I'm a 30 year old female living in Newcastle with my husband and two beautiful Brittany dogs. I have recently accepted a job offer in Sydney CBD as a web dev and am looking for a place to stay mainly during week days. However, it would be great if your place is pet friendly so my dogs can come visit occasionally. I was originally from China but have been around the world, one year in Sweden, five years in New Zealand and have finally settled down in beautiful Australia two years ago. I love exploring the nature with my beloved dogs and of course with my hubby who is a mining engineer. I eat healthy food and enjoy gardening, DIY projects and programming. Love a beer or a glass of wine occasionally after work but not loud party kind of person. If you're looking for a mature, responsible and fun flatmate who's only there half of the time then we should have a chat.
A clean big spacious apartment! Your own bedroom with a ensuite. In the beautiful leafy suburbs of the north shore, a highly sought after area. Close to Killara station, walking distance of 8 minutes! Also Gordon just down the road!
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
I'm 22 years old from New Zealand living I'm Sydney permenantly, I'm working full time in hospitality. I am clean and tidy, bubbly and talkative, always down for a wine and a chat. I am looking for a place from the 12th of January, preferably an unfurnished room. Thanks!
Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I think I am pretty social, laid back and will occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and considering starting masters mid sem 2017, but will see how I feel in 6 months. On 28/11 I flew from QLD to Sydney for a job in the city. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!

Hello all, I am a female working professional. Would like to look for a place which is cozy and clean to live in. I am friendly and i love travelling, reading and exercising during my free time.
Hello. I am a nursing student in my final year, looking for a house/home. I'm looking for somewhere balanced between friendly and respectful. To me, this means nice people happy to have a meal together every so often and responsible enough to pick up milk on the way home. I think the dynamic of balanced sharing (bills, food, cooking) works well. I enjoy a range of hobbies including knitting, rock climbing, camping, and cooking. I value the relationship of my flatmates over the flat, a good laugh at the end of the day is more important than a good view. I am a very down to earth and moral person, and I appreciate self awareness. I don't really mind too much where I live, as long as it has a train line and good flatmates.
I am an easy-going person who has 4 years experience living in share houses. Work full time in finance industry so have a fairly busy life style, but enjoy a relaxing night after work with good companies. Like being tidy & clean in my living environment. Looking forward to find flatmates alike!
My name is Aloura and I am 18 years of age. I just recently got accepted into Macquarie University North Ryde to do a Bachelor of Arts with a major in philosophy and minor in sociology and anthropology (my true passion) therefore I am looking for a place of residence that's convenient in terms of commuting back and forth. I am a responsible, independent and tidy person who respects the space of others and enjoys having fun and socializing with good company.

Hello! Looking for a group of chill, fun and tidy girls and guys to flat with. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and fun to have around. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 15 years but have just started working full time for a youth organisation based in Sydney so I'm keen to find a convenient spot that's close to public transport. If you'd like to know more about me, please feel free to send me a message!

Hi! My name is Shona and my partner and I are moving to Sydney from Canberra in February so that I can study my Masters. We are a young professional couple and have already been living together for a year. We enjoy watching a good tv series, going for walks and hikes, Daniel is right into cars and loves his Land Cruiser like nothing else, and I like to do a lot of dancing. We're looking for a place with friendly housemates to show us the best places around, who would like to have a chat and dinner or a drink but also respect each others privacy. We are easy going, clean, and sociable people. We like to go camping and have bbqs and we love GoT. I'm expecting to be quite busy next year with my degree, and will also be looking for a casual job, and Daniel will be working full time. If you think we could be a good fit for your place, shoot me a message!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to move into a large modern unfurnished apartment. This residence is perfect for couples or young families. Apartment features: Large bedroom with built in wardrobe Spacious balcony Undercover parking Own storage area If you have any questions about the apartment, please feel free to ask!
Looking to move on Dec 20th 2016. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with ex housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I'm a professional who works in the city, knows how to manage a house, pays rent on time, considerate with other people.

