Hi, I'm Adam. Looking to share a property with someone/others who is/are also quite tidy and clean (slightly OCD!), respectful of space yet willing to share a chat and laugh whenever. I'm a full time electrician. My role keeps me fairly clean, and I'm definitely not the type who trapes mud everywhere. I have a few things I do outside of home, including some gym and visiting friends. Not sure what else to say except the suburbs I have listed are just a rough selection, but I would prefer inner(ish) northern/north-east suburbs. And nine months is a rough guide too. I'd probably be fine with twelve or more. Who knows what the future holds?
Hi, all! My name's Hannah and I'm looking for a new place! I can afford $150 per week and would prefer bills to be included! I have a cat, who is extremely quiet but is both and inside and outside cat. I am also looking for a 420 friendly place as well. I don't have a specific move out date, just whenever I find a place as I'm hating where I'm living. I am looking for roommates who are social as I'm also looking for new friends! I don't have a specific area, either, but North Adelaide would be preferred. Thank you! 😊
Hey, I'm Charlie! I'm a 27 yr old guy working three jobs, one as an event designer and 'setter-upperer', one as an SSO (teachers aide basically) and the other as an OSHC worker in a school. I have plans to restart studying in the near future too. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). So am welcoming to just about everyone! I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner a tv or two, a kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and even a nice modern leather couch. I have lived in a share house previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I am also very aware and accepting of people’s need for privacy. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or playing some PlayStation. I play SAAFL for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking with mates or work in the summer so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! I drive my own car and have been raised to be a decent cook and love to cook for others so there's a good chance you'll benefit from that!
I work full time usually early or night shift. Im go with the flow, I enjoy quiet beers over going out but i still do that every now and then. I can clean, i can cook and drive. I'd like to find a room big enough for a queen bed and desk.
Hi my name is Travis i am looking for a nice comfortable place to call home. i am unfortunately not working at the moment, however i have a history in construction and am applying for work in this field at the moment. In the meantime i have a reliable Centrelink income so you don't need to worry about the rent. i enjoy listening to music and having a conversation, i like to get to know people. I enjoy to go out on the weekend and have fun, i love talking about sports like to go out sometimes and play basketball or soccer, also into movies, just a guy who likes to kick back and have fun. That said, i am also reliable and take responsibility very seriously. I have lived out of home the last 4 years so i am very self sufficient and take pride in a clean and tidy house. i am looking for a share house that has furniture already, preferably a house with garden (i like being outdoors, nature etc), no pets please. Thanks for taking the time to read this and i look forward to hearing from you soon :) Travis
I am from Taiwan, 28 years old, like outdoor activities, also like to enjoy the lazy in bed, I'll have some dates, when I'm not at work, and I like to share with, I'm going to move from Melbourne to Adelaide, this is my second city in Australia, and hope to live with people who like to laugh, I'm friendly and respectful of privacy, We will not be bored;）
We currently have a large room (King Bed + room for a study desk) with built in robes, ducted A/C, LAN connection etc with a shared (with one other) bathroom, in a large 4 bedroom home (2015 build). Our house has all the modern cons, a good sized low maintenance back yard, large entertaining space and veggie patch. We also have a large chef's kitchen and almost all modern appliances. Great for cooking, entertaining or a chill out movie. The house is in Klemzig, 5 minute walk to the O-Bahn bus interchange and 10 minutes from there into the city, or 10 drive, $16-$24 uber trip or $25 cab ride. The Torrens Linear park is also 5 minute walk away which is great for a stroll or a run.
I keep to myself mostly, I'm not a big partier, but if my flatmates have parties/friends over I don't mind. I won't have a lot of friends over, my main visitor will be my sister, but she's not all that rowdy, either. I have some days where interactions with others are really hard, and any flatmate I have needs to know that on those days I need my space, then again, other days I can get very talkative, and if I'm being annoying, all you need to do is ask me to be quiet and I will be. I have school Monday to Thursday, but Thursday's are only one lesson and it'd probably be home before midday. The only time I'd be upset with a flatmate is if they're being very loud when I'm trying to sleep or nap, or if I'm woken up before I need to be up (I can get a bit snappy, but I'll always apologise if I've been rude). I'm a good cook, and I love cooking for others, and I'm always up for a movie marathon.

