Hey! I'm Jackson, a 29yo shift worker who's lived around the GV for most of my life. I'm in the process of selling my house and require somewhere to live. I prefer a clean, quiet space due to my rotating shift roster and enjoy socializing once off shift. Having owned property previously and having housemates I'm aware of the expectations in a shared space. Currently off the beers while on a health kick which may change with the warmer weather.
