Hi, If you're looking for someone who's friendly and cleans up after herself, i'm you woman! I'm a good conversationalist and listener, i like obligation free, effortless company, but i'm happy to be by myself too. I'm an artist and do need space to be able to create art to sell. I'm currently on the DSP (disability support pension), and prioritise rent payments. I've never had a late payment on my rental ledgers. i play DnD and boardgames. I also game online and have a high priority on internet speed. I have a google tv plug in and a tv for the loungeroom if needed. A fridge, large microwave, toaster, kettle, ninja air fryer, food processor, rice cooker and lots of other kitchen stuff if needed too. Smart wifi washing machine, brand new Dryer. Excellent TP-LINK modem router. i have a desk and bedroom furnishings. I have lots of other great display furnishings and book shelves, but i can sell them if need be. I have some power tools like a drop saw and table saw but I'm also happy to sell those off. Occasional shared meals or household activities are great. I have two cats. Jack'o (4yrs) is a bit shy and prefers to be pat from a distance if that were to make any sense. He's likes being around people and is quite talkative in little chirrups. He will bring you his toys so you can play fetch, he'll usually bring them back repeatedly. Jack'o insists on smelling your food but has rarely ever shown interest in eating it. Ginger and white short hair Moggy. Ashton (2yrs) is his adopted little brother. Fluffy and boisterous. Pat him everywhere. He can be a trip hazard. He loves to play, with you, with toys, with Jack'o. Ashton is more likely to beg for food, but knows the rules about taking from plates. Grey Ragdoll x Tonkinese medium/long hair. both extremely well toilet trained and countertop trained. I'd love for a team up with 1-2 other women and start a household together. I have a flawless rental ledger and rental history. Always received my entire bond back.
