The house is located at the end of a court. Plenty of parking. Each room has its own 60 inch TV mounted to the wall and is nicely decorated. The room available is listed as 1 on the floorplan in pictures. . I am more interested in getting decent, long term people in, because it makes the house feel like more of a home, rather then a drop in motel. We order out together, cook for each other, its a really nice and chilled environment. The rules are fairly simple. Follow good common sense. The rent and bills and notice to vacate are calculated on a monthly basis from the first of the month. Portions of the property are being upgraded, the current project is the front yard and pool area. In the front yard I am building an alfresco, with pizza ovens, rotisserie spit, outdoor firepit/place/chimineas all undercover. And the pool and pool area are being tiled, a sauna and Jacuzzi room installed (google images for "Hammam" to get the gist of how it will look). None of the renovations or upgrades tend to effect anyone living in the house. It just means that the longer you stay, the more use of the facilities you will have. (its going to be amazing). We're looking to team up with one or two people for a fresh share house in or around our preferred suburbs. Mostly this area because it's cheap for new builds and everyone can get their own bathroom, which I think is always the preference. We're happy to look outside this area as long as we can still find something that suits us. I’m a pretty quiet and chilled out person, keep to myself a lot of the time and prefer a night in with a book or a movie to a party. I don’t drink or smoke, however I do have a 3 year old shepherd cross named Luna who I love dearly and would be keeping with me. She prefers to be curled up inside with me, so unless you are a lover of dogs a private area with an enclosed yard would suit us best. I work full time and also participate in weekly sporting activities, so I keep fairly busy. I’ve been searching for a pet-friendly place that is both affordable and within reasonable proximity to my workplace for more than a year and a half now, and it would be fantastic to finally find a place to call my own. Flexible with the length of stay - at least 6+ months, with the potential to become 12+ months if all is travelling well. Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue.
