The house is large and modern and has a seperate bathroom and toilet for private use by prospective flatmate. The rear yard is private and has a small undercover area, with lawns being well kept and barbeque. The lounge has basic furniture for shared use as does the kitchen and laundary. The house is about about 3kms from town with a nearby bus stop to the Kilmore train station. There is room of one car off street but parking is readily available on the street.

Stuart is a cleaner by trade and very trust worthy , and I myself am an awesome cook... just give me the slow cooker and dinner will be ready by the end of the day. The Land outside the house block is getting developed later this year but there will be full access to the house at all times.
