Hi my name is Louise but my friends call me Lou. I'm 52 but young at heart. Ready to move when you're ready for me to come. I'm single and looking for a place to settle for 2,3,6 or possibly 12 months. I bring with me my little Cavoodle named Lulu who means everything to me. I just adore her as does everyone else. She's a good girl, an indoor dog, perfectly clean, doesn't shed, non-allergenic and totally house trained. MORE ABOUT ME I'm extremely reliable, trustworthy, non judgmental, a good communicator, emotionally intelligent and will always respect you and your living space. I own my own beautiful property apartment in Surry Hills Sydney, see link here and rent it out to executives. I moved from there 4 years ago to venture up and down the NSW and QLD coast in my van as a full time paid Professional House Sitter and I have a large number of legitimate references. You are welcome to call all or any of them for reference checks. It was an experience of a lifetime, however all good things have to end at some point. I am, or rather used to be an Account Manager in Print Sales working for a company in Sydney. Cutting a long story short I no longer work in the corporate world and am now partly self employed. I also work casually for a company in Kogarah. I'm a female DIY Handy Person. So in other words I'm a good one to have around the home. Any time you might need to get some work done, maybe we can do a deal!!! ABOUT YOU I'm looking for a relaxed flat mate/ flat mates, reliable, trustworthy, non judgmental, good communicators that are quiet, independent and will respect my privacy. Tidy and very clean. FURNISHINGS I prefer if the room had a built in wardrobe and a Queen size bed. The rest I can bring. Please consider my application. Kind regards Lou
Very quiet and private place. Just 9 mins walk from Carlton Station or 12 mins to Kogarah. 5 mins walk to St George Hospital. A new large modern house with open living spaces. Open plan kitchen with a long island bench top so multiple persons can prepare their meals at the same time. Both gas and induction cooking. You will have your allocated cupboards and drawers in the kitchen and a full shelf space in the refrigerator. The TV and family room are for common use. All the bedrooms are furnished with a quality queen bed and separate air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms have built-in cupboards with plenty of drawers. All the beds have mattress protectors. You provide your own pillows and linen. The house has 4 bedrooms to rent out for short and long term tenants. Room 1 is downstairs and has a private bathroom, a dressing table and a separate closet for your clothes and space for storage. This room is available to any gender. This room is also advertised on Airbnb and I usually have doctors and specialist stay on short to medium term. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are all upstairs with a shared bathroom and will remain strictly for ladies. Two rooms upstairs are currently occupied or taken. Please check to see what is available or coming up. The house is generally quiet as most of the tenants are studying or working and doing their own thing. It is a large house so you may not even know who is in or out. I work from home in my law office downstairs and therefore would prefer quiet times between 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri. NO extras or sharing bills for utilities and unlimited internet. I pay for these. I also have a cleaner who comes in weekly to maintain the common areas of the house. She will also clean the shared bathroom upstairs.
I'm moving from interstate for my job and need a place to stay. I would prefer to live in a quiet household with another male of female. I do not drink or smoke and live a healthy lifestyle. Will hardly ever be home because I will be busy at my job even on weekends. Also, i am very tidy and organised and always have bills paid in advance. I will be heading to Sydney this week and able to inspect any potential rooms. I also have good communication with people who i live with and very friendly, if you think that we would make good housemates that i hope to hear from you soon :)
Best thing about living here is that it is close to Woolworths, Aldi, Tafe, Train and Buses, less than 5 mins drive to the beach.. only 15-20 mins on train to the city. I have most of the furniture for the house, however I do not have beds in all bedrooms. Feel free to message me with any questions :)

I am easy going, tidy and don't smoke. I like a great movie every now and then to unwind as I spend most of my time either working or growing my business. If needed I am very handy around the house as I've been involved in the building industry for many years.
I am a 32 year old female. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy a good laugh with friends and also enjoy my privacy. I am very reliable with rent. I am very organised and will keep the house very neat and clean. Prefer to live with females. I actually have a routine of when I cook so I don't hog the kitchen at any time. Also would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don't wanna live with someone who nags me all the time. I would like to live with someone who respects my space and gives me ample notice when having visitors over. I am kind of reserved and would like to live with someone who understands that and does not take advantage of my calm nature. I hate conflict. I would prefer a granny flat but will be open to moving in a flat with just another flatmate. I love cats so if you have a cat that may be a huge plus :)

Hi guy's Looking for a friendy place to sleep and eat. Dont need much. Working most of the time. Dont party. Stay quite.
I'm an outgoing, happy go lucky, professional female who is looking for a long term stay/lease. I am currently locked into a rental agreement and would not be able to move in until 2nd week of June, however on the plus side I do intend to stay for at least a year or longer. I am very reliable and trustworthy and am respectful of others and their belongings. I enjoy my sports, music, movies, tv series, outdoors, traveling, reading and socialising. Looking for a room and own bathroom preferrably, as I am a little ocd with my cleaning, and the home needs to be very close to public transport as I commute to and from work. I do have 2 pet rabbits and ideally would love to bring them with me however if this is not possible I do have someone who will take care of them for me. Do not have any furniture to bring with me but I do have a cherry tomato tree (in pot plant), camping gear/trunk and medium storage containers/bags with some belongings inside which I would need to store. The largest item I have to store is a washing machine. If you think you have a great place for me I would love to hear from you and arrange to come see the place and meet.
My name is Patrick. Im 23y old and am employed as a year 1 electrical apprentice. Having arrived in Sydney from QLD , I need to find a great place and location to live. I am a quite type of person who generally keeps to myself.I enjoy a tidy peaceful surround where I can relax and feel at home. I have previously shared in Newcastle and been away for months at sea working as a cadet marine engineer. I am looking for a place where I can park my car and even better garage it. Ideally I would also like to be within a short walking distance to a rail station. I work around the city anywhere from Gosford to Kiama to Lithgow in the west. I do much prefer tea over alcohol at home ,but having said that I sometimes have a beer at a pub or club. Im just not a big drinker. If you have a room or a small granny flat to rent you may wish to contact me. Im looking to move in July. Having said that Im interested to hear from anyone with a good place and situation Regards Patrick
Multi-racial. I do not discriminate people. Considerate person. I do not make noise or leave dirt. I clean everything I can. No dramas. No vices! Almost always out because of work and studies. I travel on weekends to explore NSW. Fast internet is IMPORTANT for me. If you don't have it, I will have a proper provider to install one.
We are a mature couple and we are looking for a room with private bathroom. We studied at night and spent most of the day on the street.
Im a Dutch student who is starting an internship from the 16th of May. Easy going, social and open to make new friends to enjoy my stay even more in Sydney. I am starting with an internship close to Peakhurst located in Sydney, therefore a quiet place/accommodation with a private room, is preferred. Any question is welcome! Kind regards, Sjoerd
