No preference for male or female flatmates I've lived with both, as long as the place is hygienic/clean, not disturbing anyones peace, I'm only there to sleep or occasionally socialising when you want to meet. I’m a comfortable single straight male, no excess baggage, no ex-wives, kids, anything to cause disharmony. I would prefer to share with a maximum of 1-2 others, so this would take into account a friendly/respectful couple even though couples not my preference. I would prefer bills inclusive, no bond to save headaches, but happy to pay bond to RTBA. Own bathroom but not essential as long as kept clean, this is the reason for my preference for a low number of flatmates to share with, minimise any potential for an untidy unhygienic bathroom.
