I've lived here for 7 years and love the area, it's practical in getting around, and has a village style shopping centre. Please call so we can arrange a time to meet. A little about me: I'm friendly, in a relationship of nearly 8yrs and stay a couple of days a week at my girlfriend's place. Going out and seeing live bands, movies, dinner with friends and family mainly occupies me outside of work. I like cooking at times and do so 'in waves', depending on how busy it is. Generally I'm an easy going person, clean & tidy, respectful to others and hope to find the same in return.
I'm an easygoing and considerate guy who enjoys the outdoors, cooking and browsing local markets. I've always lived in Sydney and work in the health sector as a social worker.

Hi I'm Jess I am looking for a share house for med-long term. I am 26. I work full time in Sydney CBD in a 5 star hotel chain. Monday-Friday. Very neat and tidy (actually a bit of a clean freak) love doing a bit of interior decorating. I have a fair bit of furniture which I am happy to bring along. Great cook and love to host a dinner party here and there (Vegans probably would not want to live with me as I do a great roast dinner) Use a lot of my spare time at the gym, yoga or shopping. After work I like to try different restaurants with my colleagues or just chill out with some trashy tv. I can be a bit shy sometimes but you will see my sarcastic humor come out once I get to know you. I would prefer to have bills included with the weekly rent.
Polite. Respectful of others. Different. Funny. I don't know, I just do life different. Love to travel and do new stuff

Hi, I'm Victoria, a mature professional looking for a secure, clean, comfortable place to call home. Ideally a room with a view (trees or sea) as I work remotely once a week for the business I work for in Sydney (for this I will need a high speed Internet connection). I'm respectful of people and property, I have been the sole lease holder for the last 12 years apart from the temporary accommodation I'm in at the moment where I have been for 6 months. Over the last few years I've had some interesting flatmates - from International visitors to Australia to Students coming to Sydney from around Australia. I'm fairly easygoing, I enjoy cooking a good meal at least once a week and, as I work for a wine company, I can always suggest a good wine to go with a good meal. Whilst I'm quite private and appreciate my own space I also appreciate others needing theirs. I'm also sociable and enjoy in engaging in real conversation. However I am looking for a quiet space that every now and then enjoys blowing off some steam. I enjoy the Blue Mountains, being in the bush, I appreciate the sea and I love art, creativity in all forms. Ideally I'm looking for a stable environment with my own bathroom and privacy. If you have a space that sounds like that please contact me. All the very best Victoria

Hi my name is Zein. I am looking for a tidy furnished room in a house. Am very sociable, easy going, helpful and clean. Am great with kids, pets etc. I work as a garden maintenance/ landscape labourer. And also do domestic and commercial cleaning on the side. Will be great to hear from you.
Bright room with built in wardrobe in spacious modern house. We are looking for a laid back person in their 20s or 30s to join us in the this, spacious and modern house in Lane Cove. The room itself is unfurnished, and you have pretty much exclusive your own bathroom /shower as its the only bedroom downstairs (2 more upstairs). We have plenty of furniture in the house, dining table, BBQ, kitchen stuff. . Currently it's Will (34) and Shaun (31) in the house. We have a dog Sugar and Will does a bit of petsitting so you have to at least tolerate pups. If you love them, even better! We are pretty laid back and pretty decent at keeping things clean. It would be nice to get someone who would chip in without being asked occasionally. We also share a meal now and then. We have a spacious stainless steel kitchen, big deck and backyard with patio and fire pit. Solar panels keep the electricity bills down and solar/gas boosted hot water, unlimited cable ($15 a month if you want in). Bills (electricity/gas) are not included, but they are pretty good, especially in summer because of the solar panels. We would probably prefer a female to keep it all in balance.
Hi! About me: Clean, tidy, respectful. I love cooking, socialising and being active. I work full time in St Leonards, Monday-Friday. Weekends I love to get out and about! I've lived in share apartments for many years and understand the balance of being social yet giving each other space. I'm looking to live with one other flat mate (or couple), preferably someone my age or older who works full time. I'd like to have a large(ish) bedroom that can fit my queen size bed and a few other things, a good sized wardrobe and also off street parking, hopefully a garage or something similar. I have a house full of furniture in storage but am happy to move somewhere that the common areas are furnished. Let's chat if you think we could be flat mates!
