg.) and is paid monthly- so $1240 due on the 12th of each month. Bond is 4 weeks rent. COUPLES: Rent per week is 187.50 so $750 (each) per month. Bond is $750 each (4 weeks rent) The room is unfurnished. Bills are separate and split down the middle. Don't worry though, they shouldn't be excessive.

Hey there! my name's Bianca. I'm a Tassie gal who is a uni graduate and I'm moving to the big smoke in late December/early January to do legal prac and then work as a baby lawyer. I have lived in share houses for 2 years now, and as a housemate I'm very chill, social, like to share the odd meal and have some banter in the house. At the same time, I'm good at respecting everyone's space and down time. I am clean, reliable, and always pay rent/bills on time. I'm not too keen on throwing ragers in the house every weekend but wouldn't say no to heading out for a few bevs. Other interests include wine and netflix, fashion and styling, pretending I'm on an episode of MasterChef and cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and keeping fit (or at least attempting to do so). As I will be new to the city I'll also be out exploring a lot when I'm not working. If I'm the type of housemate you're looking for, feel free to hit me up! x

I'm 21 years of age and work full time in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I'm a fun bubbly person who loves to catch up with friends regularly and be productive on weekends. I study part time through work so I tend to be a bit of a hermit from time to time. I'm a very clean person, making sure all communal areas of the house are clean all the time. I like to interact with my housemates but I also love to be on my own and enjoy the peace and quiet. If you think I'd make a good housemate, give me a message. Looking to move out in January!

Hi, I'm Emmilee! I'm currently a student and next year I'll be studying social work at RMIT in the city. I also currently work part time. I'm looking for a room in a sharehouse that isn't too far from the city as I'll be travelling there quite often for Uni. I also need a room with an ensuite as I like my privacy quite a bit. My max budget is $200 but will go to $220 including bills. I'm very clean and tidy and roommates that are also clean and tidy is a must for me. I'm not very loud, and I tend to stick to myself most of the time.
Hi, my name is Kendall. I'm a Registered Nurse working in a GP clinic so I pretty much work full time 9-5. I am sociable and love to hang out with friends and housemates but also like to chill out by myself sometimes. I am neat and tidy in common areas, but mess doesn't really bother me if other people make it haha. I am looking for a share house with 3-4 social, like-minded people.
Fully house trained and fully housemate trained! Won't eat your stuff, will clean my stuff up and doesn’t sweat the small stuff! I'm Lynsey, British, working at a Health Centre in Richmond and looking for like-minded people to live with. I don’t take myself too seriously and have a go-to store of bad jokes – Went on a date with a dolphin... we just clicked – but I’m a Literature grad and have worked in publishing in London for the past few years so can match you in pretentious conversations if you so wish (would prefer it if you didn’t!). I’m far too old to live in a party house and am just looking for a chilled out, clean home, with friendly housemates to chat, cook and make the most of Melbourne with. I’m easy going and easy to get along with, tidy and respectful of other people’s space. My pub quiz specialist topics would be pop culture, 80’s films and indie music and I’m willing to pretend to have an interest in sport for the right house! If it sounds like I could be a good fit for your place, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I'm not much of a party animal but I love watching Netflix and chatting. I also love to cook (and bake) and am both neat and considerate. I also have furniture to contribute if needed (fridge, couch, bookshelves, dining table).

Hi there! We are looking for a new housemate in our townhouse centrally located in Hawthorn. We are located right on Glenferrie Road which is perfect for those who need to travel on public transport, because tram 16 stops right outside the house. About the house: A four bedroom townhouse with open and spatious loungeroom, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is located downstairs. We like to keep all communal spaces clean most of the time. The rent amount does not include bills, (we have gas and electricity) but works out to be about $20-30 a month. It does have a small sized wardrobe also. The room can fit a queen sized bed, small desk and chest of drawers comfortably. We are looking for someone to go on the lease commencing in 2017. The person has to be friendly, speaks English and most importantly understands the importance of being clean and tidy in a share house.
Originally from England, I moved here 11 years ago. Recently turned 37, but seem to holding on quite well to my 20s. I decided to re-train as a student primary school teacher, but at 37, I've got my shit together. Not sure if there's a contradiction in there by being a student in my late 30s? After many years of marathon running, Ultras and Ironman - I decided to risk all and walk/run across Australia. Long story. But I didn't make it. I know when to talk, give space and clean up after myself - Im house trained!
