Hey guys! We are two Melbourne locals looking for a new place due to our lease ending and trying to find a house closer to our workplace. We are very tidy and always clean up after ourselves in communal spaces. We are always up for a chat but will always be respectful of your alone time and boundaries. We enjoy the occasional drink at home and you will always be welcome to join us. We are out during the 9-5 hours during the week due to our work and study commitments, so we are very respectful of working conditions and rather quiet on week nights. We try to keep a fairly healthy lifestyle but we do indulge by trying new restaurants, you are more than welcome to join us :) - Apologies for our photo we are a rather un-photogenic couple
Well maintained 3 bedroom unit. Would suit someone who doesn’t need much space, as I only have 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom to offer. House is fully furnished (apart from available bedroom). Kitchen and, dining & living room are open plan. All rooms of the house are communal apart from the 2 bedrooms occupied by my son and myself. We are neat and tidy, and definitely not a “party” type household. Our home is close to public transport, as well as Westfield Knox shopping centre. Quiet street and safe area.
Everyone calls me Chey :) I’m tidy, chilled out, and really easy to get along with. I love music and getting to know good, kind people. I love my own space, and am fairly quiet, but am always down for a beer, movie and chill. I’m a waitress at a bar/restaurant in Rowville, and at the moment I work mainly between the hours of 5pm-11pm. Just looking for somewhere chilled out to settle for a while. Preferably girls but flexible x
I,m employed full time I’ve lived in the oakliegh area for 10 years now I would like to stay in the area for no more than 300$ I have an 8 year old house trained cat I don’t smoke I’m single and love the quiet life
I work full time and study part time. Pretty laid back but quiet, tidy, responsible type of housemate. I'm an Executive Assistant within a large trades/facilities organisation and work Malvern area. No kids, no pets. 9am - 5pm kind of routine and out of the house for gym/fitness & hobbies most days until around 8pm or so. Not a party animal but small amount of family nearby who might make an occasional visit. I'm 38 and just looking for somewhere stable and local with a considerate housemate for at least 6 months to possibly a year. Looking to move between 25th Aug and 2 Sept Cheers, Anthea
A beautiful studio in Knoxfield Lakewood area. It features a queen size bed with comfortable sofa. Two big wardrobes, Polished floor and own private(own toilet, shower and cooking stove) area. It is in a great location only a few minutes drive to a big shopping centre, walk to bus stops. Easy access to Eastlink. Close to glen Waverley, Dekin Uni and bus to Monash Uni.
Hi :) My name is Anthony, but I go by Tom (I'll mention this now to save any confusion later). I'm a teacher, from the UK, recently moved to Melbourne. My partner Blessie is a lab scientist, an Australian citizen, but originally from the Philippines. We're looking for a reasonable size room in modern (or at least fairly modern!), clean house. Although not cleaning obsessed, we're tidy up after ourselves and would like to live with people that do the same! We're friendly and sociable, so would love to live with other friendly and sociable people, but equally sometimes we like our own space and respect when our housemates do too. We're quite flexible in terms of move in date and length of stay, but are ready to move in right away. We look forward to hearing from you :)
I am very independent, happy, clean, honest, reliable, considerate and respectful to other peoples space. I'm very social and open for chats anytime. I'm looking for a place I can call home and hopefully stay there for a year or more.
I’m a quiet, friendly 54 year old lady. I’m a non smoker, who likes to cook and eat healthy. I’m looking for someone I click with that perhaps we can team up and get a place together or a place where I have my own bathroom and toilet and I have either a study, garage or small lounge area, to set up my desks which I dabble with my glass painting and candle making. I don’t have any furniture except bedroom, desks, coffee table and small fridge. I have 2 cats, both desexed and almost 2 years old, they usually sleep in my room during the day and go out at night or in the garage. Looking forward to meeting someone that we can both live in harmony together. Thanks for reading and if you have a house you would like to share please message me and I will come meet you. Lorraine
Hi, I am 27 turning 28 later this month. I work full time in the manufacturing industry. I am very focused on my job most of the time. When I am not working I like to use my time in exercising or relaxing. I am pretty good at cleaning up after myself. I am happy to discuss anything I may have left out here. Further via phone or interview.
Hi I am in my last year of Masters and looking for a nice quiet place to stay for my last semester. I have a small, well behaved dog who is friendly and no trouble at all. I am a quiet person and usually pretty busy with study, work and sports.

A two storey house with great view over Dandenong ranges and Knox. Has a heated pool, heater and set in a quiet neighbourhood. It is a smoke-free house. Parking is available off-street. It's only 10-minutes walk to Knox Westfield shopping mall and 5 minutes drive to Eastlink. One person per room with 2 rooms are currently available, not available for couple. No friends or partner are allowed to stay overnight. Prefer students or professionals. The room can be partly furnished if required.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
