    Early bird

    $300/week44 year old man

Work/Hobbies: - Dog handler/walker for a Service Dog -,Mind Dogs Australia - Mad Paws walker -: I work with dogs, I won't be bringing one with me. - Board games, conventions, collectibles, reseller E.g. Warhammer, & HeroQuest. - Steady income from DSP & DVA. - Not a homebody, only requiring a quiet roof over my head & bed. - Non-smoker. - Non-drinker, barely drink special occasions - Not a party animal, but not anti-social either. Mature, independent, quiet & respectful. I Buy my own groceries, I cook reasonable times of day, I don't use heaps of spices & I'm courteous e.g. use exhaust fans so house doesn't stink. Clean & tidy, I chip in with daily/weekly chores, I clean-up after myself. I maintain a high level of hygiene, especially working with clients dogs, & & having a beard. I'm reliable paying rent, bills, bonds & have a clear rental ledgers. I understand tenancy law, a good consistent rental history. Stable Income (Dept Veteran Affairs & DSP). I walk & train/exercise a service dog Siberian Husky going on 8 years now, I understand responsibilities of living with & hygiene of pets. No preference for male or female flatmates I've lived with both, as long as the place is hygienic/clean, not disturbing anyones peace, I'm only there to sleep or occasionally socialising when you want to meet. I’m a comfortable single straight male, no excess baggage, no ex-wives, kids, anything to cause disharmony. I would prefer to share with a maximum of 1-2 others, so this would take into account a friendly/respectful couple even though couples not my preference. I would prefer bills inclusive, no bond to save headaches, but happy to pay bond to RTBA. Own bathroom but not essential as long as kept clean, this is the reason for my preference for a low number of flatmates to share with, minimise any potential for an untidy unhygienic bathroom. Kitchen is a must that it's kept clean & tidy out of courtesy for others using it, Dishwasher & dryer are handy but not essential, access to aircon, fans & heater are a necessity in VIC though. * Photo not current. I have a beard & long hair now. I do not answer private numbers either unfortunately.

    $225/week25-33 year old women

Our lease expires on the 11th of July, which may be about 3 months away, but it never hurts to be prepared Our hope is to find somewhere to move by mid-to-late June. Chloe and I are looking to either team up or join an existing share house! One or two more people would be great since a house of 3-4 is the goal! We come with two beautiful cats (Bagel and Oats) and we both come with a lot of nice NDIS benefits, like regular professional cleaners and garden maintenance. Looking for two rooms, and it would be lovely to find folks in their late 20s to 30s if possible Our budgets are somewhere in the 700-900 range pcm each. Preferably in the northern areas. Coburg would be nice! Drop me a message if you wanna chat and see if we'd get along, and start looking for places in a few weeks! About me: I'm 33 and on DSP with the autism, and I've been studying film camera repair under the watchful eye of the old pros for a few years. Hopefully I'll be able to start a bit of a business out of it in the next few months! I really enjoy getting out and taking photos, being in nature, and going to gigs around and about for a bit of a headbang. I also love watching movies, as well! Always down for a house movie night. I also use medicinal cannabis for a migraine condition, so definitely 420 friendly. I'd really like to be able to pursue my camera repair work, and appreciate my quiet time when I'm at home as well, since I'm a bit sensory sensitive. Living with others who are neurodivergent or are at least familiar with such things would be a huge plus. About Chloe: Hi, I'm Chloe (or Hazel!), a 20-something gender-something who loves to write and take photos and have strong opinions on inconsequential things. On a given day you may find me sitting at a cafe, working (slowly) on my book, and on weekends I love to go to stinky dive bars and watch stinky musicians I'm disabled and need a lot of downtime, so I'm very lowkey to live with most of the time. I love a good movie night!
