$300/week•38 year old non-binary
I'm a student studying a Bachelor of Music at Melbourne Polytechnic. I have a love of cats, amateur theatre, classic Doctor Who, and computers. My cat, Mandy, is an adorable indoor-only tortie, an incorrigible cuddlebug, and absolute Queen of her domain. She does not like other cats.
I'm looking for an unfurnished granny flat/bungalow, as I value my alone-time and privacy, especially while working on my music. I've been living on my own for a few years, and have my own bed, fridge, couch, desk, and bookshelves that I would rather not have to part with or put into storage. A nice kitchenette would be a bonus.
My budget is pretty tight at $300/wk, but if utilities are included then I have more flexibility.
