This house is brand new in Stock land's Newport development Estate. There is currently 2 young couples living in the house. Around the ages of 18-20, they are all currently working and studying. Hi People, My partner and I are interested in a space to rent. We are both 45 years young! He is super hand with fixing/making things and I've house trained him really well!! He cooks a mean roast and is pretty hand with a BBQ too. I work full time as a commercial plumber. Moving from Sydney to North lakes area. Usually work 6 days a week, I leave around 3-4 and I'm back around 5-6 or later. I go to the gym most days. I like to cook and meal prep. I'm quite and easy going. I like to be neat and tidy and generally organised. At least once a month I will be gone for a long weekend and generally spend weekends out with friends or family or exploring the area. Down time I like to watch movies or game of thrones ect. I am not bringing much with me so furnished is preferred but not necessary. I am looking to move between 1/7 - 30/7 depending on work start dates. I get along with anyone pretty well and I'm eager to get to know the area, Brisbane and the sunshine coast as well. Cheers

I can clean, cook, good with money and hoping to join the army as a metal smith doing all the training and prepping for the tests, I don't mind going out to drink, but I am responsible, I clean up after myself, learnt even how to do blacksmithing, the basics at least, hoping with metal smithing in the army to come back and become a full on black smith.
