I'm dependable, trustworthy, a little quirky, and honest (although it might take a little while for me to fully open up to people). I'm a quiet person in general but I'm also friendly and will become more talkative and excitable once I've gotten used to the people I'm around. I'll admit in my personal spaces I can be a small bit messy but otherwise I consider myself to be clean and organised. I'm willing to negotiate and compromise and would rather talk problems out than argue. My hobbies include reading, watching Netflix and anime, and a whole lot of drawing and painting, as well as playing console, computer and tabletop games. Also, and I'm not entirely sure how relevant this is, but i really love Japanese culture and language and so i can read and speak beginner-intermediate Japanese. I'm a traffic controller so that means casual based work, im also on newstart allowance (centrelink) Rent and bills always comes first in my books. Hey, I'm Dan. 26 year old single guy with two dogs and two Land Rovers. I'm reasonably quiet and fairly neat, generally relaxed and care-free. I go camping and 4wding a fair bit, so you'll probably not see me as much. Outside of that, I'm usually up for anything, so if you want to try something that everyone else thinks is stupid or not worth it, then I'm your guy! Nice quiet area Walking distance to the water and general store Must be Animal friendly as I have 3dogs a cat chooks and birds. Fairly large home own bathroom unless I have guests here which would not be often. Plenty of car parking. Smoking okay outside. BBQ area.

I keep both inside and outside of premises clean and tidy and willing to do maintenance of any type if needed ( Ok on the tools and very fussy with any work I do ) Easy going person who is always happy to say hello or goodbye to neighbours but also keep to myself and I am pretty quiet. Rent always paid on time and have excellent rental references. Happy to consider areas that are reasonably close to the ones I have listed. such as Garfield, Nar Nar Goon etc Currently out of work due to shoulder operation a short while back but will be back at full time work very soon. listed as looking for something for 6 months but if it is the right fit happy to do longer. have listed as a Smoker but never inside not even in my own properties always outside !
