Hi there! I am looking to rent out the spare room in my near new luxe Lane Cove apartment! The room is actually the master bedroom which comes with ensuite and huge built-in-robe. The room is tidy, clean, faces West and has a nice outlook towards Lane Cove River and bushland. Included with the room is security under cover parking as well as your own lock up storage cage. The rest of the apartment is high end, boasting a huge kitchen with gas cooking, oven, dishwasher, hidden fridge, under cupboard lighting, lots of storage and bench space, plenty of room to cook if you’re a foodie (like myself). The kitchen flows out to a generous size lounge room which has huge TV, leather lounge, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Apple TV which is complimented with nice downlights. Also decent size balcony with river views and sliding doors, perfect for summer. I have outdoor seating and a BBQ. The unit is situated on the 6th floor and I rarely see or hear the neighbours so it is a peaceful place to live. Other features include a whisper quiet reverse cycle air con, internal laundry, loads of storage and security intercom. Location is great, being 10 mins drive to the Bay Run, or 5 mins drive to the heart of Lane Cove.
I work for The Block! My contract has been extended and unfortunately I can't stay where I have been staying. I'm familiar with living with new people and am well accustomed to being respectful and living in a share space. Desperately looking for something from this Saturday 23rd of September to October 14th. Budget is between $220 - $260 per week. Furnished only
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
I'm a New Zealander in Sydney. I work in an IT company in the CBD. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 50 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Currently looking at somewhere off the train line on the north shore on a quiet street. So I can walk+bus to a train station and then catch a train to Wynyard. Personality wise, I am mature, sociable and very considerate (this is most important ) enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. My hobbies include: cooking, exercise, Japanese language and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and silence. Weekends I like to sit in the sun/go to a beach/meet friends. I am not a party/noisy person and i don't want to live with people who are. My NUMBER ONE priority is a place to sleep that is QUIET. Not located near a noisy street/shop/neighbour and also internal quiet - living with people who also value quiet in the evening from 9pm onwards. I am quite sociable and would like to live with people who i can chat with but need quiet for rest/sleep. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I sometimes shower there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. I also have meals with my job so don't really use the kitchen in the evening, however i sometimes do a cooked breakfast. Other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a quiet room, laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) and good outdoor space, with professional people. Perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me. I can also provide a range of references in New Zealand.
I'm a happy bubbly person, super clean and am harldly ever at home as I teach, go to the gym and take dance classes!

Easy going chick, working heaps, full time marketing student, not too often at home, but when at home I like to relax, have a dinner and a glass of wine! I go out on some weekends, love a good day at the beach when I find time, also read a book and lots of sleep :) I definitely like my privacy, but also don't mind having a chat and drinks etc with my roommates, at the end of the day I want everyone to be happy and not feeling awkward and sitting in their rooms 24/7 ha :) I would love to rent a new place and make it our own home, but also I don't mind sharing existing place :) Happy to share it with couples, also single females/males :) Hit me up!
This 2 bedroom apartment has a large living area and a massive balcony overlooking the water. Except for the bedroom the apartment is fully furnished with lounge, entertainment system, bar, dining table and full equipped kitchen. All you need is furniture for the bedroom but there is plenty of room if you have furniture of your own. The apartment block has a pool, sauna and squash court. Its next to 2 parks and a boat ramp. There is plenty of parking.
Hello! I'm moving from Brisbane for a new job as a psychologist in Sydney CBD who loves the gym, prepping on Sundays, cooking healthy, learning new languages and wine appreciation. I'm chilled, tidy and always clean the kitchen and bathroom after myself. I'm moving up from Brissy and have a car that can be parked on the street. I prefer natural air in my room but aircon and heating in the house and a built-in wardrobe as I have a lot of clothes!
I'm a pharmacist working full time. I currently live at lane cove and am looking at renting a whole property with someone as living alone has become too costly! I'm a clean and tidy, working professional, keeps to myself when necessary and also likes to have a glass of wine occasionally :) Message me for more info.
Hey I am looking for some fun, friendly and clean housemates to live with. I'm happy, outgoing, house-trained and well travelled, I also lived in Melbourne previously for two years and now in Sydney . I'm working full time in Sydney CBD and I like to keep fit and eat healthy but everything in moderation. It'd be great if we could share a glass of wine/watch a movie/cook dinner/all that kind of stuff, but I am also busy doing my own thing sometimes and respect privacy of the housemates. Let me know if you think we could get along. Cheers , Dee
Friendly and dependable, and likes to have fun. Born in burma but have lived in Australia for most of my life. I work in histology for DHM as a lab scientist, i enjoy what i do. I'm into fitness, politics, tv, video games, reading and youtube. Was raised a christian and am looking for a home church in Sydney. I cook for myself and keep my room tidy, i will help to keep the place clean.

Hi there! I'm currently looking for a new place to call home along with my fur babies 1 x Kitty and 1 x pup. However the pup won't be around all the time as I will be sharing her with my ex-partner. The pets are fully house trained. They sleep in my room of the night but are outdoors during the day. I have a fun bubbly nature, and I love to have a chat but I also need my alone time and am very respectful of others privacy. I'm very tidy, and when I'm bored I cook and clean :) (also 420 friendly) I work full time as a receptionist for Channel 9, so i get a bunch of free tickets to things which is a fun perk! Anything else you want to know just ask :)
Hi there, I'm a digital designer, and have just moved back to Sydney after living in London. I'm a chilled, tidy, respectful, and quiet but social housemate who's looking for similarly minded housemate/s who are keen to share the occasional beer at the pub or enjoy a Netflix/pizza binge. On a weekend I'm normally trying to get outside for adventures or catching up with friends/family. Looking for a place close to a train station, ideally for less than $300 a week. I am looking to move in September, but flexible with exact dates. If I sound like a good fit, let's arrange a visit! Cheers, Matt
Hi, I'm Sean and I'm moving back to Sydney after two years on the Gold Coast. I'm a screenwriter/filmmaker and I work part-time in retail and hospitality. I also run a videography business called Cinebrand, so I spend time editing at home on days off. I grew up in Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong, and have lived in the US (Los Angeles). I love movies, travel, '80s music and healthy food. I'm happy going out to restaurants or cooking at home. I enjoy a fairly quiet home, and don't watch much free TV - I'd rather watch a movie or documentary. Not a football or cricket fan, but I like being active and cycling. I've shared with others before and have also lived alone. I enjoy my privacy and respect others' privacy, but I'm happy to chat and share meals or a drink most of the time. I'm a tidy person who enjoys a clean home, and I don't smoke. I have some furniture (a bed, desk and shelves) but if the room is furnished I can store some of it. Thanks for reading.
