I have come out to Sydney to further my rugby development at Norths rugby and enjoy the beautiful weather here. I have worked hard to save up money to fund my trip, but I am also applying for jobs now so I can make the most of my time in Australia. I have a place at Swansea university in September 2017 to study Sport and Exercise science as well as receiving offers from other universities. I am a very considerate and tidy person and I can provide a character reference from the people I am currently staying with in Gordon. Jess my girlfriend of 18 months is coming out to join me on February 15th and we are looking for a place to rent with our own privacy. Jess like me enjoys all sports and plays netball, hockey, lacrosse, tennis and is also a very keen horse rider. She has also got a working holiday visa so will get a job once she is out here. Jess has a place at Exeter University to study History also in September 2017. We are very easy going, kind and thoughtful people and we can give references if required. Despite our age we are mature and respectful individuals and would be great tenants in your property!

Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).
Relocating from Perth to Sydney for work. Easy going lad. I will be spending weekdays working in North Ryde starting a new job. I'm pretty social and have lots of interests. I'm a home owner myself and handy with maintenance etc. Currently living in a Perth sharehouse with 3 under 24's and have lived in many share houses in the past. Flying to Sydney on the 1st Feb and looking for accommodation as close to this date as possible. I'm a car guy and usually have 2 cars so need somewhere that can accommodate that. We can consider a shared bathroom, as long as the bathroom is clean. We are looking at an initial 3-6 months rent, but could extend up to a year if we liked the place.

If you are a smoker do not read on. I will only take people who do not smoke at all. Also, I am allergic to some scents so if you are a male using cologne's this could be a problem. Rent is $230 pw for a single - $340 for a double. However, this includes a cleaning fee and if you clean your own bathroom and do a couple of small jobs around the house then some of this will be returned. This is my family home and currently my children are overseas or studying elsewhere. I have another girl in her 20's living here. It is a large home so I thought it might be good to offer some rooms out. Shorter term stayers are welcome as I know how difficult it is to find short term accommodation. However, you will need to be able to pay the bond upfront. No parties - but I am happy for you to have your friends over for an evening meal etc..... We are a shoe free household. We are 10 mins walk from the station at Lindfield. We are in a safe area of Sydney. If you are here for study the room has a lovely garden aspect. If you are a smoker - do not apply. I am a clean person and motivated with working towards my career in music and performing. I am a friendly, sociable person, but I am also happy to keep to myself company as I have a busy life between studying, working and working on performance opportunities. As a flatmate, my only desire is for Home to be a comfortable, relaxing place to be.
Full time Software professional, non-smoker, tidy, friendly, likes long walks on the beach etc.. -- I'm looking for a room north of the bridge with a reasonable commute to the city. Preferably with street parking and it's own bathroom. I work full time in the city and spend alot of my spare time out of the house doing things like eating with friends, going to the gym, some volunteer work and getting out into nature! I have no problems paying rent on time and have great personal references. If you think your room and I are a match made in heaven, I'd love to hear from you!
Hi, my 16 year old dog and myself are looking for a lovely quiet home. I do many different hours due to a few different jobs, day and some evening shifts and needing a quiet and relaxing environment to spend my time off in. I'm not a party person, but enjoy socializing when i get the time. I'm into holistic lifestyle and Very open minded, respectful of others. I am an Art Therapist and also work in Disabilities. I'd love a big enough space to be creative in. A garage would also be handy, and a fenced yard for my doggie whilst I'm at work. Looking for modern, or old with character " clean" home preferably with built in wardrobes, or at least storage space with wifi included.
Hello I'm Andre. I am tidy, quiet & clean. Work in childcare and like to rest at home. I mainly socialise outside the house. Like to cook a few times a week. Always pay rent on time, and can provide reference to that effect.
Moving to Sydney for work. I'm tidy, reliable and a decent cook (if I do say so myself). Looking for housemates with an apartment or meeting other people who'd like to team-up to get an apartment. Guys/girls, it doesn't matter - as long as you're friendly and fun to live with.
A quiet cinematographer who doesn't drink, smoke, pick-up, or eat bad asian food. Yes that's right -- I'm asian. Just like the stereotype, it makes me a nerdy, play ps4, on the computer, responsible type that mainstream media has allowed us all to enjoy. However if required I am capable of bringing out the Senor Chang and creating funny, banterific, meme-tastic and lovable moments. I am capable of excellent d&m's or straight s&!t talk. I enjoy long walks on the beach, TV, movies, chilling the shit, and have a wide variety of interests that allow me ability to converse in many topics. Examples: what a lovely arabesque dance movement! Your child is 3-5 years old... how did you survive the 2 year old apocalypse? You like lobster -- my friend has an amazing lobster cosplay outfit! Will arrive after the 28th of January in Sydney as I'm currently moving out of Perth. I'll bring a car with me and have an amount saved for emergencies and more. Will Uber drive while in Sydney while finding more concrete part-time work. Hope you like my profile. Merry Christmas. Happy New Year. Enjoy Yourself.
I'm currently working in retail and the health/fitness Industry and looking for a furnished room with some easy going housemates. Looking for somewhere for no more than 6-8 months. I am usually up super early to train, often staying out for the most part of the day and returning home late evening or early evening depending on work. I am tidy, respectful and like to keep to myself and wind down but also appreciate a good atmosphere and some banter.
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.

Moving to Sydney in January for a job, working full time in a consultancy (engineering geology) in North Ryde. I'm brand new to Sydney and looking to find a relaxed, mature and friendly household to fit into somewhere on the north shore. I'm outdoorsie and generally pretty active (hiking, mtb, snowboarding) , although I also really enjoy my time at home with a book, movies or gardening. Hi, I'm 25 yrs old and work full time at Ch 9 in Willoughby. I've been living with my folks at Brookyn but finding the commuting taxing! I'm neat and tidy and love playing my accustic guitar. Prefer to share with people around my own age. Male or female.
Currently work as a call centre manager in Frenchs Forest. Lived on the northern beaches my entire life. Music enthusiast, bass guitarist. Tiny bit of a beer snob.
Just finished my university degree in Brisbane and have been lucky enough to find a Job in Sydney. I'm a very easy going person and would fit into almost any house hold. I like to think of myself as a social person and am always up for anything if i have the time. I am very considerate when it comes to cleaning and looking after the house and always down to hang out or give you space if you need it. Excited to explore Sydney and meet new people! Move date is also very flexible.
I'm fun and quirky... But also clean and responsible. I watch a lot of tv/ YouTube. I like to do some light reading. Don't have a lot of friends. I visit them more then they do me. I'm all for having a roster on who cleans the house when just don't ever mother me to clean the place up at 8 in the morning. I'm not a morning person. Know that I would rather have a clean house then a dirty place. I clean up after myself.
