quiet, young lady who enjoys reading, im sociable but enjoy keeping to myself, i dont shy away from pulling my own weigh, or lending a hand when can. i do own a 6yr old dog, which is a rescue an enjoys nothing more than relaxing an being right beside me, hes also toilet trained.. in all honesty ive had a pretty hard life n only turn 26 at the end of june, im mature minded and respectful; currently im unemployed (please before you make a decision) i do receive newstart payments an budget every cent, for the last 9 years ive had to step in an be my mothers carer as her physical health n mental health has rapidly declined thoughout the years, now that she is in assisted living, its finially given me the chance to create a life for myself after so many years, but as we all know real estate agencies arent the easiest to deal with at the best of times, to have somewhere my dog buddy an i can call home would be amazing.. if you have any further questions feel free to contact me day or night as id be happy to answer any you may have..

Friendly and pleasant to talk to, but I also like my quiet time and I enjoy my own company. I'm on a steady fixed Disability support pension so I'd ideally love to keep rent at less than $180 per week, including bills (somewhat negotiable) so that I can meet my budget goals as I'm currently saving for a car. I would prefer somewhere I can maintain some privacy such as renting a bedroom with an ensuite/own bathroom, or a granny flat for example, in a quiet, friendly home. I'm neat, clean and polite. I am currently renting in Bright, Victoria, I just gave my 28 day notice to vacate so I would like to be settled in a new place by end of November if I can, and am flexible of duration of stay. My real estate will be more than happy to provide a great reference, I have not been late once with rent, and given them no trouble as a tenant. Can provide older references too. I enjoy reading, some gardening, spending time with family and my cat. I will be busy several days a week helping my sister with her child while she is at work. I love movies, music and cooking/baking. My cat Bear is 6 and she is very timid, and keeps to my room or the yard, so if possible I'd love to live somewhere that doesn't have other dogs/cats as Bear is a real scaredy cat! I'm also happy to sign a Pet Agreement. I'm an outside smoker and am happy to have further discussion or for you to ask any questions about my situation, your expectations etc. Thank you.
Over 25 year old EMPLOYED FEMALE ONLY.( no males or couples) Shared access through side gate as granny flat is situated behind main house which is occupied by a mature couple. Opened plan self contained granny flat with a separate ensuite off the bedroom area.. This granny flat has a small kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge and table and chairs included . Hey I'm Sally, I'm 21 years old, and I'm a very outgoing and chilled out housemate. I'm very clean, always willing to share household jobs, happy to cook food for you, and generally pretty easy to live with. I'm always keen to hang out or have a chat with my housemates, but also happy to respect privacy when you're wanting some alone time. I have two little pups, a cream coloured male chihuahua and a black female toy poodle (the female has been desexed so no risk of babies!). My dogs are both about a year old, house trained, and primarily sleep outside in a kennel. They're both very friendly, well behaved, and surprisingly don't yap a lot as their breeds might suggest. They only need a small yard to keep them happy as I take them for plenty of regular walks and spoil them with lots of toys to keep them entertained. In the house that I am living in now I take full care and responsibility for them both and always clean up after any unexpected incidents, and I will continue to do so in my new home. Now that I've covered my main stress of having pets, let me tell you a bit about myself! I'm currently living in Adelaide but looking to move over to Melbourne ASAP as I'm sick of living in such a small place, I want to be in an up and coming city like Melbs. I already have employment locked in for when I move, I will be working night shifts as a dancer at Spearmint Rhino. Once I've moved, I plan on hopefully acquiring some part-time or full-time retail work also, as I am unable to find that kind of employment in Adelaide due to the shortage of jobs here. I am also looking into checking out The Men's Gallery and Centrefold Lounge for work, as I am a professional showgirl who competes in competitions from time to time. Obviously being okay with my line of work is a must for any potential future housemates. I will generally be working 3-4 nights per week. I am very quiet when I come home and usually sleep until 2pm the next day, but I don't expect you to have to be quiet for me because I am able to sleep through basically anything! I am also looking at commencing study once I've moved to Melbourne, most likely a course in marketing. I've actually written a lot more than I thought I would so if you've made it this far then congrats you are probably capable of putting up with my bullshit! Sling me a message if you're keen to test out being roomies.
Hey everyone, I'm Michael, 27 and am currently looking to find an awesome new place to live in! I'm currently working as a firefighter with Parks Victoria (well, in 3 weeks anyway!) and am based at Lysterfield Lake Park. Basically involves normal days work wise but can also involve weeks away at a time depending on bush fires across the state. I am currently in the process of getting back into the gym (just been in Darwin for 4 months) so I'm really into my health and fitness. As well as cooking and coming up with new meal ideas. I love the outdoors and spending time in the sun so a backyard would be a massive preference. Not big into partying and going out atm so I wouldn't be too keen on a party house. Mostly looking for a chilled out place with some laid back people. I also have two bearded dragons who come with their own f foot enclosures. They use a bit of power to keep their lights on but I'm happy to pay extra on the bill to make up. If you would like to know more, feel free to ask! :)

