Hi I'm Matt, About me: I'm moving to Sydney to study my Masters in Physiotherapy. I'm into my sport, keeping fit, Netflix, gaming. Looking for a single room, closer to Macquarie university is plus. Happy to team up as well.
Hi there! I'm a 23-to-be Chilean girl who has lived in Sydney for about 4.5 years. I'm a USyd graduate, currently in a gap year before starting medicine next year in Santiago. I work at the uni as a RA and in an OOSH in Lane Cove. I'm into fitness and have a well-balanced lifestyle. I'm a morning person who struggles to stay in on a sunny day, always keen for the beach and adventure time! I'm a very independent, responsible and mature individual who is weeeell experience in house-sharing (i.e. very clean, tidy, respectful, etc.) since I've always lived in shared houses. I'm looking for a place where I can feel comfortable hanging around the house as I generally cook my meals so yeah, you would see me around, always keen for a chat! I have an extrovert personality, sociable and good ice-breaker (I hate awkwardness). Very mindful and respectful, clean freak with common areas (I really hate when people don't clean up the kitchen straight after cooking and eating so I always -and I mean always- clean up right away). In terms of furnishing, I have my own double bed and side tables, and my ideal room would have an in-built (or a decently sized wardrobe available to use). I have car so I need somewhere to park it. If you have a off-street car parking spot that would be absolutely awesome! I'm flexible with my moving date but something around the 6th of May would be ideal. Message me if our needs meet! PS: areas I'm interested: 1. Lower North Shore 2. Inner West (Marrickville and surroundings, Sydenham, Alexandria, St Peters).
Hey, I'm Matt, I'm an electrical engineer by trade - in a full time role based on St Leonard's, can occasionally work some long hours and definitely prefer to keep things quiet during the week. I've rented for a few years now and I'm familiar and comfortable with keeping the living spaces tidy and pitching in with chores. At one point I was the primary point of contact for a 6 person house in WA - responsible for dealing with payment issues and liaising with the landlord. I keep active through cycling and basketball, but I'm perfectly happy to put my feet up on the couch and watch whatever happens to be on netflix; but know when people need their space and are happy to disappear to my room to read a book. If you want to know more, just message me!.