***lease extended since listing made*** Private room in a unit in Marden. The unit is a comfortable size, bedroom fits a double bed and has built in floor to ceiling robes. Private yard, no shared walls with other units, and no noisy neighbours. Everything is fully furnished except for the room. Linear park track, Marden Shopping Centre and Klemzig Interchange are all within walking distance. Internet is included in rent, all other bills split upon arrival. Strata rules include no loud entertainment or pets so I am looking for someone who is reasonably quiet, doesn't come with any pets, and understands we can’t host social events or parties here. No smokers.
I am looking to move closer to work and seeking a house that will be welcoming of a dog. I have lived in share houses before so I'm considerate, respectful and clean up after myself and my dog. I'm easy to get along with and enjoy the more low key weekends. I work 3 casual jobs and study. Indy is a 5-6yo staffy cross who is very well behaved. She's kept clean and gets exercised regularly (shes quite fat and lazy though) A place with another dog for company would be great although this isn't a deal breaker. If she is the only dog she will want to be by my side when I'm home. She has good inside manners and knows has sit down in her bed, not wonder around. * Secure fencing is a must. * A house with no cats or pocket pets. I have references for both myself and Indy if required. If your place sounds like it may be suitable send me a message please. Thanks Haley
This is a brand new townhouse with 2 rooms available. The room is $200.00 per week plus outgoings. Both rooms are furnished with a bed and desk. Easy access into the city via the go zone. Only minutes from Norwood.
I am an international student at UniAdelaide who moved from Canada last semester, I transferred my degree so I'm not an exchange/study abroad/temporary student. I'm loving Adelaide so far! I love forming good bonds with the people I am living with so that we live as friends and not just as housemates. I am very neat and clean and respect other's privacy. I would love to live with people who share the same views, especially regarding cleanliness. A relatively quiet person who loves reading, cooking and baking, so frequent free tasty treats are given. You'll often find me curled on a bean bag cradling a book. Also, I love plants and gardening and going on impromptu adventures to explore the wilderness, camping, hiking or a sunset by the beach. (that's Hallet cove trail on the photo on a rainy day, thought I could outwit Adelaide weather mood swings) I don't mind having a night chat over a cup of tea and catch up every once in a while. :) Seeking a party-free, non-smoking, no-pets household; although, I wouldn't mind a cat. Contact me only if you're looking for/ listing all-female flats. Thanks!
Recently graduated a PhD in chemistry at Flinders Uni. Moving from rural SA for new employment up in northern suburbs. Quite, clean and tidy, somewhat introverted. Highly respect your privacy. Not a huge party person, but would have the occasional guest over. I enjoy watching movies and a bit of a gamer. I love pets, especially dogs.
My name is Rahulkumar Shah and I just finished my MBA from Flinders university. I am on international student visa and my ethnicity is Indian. I am male and nonsmoker and non-alcoholic . I am currently having 1 restaurant and 1 cafe in Marden Shopping centre. Please message me for inspection if I am suitable for u as a roommate.
Hi! I'm planning on moving from Brisbane to Adelaide hopefully around October (or maybe sooner) this year as I'd like to become a flight attendant in Adelaide. I currently work at the airport in Brisbane for a ground handling company and would transfer down to Adelaide and wait for a job to pop up in the new year. I'm very easy-going, clean, friendly/bubbly and I have been working in America the last 3 years at a summer camp, so I LOVE to travel! I also love binge watching shows on netflix, taking naps (my job is shift work) and going out with friends to chill out and have a cheeky drink. I'd love to be able to make friends with my fellow flatmates and hang out every now and then :)
I’m looking for people to live with that I can be friends with too! I like to watch movies and have a couple drinks every now and then. I stay clean and tidy and am more than happy to do my share of cleaning for the house. I’m currently studying makeup at Tafe in the city and am working part time at a restaurant. My current lease is ending on the 23rd of June so I have to be able to move out by then. I have my own bedroom furniture but not much else so I won’t take up any room in the rest of the house and won’t need extra storage space.