I'm looking for a place for myself and my three year old boy. I am from China. We are looking for a room of about 20+ square meters, plus kitchen and bathroom which can be shared. A lovely and well maintained Art Deco 2 bedroom plus study apartment in Gordon. There are polished floorboards throughout the spacious bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove/oven. The small apartment block has well cared for garden and lawn areas that are frequently visited by birds and possums. The bedroom is unfurnished and measures 2.7*3.6 metres. It is freshly painted. A decent sized window with blinds and flyscreens looks onto trees. Gordon train station is just 100m away, and the local shops are just beyond there. There is a council carpark directly across the road so parking is never a problem if you work standard business hours. Bills (internet, electricity and gas) are not included in the rent. About me: I'm Sybylla, I'm 26 years old and I am the owner of one busy, fun, happy life. I work full time as a bush regenerator and I'm studying environmental science part time. Weekends I spend with family and friends, volunteering with the RFS, bushwalking, trying new beers (I'm a stout and IPA girl), reading, and cooking. I'm out of the house early in the morning and I'm usually pretty early to bed. I'm generally quite clean and organised and I like to keep my home that way too. I'm LGTB friendly. Above all I'm looking for someone with a good heart who acts with honesty, maturity and respect. I'd like a flatmate who wants to live in a clean, organised, grown-up home and is happy to put in some effort to sustain that. I hope that my new flatmate can feel at home here and is comfortable discussing any issues that come up in a calm and direct way.
The room is in a very large beautiful five bedroom house in a very quiet street opposite Roseville Park. Sharing with a family of four: two children plus our live-in Scottish Nanny. Both parents work in creative design and undertaking research studies so fairly busy and don't have much time to chat in the evenings. The children are fairly well behaved but do have their moments as children do and in bed by 8:30PM so you won't see much of them if you have a 9 to 5 job. It does get a little hectic in the mornings when everyone is getting ready to go to work and school. They have lots of activities on the weekends so fairly quiet at this time. The environment is very creative, artistic and supportive, we are social but also like personal space and have a healthy lifestyle. Love gardening and a huge collector of succulents. The house is always very tidy due to one of us coming from a 5 star hotel design background but not a germaphobe, just like the house to be organised. Large, fully furnished room filled with natural light in separate section at the rear of the house overlooking the pool and huge garden with lots of trees and birds. Has polished floorboards, heaps of storage shelves, built in wardrobes, desk and a queen size bed. However you can bring your own furniture if you wish. In a very convenient location only 20 minutes to the CBD. 10 minutes walk to Lindfield Station. 2 minutes to city bus. Direct bus to Macquarie from Lindfield station or can interchange at Chatswood train station, Bus to Paddington and Newtown from Chatswood interchange. 5 minutes drive or 2 train stops to Chatswood for cafes, restaurants, shopping, movies, theatre. There is also a bicycle track to Chatswood. Lindfield has many great local eateries and a huge Coles opposite Lindfield station. Lots of relaxing bush walk tracks but a stone throw away from Chatswood. Beautiful Roseville park right across the street, with a lovely cafe, oval, tennis courts and off-leash dog park. The house has three bathrooms, the room has a separate bathroom and toilet to share with the nanny. The huge back lounge has dining table, large flat screen TV, DVD player, gas heater and a tuned piano that would loved to be played. This lounge area opens up on to a large balcony with BBQ and looks out to a beautiful massive tree filled garden and pool, but we are under the process of having the garden and pool landscaped. The tenants kitchen connects to the back lounge area. There is a separate lounge at the front of the house with fire place. We tend to spend most of our time at the front section of the house as our bedrooms, kitchen and study are located there. Although not a detached granny flat the house is configured in to 3 sections so it's actually very private. The pink coloured area on the floor plan indicates the back part of the house, which is pretty much used by the tenant. You will have separate side entry and own kitchen and laundry (washer but no dryer) There is a stainless steel fisher paykel fridge, double hot plate, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, MW and heaps of pantry and cupboard space. Electricity and Cable WiFi included. No cable TV. Off street parking. The room would suit a quiet professional, possibly studying with busy weekends. Must be tidy and organised. Definitely not a party house. Must be Non Smoker. We have two playful dogs (Cavoodles) who greet you when you get home. These breeds don't drop hair around the house. If we sound like a good match please make contact. We can provide you with references from past tenants.Family, 2 children and nanny Beautiful tree filled garden and large pool Large Balcony with BBQ Opposite Roseville Park Piano Cable WIFI 2 playful dogs Cavoodle & Spoodle No couples please Own Kitchen with fridge, MW & washing machine Own Entry Heaps of Storage Space Lots of Built in Shelving Light Filled Room With Views to Garden and Pool Polished Timber Floor Separate Toilet Shower
