The house is quite small, and nothing to special. It has quite a good location though, ten minute walk to both the shopping center and train station, so great for students wanting to get to university or people working in the shopping center. Pets are very much welcome, with a large enough backyard for a large dog, and quite a few parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is no rent inspections, but it would be nice if the place was kept tidy. Guests are obviously allowed and everything. I am quite relaxed and don't really mind what happens.