Cute second-story apartment close to the city and in a quiet building. Large rooms with lots of natural light and views of the Adelaide hills. 15 minute go zone bus stop located a 3 minute walk away. Close drive or Uber to the city! As the flat is fully furnished (but the room available) this will best suit someone with only bedroom furniture as there is not space for extra furniture. Currently no internet connection as I have a big data pack on my phone, but I am willing to negotiate this as the wiring is ready to go :)
I am very warm and friendly, I enjoy spending time with my housemates and love the company but am also an introvert and need time on my own. I'm reallly active and spend time exercising most days whether it's at the gym or outdoors. I own a gorgeous and very well trained boder collie. She is very freindly and loves human company! I work in retail in the City and am looking for a house share sitaution for October, near by or prefferably in the CBD. I have a pet sitting business also and need to be able to host pet stays from time to time in which the pets (mostly dogs) would stay outdoors and would need this to be acceptable at my place of living. I have lived with people for the past few years and am happy to pass on a reference or two if you need also! warm regards, Sophie
I’m a Professional manager. I’m fairly relaxed about life, but don’t want a party house. Work is reasonably consuming so I’m gone most of the day. I'm clean and tidy but not a neat freak. Opinion on my sense of humour is divided, me I’d say well - crafted and honed, others may suggest slightly warped. I‘m partial to a glass of red or more and don’t mind a chat.

Hi There :) I am a 26 year old female looking for a new room mate. I have an amazing landlord and a very secure lease which makes it a great place to live if you want a bit of stability. The house is ideally located less than 10kms north east of the city and has a bus stop at the end of the street and shops, gyms and everything you could need close by. The room is a great size and the whole house is floorboards and tiles which makes it super easy to keep clean. The room is $220 a week including all bills (unlimited wifi, gas, water, electricty and gardening). The price is reflective of sharing a house with only one other person, splitting things down the middle. Having a relaxed and considerate home vibe is really important to me, and not having people living on top of each other but rather feeling at home and not just like your renting a room. I may be slightly negotiable on cost for the right housemate so if thats the only thing stopping you feel free to send me a message. My last housemate has been living here for 2 years and I would prefer someone who is looking for at least 6 months however im aware life happens, so there is no minimum lease. Must love dogs! as I have two goofy pups who live here too.

Split Ceiling Air Conditioning/heating There are solar panels with this house. Although rent includes unlimited wifi and all bills; but in order to avoid waste, all of us need to share the extra cost if it is over the budget.
Single bedroom with king size single bed and built-in wardrobes. Pergola and garden in a quiet location. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine in private home. 5 kms to city and a short walk to buses. Shops are close by at Walkerville and Collinswood. 10 mins by car to city. Bus 208 to city and stop 17 Galway Ave.
The houses are in excellent locations, 8 and 10 km from Adelaide city centre (North Terrace) and ideally suits students who are studying at UniSA and Adelaide University. Our Gilles Plains property is located within a short walking distance (5 min.) from Gilles Plains TAFE. SH Share houses are close to public transport, shops, cafes and parks. All of our student rooms are fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The rent covers utilities, broadband, cleaning and gardening services.
The house is in an off street estate-type set up, meaning you are less than 4kms from town, but you can't hear the traffic. There are bus stops within 200m of the house with buses every 15 minutes that are only 10-15 minutes from the city (great for students). The house is pet friendly, there is central heating/ cooling, both front and back outdoor spaces, 2 lounge rooms, so you can have your own area if desired. Marden shopping centre, takeaway options, a GP and a dentist are all within a couple of hundred metres of the house. Sorry for using the original listing photos - we just felt a bit weird about having our personal stuff all over the internet, but we're happy to have people come and have a look. **Please note the bond required by the landlord is actually 6 weeks rent**
I am extremely clean and tidy and never leave my dishes behind. Owning my own business (cafe in norwood) I am out of the house for long hours but still love a good bit of banter when I am around. I have a big heart and love to let loose on the weekend and am hoping to meet some like minded people to live with
Hi, I'm quite an outgoing person who enjoys socialising and doesn’t mind a wine and cheese of an evening at times but I also like to have time to myself as well. I am 33 years old and work full time. I am fairly easy going and like a tidy, clean house but am not a neat freak. I am originally from NSW and don't know many people in Adelaide so would be looking to make some friends as well. I am uncertain about how long I would stay but it would be about 3 to 6 months to start off with.