Hi, I'm Mel. I'm a happy and driven individual who works part time whilst growing my own business. I am clean and tidy and respectable of other's belongings. I like my own space but enjoy some good company and an occasional good chat. Love cooking, walks on the beach and yoga. I have an 11 year old Multese-Shitzu who is fully house trained and loves cuddles.
Hello, We are a newly married couple, looking for a fully furnished place for a short term stay. We are both school teachers. Reliable and trustworthy. We always pay rent on time and are quiet tenants. Ideally we would love a small unit or granny flat separate from the rest of the house. Looking forward to hearing from you.
We've been a couple for 7 years. We're friendly, tidy, quiet, and easy going. We both work full time. We're not partiers, and we don't smoke (don't care if you do). More than happy to have a chat and a few drinks with you, and will always respect your personal space when you need it. I'm vegan but Callan is omni, so your diet doesn't matter! We have a female desexed (mostly) indoor cat, and are looking at adopting a dog sometime in the future. We're happy to live with your cat and/or dog if they get along with other animals and they're house trained :-) We're interested in living with another couple (cheaper rent!) ideally also in their 20s, but a single person is fine too. We're hoping for somewhere between Bayswater and Ferntree Gully, but also open to any surrounding suburbs because with this market you can't be too picky... We don't really care who you are or what you do, as long as you're trustworthy, considerate, and can clean up after yourself!

Hi I'm Dom I'm looking for a new place near Glen Waverly as I am beginning training at the police academy. At home I generally keep to myself but I do enjoy having a chat/drink/social after work if my housemates are up for it. I enjoy playing pretty much any sport and am working on getting my lanky body into shape and play plenty of competitive dodgeball. On a weekday I usually keep to myself as I am very busy with work, exercising and studying. On weekends I am a social bee, always up for hanging out, up for a run or a chat. I've been living in share accommodation for the past 10 years so I'm very familiar with respecting my housemates, being clean and just generally contributing to a positive atmosphere. On a day off I'm usually out socialising with friends, playing sport or just watching series/documentaries at home. Currently seeking: -Relatively contemporary house/flat to live in with other like minded individuals. -Room sizeable enough to fit queen bed (furnished or unfurnished) -Reasonable parking -Spacious room with ample space for a desk. -Professional housemates or mature students
I'm a uni student studying Bachelor of food and nutrition science at Deakin. I'm a clean and tidy person who works 2 jobs and goes to uni full time. However love to relax when I can, enjoying BBQ's and catching up with friends when I can. I'm a sociable person and love meeting new people, living life and enjoying the outdoors. I'm really into my health and fitness and basically live at the gym when not working or studying. I also usually meal prep every Sunday to help with my busy lifestyle.
